Personality: Generally he is a chirpy lad. Enjoying a good social and a laugh is something he has plenty of time for. However, there is another side to his personality. When the situation turns serious he is able to flip to the other end of the spectrum easily. Cool, collected and analytical is what he delves into when he is dealing with threats, those being threats to life or simply business or even political threats.

Appearance: The youth has short messy charcoal hair, back and sides are kept shorter than the top, giving him slightly scruffy look. His right ear is pierced and filled with a black button like earring. The facial features are straightforward, no very distinguishable features other than his darkish colour eyes which are slightly lighter than his hair, and he has chiselled jaw line. He leans to be on the athletic side, and so the muscle that he does have is pretty defined rather than being bulky and does not carry any unnecessary weight.

His clothes tend to be more on the casual side, he usually wears a plain t-shirt under a dark coloured hoody. The hoody has three stripes running parallel to one another along the outside sleeve, reaching all the way up to the shoulder and under the hood from the cuff. The lower half is the usual ninja pants, with a kunai holster attached to his right leg by the use of bandages. Similarly, the pants are wrapped tightly to his ankles in the same way going all the way to his feet offering a little more support and protection. The ninja sandals he wears are once again charcoal, just like his ninja pants.
History.

Genin.

After graduating from the academy, Noeru took on the typical responsibilities of a genin. Taking on missions support the village and the citizens of the village, and to improve his own skills, regardless of whether those were physical, mental or social. Noeru realised from a young age the importance of his clan in the village and was prepared to work hard to uphold his clans traditions and customs. Being a member of one of the founding clans of the village meant he was required to take part in clan gatherings to learn about the inner-workings of the clan and the village. He did so with high displeasure. He was not the type of person he enjoyed spending time talking theory, he learnt much quicker once thrown into the middle of an unknown situation to be forced to come up with a solution. But he also understood that with politics, any lack of prior knowledge could have devastating effects, and so he took part in the politics of the clan. But, once out of those situation he disliked talking politics, or being involved in them in anyway. Placing greater importance of enjoying his young age was far more important to him than trying to get a point across, and by doing so he managed, usually, to get certain points across with much more effect than if it was donve via dialog.

Eventually time of the Chuunin Exams was approaching, and the head of the Senju clan put forwards names of genin from the clan, and Noeru was one of them. Proving himself to have acquired skill, in some areas, of a chuunin. In the months leading up to the exams Noeru did little other than train, on his own, with his clan, but also occasionally with the allies from Sunagakure who had arrived in the village before travelling together to Aroma Country.

The Chuunin exams went as quickly as they came. Once the tournament had began, it was one battle after another. He had fought against people from other nations and had learnt a bit about other styles of fighting, which he would use in the future for the development of his own techniques. But fighting was not all he did; during a battle which he decided to skip, he was approached by an individual who was a scout for Kingakure, a village which was in the process of being established. They were looking for gifted shinobi who were willing to aide the building of the village in return for opportunities of growth. Noeru was interested, but had not accepted the offer, however it stayed in the back of his mind as a potential route he could take in the future.

Upon arriving back in Konohagakure after the exams, he was informed that he had displayed skill high enough the be put forward for promotion to Chuunin. Upon hearing the news, his old man had known that it was time for his Senju initiation - a year of training in the Forest of Death, Senju clans playground. A practice known to the administration of the village, and so Noeru receiving leave from the military office of the village was not a big deal. The day of promotion his old man asked him to pack a bag, and they set off into the Forest for a whole year.

IijutsuThis concentration allows for the user to user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.
SensorSensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.

Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

A truly unique element, Moktuon users create life in the form of trees. Even after their jutsu is done, these trees continue to live and grow aided by the high density of chakra in them. This gives Mokuton the growth effect, which uses the residual chakra in mokuton jutsu to rapidly speed up the natural growth process for a limited time after creation, causing the jutsu to gain +2 strength per post for an amount of posts after creation depending on the user’s [Control] used in the jutsu.

The user will utilize their ability to sense chakra. By focusing on a target within a 20m radius, he is able to figure out how much chakra that target has left. As long as the target is not using a masking technique to hide their chakra quantities, he will be able to assess how much chakra the target has left at their disposal. This technique can also be used to detect fluctuations in a targets chakra network to detect any abnormalities, such as a Genjutsu. The technique is a one-shot style technique, once used the user will have to perform once more to assess the target again.

A-Ranked Nintaijutsu
After channeling chakra into their body, the user enhances their movement to attack or retreat suddenly, the ninja almost instantly moves up to 65 meters on the ground in a single straight direction. While doing this, the ninja cannot move through anything or anyone, nor can they supplement it with an attack of any kind. After the quick movement has stopped, there is a brief pause where the user must recover from the movement. Even though it's not a full teleportation, this jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportations a character can use in a single thread.

Despite requiring both hands and more time than *[Basic Jutsu • Chakra Kai], Multiple Chakra Kai allows the user to activate up to five objects simultaneously, up to 25 meters away.

After performing the correct hand seals the user proceeds to create a number of clones of themselves (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the users Chakra Pool). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own, be given complex commands, caught in genjutsu, and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for Chakra Pool, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.
Half-DomeMokutonD-Rank Ninjutsu
The user performs a short string of handseals while gathering their Mokuton chakra in the ground before them. Upon completion a wooden dome erupts from the ground, as if it were trying to form a shell. However it stops half way and protects only the front of the user, allowing him easy escape. The dome is wide enough to protect up to 3 people. The dome raises at a speed equal to the users [Control], and is able to withstand damage of anything up to and including the users [Control].
Body SpikeMokutonD-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing a string of handseals, the user will concentrate that chakra on any part of their body in order to grow a wooden spike the moves at a speed equal to the users [Control], and strength to the users [Control] + mokuton Passive, up to a distance equal to the users [Control].
Deaths GripMokutonD-Rank Ninjutsu
The user performs a string of handseals and upon completion will concentrate on their target. Then, roots will erupt from the ground, wrapping around the target to the point that they cannot move. The victim will require [Strength] higher than the users [Control] + Mokuton passive to break free of the bindings. This technique is named this way because it is able to absorb the victims chakra; D-Rank amount of chakra per turn, and it then uses this chakra to maintain itself. This technique can be multicast to capture multiple targets.
Crown of ThornsMokutonD-Rank Ninjutsu
The user performs a string of handseals, and gathers chakra in the ground beneath. Upon completion the jutsu is cast and the result is a ring of hawthorns growing to the height of the users ankles. The user is then able to control the shrub, causing it to move in any desire direction at a speed equal to [Control], the strength of the jutsu is based on [Control], and governs the amount of damage that the jutsu can deal and how much strength is required to cut through the branches. The jutsu remains active for as long as the user remains in the ring, and requires more chakra to be added every [Control] / 5 posts.
CreationMokutonD-Rank Ninjutsu
The user is able to create any object out of wood. The amount of chakra used is based on the object being created. But the general rule of thumb is that D-rank amount of chakra will create 10 Kunai, 10 Shuriken, and 20 Senbon. Any object that is created and the participants want to keep it after the thread, has to be priced by a member of staff and has to be paid by the character keeping the object.
SplinterMokutonD-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will either perform a series of hand seals, or they will channel chakra into their hand/s, or mouth, and will be able to shoot out a splinter that is five inches long, and a quarter of an inch in girth; both the ends of the splinter are needle-sharp. The splinters speed and strength is based on the users [Control]. The amount of splinters the user can shoot out a maximum of ten, one at a time. Jutsu lasts a maximum of 3 rotations. Multi-Projectile rules apply. Ninjutsu range rules apply.
Light ArtillieryMokuton, SensoryC-Rank Ninjutsu
This jutsu creates a canon the user can utilise to shoot shells at the target. Thanks to having sensory mechanism imbedded into it, it is able to track the target without the user having to direct it. It is capable of shooting out up to five shells which explode on impact into a 5m diameter burst of splinters. Once the five have been fired, the construct has to be recharged with chakra, however the user does not have to be in contact for this to happen. The jutsu forms at a speed equal to the users [Control], and has the same durability. The shells have a strength and speed equal to the users [Control].
~Mokuton • Bakuhatsu Nut TRGNinpoD-Rank Ninjutsu
By closing their palm and performing the correct hand seals with the other, the user can create 1 seed closely resembling a walnut with a 2-inch diameter. This seed is filled with chakra and has enough energy to detonate with a force of [Control] strength. The user can detonate seed via kai, but if not detonated within 3 posts, it loses its potency.
Gentle Touch (Pre-approval)Iijutsu

The user will perform hand seals, or channel chakra, and their hand will become enveloped with chakra, that upon contact with a wounded damaged organism, will begin to heal it. Due to its simplicity, this technique is only able to heal minor and moderate wounds. Due to being very basic in nature, this technique requires high levels of [Control] to be executed.

Requirements:

Post Requirement to Heal:

After performing the necessary handseals, or channelling chakra, the users arm will become engulfed with lightning chakra. This chakra can remain on the users arm for three posts maximum and during that time it can be used for CQC (dealing damage equal to the users [Control[, users speed is not affected. However this technique was created to be released, or thrown, at the target at speed and strength equal to the users [Control]. Upon impact, the jutsu bursts and applies damage and the passive to an area of 5m in diameter, anyone caught in this area will receive damage equal to the users [Control] and will have the passive applied to them also. Ninjutsu projectile rules apply, however the user can only utilise up to 2 at once.
Chakra FlowPre-approvalAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals, or channelling chakra, the users lightning chakra will begin to engulf whatever object he or she is holding at that time. This jutsu will increase the piercing power of the object to the users [Control] and it forms at a speed equal to [Control]. If object is thrown, the chakra will dissipate at the end of that post, however of the user remains in contact with the object it lasts for four posts before it needs to be recharged.
Lightning FieldPre-approvalAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals, or channelling chakra, the user will slam his palms against a surface from which point an electric field will spread. Anyone caught, or who enters this field, will receive damage and will have the Raiton passive applied to them. Speed and strength of the technique is equal to the users [Control]. The size of the field is equal to [Control/2] x [Control/2], and lasts for a post duration equal to [Control/5], however it can be deactivated by the user if chosen to do so.
The Way of LightningPre-approvalAC: ND-Rank Nintaijutsu Stance
After performing the necessary handseals, or channelling chakra, the user will flood their body with lightning chakra, potentially giving the user an increase in [Speed] of +3 at the cost of -3 to [Chakra Pool], however it is up to the user to utilise this. Anyone who comes into contact with the user will receive a lightning shock with strength equal to the users [Control]. This jutsu lasts until deactivated, however it drains chakra every 3 posts. T
Lightning PunchPre-approvalAC: ND-Rank Nintaijutsu Manoeuvre
Pre-requisite: The Way of Lightning
After entering The Way of Lightning stance, the user will throw a punch with enough force to release a small lightning blast that can reach to 3 meters away from the origin. This moves with a speed equal to the users [Speed] and deals damage equal to the users [Control].
Lightning HawkPre-approvalAC: NC-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals, or channelling chakra, the user will gather chakra in their palm, from which a lightning hawk will shoot out of. The hawk is connected to the users palm by a thin stream of lightning that can deal damage if made contact with. Upon impact the hawk deals damage equal to the users [Control] and creates an electrical field, 20m diameter, that holds charge for a post duration of [Control/5]. During this time anyone already in the field, anyone who finds themselves inside the field will have the passive applied to them along with damage equal to the users [Control]. The Hawk moves at a speed equal to the users [Control]
Lightning BurstPre-approvalAC: NC-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary handseals, or channelling chakra, the user will concentrate chakra around their body before releasing it into a 360 degree burst which will spread 20 meters, with them being the epicentre. This burst will cause damage, apply the Raiton passive and will knock back anyone or anything within its reach - as long as the strength of this Jutsu is higher than the strength of the target or Jutsu. [Speed] and [Strength] of the Jutsu is equal to the users [Control].

Pre-requisite: The Way of Lightning
After entering The Way of Lightning stance, the user will perform a ground leg sweep. As he does this, chakra is released from sweep in an outwards fashion, sending a 180 degree burst of lightning chakra. This burst moves at a speed and has the strength equal to the users [Control]. It applies the lightning passive and os able to knock back opponents as long as the strength of this manoeuvre is higher than the victims [Strength]. The affected victims as carried back the the maximum range of the Jutsu which is 10 meters.
Lightning FlashPre-approvalAC: NC-Rank Nintaijutsu
Pre-requisite: The Way of Lightning
The user will perform a string of hand seals, or channel chakra, and upon completion will concentrate on gathering lightning chakra on top of their skin to a high intensity. This results in the coat of lightning that resembles burning magnesium. This is capable of temporarily blinding anyone looking at the user, as long as the victims [Endurance] is lower than the users [Control]. The jutsu lasts two posts and the duration of blindness is dependent upon the difference between the victims [Endurance] and the users [Control]:

0 - The victim is unable to look directly at the user.
5 - The victim is blinded for +1 post from the moment eye contact has been made.
10 - The victim is blinded for +2 posts from the moment eye contact has been made.
15 - The victim is blinded for +3 posts from the moment eye contact has been made.
20 - The victim is blinded for +4 posts from the moment eye contact has been made.
25 - The victim is blinded for +5 posts from the moment eye contact has been made.
Lightning Cluster ShotPre-approvalAC: NC-Rank Ninjutsu
This jutsu concentrates the users lightning chakra into a sphere the size of a tennis ball which shoots out of the users hand towards the target. This sphere is capable of splitting into multiple spheres depending on the amount of chakra used; this follows the ninjutsu projectile rules. The user is capable of splitting the jutsu himself, or it happens upon impact. The first sphere does not track targets, but the spheres which split off from the original sphere do. Upon contact with a victim, the jutsu damages and applies the lightning passive to the victims whole body as it envelops them. Strength and speed of the jutsu is based on the users [Control].
*Raiton • Thousand Birds B-Ranked Ninjutsu The user of this technique will gather a concentrated amount of Raiton in their hand after they perform the hand seals for this technique. The lightning causes a sound similar to thousands of birds chirping over the top of each other while it is in existence. The user will then dash at full speed toward a target and attempt to thrust their hand into their target's body using their strength and momentum. The lightning then jumps from the user's arm into the opponent's body where it ravages the insides with a [Control] Strength surge of Raiton chakra.

After performing the hand seals similar to that of the Thousand Birds technique, the user will begin to spark with various bolts of electricity. For up to 6 posts the user will be surrounded by crackling lightning, which will immediately lash out at any person or metallic object within 80 meters of them at [Control] speed. This will then strike with [Control] strength and apply third degree electrical burns to those it hits. The user cannot cast any other techniques while this technique is active.
FireballAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu
A technique which creates a sphere of fire the size equal to the users [Control/2] diameter in meters. The sphere has the [Strength] and [Speed] equal to the users [Control]. The sphere moves in a straight line up to the maximum distance of its rank, setting anything it touches on fire which has a post duration equal to the users [Control/10], the technique itself disperses once it reaches its maximum distance.
Burning WaveAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu The user uses their Katon affinity to essentially breathe out a wave of fire which width is equal to the users [Control] in meters. The height of the technique reaches 5 meters. Can be performed via handseals or channelling. The technique lasts for a post number equal to [Control/10]. Follows Ninjutsu range rules. Speed is equal to the users [Control].
Jet FlameAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will gather Katon chakra in their hand causing it to become enveloped with fire. The user can shoot out streams of fire that have a girth diameter of 1 metre. This technique lasts for 3 posts and within the three posts the user can continuously shoot the jets, or fire away multiple times. However once the user stops, the jet dissipates almost immediately. Follows Ninjutsu range rules. Can be performed via handseals or channelling. speed of the jutsu is equal to the users [Control].
Burning ArmourAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will cover themselves in burning armour which offers defensive and offensive capabilities. The technique will protect the user from damage equal to the users [Control], and if the user engages into hand to hand combat this jutsu will apply the Katon passive effect at the level equal to the users [Control], but the damage caused by hand to hand comabt would be equal to the users [Strength]. The jutsu forms at a speed equal to the users [Control] and lasts for 3 posts before it needs to be recharged.
Hot PocketAC: ND-Rank Ninjutsu
The user will concentrate chakra into an object, this object can then be detonated into an explosion equal to the users [Control/5]m diameter. This can also be used to create landmines by channelling chakra into a 1m diameter space on the ground. The charge lasts for 3 posts before it dissipates and charges up at a speed equal to the users [Control]. Kai needs to be performed to detonate.

This is done by placing their finger through the lip of the holder and into the ring of the pommel, flicking it up and out quickly, having the kunai in the user’s hand within an instant.

Often used as a counterattack, by stepping under an incoming strike and resting on their front leg, they will quickly pivot slashing behind them, upwards across their opponent’s spine. This will likely cut the nerves connected to the users legs, making it difficult for them to move, giving a reduction of -5 speed, they will need to seek medical attention.

A simple, yet effective strike. Often used in correlation with Ochiba • Oaken Defense, however not required. The user simply needs to be up close, they will swing their kunai in a horizontal motion towards their opponent's rib cage, aiming for the intercostal space between the ribs and damaging any organ behind it. The user will then turn the kunai, breaking their opponents ribs.

The user will place their middle finger through the pommel of the kunai, or grab the sword in reverse - having the blade by the pinkie instead of the thumb, gripping it so the blade hangs out of the side of the palm, using the weapon as a knuckleduster. This will give the user +6 in strength, but will receive – 6 Speed, due to having to move more carefully as to not cut themselves with the blade being in such an awkward position.

The user will channel chakra into their sword before slashing it in any way they wish. As the slash is being carried out, the sword will release the accumulated chakra, sending a blast of pure chakra in a curved fang like fashion. This jutsu follows Ninjutsu ranging rules and the [Strength] and [Speed] are based on the users [Control]. The dimensions of the technique are as follows; end-to-end span is 5 meters in a straight line; the width of the technique is 50cm and so is the depth. The blast has a sharp edge, this is the one which is at the forefront of the blast. It then spreads back in a triangular formation, with a pointy end being the sharp edge, its a fairly flat triangle. This technique is carries the target with it for the remained of the techniques range, unless the target has [Strength] higher than the strength of the jutsu.

The user has managed to improve their vision to the point where nothing goes unnoticed by him. He is able to see the slightest movements, whether that being a leaf, a single strand of grass, or an opponent hiding with a [Stealth] technique of equal or lower rank.
Improved Hearing (Pre-approval)PerceptionS-Rank Taijutsu Discipline
The user has honed their sense of hearing to a degree that their hearing has become sonar-like. By using the vibrations in the air he is able to pin-point the location of objects that emit even the slightest of noises, such as a heart beat.
