Physical Features: Choudai has a loose posture and a persistent cough that seemingly never goes away. Despite his bigger form, he's a decently handsome guy. His thick brows sit atop brown eyes with hints of amber in them. His skin is quite tough and tan and Choudai looks at least a decade older than he actually is. He generally holds a loose posture.
- Face/head: Due to the stress Choudai's metabolism puts on his body, his hair went snow-white at an early age. He wears a two-block style cut with a long curly top. Additionally, he has dark saggy patches under his eyes. Choudai has a wide-face and large ears. Generally, he wears his beard in a scruffy style, grown slightly past stubble length.
- Body: ] As an Akimichi, Choudai has a larger-than-life presence clocking in well over the height of most men and having broad, large features. Like most Akimichi he carries extra weight, however due to his unique mutations his body has a lower fat percentage than most Akimichi, Choudai appearing more muscular and bulky.
- Notable Features: Beyond his cough, Choudai is very clammy and feels cold to the touch, despite often sweating and seeming hot. Surprisingly, his sweat has a sweet, pleasurable odor like cherry blossoms.

Akimichi Choudai was born into the esteemed Akimichi clan, known for their mastery of taijutsu and their unique ability to manipulate expand their bodies. He was raised in the village hidden in the leaves, Konohagakure. Choudai's parents, Akimichi Daichi and Akimichi Sumire, were both respected members of the clan, instilling in him a strong sense of duty and pride in his heritage from a young age.
From his earliest years, Choudai demonstrated a natural talent for combat and a deep understanding of the Akimichi clan's techniques. Under the guidance of his parents and other clan elders, he honed his skills in taijutsu and mastered the clan's signature techniques, such as the "Partial Multi-Size Technique" and the "Human Bullet Tank." He however seemed to be a little more frail and less bulky than other Akimichi, causing concern for his parents.
Never the less, at the age of twelve, Choudai was selected to become a genin after passing the Konohagakure academy and was placed on a team under the leadership of a seasoned Sarutobi jonin sensei. Alongside his teammates, a Nara and a Yamanaka, he embarked on various missions to hone his skills and prove his worth as a ninja of the leaf village. During this time, he developed strong bonds with his teammates and earned a reputation for his unwavering determination and loyalty. It was during this time that he also realized his sweat could heal his comrades, and in preperation for the Chuunin exams decided to focus on being his teams medic & support shinobi.
After years of rigorous training and countless missions, Choudai's skills caught the attention of the village elders. At the age of sixteen, he successfully passed the Chuunin Exams, showcasing his tactical acumen and combat prowess. His promotion to Chuunin marked a significant milestone in his ninja career, earning him recognition as a capable leader and strategist within the village
As a Chuunin, Choudai continued to distinguish himself through his exemplary performance on missions and his dedication to the village. His leadership abilities and combat skills continued to evolve, earning him the respect of his peers and superiors alike. At the age of twenty-three, he was promoted to the rank of Jounin, a testament to his years of hard work and dedication to the village hidden in the leaves.
