Clothing/Accessories: Senji prefers big, baggy clothing, particularly cloaks and robes with hoods. A fan of bizarre, over the top clothing, his taste includes long formal coats and sleek fitting pants. Senji often wears such things whether on a mission or in casual situation. In formal situations, he dons black robes with white feathers lining the sleeves and shoulders, with silver feathers embroidered into the fabric itself.

Senji's travelling and combat attire is inscribed with his Strengthen seal, causing it to require an amount of strength equal to his [Control] to break. Forehead Protector: Senji's forehead protector takes the form of a metal plate attached either to the centre of his hat, or on the hem of his coat depending on the day. The symbol of Kumogakure is etched boldly into the centre of the plate. While going about day to day business he wears a pendant with kumogakure's symbol around his neck.

Senji is a pensive individual whom spends a lot of time in his own thoughts. While this lends itself to a considerate exterior, it causes him to spin thoughts around in his head endlessly which sometimes leads to paranoia and anxiety. As a result of this, Senji tends to overthink things and is meticulous in most actions so as to ‘not do anything wrong’.

While Senji enjoys his own company, that is not to say that he is antisocial. He enjoys the time spent with friends, colleagues, and students even if he needs to take a break from them to recharge occasionally. His high level of empathy and averse attitude toward making a ‘wrong move’ causes him to be quite reactive in conversation, and adept at responding to complex emotions from others. This ability to empathise with people and read their emotional state has been of great assistance in his training in the darker arts of the shinobi, such as manipulation and infiltration.

As a result of his personal experience, the magician has developed a burgeoning hatred of spirits, and is very negative towards those who risk tampering with them. No longer haunted by the horrors he committed in the past, Senji refuses to shirk from dirty, underhanded or dark work any longer.

Physical FeaturesShow
Senji reaches an average height, while maintaining a thin and lithe physique. His soft pale skin hints at hours spent indoors, where it is not marred by the scars of his harsh training. His dark hair has regrown its full-bodied colour from its time it spent greyed from stress.

Senji is young, and appears so, with smooth and soft skin over the majority of his body. He appears to have rather average features apart from his extremely pale complexion, even his lips seem to be a slightly dull, washed out pink instead of the vibrant colour typical of others his age. His time spent training has left him with little excess fat, causing him to appear somewhat thin.

Senji has a number of Fuuinjutsu inscribed upon his body. His back and upper shoulders contain the seal for the Constellation of the Magus, while his lower back has a Stellar Node inscribed upon it. The front of his chest has a seal for the Constellation of the Virgin also.


Chapter 1 - the CalmShow
Senji was raised by a loving couple of Chuunin shinobi. The start of his life was not grand in the sense that his family was nobility, or rich, but he lead a full childhood with all the whimsies and hard lessons that entails. He did not want for the necessities, did not struggle for a roof over his head or food on the table. He was not the most popular child in the neighbourhood, but neither was he shunned. He was perfectly average.

Senji was encouraged from a young age to become a shinobi. When both parents are shinobi themselves, there is a slight expectation that the child will grow up to be just like them. While Senji was in awe of the stories his father would tell before bedtime of heroic adventures and perilous escapes, even as a child he had never really understood the need to fight. If ninja had all these cool powers, couldn’t they just stop people from becoming bad guys in the first place?

Senji, despite his hesitation, agreed to enroll in the academy. While he wasn’t sure how well he’d do as a warrior, he had always been in awe of the stories of ninja launching crashing waves of water or healing wounds so well it was as if they’d never happened. What interested him wasn’t so much the work, but the abilities of shinobi.

The academy was difficult for him, as he always lost in sparring matches, and clearly lacked any talent for the physical arts of the ninja. While his mind was sharp and he often scored among the top students for examinations, his practical ability was clearly below average. While his achievement in the theory subjects caused his peers to sneer him as a know-it-all, by the same token his short stature and frail frame made him an easy target in hand to hand combat practice. While the bullying was swiftly dealt with by the instructors, it had prevented Senji from making fast friends within his academy days.

It was in this time that Senji truly came to resent the more militaristic aspects of shinobi life. The culture of accumulating strength and admiration of the powerful seemed strange to him. Why did they venerate those whose talent was only to kill and destroy, when it was the quickness of wit that would foster growth and prosperity? Only through innovation, invention, and harmony could they build a way to prevent the cycle of murder and hatred. This was when he decided that he would throw away the title of ninja, wherever possible, and instead become a different kind of manipulator of chakra. He would call himself a magician, like in the old stories, and would dedicate himself to forging real magic from ninjutsu.
Chapter 2 - the StormShow
It was only a year after he had become a Genin that the village was attacked by the spirit Raijin. The monster, with blue skin and lightning blazing in its eyes, laid low the strongest shinobi of the village, slaying the Raikage. With the Shining Star Akino dead, the village had lost its beacon of hope. It was in the wake of this tragedy that Senji met his best childhood friend, Tsukishima Tadashi.

The two worked together to clean up the devastation left behind by the spirit. In the course of their duties removing rubble and assisting in construction, they made an oath to each other. Senji swore that he would become the village’s greatest defender and always shield it from harm. Tadashi swore that he would become the village’s greatest warrior, and strike fear into its enemies’ hearts. While Senji wasn’t exactly thrilled with the idea of a great warrior, he was glad to share an even closer bond with his friend.

The civil war struck soon after. A second cataclysmic event for his home, Senji was afraid of what would become of Kumogakure should they lose. So, he resolved within himself to do his duty and use his magic as a weapon, even if it pained him to do so. He fought on the front lines of the war in a few skirmishes, but it was during this time that he received his first solo C-rank mission. His Chuunin exam. This mission would haunt Senji for the rest of his life.

Senji entered a small hamlet, captured by rebel forces. It had been his mission simply to scout the area, determine numbers and supplies, and perhaps perform a little sabotage if the opportunity arose. When he arrived, he saw the people slaughtered in the streets. Saw the mangled corpses piled in a mound in the town square, around three crucifixes. Hanging amidst the carnage were three shinobi corpses, the former defenders of the hamlet. He watched as a crow pecked persistently at the face of his dead friend, Tsukishima Tadashi. Something inside Senji slipped, and broke. When he awoke the next morning, he found himself amidst a new pile of corpses on the edge of town. He did not move, and merely wept until he fell back asleep.

For his exemplary execution of his mission, going so far as to retake the position single handedly, he was awarded the rank of Chuunin. For his further efforts in the war pursuant to this, he was awarded the rank of Special Jounin at the end of the conflict.
Chapter 3 - Hope and Loss, AgainShow
Upon his return to the village after the war, Senji spent some time convalescing. He was now haunted by his own actions, and abhorred by how he had done the things that he had always seen as unnecessary, illogical, and repulsive. Now, at only seventeen, Senji had tasted war. The worst part was, every time he fought, he felt some primal feeling inside of him. A desire to win, a lust to conquer, a drive to dominate. In retrospect it made him sick, and quite a few times he became so physically. As a result, Senji had resolved to reconsider his career as a shinobi, and retire.

After some time ruminating on his past, Senji, finally ready to face the world again, reemerged into society. He met another shinobi, Nukegara Sou, and they soon became friends. Sou’s easy way of speaking and his confident air made Senji feel comfortable around him, like nothing could go wrong. For a time he could forget about his actions. He began to feel like he could channel chakra safely and not feel those disgusting urges inside of him, if only when Sou was around. Of course, things did eventually go wrong.

Sou soon became the jinchuuriki for the Hell Genma, Konegu. Intrigued by the changes happening to his friend, Senji wanted to inspect the spikes that now stood out from Sou’s arms. As soon as he touched the boy, he felt that now familiar slipping sensation in his mind. With a spark of the Genma’s red chakra, Senji descended into a bestial rage. The urge to fight, to subjugate, to overcome that often plagued him in combat was now a searing need. He lashed out, and began to rampage. Sou’s StratOs handlers, always watching from hidden places, swiftly intervened. Senji was subdued and spirited away. He would never see his new, and only, friend again.
Chapter 4 - DarknessShow
Senji was brought before Tada Banri, the leader of Kumogakure’s mysterious black operations unit StratOs. He was tortured and interrogated, for how long he does not know. Soon, Banri determined that the boy genuinely did not know why he had begun to ferociously and mercilessly attack a precious jinchuuriki. But he knew that was not the end of the matter. After a short investigation of a different manner, Banri realized that Senji had a strange physiology, and quickly pieced together what had happened.

Senji had been the child of a previous jinchuuriki of the Hell Genma. His biological mother had lost control of the beast during childbirth, and as a result went on a rampage of her own and was put down. His father was killed in the battle, and Senji had been orphaned. He had been raised instead by his mother’s best friend and her husband.

Banri determined that while Senji had been in the womb, the hell genma’s unique, poisonous chakra had infected him. In an attempt to create a surrogate body, Konegu had tried to literally be born as a human to escape his captivity. Evidently, the attempt had failed, but Banri had hope that the changes that had occurred in Senji’s body could be utilized to create a shinobi capable of fighting on par with other jinchuuriki.

Senji did not know how long he had been imprisoned underground, tortured, and tested. He did not know how long they experimented with his chakra system, or strained his stamina to the limit. When Banri finally determined that he was ready to be let back out into the world as a shinobi under his thumb, Senji was told he was twenty one years old. He had lost four years of his life, going from unconscious and bleeding on a table to force-fed knowledge and beaten down in a sparring ring. He knew his power had grown, and could feel the strength that filled him now. But he would never get that time back. He would never get Sou back. Banri had spent four years forging Senji into a weapon, the one thing he had always feared becoming. The magician would never forgive the man for that.

Now armed with the skills beaten into him by Banri and his subordinates, Senji is aware now more than ever of his position as a weapon. But he is desperate to break free of his bonds, and once again pursue knowledge and peace as a mage, not a ninja. So Senji rails against the invisible bonds that bind him to the Black Shinobi, and he seeks an end to the tyranny of spirits which have plagued his life since its very beginning, and cursed him to this fate as a weapon.

In combat situations Senji often takes the role of team coordinator, strategist, or leader. His mind for tactics and his long range combat style lends itself toward staying away from the front lines and supporting his teammates from there.

In single combat situations, Senji focusses on stringing techniques in quick succession to combine strategic targeting and placement of jutsu with a ‘beatdown’ strategy. This ensures that Senji maintains momentum and the upper hand in these encounters, while relying on his barriers for defence.

Iijutsu is known for its advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiated from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.

This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy.

Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.

Ninjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Ninjutsu that is designed to be channelled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method.

Space-Time:
Jikukan Ninjutsu
Practitioners of this art are able to manipulate Space/Time to create localized pockets within either, or both, that they have control over. An extremely advanced form on Ninjutsu, it demands a firm control and complex understanding of the fundamentals of chakra.

Tenkujutsu:
The users of this style have a strong affinity towards spirits, and are able to utilize certain chakra techniques based off of spirits. Those with the affinity have a Maroon color tint to their chakra when using these techniques. Tenkujutsu jutsus fall underneath their own pyramid, and do not have ties to Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, or Genjutsu.

The fundamental skill of [Polearm Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with staves, spears, halberds, pikes, scythes and other like weapons. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

So long as it is a simple lock unaided by chakra it will change its state, either from unlocked to locked or locked to unlocked. After drawing a ([Control]/5)x([Control]/5) meter seal formula on a surface of an object. The user will then arm it with their chakra up to [Control] strength with a concussive force explosion outwards from itself.

By having an empty surface with a seal formula placed on it, the user is able to use the seal as a defensive measure. Holding a single, one-handed hand seal, the user attempts to block the incoming projectile with the surface. Right before contact is actually made, the projectile will be sealed into the seal. While strong, the seal must be the same size or larger than the projectile it is attempting to seal. This seal can protect up to the user’s [Control] in Strength. Once used to seal and then release again, the seal will need to be rewritten. The user can only seal objects up to their ([Control]*2)m^3 in size.

Senji will channel his chakra into the air in front of them and force it to tear open space to a size of up to 3x3 meters. This tear is new, and will cause the universe to self correct and make a personal realm for the user. This technique is required for the user to have any techniques that involve the use of a personal realm. This technique can only be used once to create a personal realm, but can be used repeatedly in order to enter that realm. An Architect using this technique within their realm will merit no reaction, while using it within someone else’s realm will allow the user to enter their own. The Wizard’s Tower
The Wizard’s Tower is Senji’s personal domain. The entire space stretches to a cube two hundred meters on a side, and is dominated by a floating inverted tower, 100m in diameter at its widest point. The tower is surrounded by floating rock platforms, as there is no real ‘ground’ here. The rest of the space is empty blackness with colourful stars, as if the tower resides in the middle of the night sky. There is a hard, invisible edge at the 200m borders of the realm.
The Wizard’s Tower contains a variety of rooms and chambers of various purpose. Of greatest note are the several chambers of weapons collected by Senji in his travels, Senji’s Laboratory is equipped with alchemical paraphernalia and medical equipment, and the great library. At the highest point is a field of worked stone under a golden dome within which Senji performs his more dangerous and destructive Ninjutsu experiments, and confronts opponents that he brings there.

The user will channel their chakra then place one hand on an any object small enough to fit in their grasp. Upon doing so, they will Recycle Space, creating an exact duplicate of that object. The duplicate of said object will act as an Anchor, turning both objects into links to each other. Should any party aside from the Architect come in contact with either anchor, they’ll be instantly transported to the other Anchor either a) they elect to or b) their control is equal to or less than the control of the Architect. The Architect can opt to use the Anchor at any point as well, should they so choose.

Senji will channel his chakra before opening space around him. He is then able to teleport himself and any person and object he is touching through space to one of his anchors. Unwilling participants may resist it if their control is higher than or equal to Senji’s. When performed within Senji’s personal realm, Senji may teleport to any location within the realm rather than only those near an anchor.

Senji channels chakra around himself before recycling his own space. Using this technique, Senji creates up to two copies of himself which are identical in every manner, including their equipment and active effects that are upon them. As all three ‘copies’ are actually the same person copied in space, they all possess their own chakra pool which is equal to Senji’s at the time he cast the technique. This post lasts for [Control/5] posts maximum, and at the end of that time any injuries sustained by any of the multiples of Senji remain on the single remaining body when the technique ends. Additionally, any chakra each of the ‘copies’ expended is subtracted from Senji’s singular chakra pool at the end of the technique. If this would expend all of his available chakra, Senji immediately falls unconscious.

If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such being, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 10, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target, they will drain away -1 Mastery from hosts or -1 Strength from Spirits until broken free of.

This works similar to a doujutsu, but with no physical change to the eye itself, allowing the user to see the chakra of spirits and spirit related objects/people as an aura of Maroon. While useful for a quick glance, it can be used up to [Chakra Pool]/5 posts, before needing to be refreshed.

As a result, those that are stopped by the barrier are unable to make their way through unless they can break it. Those untainted by spirits are able to pass through the barrier at their leisure. By writing a seal onto the host, the spirit will then be sealed within the host. Users with less than 40 Chakra Pool who attempt to perform this jutsu will die after its completion. However if the user has additional help, they can use an additional person to supplement the stamina they do not have as long as the grand total equals 40 Chakra Pool. This takes a total of 10 posts to complete.

Each participant must share their chakra with the unsealer, as they perform the needed hand seals. The user will then pump this vast amount of chakra into the seal of a grand soul host, such as a jinchuuriki. This process takes a total of 200 Chakra Pool from the group to extract the spirit from the host, who will in turn die. If the total sum of stamina is not met, the participants will all die. It only takes one individual in the group to know this jutsu. This takes 10 whole posts to complete.

Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Typically used to make the autopsy process smoother, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique separates the skin of the corpse from the underlying muscle. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will slowly move them over the desired area, usually holding them about an inch away from the body itself. As the chakra is channeled through the flesh, it will slowly sink to the final layer of the skin and begin to form a new layer between the skin and the muscle beneath. After this layer has fully formed, the chakra will stay there for four (4) posts, allowing the user to easily separate the flesh and muscle. This non-combat technique cannot be used on living beings as the postmortem physiology is different from that of a living creature.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Generation]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Often utilized by medical-nin to heal small, superficial wounds or for producing excess skin to use in skin grafts, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique has its number of uses. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel it into a small area of skin cells on the patient's body. This chakra will force the skin cells to multiply at an ample rate by confusing this area of the body into its reconstruction stage that is achieved during slumber. As this is a type of regeneration, users must keep in mind that each cell draws from nutrients in the patient's body, and as such, too much can cause serious harm. In order to regenerate medium-sized areas of superficial wounds, it takes one (1) post of concentration. Areas smaller than this take considerably less time. In the case that the skin sample is separate from the body, the cells can be multiplied more quickly than they could be otherwise. These types of samples are generally use for skin grafts. The *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique can be held for four (4) posts..

*[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique]

Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

*[Iijutsu • Cleanse Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
In the event that creating an antidote is not possible, users of this technique can still help their patient fight off toxins, infections and other foreign bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. As this chakra flows into the body, the leukocytes will react to its presence and begin to multiply rapidly. This influx of white blood cells takes one (1) post of concentration to create. Over the course of five (5) posts, the new and old leukocytes are able to fight off poisons that are C-Rank and below that have entered the body. During these final five posts, the medical-nin does not need to continuously focus chakra into the patient. It will take care of itself at this point.

A simple technique that requires its users to sacrifice a little to save a life, the*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique] does exactly what its name suggests. To prepare for this procedure, the user must make a small incision into the patient's body and follow by opening a vein. Once the vein has been open, the user will begin to channel chakra into it. Over the course of one (1) post, the patient's blood will gain density and stabilize itself. Users of this technique must be aware that their own blood will dilute over the duration of this technique, as it is essentially transferring blood from their bodies to the patient's. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without severe repercussions for the user.

This handy technique is used in cases where patients have suffered temporary paralysis somewhere throughout their bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will apply them to the affected area and begin to channel chakra through the muscle tissue. As this chakra interacts with the temporarily lame muscle tissue, it will restore natural mobility to the area. Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Although simple to explain, the *[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique] requires both skill and patience in order to mend the fractured or broken bones of patients. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until canceled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.

An advanced technique that requires both quick reflexes and prediction, the *[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction] technique is highly formidable due to its effects. In the event that the user is aware that they will be hit in a specific place, s/he may attempt to focus chakra into that area before the strike connects. If successful, any damage to the damaged area will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, small fracture, or a small-to-moderate cut. These wounds can take up to one (1) post to heal fully depending on their size and severity, where fractures and moderate wounds would take the entire post. However, during this regeneration process, users are not rendered immobile and can continue to fight while their wounds regenerate. This technique can only be used a maximum of three (3) times per thread.

Senji will activate their sensory jutsu, and then further channel his chakra. By doing so, the user will be able to compare the “strength” of each source of chakra they are able to sense to each other. The “strength” of the individual is determined by the average of each person’s Chakra Pool, Control and Strength stats. The user can determine who has more chakra strength than others, allowing them to pick out possible risks. This technique is not very reliable as a determining factor, however.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and focus on one source of chakra they can sense. By further channeling his chakra, the user will be able to continue to sense that source of chakra, even if they are moving around, so long as they are concentrating on the techniquel. If they, or the chakra source, moves out of range, the user will lose track of them.

With this jutsu initiated, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 25 meters. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

After channeling his chakra, Senji must close his eyes in order to focus his sensory abilities on an individual within 10m of him. Using this technique, he is able to read the flares and drops in the target’s chakra as it reacts to emotion. This technique can detect and evaluate the general status of a person, should they bee happy, sad, annoyed, but most importantly can identify hostility and killing intent. This technique can also detect lies in people with control less than the user's, and provided they do not have a higher ranked Taijutsu which counters this kind of perception.

Senji places a seal on a surface or object and channels chakra into it to activate it. For as long as the seal remains, it maintains a sensory field detecting chakra signatures around the seal and records them within the seal. The field extends for 65m, and is capable of detecting individual chakra signatures. Senji must normally touch the seal to access the information.

After drawing a seal formula on a surface, appropriate in size to the weapon being sealed but no larger than 3x9 inches, the user forms the needed hand seals then may place as many of that singular object into the scroll as desired. When done, the user performs another set of hand seals and touches the seal closing it off as the seal condenses to the shape of the object stored. This seal is the only known sealing applications that allows depth storage and unfortunately this cannot be done at larger sizes. Tools can only be released at a maximum of 10 at a time, and are released with zero force.

By having an empty scroll with a seal formula placed on it, the user is able to use the seal as a defensive measure. Holding a single, one-handed hand seal, the user attempts to block the incoming small sized weapon (kunai or smaller) with the scroll. Right before contact is actually made, the weapon will be sealed into the seal. This seal cannot be used multiple times, and if the incoming projectile has more than 5 strength, it will overpower it, making the technique useless.

Developed for clandestine operations originally, instead of using ink and paper, the user draws a seal onto their body the size of the item they are sealing into their body. Upon doing a set of hand seals, the user then slides the item into the tattoo and performs a second seal, causing the seal to go dormant. When kai'd the seal releases the stored item.

This clone has no physical presence and dissipates as soon as it reaches them or travels 10 metres from Senji.

Any who see him thrust forward his hand see a dance of multi-coloured lights which serve to pain their eyes. While this only provides superficial sight obscurity, it is the pain similar to being cut by a knife which is the true purpose for this technique. This only lasts for a single post.

Senji performs hand seals in order to channel his chakra into his hands before clapping them together. Any who see him clap will be caught in the genjutsu. For those people, it will slowly begin to rain drops of blood from the sky, a drizzle at first but over three posts developing into a heavy downpour. This technique ends after the third post.

A head will suddenly fall as if from the sky in front of them. It will bounce once and roll over, before showing a maggot infested face . The head remains for 2 posts before disappearing.

Senji performs hand seals to channel his chakra into his feet before stomping on the ground. Any who see him stomp will be caught in the genjutsu. They will see 1 inch tall steel spikes poke out of the ground and glint menacingly all around them in a 15 foot radius. These spikes do not have any illusionary physical presence at all, and so inflict no pain. They last for 3 posts.

A sperm whale will burst from the ground before the target and swallow them whole. The entire thing has no illusionary force associated with it, so it is entirely for distraction purposes. Things which are moving through the space at the time may find their trajectory altered by the sudden shift in one direction.

Crafting a World
A-rank Jikukan Ninjutsu
Senji will channel his chakra into the air in front of them and force it to tear open space to a size of up to 3x3 meters. This tear is new, and will cause the universe to self correct and make a personal realm for the user. This technique is required for the user to have any techniques that involve the use of a personal realm. This technique can only be used once to create a personal realm, but can be used repeatedly in order to enter that realm. An Architect using this technique within their realm will merit no reaction, while using it within someone else’s realm will allow the user to enter their own. Specifics on the Realm can be found within the Jikukan spoiler.

The Wizard’s Tower
The Wizard’s Tower is Senji’s personal domain. The entire space stretches to a cube two hundred meters on a side, and is dominated by a floating inverted tower, 100m in diameter at its widest point. The tower is surrounded by floating rock platforms, as there is no real ‘ground’ here. The rest of the space is empty blackness with colourful stars, as if the tower resides in the middle of the night sky. There is a hard, invisible edge at the 200m borders of the realm.
The Wizard’s Tower contains a variety of rooms and chambers of various purpose. Of greatest note are the several chambers of weapons collected by Senji in his travels, Senji’s Laboratory is equipped with alchemical paraphernalia and medical equipment, and the great library. At the highest point is a field of worked stone under a golden dome within which Senji performs his more dangerous and destructive Ninjutsu experiments, and confronts opponents that he brings there.

The user will channel their chakra then place one hand on an any object small enough to fit in their grasp. Upon doing so, they will Recycle Space, creating an exact duplicate of that object. The duplicate of said object will act as an Anchor, turning both objects into links to each other. Should any party aside from the Architect come in contact with either anchor, they’ll be instantly transported to the other Anchor either a) they elect to or b) their control is equal to or less than the control of the Architect. The Architect can opt to use the Anchor at any point as well, should they so choose.

Dance Among the Stars
A-rank Jikukan Ninjutsu
Senji will channel his chakra before opening space around him. He is then able to teleport himself and any person and object he is touching through space to one of his anchors. Unwilling participants may resist it if their control is higher than or equal to Senji’s. When performed within Senji’s personal realm, Senji may teleport to any location within the realm rather than only those near an anchor.

Senji channels chakra around himself before recycling his own space. Using this technique, Senji creates up to two copies of himself which are identical in every manner, including their equipment and active effects that are upon them. As all three ‘copies’ are actually the same person copied in space, they all drain from the singular stamina pool when they cast techniques. This post lasts for 4 posts maximum, and at the end of that time any injuries sustained by any of the multiples of Senji remain on the single remaining body when the technique ends.

Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Typically used to make the autopsy process smoother, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique separates the skin of the corpse from the underlying muscle. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will slowly move them over the desired area, usually holding them about an inch away from the body itself. As the chakra is channeled through the flesh, it will slowly sink to the final layer of the skin and begin to form a new layer between the skin and the muscle beneath. After this layer has fully formed, the chakra will stay there for four (4) posts, allowing the user to easily separate the flesh and muscle. This non-combat technique cannot be used on living beings as the postmortem physiology is different from that of a living creature.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

*[Iijutsu • Numbing]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Generation]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Often utilized by medical-nin to heal small, superficial wounds or for producing excess skin to use in skin grafts, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique has its number of uses. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel it into a small area of skin cells on the patient's body. This chakra will force the skin cells to multiply at an ample rate by confusing this area of the body into its reconstruction stage that is achieved during slumber. As this is a type of regeneration, users must keep in mind that each cell draws from nutrients in the patient's body, and as such, too much can cause serious harm. In order to regenerate medium-sized areas of superficial wounds, it takes one (1) post of concentration. Areas smaller than this take considerably less time. In the case that the skin sample is separate from the body, the cells can be multiplied more quickly than they could be otherwise. These types of samples are generally use for skin grafts. The *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique can be held for four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 5 Iijutsu
Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

*[Iijutsu • Cleanse Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
In the event that creating an antidote is not possible, users of this technique can still help their patient fight off toxins, infections and other foreign bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. As this chakra flows into the body, the leukocytes will react to its presence and begin to multiply rapidly. This influx of white blood cells takes one (1) post of concentration to create. Over the course of five (5) posts, the new and old leukocytes are able to fight off poisons that are C-Rank and below that have entered the body. During these final five posts, the medical-nin does not need to continuously focus chakra into the patient. It will take care of itself at this point.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment]

A step up in the ability to treat burns, *[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to medium-sized areas of first degree and second degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small-sized areas of third degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. *[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A simple technique that requires its users to sacrifice a little to save a life, the*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique] does exactly what its name suggests. To prepare for this procedure, the user must make a small incision into the patient's body and follow by opening a vein. Once the vein has been open, the user will begin to channel chakra into it. Over the course of one (1) post, the patient's blood will gain density and stabilize itself. Users of this technique must be aware that their own blood will dilute over the duration of this technique, as it is essentially transferring blood from their bodies to the patient's. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without severe repercussions for the user.

*[Iijutsu • Paralysis Removal]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
This handy technique is used in cases where patients have suffered temporary paralysis somewhere throughout their bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will apply them to the affected area and begin to channel chakra through the muscle tissue. As this chakra interacts with the temporarily lame muscle tissue, it will restore natural mobility to the area. Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Although simple to explain, the *[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique] requires both skill and patience in order to mend the fractured or broken bones of patients. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until canceled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.

*[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
An advanced technique that requires both quick reflexes and prediction, the *[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction] technique is highly formidable due to its effects. In the event that the user is aware that they will be hit in a specific place, s/he may attempt to focus chakra into that area before the strike connects. If successful, any damage to the damaged area will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, small fracture, or a small-to-moderate cut. These wounds can take up to one (1) post to heal fully depending on their size and severity, where fractures and moderate wounds would take the entire post. However, during this regeneration process, users are not rendered immobile and can continue to fight while their wounds regenerate. This technique can only be used a maximum of three (3) times per thread.

This sensor jutsu is used by shinobi to feel chakra sources within a radius of 25 yards. While this jutsu is fairly helpful in sensing chakra, it is unable to actually pinpoint specific chakras outside of 10 feet. This only gives the Shinobi an idea of how many entities with chakra are present in their general area.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then do an additional set of hand seals. By doing so, the user will be able to compare the “strength” of each source of chakra they are able to sense to each other. The “strength” of the individual is determined by the average of each person’s Stamina, Control and Strength stats. The user can determine who has more chakra strength than others, allowing them to pick out possible risks. This technique is not very reliable as a determining factor, however.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and focus on one source of chakra they can sense. By doing an additional hand seal, and holding said hand seal, the user will be able to continue to sense that source of chakra, even if they are moving around, so long as they are holding the hand seal. If they, or the chakra source, moves out of range, the user will lose track of them.

Prerequisites: Beyond Senses
The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then do a second set of hand seals. For the next 5 posts, any time anyone within the range of their sensory activates a jutsu, the user will see their chakra “flare” momentarily. While they won’t know anything about the jutsu, it will give them a better idea of the battle field.

After activating Target Lock, the user will do a second series of hand seals, releasing the single seal for target lock, and then recreate it once finishing the series of seals for the technique. Doing so, the user will know their targets stamina with a deviation of 3 points. Meaning if their stamina is 17, the user will know its within the range of 14 to 20.

This jutsu is an extension of [Beyond Senses]. With this jutsu initiated, a sensor can focus on individual chakra signatures to get a precise idea of where their opponents are at up to 25 yards. A general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at about 50 yards. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control and Instinct, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

Once their sensory jutsu is active, the user can do a brief series of hand seals, allowing them to notice any abnormalities indicative of genjutsu in any of the sources of chakra they can sense. This can help them determine who needs to be released and who does not.

Senji places a seal on a target and channels chakra into it to activate it. For as long as the seal remains on the person, Senji remains of their general direction and distance from him and the amount of chakra reserves they have remaining so long as they are within a mile of him.

Prerequisite: 30 Instinct
After channeling his chakra, Senji must close his eyes in order to focus his sensory abilities on an individual within 10m of him. Using this technique, he is able to read the flares and drops in the target’s chakra as it reacts to emotion. This technique can detect and evaluate the general status of a person, should they bee happy, sad, annoyed, but most importantly can identify hostility and killing intent. This technique can also detect lies in people with control less than 25.

Stellar Node
A-ranked Sensory Charge Fuuinjutsu
Senji places a seal on a surface or object and channels chakra into it to activate it. For as long as the seal remains, it maintains a sensory field detecting chakra signatures around the seal and records them within the seal. The field extends for 50m, and is capable of detecting individual chakra signatures. Senji must normally touch the seal to access the information.

Constellation of the Magus
S-ranked Sensory Augment Fuuinjutsu
Senji places a seal on himself and channels chakra into it to activate it. This seal connects Senji permanently to his Stellar Node, Scrying Seal, and Health Monitor seals, causing him to be constantly aware of the information that they collect regardless of distance and time. This seal is in the form of a tattoo covering all of Senji’s back, shoulders, and upper arms.
