Tanned, short and lean. She is fit and clear of any scars, she is small busted and has a small waist. A cool feature Hotaru has, is that her eyes change color depending on the light, ranging from blue to green and sometimes grey. On her free time the woman has her hair rugged and hanging down, a small ponytail mimicking the samurai and braids hidden on the back of her hair. This is used to cover up her long hear, when tied up this way it reaches down to her shoulders, although otherwise it the back hair would reach down to the center of her back. During missions Hotaru braids her hair to cornrows to keep it shorter, so she can wear different wigs.

Her chest armor is decorated and almost appear unisex thanks to her flat chest. Hidden inside the cloak the woman has hidden her "Senbon carrier"

[Black Mask/Night Hood]

Dual masks that together work as one, the one beneath is a black glass mask, works as a visor for sensor/doujutsu and various hud sensor jutsu. The glass is fragile and can easily be shattered. Above the black glass is the metal guard, the second mask which acts as the basic defense for the glass. The metal guard vibrates out the force during collision up to 16 str in order to protect the glass beneath. Fuuinjutsu for breathing on the mask, listening as well.

[The Cloak of Invisibility]

The Cloak of Invisibility is a majestic navy blue cloak with silver trimmings and royal ornaments that when activated turns the user invisible, the hood is see through for the wearer and allows to navigate the world. The cloak covers the users body and automatically stops working once the user attempts to attack but can be used again once the user is out of sight, it also requires S-Rank [Perception] to spot the edges. It's rolled up and stored above the rear pouch.
[Stealth Suit]

Stealth Suit is a black head to toe armour made of weaved material that masks the users noise, although currently at this level all it does is hide the users features and makes them harder to spot in dark spots/at night.

[Full Metal]
Full Metal is a protective vest made of weaved material that combines special threads that holds up the black vest. From first glance the vest appear nothing out of the ordinary for ninja to wear. The secret lies in the technique of the sewing, the vest is able to stop forces that fail to exceed 15 strength and protects the user from harm. It covers the front, back and rib cages. This vest is slim fitted and can be worn underneath outfits that aren't Skin Tight.

Blades/Gunblade/Scissors are two 70 centimeter ornamented sword, they work separate and in tandem, allowing the user to scissor cut weapons and handles, the second application is gunblade action, by twisting them together the weapon pushes out a trigger and chamber, allowing the user to shoot out senbons at 35 strength/Speed, holding up to six shots before the user has to manually reload. Swords are separate and are attached to Full Metal on each side of the spine.

Hotaru’s personality is mostly being quiet. This shinobi rarely talks and she only does so when she needs to. Sometimes people think that Hotaru can’t speak. When enraged the girl will see that the enemy should be punished for enraging her and she will not stop until she sees it through. But that only happens on rare occasions because the girl is very calm and collected. As a "perfect spy" should be, or at least that's what she considers herself.

During battles Hotaru tends to analyze her enemies, she usually doesn't waste her chakra on unnecessary attacks and will most likely just try to escape unless she has no choice. When fighting with a partner she tends to act a bit more protective and tries to get everyone out of the situation, although she keeps her back covered since she doesn't really trust anyone.

Hotaru will try to avoid any confrontation if its possible, unless she is bugged enough to be provoked, off duty to test the waters and if the mission demands it. She is a firm believer that the mission goes first and will do anything to succeed. Her life goals are to become the greatest and help hidden cloud succeeded in its plans. No matter what!

Somewhere in the Lightning Country a baby was born. This young girl was given a name Nonki, Hotaru. Her mother fell ill when she gave birth to her and died a couple of hours later. The girl grew up without a mother and instead was raised by her father. When she grew up she had to spend a lot of time at her neighbor because her father had to work hard all the time. They did not even have enough to let kid roll in to the academy so her father started robbing people as their main source of payment but it did not take long time before he was arrested.

The only course of action the young child could take was to run away and hide. During her time alone she figured it would be safer to start pretending that she was a boy. She had heard by her father what people could do to young girls. So as a "boy" she started picking up where her father left off, she started pick pocketing random strangers, using her size to her advantage. It was here the young girl learned to be stealthy, using the shadow as her friend. In fact at the time it was her only friend, it was during this time that the young girl started crafting her alter ego "Mumei", she would start using it instead of her original name, and not use her last name "Nonki" since it didn't really mean anything to her anymore. It didn't take long before she had mastered the art of staying hidden although this confidence lead to her biggest mistake/fortune. One of the targets the young girl had picked was a well known ninja that was passing by, to her surprise she managed to pick pocket the famed ninja but as she was making her way back to her hideout the theif was stopped by the ninja she had mugged.

He introduced himself as Hayate and he told her that he could see the potential in the young girl. He would protect her under his wing and train her to become the best in her craft.. So for the last couple of years the girl's life took a turn for the better. She would soon start her training among the shinobi she had dreamed of becoming part of. Although because she spent most of her time outside of the academy as a child she never really mastered the art of ninjutsu, although she did get the hang of genjutsu. However, she focused more on training her hand to hand combat skills and mostly her "ninja" skills. Ergo, she has trained to perfect her stealth abilities and believes to be one of the greater ninjas out there. Hopefully soon she could also become the best spy out there as well. She felt that she never really fit in within the village walls and living alone wasn't really making this transition any better. Since she was already invisible once she took a step inside the village the young girl used her skills to become invisible. Within the academy, Hotaru would spy on most of her class mates. Hiding by the shadows, watching the kids play with others, picking up information for later use and from time to time "Yoho" would bump in to them, apologize and continue on her path. Stealing minor objects from them, then plant them on other student's lockers, wanting to see how they would react.

It didn't take long before Hayate enrolled "Yoho" into the chuunin exam with a random team, although being a loner in the heart the girl performed her best and did what was necessary to rank up. It was during this time that the girl used her partners to lure out her target and do what was necessary, it didn't take long for the girl to win and become a chuunin. Most only know little about this young ninja, which was perfect. As an observer the girl grew up wanting to be the ultimate spy, but that would mean that only a few people would know Hotaru's real personality, although what she feared most that in the end she wouldn't be able to keep her alter egos apart, which prompted her to start writing in a diary.

Hotaru soon found herself being part of S.T.R.A.T.O.S, a black ops organisation run by none other than the infamous Banri, he was a man who would take her under his wing, which formed a twisted relationship based on her anguish over Hayate becoming a criminal, which she later found out was because of Banri's doing, nevertheless, joining the black ops organisation changed her forever as she started to distance herself from everyone she knew, even her sister Eiko, who she had been keeping tabs on but with time even that duty was taken over by someone else as her focus had shifted from internal affairs to external.

When Hayate returning victorious and
as the Raikage the rift between them shrunk, but the pain still remained, she couldn't forgive him for abandoning her when she needed him the most, which was ironic because she abandoned her sister in return meaning it had started a vicious cycle of hurt. Fortunately Eiko was the one who adapted to the situation best, while Hotaru seemed to be the worst as she kept pushing herself towards death, she seemed to not care for her life anymore and only what she believed would be best for Kumo, well, that was until she was standing on the edge of Soul Country, ordered by none other than Banri to take over something that didn't belong to him, to betray the village she had sworn to protect.

This caused her to split away from her second mentor and finally see the world for what it was, a place where the players made the rules,
none was the wiser, only the ones that had their eyes open and saw the world for what it truly was, a game, where lives were at stake. This prompted Hotaru to gather the few men who followed her and create a new and better version of S.T.R.A.T.O.S, one with undying loyalty towards Kumo and the betterment of the world.

Matrix:

Matorikkusu is a doujutsu that can assign colors and symbols not unlike fuuinjutsu to anything and everything the user sees; it enables the user to perceive everything in digital data-form. These colors and symbols permeate the users entire field of vision at all times. These patterns, once understood by the wearer through study are known to be the composition and material makeup of the objects in question. With practice the user is able to analyze the infrastructures of buildings & landscapes, can facially scan people and objects and display the diagnosis to the user. As such, the discerning of what the symbols mean is done through taijutsu. This information comes in the form of equations and mathematical calculations that breakdown into digital data fragments and interrupts the information for the user, acting as a H.U.D and overlay of information that covers the world. These colors and symbols permeate the users entire field of vision at all times.

Chakra Void:
This ability allows Hotaru to stay out of sensors ability to read their target as long as her control is higher than theirs. If the user and the target has equal stats then they have to actively try to pinpoint her chakra signature in order to find her, any passive sensory that isn't higher in stat than her control suffers the inability to draw any vital information from her. This Ability is always active, which ends up drawing -2 Chakra Pool from the user.

The fundamental skill of [Projectile Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with weapons designed to attack from afar, such as bows, shuriken, senbon, launchers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Alternative Weaponry:
The fundamental skill of [Alternative Weaponry] indicates the user's proficiency with rare, uncommon, or otherwise non-standard weapons that aren't typically grouped under other concentrations. This could be anything like Staves, Axes, Spears, Nunchakus, Shields, etc.

Heavenly Body Control:

This user has learned to combine the basics of Status and Illusion genjutsu, allowing them to use single techniques to create sensory illusions, as well as status changes on their target.

Genjutsu: Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any Genjutsu that is designed to be channeled, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. Channeled Genjutsu cause the user to be surrounded in an aura of chakra while channeling the genjutsu, until the genjutsu is initiated.

A close quarter combat created by Hotaru, using the mind more than the body. A style about staying in harmony and releasing short burst of strikes to overcome your foes. A style more focuses on defending and attacking the targets weak points when they think they have their advantage. Using Hotaru's Taijutsu to overcome stronger foes by attacking weak spots like knees, groin, blocks and other moves to prove that brain wins over brawn.

With this technique, one would be aware of how an opponent could respond in battle, such as a situation where the user has the opponent in a choke hold and the opponent may bend their legs to kick back. Although the user must see the target's movement.

Hotaru can use her natural Instinct to anticipate and react to attacks to literally kick attacks from the air, as her feet are precise enough to meet other people's punches or kicks as they fly. Using her feet, she aims kicks at her opponents hands or feet when they attack, aiming to attempt to throw the attacks off or stop them completely. This can be kept up as long as Hotaru's speed is equal or higher than the targets, and that she can see the attacks coming, but is only able to be used effectively against someone with opponents that aren't too strong, as she is flexible and fast enough with her feet to keep up with most attack chains but too much power will eventually overcome her.

An easy maneuver where the user rotates their body, using their speed to swing their arms up and punch their opponent at great speed. The user is able to do this while standing still and while running. This technique is used with Know How series to create maximum damage with minimum exertion.

D-rank Maneuver Taijutsu
This is an easy technique that allows the user to dodge incoming attacks by lying down on the ground then jumping up. The user rolls back to the ball on the neck before pushing up with their core and arms in a half moon circle. If performed correctly the user should be pushed back up to a standing position in no time.

This is an easy technique that allows the user to maximize their attack with use of their speed and planting. Once the user is at high speed they jump forward and perform a half handspring, then aims to kick their target on the stomach.

The user, after many hours of practice, repetition and conditioning their body and mind, have obtained a high degree of muscle memory. They may also respond faster to and almost predict an enemy attack from a slight movement simply due to their understanding and comprehension of the anatomy and Taijutsu itself. This means they may have a chance at counterattack a target with a lot more efficiency, using only the knowledge of their bodies, meaning it'll be a Speed vs Strength situation, not a Strength vs Strength situation.

An easy maneuver where the user is able to jump up and rotate their bodies, using their speed to swing their leg up and kick their opponent in the jaw. The user is able to do this while standing still and while running. This technique is used with Know How series to create maximum damage with minimum exertion.

Pre-Requirements: Know Your Enemy; Know Your Limits
Having attained a high level of Taijutsu, Taijutsu theory and reflexes themselves, the user is able to counter-attack the heaviest of blows without having to use impressive force themselves. Applying the use of angles, positioning, anatomy knowledge and overall Taijutsu knowledge itself, the user is able to block or deflect heavy blows without having to use force.

Pre-Requirements: Know The First Step, 5 Wushu techs
This is where the Wushu starts to shine, this fighting technique is for seasoned Wushu users as it can pose a threat to an inexperienced user. First of all the user trains to fight with one hand, this mentality forces the user to slow down his/her tempo but lowers enemies will power if they don't manage to overcome the humiliation (-3 Will Power) for as long as the user has their hand in their pocket. The user focuses on precision but comes with the cost of not being able to perform any Ninjutsu nor Genjutsu until using two hands.

B-Ranked Discipline Taijutsu
Through hard training and battling different Taijutsu styles, the user has learned to observe the targets combat style and determine what concentration the target has used after 4 posts of combat. This is a hard feat to pull off unless the user has full focus on the target and is a precursor discipline for grander Wushu techniques.

Pre-Requirements: Know How to One-Two
With their high level in the art of manipulating and using their body and also high reflexes and strategic ability, the user has mastered their ability of avoiding quick strikes that come on short notice, finding little to no challenge in side-stepping punches, jumping over kicks, leaning back, among others. The user understands that fights have a tempo and is able to adapt him or herself into said tempo in order to dodge effectively but instead of fully dodging the attacks the user is able to perform a quick counter, using the targets momentum against them. Often aiming for the solar plexus, an area that can cause damage and sustaining pain, (-3 Endurance, -3 Strength) for 5 posts.

[Wushu • Know Your Techniques; Two Hands]
B-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Pre-Requirements: Know Your Techniques
This technique is the be used if the user can't defeat their opponent via one handed mode, forcing the user to get serious and fight for real, with the knowledge of the body the user is able to focus their mind and uncap an adrenaline charge once they are forced to cancel One Hand in which the technique has to be active for at least 3. This adrenaline boosts the user (3+ Endurance) and their strength (+6), although during this boost the user slows down a bit (-3 Speed) and loses their ability remain in perfect harmony (-3 Will Power, -3 Control).

[Wushu • The Step Down]
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
The user kicks the target on the inside of their hip with one leg then swings around to kick the outside of the knee with the other before delivering a sidestep thrust kick to the center of the target just as they lose balance. The user is able to do this while standing still and while running. This technique is used with Know How series to create maximum damage with minimum exertion.

Pre-Requirements: Double, The Step Down
This is a special combo attack utilizing a flurry of attacks to daze and confuse the target. The user delivers a 5 punch and 5 kick combo ending with a thrust kick to send the targets back. The user opens up with a flurry of punches on the upper body and ends them with kicks to the targets lower body before stepping in to thrust kick them. This technique is used with Know How series to create maximum damage with minimum exertion.

A weaponry style created by Hotaru in order to master the way of both stealth and armed combat. The user uses their wits and human knowledge to their advantage, to not only strike them when they are unprepared but also take them down before they manage get a full grip on the ever-surprising trickster.

D-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Sword.
The user has mastered the ways of drawing their hidden sword slowly to reduce sound, though at this level the user can only unsheathe the blade without drawing attention.

Knife Proficiency
D-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Hidden-blade, knife.
The user has mastered the ways of wielding a knife on either grip side and is able to switch in between then with ease.

Bleeding Feet
D-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu.
A simple move where the user kicks the targets shin with an angle to cause their legs to bleed, this is used to track targets if they try to escape.

Paper Cut
D-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Bladed weapon.
The user aims to slash their targets arms in order to weaken then and leave the target open for follow-up attacks. These minor annoyances are overcome by either regeneration or minor wound treatments. If left untreated they will draw -1 strength from the target.

Switch it Up
D-Rank Stance Taijutsu
The user has mastered the ways of switching between her unarmed style to her armed variant and vice versa on the fly. By sheathing her weapons and using the blade as fist grip, allows her to stay one step ahead.

C-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Trained through the art of stealth, the user is aware of any visible tracks that they have left behind and covers their trace. This is technique is the first of a long chain of Black Ops techniques created to make the user appear as a ghost and vanish without a trace.

Paper Slash
C-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Paper Cut, Bladed weapon.
The user aims to slash their targets upper body in order to weaken then and leave the target open for follow-up attacks. These annoyances are overcome by either regeneration or wound treatments. If left untreated they will draw -3 strength from the target.

C-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Knife Proficiency, Knife, Hidden-blade
The user precision stabs the target with their hidden-blade or knife, aiming to stab them by the guts in order to maximize the damage and cause internal bleeding. (-3 Endurance) The wound will go on bleeding until treated.

Dual Wielder
C-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Sword and Knife.
The user has mastered the way of wielding two separate weapons and work a way to use both at their advantage for both offensive and defensive purposes.

Blade Deflector
C-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Knife, Hidden-blade.
The user has mastered the way of deflecting bladed weapons with their knife, using the small size to throw their target off balance. This only works if her Speed is higher or equal to/than the targets Strength.
B-Rank
Rebellious Execution
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu.
Prerequisite: Hidden-Blade, 10 Wushu.
The user begins by moving within the targets guard before delivering a standing round house kick to their head, the user locks the opponents head instead of striking it by placing their head between their thigh and calf. Once their leg closes in on their target, they pull their body down to crash their headfirst to the ground, followed by a well-placed dagger between the ribs. This devastating combo can be quite lethal, especially if the wound is left untreated.

Ghost Strike
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Ghost Draw, Black Wolf, Sword, 25 Speed.
The user crouches down to a three-point stand as they lock in on their target, once their mind is set, they will rush the next [Strength=meters] at top speed and lose the ability to change direction until their strike has either landed or been blocked. This grants the user the ability to vanish as a shadow if the targets speed is lower than the users.

Nun-Chucks Mastery

Prerequisite: Nun-Chucks
This is a simple Nun-Chucks discipline that allows the user to utilize the weapon without second thought, the user has become one with the weapon and since it moves at great speed the target has to have higher/equal Speed to/than the users in order to keep up with the weapons dance/strikes.

Bruce Force
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Nun-Chucks
A simple Nun-Chucks combo that starts with a strike to the stomach (-2 Endurance), knee (-2 Speed) then a swift move to strike the targets head, this is used to not only daze the target (-2 Will Power) but also weaken their bodies. This pummeling combination can be switched up in different orders to achieve the same effect. This effect lasts for 4 posts or until the target has regenerated from the damage received.

Reckless Abandon
B-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Switch it Up
This is an upgraded version of Switch it Up, which allows the user to switch between all of her weapons mid combo and change some of her styles without stopping to suit the needed tactic, such as starting a fight with Wushu, then tossing senbons at close range to finish up with a knife strike or nun-chuck combo.

Ghost Wolf
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Black Wolf., Blade.
The user must first find themselves either above or below an unsuspecting target, once they are in place and have them on lock on, they will pounce the opponent and strike them with their weapon/s between their ribs. If the wound is left untreated then it can lead to certain death.

Step it Up
A-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: The Step Up, Sword.
The user reverses The Step Up move set and begins the technique with a kick to the back of the targets knee, followed by using the same foot to kick the targets hip. The user follows with their target before surprising with a falling sword. The user aims at the targets solar plexus, using both their momentum and the targets powerless pose to their advantage.

Predator
A-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Ghost Wolf, Ghost Draw
The user sits at their vantage point and takes key notice of their targets whereabouts, they plan out their form of attack before picking out four targets that are within 20 meters range. Using their speed, wits and weaponry the target is able to keep up with four unsuspecting foes and use the surprise attack to her advantage. If the users Speed is higher/equal to/than the targets Speed the users movements will be hard to perceive due to unpreparedness for 3 posts.

Rise of the Dragon
S-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Pre-Requirements: Dragon Rush, Sword, Nun-chucks, Grappling hook.
An upgraded version of Dragon Rush is a special combo attack utilizing a flurry of attacks and weaponry to fatally wound the target(s) (Up to Endurance stat/10 (max 5)] if users Speed is higher than targets Speed, though the outcome is that the user has to split the ten strike combo between the targets. The user throws a grappling hook to connect themselves with the first target, yanks them in to delivers 3 punches, a knife stab to the knee, then uses the sword to cut their stomach, followed by a 3 kick combo to their uninjured leg before using the nun-chuck to hit them across the chest and head before ending the combo with a thrust kick to send the target flying back. This technique is used with Know How series to create maximum damage with minimum exertion

This is a basic spy technique that lets Hotaru perform minor changes in her appearance, she simply applies the make up which ends up pretty realistic. At this level Hotaru is able to make herself appear 2 years younger and up to 5 years older. More feminine or masculine.

Using her preying eyes to find the nearest weapon, whether it be a scroll, to a lethal weapon. The spy always has her eyes open for any potential weapon within her surroundings.

Pick Pocket; Minor Object
D-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Location of the item.
This is one of the most basic techniques the spy has in her archive, first it requires that the user knows where the item (1 post) is located on the person, then bumps into them and attempt to pick the targets pocket, if the target has lower taijutsu than Hotaru then they won't notice. If the target has a Speed equal to or greater than Hotaru's Speed, this technique is ineffective. This only works on object smaller than a kunai and she can't plant items on the target at this level.

Hotaru has learned what she can step on, and how much noise it would make, using this to her advantage the spy can nearly sprint without making noise at (-6 Speed).

This is a basic spy technique that lets Hotaru control her body to the point where she can act as a totally different person, using her will to come up with a different personality. The user seems very convincing, to perform this the user requires some extended information about the area and needs to write down some simple mental notes. At this level she can't impersonate. The target needs a perception technique equivalent to the rank to see through her lies.

Through the art of being able to read their subtle movements, readings of emotions and appear to "predict" the outcome of the situation making it appear as if they are reading their minds. In order for this connection to be linked, the user must study the target for 4 posts, gather enough information about the targets behavioral patterns, speech and it will only works if Hotaru has higher/equal Will Power to/than the target.

At this level she is the character and will improvise as the said character, reading the user's mind requires an equal level of technique and higher Will than the user. By studying the target/area for more than 5 posts, the user gets a hub of possibilities that can be created, within this zone it almost appears as a playground for the user as they can chose to set up traps, find various ways to enter in through fortress, lead enemies into danger, etc. The user keeps a strong grip of the information flow, giving them data on almost anything within a max 1 mile, meaning any broken branches, new footsteps will be noticeable once she returns to that specific area and allow Hotaru to notice those small changes, though it can change to smaller sizes.

A technique that allows black ops members to have full communication without words, these are mostly used when trying to relay a longer message as it takes longer to perform but can also be used for deep cover as a mute character.

A simple technique that allows the user to stare straight into the eyes of the target as they lie instead of looking to the side, this technique also allows the users to remove the majority of their tell signs of lying.

Basic technique that allows the user to hide in unconventional places but to such a degree that the target either needs to find them via perception techniques or physically stumble upon them, this technique works well with other techniques such as Henge and etc.

The user remembers to leave as little to no possible evidence, whether it's when they are tracking or when they get the chance to return to a location. The user is able to conceal tracks equal to their Taijutsu and will remain concealed unless the target enhances, otherwise they need equal or higher instinct than the user.

Ghost is the peak form of the spies utility, crafted to cover most bases when it comes to their senses and output of Taijutsu, this style utilizing the users body to it's maximum capacity, whether it's feeling with their aura or creating ghost after images of themselves.

The Algorithm
S-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: [Perception]
Through mastering the art of being able to read subtle movements and emotions. The user has gained the ability to appear to "predict" the outcome of a situation making it appear as if they are reading the target's mind. The user must study the target for 2 posts, allowing them to gather information about the target's behavioral patterns, speech, combat style, physical stats (Strength, Speed, and Endurance), and concentrations.

Ghost Echo

Prerequisite: [Stealth]
An assassination art and stealth technique, the user creates multiple clone-like afterimages of themselves to confuse their opponent. They can create up to 5 Echoes each with their own scent and chakra signatures able to be picked up by Sensory jutsu. Being able to differentiate between the afterimage clone and the user requires a [Perception] jutsu of equal rank.

The Ghost of Kumogakure

Prerequisite: [Stealth]
Having mastered the art of stealth and noise reduction, the user is able to run, land and even strike in total silence, the user is able to mask their noise as long as their opponent doesn't have an equal or greater [Perception] tech.

Scopaesthesia

By training their body to absolute peak, the user is able to sense anyone within [Will]x4 meters away from their position with the max range being 200, this technique is a form of remote viewing and allows the user to determine if anyone is looking at them, the hair on their body rises towards where the target is and within their mind's eye a moving image is created of the target, the closer they are the better the image is displayed. This technique also allows the user to sense if anyone is using sensory on them unless they have higher ranked [Stealth] than this one.

Audiothesia

Perfect for hunting and pinpointing any slight noise, whether a weapon cutting through the air or an arrow being shot from an out-of-sight angle.

Vibrothesia

By training their body to absolute peak, the user is able to sense any vibration within [Will]x4 meters away from their position with the max range being 200, this technique is a form of remote sensing and allows the user to determine if anything is touching or moving about, the hair on their body rises towards where the target is and within their mind's eye a moving image is created of the target, the closer they are the better the image is displayed. Perfect for hunting and pinpointing any slight noise, whether it's stepping to prepare a strike or reinforcement coming from an out-of-sight angle.

Clairvoyance

Prerequisite: [Perception], Scopaesthesia, Audiothesia, Vibrothesia
The user has trained their body to react to even the most minute changes in the atmosphere. They are able to pick up changes in air pressure, the slightest of sounds, taste alterations to smells, see the most slight of movements, and vibrations from every movement. Everything within 160m will appear within the user's mind's eye giving them a description of the vicinity, able to track targets, and even alert the user from surprise attacks.

After training for hours on end the user has mastered the technique be able to toss a kunai/shuriken/senbon at an incoming projectile and change it's trajectory (If the users Taijutsu is high enough and strength is within 3 limit).

Short Range Toss
D-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
This technique allows the user to toss kunai/shuriken/senbon at short ranges, these tosses usually are ineffective once they reach 10 meters away. Although within this short range they are far more accurate (+3 Strength, -3 Speed).

Eagle
D-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
After hours of training the user has trained to track targets, training to estimate distance and speed. This technique helps the user keep task on other targets at the same time.

Dangerous
D-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
The difference between combat and training is danger and unpredictability. The user of this technique is experienced at loosing weapons from positions other than a set stance, maintaining offense even while acting on the defense or recovering from a fall. Such attacks are made at full Strength and accuracy.

This is where the Black Swan style starts to show it's true colors. The user first fills both/one hand/s with either Kunai/Shuriken/Senbon, then proceeds to toss them at the target at great speed. During the toss the user is able to quickly reload without having to interrupt if they chose to place the weapon next to them or items from one pouch.

Bursting the seems

Prerequisite: Short Range Toss
This technique allows the user to toss kunai/shuriken/senbon at short ranges, these tosses usually are ineffective once they reach 15 meters away. Although within this short range they are far more accurate (+6 Strength, -6 Speed).

Weapon on Weapon action
C-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
This technique allows the user to toss kunai/shuriken/senbon another kunai/shuriken/senbon to arc it's trajectory, the user begins by throwing a set of projectiles before tossing another one that changes the first's directions up to 90 degrees.

Hand-Eye-Coordination
C-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Eagle.
Relying on the ability to discern distance and track targets, the user makes a ranged attack on a moving target. Assuming that the target's speed and direction remain the same, shots made with this technique "lead" the correct amount to almost certainly strike true.

This is the upgraded version of Droplets. The user first fills both hands with either Kunai/Shuriken/Senbon, then proceeds to toss them at the target at great speed. During the toss the user is able to quickly reload without having to interrupt if they chose to place the weapons next to them or chose from multiple pouches and can continue until they run out of projectiles.

When it Rains
B-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Rain
The upgraded version of Rain, this is where the style really starts to shine. If the users Speed is higher/equal to/than the targets Speed they will be able to chose to use any jutsu rank lower than C-Rank to combine into their never ending onslaught of projectiles, allowing them to attack from various positions and angles. It takes a full post before the jutsu will fire off and the user must maintain the toss during the entire projectile rain.

This technique relies on speed to unleash a rapid series of ranged attacks against one or more targets. The user draws and launches in one fluid motion, falling into a rhythm and maintaining it. Doing so can provide effective suppression fire, urging a quarry into a trap or setting up for a future technique. The user can also attempt to pin down a number of targets equal to the user's Speed Stat (Max being 25) for the duration, which lasts for as long as the user has ammunition and maintains the attack. The user's legs must remain stationary save to pivot.

The user plants their feet and begins to empty their weapon stash, they will keep their eye on a target and begin to swarm them with senbons/kunai/shuriken in order to weaken the foe. The overwhelming projectile weapons twists and turns as they bounce off walls and each other and the longer the target stays pinned within the area and get targeted then they lose 8 stats (-2 Endurance, Strength, Speed, Will) per post up till 5, the wounds lasts until they recover from the damage. This technique can only be used once per thread as it empties the users weapon stash, leaving them with only a handful left.

The clone only completes the defense transaction and once the clone has been struck it will immediately puff into scattering fireflies, this genjutsu is merely used to distract the target while the real body attempts to evade the incoming attack. This clone functions as a simple illusion clone, created to "take" the damage. The clone only completes the defense transaction and once the clone has been struck it will immediately puff into scattering fireflies, at this level it will give off the sensation of actually striking, the other three will roll out of the puff and initiate an attack that has the possibility of causing distress on the target. This genjutsu is merely used to distract the target while the real body attempts to evade or counterattack. Lasts for 1 post.

  • General: A bubbly personality that invites people to listen in, she cares about everyone around her and listens deeply to peoples issues, she is someone you would love to call your best friend as she makes you feel at ease, or at least that is the character she portrays, Kirie is a cold and ruthless S.T.R.A.T.O.S agent, a true psychopath that plays into people's emotions and makes them believe the story she tells them, ironically, she doesn't have to lie like Hotaru for she truly cares about the people she pretends to care for as it has been proven to be her sharpest survival instinct.

    Kirie has mastered the way of never lying, she doesn't hide anything but genuinely remembers and forgets the information she doesn't need, this makes her appear even more bubbly and aloof as she seems rather harmless but as one of Hotaru's top spies, they both know that this act is only see through if you truly get to know Kirie. She has no qualms with killing those who betray her fellow countrymen and doesn't fear getting her hands dirty, whether it is that she has to sleep with the enemy in order to gather information or lower their guard, or to assassinate them.

A general sense of the direction and number of chakra sources can be determined at up to 75 meters away. It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

This jutsu is an even further extension of [Broad Sense]. With this jutsu, a sensor sacrifices quality for quantity. After performing the necessary hand seals, the user can view to much greater distances compared to a normal sensor, but their ability to differentiate between people starts to become muddled, meaning multiple people in close proximity will appear simply as a large chakra mass, without the users being able to distinguish how many people are there. By sitting down and meditating, they are able to start to sense further and further away. For each post of meditating, they are able to see 500 meters out, up to a max of posts equal to 1/2 their control (rounded up).

Ishiguro Kirie, or rather Ishiguro, Ai.

Born as the single daughter of an impoverished outer branch family, as a child she was said to be rather academic yet rude towards those who didn't follow in her footsteps, report claims that she was extremely manipulative and was considered a bully to the other Ishiguro's, most likely trauma from experiencing a life harsher than those around her, could be some sort of psychological protection and to make others skins thicker while at the same time make her appear stronger. Ishiguro, Ai who was physically incapable of handling close quarter combats managed to get through the academy via her clan abilities, something she seemed rather proud of.

It says here that she studied the art of Fuuinjutsu and sensory in order to work as a support for her team, a team she seemed rather proud of, a team which accepted her and thought her compassion, or so it seemed, for they were found dead on a mission and only she survived. She reported that they were ambushed but there's clearly holes in her story, could this be the memory issue she is suffering or is she lying? Memory scan revealed that they indeed had been ambushed but the fact that their sensor had fallen asleep during her watch had clearly traumatized her and had altered how her memory works... Interesting.

Chuunin exam went well, except when she was forced to choose to find a new team to work with, it seems that she opposed to the idea of being someone's guardian again, maybe fear of failure was getting the best of her? It seems that years passed, and the young adolescent continued to go on solo missions which she was able to clear using her.... Charm? Interesting, at least she had found a way to function as a ninja with trauma without resorting to violence, or rather... Avoid violence unless she needed to, seeing as the report claims she has a rather high body count... Interesting... Sandman.. Killing her enemies in their sleep... Brutal... Cold... I like it.

She recently ranked up to Special Jounin and is now wondering the city doing her little cutesy bit but is mostly useless yet dreams for a bigger cause, maybe she needs to collaborate with someone who is above her league, someone who makes sure that she needs to keep herself alive and not worry about her comrade. Maybe I should recruit her to S.T.R.A.T.O.S, before this little psychopath goes off the rails... Maybe...
