Kota’s appearance could be considered very basic. He has a delicate and thin jawline, with very pasty skin. His eyes are emeralds personified, glittering as the light hits them. Under his right eye he bears a small scar going parallel to his eye roughly two inch in length. His hair is closer to cream than white, thats messy with spikes all over. - Body: Kota is slim built, looking much more frail than he his. This along with his pasty skin often gets others worried bout his health. Upon his left shoulder he has another scar. This one being roughly 5 inches long.

- General: Kota in general is very care free. From his appearance and messy hair, to the thoughts of almost anyone. He is often laid back, but can appear quite passive-agressive. When it comes to those he is close with and cares about, he is very protective. Those he does care about, they are the opinions thats matter to him most and will do his very best to make those people proud of him.
- Hopes/Dreams: He secretly hopes to become a Kumo Shinobi of great status that is famous through out the 5 great nations.
- Fears: He will go down as a nameless nobody when his time is up. And insects, Kota has a great fear of the larger insects.
- Combat Mentality:Kota is a projectile expert, utilising his Raiton in combination with his weapons. In regards to strength, he will always opt for the speed over power, and utilise a plan strike before his opponent knows what has happened.

A Blinding flash will expel outwards in a cone shape in that direction of 10 meters with a final width of 5 meters. If a Shuriken or chain connects with something, everything else connected to the chain will follow and wrap around said object. Each Shuriken will explode with the force of a C rank explosive and apply Raitons shocking effect. If not consumed, this technique lasts for three posts.

The user will first perform the correct hand seals, and then fire a cone of lightning which begins at 5m wide closest to them and then 30m wide at the furthest point. The cone extends 40m from the user's body at a speed of 20. This cascade of lightning roars tremendously loud, and strikes all caught within it at 15 strength. Those caught in the blast will have their speed reduced by 5 points for 2 posts.

Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. The defense is shot at a speed of 5 and has a strength of 5 and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

Born and raised in the the centre of Kumo, Kota, was destined to become a Shinobi. So he did. Before all that, both his parents had being Jounin, were away a lot during his childhood. Leaving himself to learn and cope by himself, maturing him more than others his age. Whist he was 6, His mother was killed in action on a mission, leaving his father a changed man, and himself heartbroken.
When entered into the academy, the loss of his mother and distant father made him very distant with others. He tried his best to learn what was at hand and utilising Chakra became second nature. He was always on the frail side, so strength was never his best attribute, however his speed was a different story. Eventually Kota passed the test and Became a fun Genin.
During his time away from missions, Kota would practice his projectile skills. He had always been average in his class and that needed to change. Months after months, Kota began to transform one of his weaker skills to his second strongest skills. Second to that over his Raiton Ninjutsu, which is wear his talent lies. Although his improvements were well noticed by all, it didn't matter, his father could not tell the difference. Only making Kota want to step it up another level.
Eventually his skills became apparent and he applied for the Chunin exam. He was assigned a mission that was to capture alive a bait who had been plaguing the roads near a settlement. He made a plan, using a Suiton clone of himself as bait, he sent it on a carriage down the faithful road. While he himself hid underneath in a secret compartment. Not knowing when the Bandit would strike, as he always attacked with out stopping traders or locals, but Kota could sense the presence of his own clone and the exact moment the bandit struck it, reducing it to nothing but water. And with that, Kota unleashed a minor electrical Ninjutsu from his finding spot, which shocked and stunned everything caught in the puddle. He returned with the bandit and handed the mission in, becoming a Chuunin
