He wears a cloak that buttons around the neck and has a hood attached. The cloak stretches down to his waist and covers his entire upper body only leaving his right arm shown. He also wears a black mask on his face that only covers his mouth and nose. Underneath his cloak is a sleeveless vest with 2 pockets on each side of the chest and 2 hand pockets on each side of the waist. Under the vest is a simple white T-shirt with a rain drop design on it. On his waist is a belt with 3 pouches on it. The pouches are located on his left side, right side and the last one is in the back. Each pouch has 3 pockets for storing things like kunai or water containers. Warai is a man a little words. He prefers to say as much as possible using the fewest words possible. Being the quiet person he is he rarely misses anything going on in his surroundings. He is a good listener paying attention to everything in a conversation. He is a very agreeable guy. He will agree with whatever anyone wants to do. He appreciates any and all experiences he can get into. - Hopes/Dreams:
Warai wants to become a leader of his own village. He wants to create a village that will be stronger than the 5 hidden villages. - Fears:
Warai fears being trapped in an enclosed space. Being in a space where his movement is limited to the point that he cant even take more than 2 steps. So being in a box or a closet terrifies him. - Combat Mentality:
Whenever in a fight Warai doesn't want to just engage in hand to hand combat. He likes to stay in the back line and support. While supporting his allies and being out of combat he can watch everything thats going on around him. He would be able to watch the enemies movements and abilities. After determining and comparing his strengths and weaknesses to his opponents strengths, he then decides if the fight is winnable or not. If Warai feels that he cant win the fight he makes a plan of retreat. If the fight is winnable he will plan accordingly and adjust to his opponents behavior.

Coiled Snake Stance
D-Rank Taijutsu Stance
This defensive stance begins with the user swirling their rope, chain or wire in the air above their head. This ensures that the user has distance from any enemies because the weapon will be fully stretched out at this time. After getting their weapon swirling they gradually let it swirl around their body. The weapon however never comes within 2ft of the users body. Instead the user continues to swirl it in a slower motion so that the end of the weapon is dragging on the ground. This makes the weapon resemble a coiled snake. While in this stance the user can speed up the swirls to close the chains in on a specific area by adjusting the position of their swirling. For example, If the user wanted to block shuriken from hitting his face the user would start to swirl faster and pull their hand holding the weapon behind their head very quickly then repositioning it back above their head.
Coiled Snake Stance: Whip Lash

While Standing in the Coiled Snake Stance the user whips their weapon at their and snatches back hard while jumping back 2 meters. After landing the user goes back to the Coiled Snake Stance.

While standing in the Coiled Snake Stance the user whips the weapon across their front side with a lot of force. This will make the chain slash across ground in front of them sending up a wave of dust, mud, water or anything on the ground that can be easily splashed or imprinted by a persons footsteps. For example, if their was a puddle on the ground the user would send a wave of water from the puddle flying forward. Requires the user to know Coiled Snake Stance.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.
*Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

Warai was born in Kumogakure. Warai's parents were chunnin ninja who had side jobs as most ninja in Kumogakure have a part time job. His dad was an engineer while his mom was a postal worker. Being ninja they often trained Warai in tactics and the fundamentals of chakra. On top of that he also had to attend the primary schooling as all kids do in Kumogakure. At the age of 6 Warai would have to come home and spot any differences in the house as a form of awareness training. His mom was very strict and forced him to practice the hand signs over and over again. He would have to say them out loud as well as perform all the hand signs 20 times in a row. She also made him draw the symbols over and over until she felt like it was enough for the day.
She would make him tell her everything that happened at school and what he learned. She would then make him study the history of shinobi for two hours every day. Then he would have to do his chores. After he had done all of that he was free to go do whatever he wanted until dinner time. He would sometimes go hang out with his friends and they would pretend to be ninja protecting the village from enemies. Warai had a lot of friends although he was the quiet kid in the group. His friends often noted how quiet he was especially when they where tryna decide on things like what type of ramen is better or who is the current greatest shinobi. Growing up in the mountain ranges of Kumogakure Warai has seen lots of birds from eagles and gray jay's to nutcrackers and chickadees. Kumogakure was a beautiful village although it is said to not be as great as it once was. His dad would take him bird watching whenever he had the time for it.
Warai has been in love with birds all his life. His mom reminds him that his sounds as a baby was him trying to chirp like a bird. Warai would often draw pictures of birds flying gracefully through the sky. While out with his friends Warai would tell them all about the birds he see's with his dad. His friends would be impressed with his artistic skills and bird drawings. One day while his dad was out working his mom took him bird watching. She told him she knew where to find the fastest bird in the world. Hearing this Warai thought she was making it up. His mom told him this bird could reach speeds faster than any other bird in the world. While on their Warai was already thinking of what the bird would look like. Warai asked how big the bird was because he figured the fastest bird in the world must have huge wings. His mom told him that the bird wasn't huge at all and that it was even smaller than an eagle. Warai couldn't believe that such a bird exists.
When his mom told him they had arrived he had realized that they where in the eastern mountains. (Before Lightnings Rage: Divine Judgement) They climbed high to an area where two trees where hanging out the mountain side. Behind the trees was a small indent in the mountain. Inside was a bird nest. Warai couldnt see any birds at all which was strange. Warai asked his mom where the birds where but she had no idea. She had seen them there before with a bunch of little fledgelings in the nest. Soon a gray feathered bird was spotted rising from the nest. Once he had seen it he couldnt take his eyes off it. It spreader its wings and flew off into the air. Warai started to note down everything about the bird.
Its wingspan was around three feet and nine inches from what he could tell. It had a hawk shape body, its feathers where dark gray from its neck to his wings and down his back to his tail feathers. From his neck to his head and face the feathers began to darken almost like a black helmet or hood. Its underparts was a creamy white but with a really light blueish tent to it and small dark spots going down its flanks in rows. Its wings where pointed and perfect for fast travel. Warai was impressed how relaxed the birds flight pattern even though it seemed to have strong strokes with its wings. Soon it ascended straight into the air with three swift strokes and dived down. Its speed was incredible his eyes could barely keep up with it. The bird swooped down and grabbed its target a smaller bird that never saw the falcons dive coming. With the successful catch it returned to its nest. There several fledglings showed them selves. While feeding was going on Warai noticed the fledglings pushing and shoving each other. Two of the baby birds fell out the nest. Tumbling down the side of the cliff one bounced off too far and fell straight down out of sight.
Warai slid down determined to save the other bird. His mom reacted as fast as she could running across the mountain walls with ease grabbing both Warai and the baby bird. After securing them both she jumped to a safe ledge. Warai was amaze at his moms agility and speed. After some harsh words about impulsive behavior and moving without thinking his mom had decided that was enough excitement for a day so they where gonna head back. Warai asked if they where going to keep the baby bird. His mom didn't see why they would. Warai begged and begged for it and swore he'd take care of it. His mom still didn't want the bird but she decided he could keep it since he loves birds. After returning home he started to see if the bird was hurt and wrote down any and all things the bird needed to eat and a suitable cage for it. After a couple hours passed his dad came back and Warai showed him the bird and gave him the list of things for the bird. Having such strict parents his schedule had an even heavier load. Having to keep up with his studies and the bird started become a hassle. Soon enough Warai started asking his parents why they like being ninja.
His mom asked "what made him ask that question?" Warai told her it was because of the time they saved the bird from falling. He remembered how fast his mom moved and was inspired by it. His dad told him the best part about being a ninja is being able to get stronger. His dad explained that the stronger you are the stronger those around you can become. He told Warai that if everyone can grow together then our ninja can protect our village and thats the most important part. After a while his mom started to let up on the daily routine after school. Warai found himself with more free time. Warai would sometimes go for strolls around the village and talk to any ninja he saw and ask them about their life as a ninja.
Warai would also ask the civilians who weren't ninja about their life as well. Warai wondered how was everyone getting stronger from one person being getting stronger. Warai didn't understand what his dad meant by that. Warai would study the structures of ninja villages seeing that the Age is the pillar of every ninja village and the strongest of the ninja in the village. Warai still studied about how people could get stronger from just one other person becoming stronger. Warai came up with several different ideals. He thought competition and safety were the main reasons why people would get stronger. Warai wondered what he wanted to do with his self and what he wanted to become. This to him seemed like a major choice for everyone in Kumogakure. Some people enjoy living a normal life in the village selling goods while others train hard and add on to the villages strength. Warai's dad asked him what he wanted to do when he was older.
Warai didn't have an exact answer. All he knew was that he wanted to get stronger. Warai's dad told him gaining strength without a reason won't make you strong because you will never have a reason to use any of that strength. With that in mind Warai thought about what he wanted to become. A lot of his friends dream of becoming Raikage or some super popular shinobi. While he thought those were great ideas they didn't fit for him. One day while feeding his baby bird Warai noticed its feathers. The bird was growing at a rather odd rate. it wasn't so much as growing but it wasn't growing in the same fashion as other birds.Warai just ignored it as the bird was healthy so it didn't really matter. the next day his mom started teaching him about the ninja arts. His mom was good at Genjutsu. So she wanted to teach her child a little of what she knows. Her strict ways started up again. Everyday after school he had to practice with her for 3 hours.
The first thing she would teach him is how it feels to be in Genjutsu. She would use D rank genjutsu on him and explain to him that its all an illusion. This training continued for a month. She changed it up and started teaching him how to control and channel his chakra. Every time he got something wrong he or would get something wrong he would have to study the basics of chakra after their training sessions. Warai's dad told him that he should let the baby bird get some sunlight and fresh air sometimes. Warai decided that he would use the money he saved up to buy a special belt with pockets for him to carry the bird in. After finding a belt with 3 pouches and pockets big enough for the fledgling he started to carry the little bird everywhere with him. During his training sessions with his mom he started to progress more and more.
Once he was able to build up chakra she taught him some Genjutsu that he would have to practice to learn. Warai saw the buildings being destroyed and people running for their lives. Warai knew he had to run but he had no idea where to run too. Everything around him was being destroyed. After the threat was dealt with by the village ninja the village was under reconstruction. Warai had lost his dad and attended the ceremonial funeral for all the fallen shinobi and villagers. While the village was under construction his mom didn't have time to train him. Some months passed and the village was finally getting back to normal. After his 9th birthday Warai was put into the ninja academy. After finishing the academy Warai awaits to be placed in a gennin squad.

He told Warai that if everyone can grow together then our ninja can protect our village and thats the most important part. After a while his mom started to let up on the daily routine after school. Warai found himself with more free time. Warai would sometimes go for strolls around the village and talk to any ninja he saw and ask them about their life as a ninja.
Warai would also ask the civilians who weren't ninja about their life as well. Warai wondered how was everyone getting stronger from one person being getting stronger. Warai didn't understand what his dad meant by that. Warai would study the structures of ninja villages seeing that the Age is the pillar of every ninja village and the strongest of the ninja in the village. Warai still studied about how people could get stronger from just one other person becoming stronger. Warai came up with several different ideals. He thought competition and safety were the main reasons why people would get stronger. Warai wondered what he wanted to do with his self and what he wanted to become. This to him seemed like a major choice for everyone in Kumogakure. Some people enjoy living a normal life in the village selling goods while others train hard and add on to the villages strength. Warai's dad asked him what he wanted to do when he was older.
Warai didn't have an exact answer. All he knew was that he wanted to get stronger. Warai's dad told him gaining strength without a reason won't make you strong because you will never have a reason to use any of that strength. With that in mind Warai thought about what he wanted to become. A lot of his friends dream of becoming Raikage or some super popular shinobi. While he thought those were great ideas they didn't fit for him. One day while feeding his baby bird Warai noticed its feathers. The bird was growing at a rather odd rate. it wasn't so much as growing but it wasn't growing in the same fashion as other birds.Warai just ignored it as the bird was healthy so it didn't really matter. the next day his mom started teaching him about the ninja arts. His mom was good at Genjutsu. So she wanted to teach her child a little of what she knows. Her strict ways started up again. Everyday after school he had to practice with her for 3 hours.
The first thing she would teach him is how it feels to be in Genjutsu. She would use D rank genjutsu on him and explain to him that its all an illusion. This training continued for a month. She changed it up and started teaching him how to control and channel his chakra. Every time he got something wrong he or would get something wrong he would have to study the basics of chakra after their training sessions. Warai's dad told him that he should let the baby bird get some sunlight and fresh air sometimes. Warai decided that he would use the money he saved up to buy a special belt with pockets for him to carry the bird in. After finding a belt with 3 pouches and pockets big enough for the fledgling he started to carry the little bird everywhere with him. During his training sessions with his mom he started to progress more and more.
Once he was able to build up chakra she taught him some Genjutsu that he would have to practice to learn. One day while out on a stroll with his baby bird, he heard some crashing and explosive sounds. Warai followed the noise to see the village was under attack. Warai saw the buildings being destroyed and people running for their lives. Warai knew he had to run but he had no idea where to run too. Everything around him was being destroyed. Warai was snatched up by a village ninja and carried away to safety. He was told to get far away from the destruction as possible. Warai did exactly as he was told. After the threat was dealt with by the village ninja the village was under reconstruction. Warai had lost his dad and attended the ceremonial funeral for all the fallen shinobi and villagers. While the village was under construction his mom didn't have time to train him. Some months passed and the village was finally getting back to normal. After his 9th birthday Warai was put into the ninja academy. After finishing the academy Warai awaits to be placed in a gennin squad.
