Clothing/Accessories: Shinon wears white clothing that he has stained with the local soil to help blend in with the environment. He wears a typical keikogi with a white belt and tabi also stained. His forehead protector is attached to his belt.
Personality:
  • General: Shinon is a worrier. He was hesitant to become a ninja in the first place because of his anxieties when in a fight. What if he gets hurt? What if he dies? What if he kills someone else by mistake? Did he leave the door to his home open when he left this morning? These are just some of the thoughts that go through Shinon’s head every day. Socially Shinon can be a little awkward as he worries that he will offend someone or that he will accidentally pick a fight. He takes time to respond to people as he contemplates what he should say. This leads him to often going hours without speaking when in a group as conversations tend to keep moving from one topic to another in groups.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Shinon hopes to one day figure out a way to fully protect himself from harm and one day even prevent death itself.
  • Fears: Pain, death, spiders, and snakes.
  • Combat Mentality: When in a fight and his adrenaline is pumping Shinon is able to focus more on the fight thanks to his deep understanding that if he doesn’t focus on the fight his chances of getting hurt, or worse dying, go up. He does his best to keep others away from him, even those he calls allies. He generally develops skills intended to hit at long range, push back close enemies, and /or disway enemies from coming in close.

  • 2 Metal Ball Yo-yos: Each Yo-yo is spherical with a diameter of 20cm. There is a 1 cm groove along the equator of the sphere where the 15m metal wire is coiled around them. Each yo-yo is hollow but have a removable cap with which they can be filled should Shinon choose to. The end of the wire has a loop large enough to fit over the sphere again. Shinon uses this loop and a little slack on the yo-yo to wrap each around his belt and secure them.

Ninjutsu: Elemental Specialist Having devoted their lives to mastering the Elemental affinities, this shinobi is classified as an Elemental Ninjutsu Specialist. Elemental specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to elemental concentrations, unlike most people who are capped at 8. The user is not able to access any specializations that are marked for Ninjutsu Specialist, but instead, can now pick up concentrations marked for Elemental Specialists. Additionally, their two additional concentrations MUST be used for elements. They cannot use them for ninpou styles. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.

As a Ninjutsu Specialist, Shinon is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, but cannot utilize non-elemental ninjutsu specializations. Additionally they are able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats are only be [Ninjutsu], [Speed], and [Control and Stamina].

Elemental Advanced Channeling:
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any ninjutsu that is designed to be channel, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. To get this concentration the user must be an Elemental Ninjutsu Specialist, and have picked Control as one of their specialized stats.
Fuuton Affinity:

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.
Raiton Affinity:

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.
Passive (Shocking)Show
Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement.

Jikiton Affinity:

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Jikiton, an advanced form of Raiton, and can make and use any archived jutsu that require the Jikiton affinity. Jikiton has a magnetizing effect. Those without the Elemental Specialization cannot make custom Jikiton jutsu.
Passive (Magnetizing)Show
Jikiton makes use of electrical current to magnetize anything they target with their techniques, allowing them to cause things to be at the whim of their jutsu. Jikiton is extremely proficient at disabling and disarming, taking control of the battlefield and the opponent.

The fundamental skill of [Corded Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with long rope-like weapons such as chains and wire. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Sight Initiation:
This user has learned to use visual cues to initiate genjutsu. Allowing them to perform actions, or draw the eyes to something to capture their targets in a genjutsu.

*Fuuton • Vortex Screw
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After advanced channeling, the user creates a small vortex of Fuuton chakra around a projectile in their hand that spins with a strength of 5. This causes the projectile to corkscrew through the air, allowing it to travel an extra 10m and applying the Fuuton passive when thrown. This doesn't make the projectile any faster, only increases its range and ability to cut.

D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After advanced channeling, the user gathers wind around their feet. Then, the user will use the wind to blast them from the ground, enabling them to leap into the air an extra 10 meters at 3 extra speed. The user also has 3 less Taijutsu until they once again touch the ground. Those with less than 5 Taijutsu (after deduction) will stumble and fall when trying to land. The Fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

*Fuuton • Wind Skating
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After advanced channeling, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their accuracy and agility (-3 Taijutsu). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After advanced channeling, the user covers a projectile they are holding in fuuton empowered wind. Then, when the weapon has been thrown as normal, the user is able to change it's direction by up to 90 degrees once with no drop in momentum on the projectiles part. This technique only lasts one post.

After advanced channeling, the user expels a basket ball sized ball of wind from their mouth. This ball of wind travels up to 20m at 5 speed, and explodes with the strength of a single explosive tag on contact with solid matter or at the end of its range.

After advanced channeling the user covers their body in a layer of visible static which crackles around them for 4 posts. Anything which comes within 6 inches of their body will be repelled with a force of 5 strength and have the Raiton Shocking effect applied.

After advanced channeling the user will extend two fingers toward a target. A bolt of lightning will jump up to 10 meters from their fingers at a speed of 6, striking with a strength of 4.

After advanced channeling, the user will create a copy of themselves out of Raiton chakra. The clone will be able to move with the stats labelled below, while also exploding with the force of a single exploding tag upon death (which also applies the raiton passive effect). The clone will only last for 3 posts.

After advanced channeling, the user will coat a weapon they are holding in Raiton electricity for 5 posts. This causes the shock effect to be produced on any contact with a target, while also granting blunt weapons the ability to cut through skin to produce shallow wounds. This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

After advanced channeling, the user will channel Raiton chakra to two of their fingers. They will then be able to fire up to three total bullet sized balls of concentrated lightning from their fingertips. These bullets will travel at 5 speed, but will not have any physical force. Instead, they will apply light electrical burns similar to a sun burn and will apply Raiton's shocking effect.

After advanced channeling, the user will imbue an object with Jikiton chakra. This object will then swing one end of itself to face north and act as a compass for 5 posts.

After advanced channeling, the user will de-magnetize everything within a 20m distance of themselves. This cancels rather than applies the passive effect.

*Jikiton • Stasis Sling

After advanced channeling, the user will place their hands on a kunai, shuriken, senbon or some other metallic object of a similar size. After coating it in Jikiton chakra, the projectile will be able to hover in place for up to 3 posts. During this time the projectile is magnetized, and able to be fired in a single direction for 20m at up to 5 speed and 5 strength at the user's will. If it has not been used at the end of the 3rd post, it will fall to the ground.

After advanced channeling, the user will reach toward a metallic or magnetized object within 25 metres of the user. The target will be drawn to the user at 7 speed, but can be held in place with 3 strength.

The user will advanced channel before coating their hand or weapon in Jikiton chakra. For 3 posts, strikes with the fist or weapon will leave behind magnetized patches upon things they strike, equal to the size of the contact.

History

Shinon was born to Keiji and Mai Daiboru of Kumogakure. During early childhood Shinon fell from a large height and broke both of his legs. This led to a deep seeded fear of death. As a result it was difficult to send Shinon to the ninja academy as he was to afraid to do anything that might put him in danger. He resisted so much that his parents were forced to wait until a year later to begin his education in the ninja ways.

Shinon found comfort in learning to defend himself to help prevent himself from harm however as early education focused on taijutsu he found that he was lacking in talent as compared to other children and often lost sparring matches. To prevent further discouragement and possible withdraw Shinon’s father Keiji began instructing Shinon in the ways of elemental jutsu which he took to much easier than he did with taijutsu. When classes finally turned to ninjutsu training Shinon received top marks as he had already taken a firm grasp of the workings of fuuton jutsu. During genjutsu lessons Shinon once again found that he had difficulties and ended up receiving low scores. Once again Shinon’s father made sure that this did not swallow him in despair. Keiji began instructing Shinon in a second element, this time raiton. After graduation Shinon began working on a third element, the village’s secret super release jikiton.
