  • Hair: His hair is a faded blond, short and falls just shy of his line of sight. It appears to be unkempt but is actually styled purposely as such. He keeps his hair healthy enough to keep him from tangling. It is a very low maintenance style that he's taken a liking to since he was a small child.
  • Eyes: His eyes are sharp and thin and are bright red in color. From time to time his eye color shifts from a bright red to hot pink, but only in certain lighting.

Street Clothing/Accessories: He wears an assortment of clothing spanning from formal (three-piece suit, vest & bowtie, blazer and collar shirt coupled with a pair of slacks), to casual streetwear (tank tops, graphic tees, hoodies, zip-ups, parkas, etc). His street garments bare the most variety and are coordinated around the forecast for the day.

Mission Clothing/Accessories: During missions he opts to wear a tight sleeveless black tank top, or if the weather calls for it a black coat with a high collar. He sports a pair of fingerless gloves, dotted with metal plating around the knuckle and backhand area. The gloves have sleeves that reach up to his lower biceps, that prevent him from burning himself along his arms. A belt which holds up his baggy pants with knee guards, below which he sports black, knee-high combat boots with green soles and eyelets.

Personality:
  • General: Koichi can be the arrogant type towards a select few...well pretty much anybody. He doesn't reserve feelings at all and usually has no filter as far as what he won't say. He's a livewire, to say the absolute least. He keeps things very optimistic and pushes forward despite the obstacles that lay in his path.
    Like many young men around his age, he's got a lot of pride and isn't afraid to get down with a rough crowd. Those closest to him that he would consider friends would attest that it does take some thick skin to put up with a mouth like Koichi's and an even longer time for him to do the same.
    He likes to consider himself the top of the food chain, the star of the show, the bell of the ball, etc. He's got a knack for demanding attention even in the most sensitive circumstances. Despite his bold and brash nature, Koichi's a wise kid for his age and for the most part has his head on straight. He's got a horrible sense of urgency which might be his worst quality, that and his intense overbearing stature towards everything.

Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.
Passive (Ingition)Show
Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual jutsu.

Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.

Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the strength stat requirement.

After completing the needed handseals, the user of this technique will be able to alter their physical appearance to match that of another person. By consistently emitting chakra throughout their body, the user is able to keep their appearance adjusted at the cost of their stamina draining over time. As this technique is quite strenuous to uphold, experienced shinobi may see more clearly through this delusive disguise. This technique lasts for a number of posts equal to that of the user's (stamina/2).

A jutsu used with the purpose of activating seals and a range of devices and weapons, this technique begins with a single handseal. Once this has been performed, the user will focus a dollop of their chakra into what they are looking to activate in order to complete the task. By focusing chakra into his/her feet, the user is able to walk up trees and other vertical surfaces in a similar fashion to walking along the ground. This chakra amount must be precise, and although all shinobi learn this technique, the user's control stat will determine how well this jutsu can be executed. Users with low control 2 or lower will often fall during the use of this technique, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's stamina stat.

A variation of the Act of Tree Climbing technique, this jutsu requires the user to focus a precise and balanced amount of charka into the soles of his/her feet. By doing so, the user is able to walk on the surface of water as though it were a solid surface. Users with low control 2 or lower are much more likely to fall through the surface of the water, while users with average control 3 or higher will be able to use this technique functionally. It lasts for a number of posts equal to the user's stamina stat.

After completing the necessary handseals, the user is able to quickly substitute his/her body with a nearby object that is at least 2/3rds his/her size, but no bigger than their body. This substitution allows the object to take the force of the attack that was meant for the user, additionally allowing the user to create distance between him/her and the opponent. The object used in this jutsu may not be objects that are imbued with chakra or controlled by it, and they may also only be single, solid objects within a 20 metre radius of the user. This technique may only be used a total of one time in a single thread, give or take how many times Shunshin no Jutsu has already been used.

After channeling chakra into one of their fists, the user will then attempt to strike their target and if successful, they will release additional concussive force in the form of an outward explosion at D-Rank force from their fist. After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat a weapon they are holding in Raiton electricity for 5 posts. This causes the shock effect to be produced on any contact with a target, while also granting blunt weapons the ability to cut through skin to produce shallow wounds. This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

The Fudo Clan isn't much of a household name due to little notoriety through recent years. Yet the first records of Fudo members date as far back as the federation war of the Lightning Country. They played an integral part as carpenters, blacksmiths, and soldiers. They pitched their prototype of the trebuchet to the other kingdoms prior to Hojo, whom gratefully accepted the design. This turned the tide of war in the favor of the Hojo kingdom, and brought the birth of the Lightning Country.
Koichi Fudo, an 11th Generation Fudo was born in the Etchu Province of the Lightning Country. He is the second oldest of three children, whom belong to Karuno, and father Hoichi. His family oversees the Etchu Branch, while his father’s brother, Haizen and his family oversee the Yamashita Branch. The Fudo have a considerable stake in mining operations in both provinces, and operate more as a company than a clan. They specializes in not only mining but metalworking, construction, architecture, masonry, and engineering.
Katsumi, Hoichi’s eldest daughter is in was placed head of a special division within the company. Their purpose involving the study of sustainable energy. Kaguro, the youngest son is currently enrolled in primary schooling although it is unclear what he wishes to do when he gets older due to his age. Koichi is a recent graduate of the Shinobi Academy. Prior to this he expressed to his parents that his place was to go out and protect those whom could not do so themselves. He made this decision at the young age of 8 prior to reaching the prerequisite age for the Academy.
This sense of pride in his nation came about when some older kids were bullying a little girl. Koichi stepped in to stop the older boys, despite his size he felt the call to action that only a hero could answer. Ultimately his efforts were minute and resulted in him being beaten up at the expense of the girl, but he held firm to his belief that he would stop them from picking on her.
