Physical Features:
  • Face/Head: Rika's short red hair hangs down to just about jaw level, perfectly framing her still roundish face and, along with her smooth tanned skin, bringing emphasis to her deep red eyes.
  • Body: Rika is short in stature, her skin while tanned due to genetics being fairly soft, as well as having just a bit of muscle tone. As well, puberty's effects have begun to become apparent, waist beginning to curve inwards and hips widening, her breasts as well being fairly sizable for a girl her age though still with plenty of room to grow
  • Notable Features:----
Clothing/Accessories: Rika's primary outfit consists of a short sleeveless dress, red in color with bike shorts being worn underneath. Worn on her feet is a pair of calf high boots and on her arms is a pair of elbow gloves. Accompanying all this she typically also has a scarf worn around her neck and a pair of goggles resting on her forehead, being properly worn typically only during moments of deep concentration.
  • General: Rika is an honest and friendly young girl, putting her all into everything that she does and always willing to make new friends, however with that said, while normally quite attentive and at times even a bit chatty, she can at times seem unresponsive and distant, this being most prominent when working on something, especially when it concerns her puppets, at these times not really responding, other than with short sentences or quick gestures.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To one day build an airship, capable of flying with minimal interference
  • Fears: Her greatest fear is not being able to fulfill her dream, of something going terribly wrong
  • Combat Mentality: Rika is a supportive distance fighter, making use of fuuton and puppetry, along with her Kaenton to keep her foes at a distance and provide distractions for her partners to more easily finish them off.

Much like the creature of yore that it has been inspired by, this wooden puppet, despite showing signs of wear and tear, takes the form of a muscular, two legged bull, after some improvements standing at about three and feet with the horns being only a foot in length.

Kunai Launcher:
Built into the puppet's chest behind a normally closed panel is a device that when activated causes the panel to slide open and a barrel to extend outwards, this barrel holding twenty kunai and being capable of firing at a speed and strength of five.
Smoke Launcher:
Having been added into his head is a mechanism that when activated causes his mouth to open, subsequently releasing a cloud of smoke that spreads out over a ten meter area, hampering visibility and irritating the lungs of anyone caught within for a entire post.
Horn Missile:
Also having been added into each of his horns is a mechanism that when activated causes either one or both horns to detach from his body and fly towards a target at a speed and strength equal to his deftness.
Hidden Blade:
Hidden inside his right arm is a mechanism that when activated causes his hand to slide upwards and a 1 foot blade to spring forth in its place at a speed his equal to his deftness. While typically used for close quarters, it can also be launched at a speed and strength equal to his deftness.

Abilities and Concentrations
First Ability
By fusing together Katon [Fire Element] and Fuuton [Wind Element], members of the Hizashi clan are able to create and use Kaenton [Heat Element].
Passive (Heating)Show
Kaenton has to ability to heat anything, increasing it's temperature, causing burns, and introducing people to heat strokes, dehydration, and even possibly death. While Hizashi are naturally resistant to increased temperature, even they can succumb to the excessive heat of their techniques. The heat increase, and the area they can increase, is determined by the rank of techniques, making the elder Hizashi the most danger, able to create flashes of heat that can kill with ease.

The Kugutsu [Puppetry] style is an old, tradition-bound style limited to Sunagakure ninjutsu only, due to the secret techniques. The user learns to utilize the tenketsu on their fingers to create strings of chakra, which can be used to control a multitude of things. Most users focus primarily on the use of puppets, wooden, or partially wooden contraptions. Puppeteers as they are called, rely on high control. Those with this concentration lose their free companion, and must use the companion ability to gain companions.
Fuuton Affinity:
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

After using chakra strings, the puppeteer is able to attach them to objects, then solidify pieces of the string as someone is passing by, causing them to trip if they don’t notice the invisible wires.

A fairly simple jutsu, this one uses the strings of chakra to carry the puppeteer's voice to the puppet, so it will sound as if the puppet is talking when in reality it is the puppeteer's words. If it is equipped with a sound vibrating device, the voice can also be changed to whatever the user wishes it to be.

By releasing less chakra into his chakra strings, [NAME] is effectively able to 'turn off' some of his chakra strings, giving them no ability to pull or retract anything. In order to accommodate this, the strings will lengthen and shorten so they don't react to anything that they are attached to. The strings can be reactivated by putting a bit of chakra into them, letting the user use them again. This can also be used to attach wires to someone, and then deactivate the wires so they aren't able to feel the wires at all until they are needed. The strings can still be removed as if they were on, though.

Much like the original Transformation Jutsu, the puppeteer does the needed handseals and causes their puppet to take on the appearance of their own body and their own body into the appearance of their puppet. By consistently emitting chakra throughout their body, the user is able to keep their appearance adjusted at the cost of their stamina draining over time. As this technique is quite strenuous to uphold, experienced shinobi may see more clearly through this delusive disguise. This technique lasts for a number of posts equal to that of the user's stamina.

After completing the necessary handseals, the user is able to quickly substitute his/her body with one of their puppets. This substitution allows the object to take the force of the attack that was meant for the user, additionally allowing the user to create distance between him/her and the opponent. This technique may only be used a total of two (2) times in a single thread, counting towars the (2) teleportation limit.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
The Puppetry Technique is a Ninjutsu technique used by puppeteers. By releasing chakra from their tenketsu, the puppeteer is able to release chakra strings from their finger. These strings are able to move a max of X times 2 meters away, where X is equal to the puppeteer’s control stat. This jutsu allows the puppeteer to attach their chakra strings to inanimate, chakra-less objects at a speed of 10. While an inanimate object is being controlled, it’s treated as if it has a speed equal to the average of the puppeteer’s taijutsu and control.

~Body Temperature Control
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A pure channeling jutsu, the Hizashi is able to channel Kaenton chakra to parts of their body, heating them up by up to 20 degrees Celsius. This jutsu has no range and can only warm up the user's body, allowing for first degree burns on contact.

~Kaenton • Heat Aura
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
By performing a series of handseals, the clan member can increase the temperature of the air around them. This creates a 10 meter diameter area of heat centered on the clan member for the following seven posts. Anybody within the area will feel an intense heat that will usually cause them to perspire, feel thirst and in general make them uncomfortable.

~Kaenton • Minor Weapon Heating
D-ranked Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the user floods the weapon they're holding with Kaenton chakra, raising its temperature by up to 15 degrees Celsius, causing burns on sustained contact. This temperature remains for up to 5 posts or until cancelled by the user.

~Kaenton • Mirage Clone
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the user creates a distortion of heat in front of him/her. This distortion bends light in a way that makes it look like the user. It has no defensive or offensive capabilities and only looks like the user, but is still just a chakra shell with heat inside. Upon contact, the clone dissipates, releasing a cloud of heat into its immediate surroundings. The heat is hot enough to cause first degree burns. Due to the small amount of chakra needed to maintain this clone, it has a large range and is able to travel up to a mile from the user.

Kaenton • Updraft
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the necessary hand seals the user releases heat into a ten meter area around their body, heating up the area and thus causing the air to rise, knocking projectiles thrown with five or less strength slightly off course.

*Fuuton • Enhanced Launch
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the user gathers wind around their feet. Then, the user will use the wind to blast them from the ground, enabling them to leap into the air an extra 10 meters at 3 extra speed. The user also has 3 less Taijutsu until they once again touch the ground. Those with less than 5 Taijutsu (after deduction) will stumble and fall when trying to land. The Fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

*Fuuton • Wind Skating
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their accuracy and agility (-3 Taijutsu). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the required hand seals, the user expels a basket ball sized ball of wind from their mouth. This ball of wind travels up to 20m at 5 speed, and explodes with the strength of a single explosive tag on contact with solid matter or at the end of its range.

Rika and her elder sister of eight years were born to a rather ordinary family, their father a civilian, while their mother was a member of Sunagakure's Hizashi clan, a chuunin shinobi, and an excellent puppeteer. From a young age, she spent much of her time outside either with her friends or with her mother and sister, watching the birds fly by and making various different sketches, most of them being of potential puppet designs. She loved her father of course, the pair spending a great deal of time together, but she greatly admired her mother, and loved the sight of her puppets in action, at a very young age making the resolve to one day become a puppeteer herself, and perhaps even achieve a long held dream, a dream to join the birds and soar in the sky. It was this resolve, along with the admiration towards her mother, that led to her joining their clan's own Shinobi Academy.

Her time in the academy, despite studying amongst her own clansmen, was fairly uneventful, not being all too boring but not really particularly exciting either. She performed fairly averagely in most areas, though seemed to specialize in the area of chakra control, leading to her being able to learn and get the hang of her techniques with relative ease. When outside of class and not studying, she spent a lot of time with her mother, the pair of them either studying their clan's techniques or working together to repair an old broken down puppet that she had received as a gift.

And so it was like this that she became a genin and began learning the art of puppetry, Rika all the while getting closer and closer to fulfilling her dream.
