Akihiro is always observed wearing a hooded cloak of some kind to cover himself either indoors in his makeshift workshop where he feels most comfortable or especially outdoors. Beneath this is chestnut brown hair messily kept. He bears the signature trait of his clan, black eyes with two red rings and while widely accepted as non heretical he feels the desire to lay low under his cloak. Pale white skin covers the sharp angles of his face while soft pink lips work to soften it.

Slender for his age his body is thin but well toned from the bit of physical activity he does do. Callused but dexterous hands tell a different story than the smooth skin that otherwise covers his body. His legs are usually wrapped in bandages underneath the oversized cloaks that he wears. A black bandana with fuuin written on it drapes from his neck and is usually placed over his eyes when napping, bored, or not wanting to remember something.
Personality:
  • Akihiro is a very lazy student whose natural gifts of cognition prevent him from wanting to spend time on things he isn’t personally interested in. He was raised to have a strong sense of duty to his village and believes that everyone should help in a way best suited towards them. He enjoys learning about people’s talents and how they use tools or weapons to better design them. He often will give out gifts of school projects to people he thinks need replacements. While lazy he isn’t above helping out when asked or taking on extra duty if needed. His main focus is the development of ninja tools, armours, and weapons to aid Suna for years to come.
  • Hopes/Dreams: To go down in the history of Suna and have his techniques of craftsmanship be etched into eternity.
  • Fears: One on one fights or confrontations, letting his family name down or embarrassing them.
  • Combat Mentality:Akihiro tries to avoid directly facing off with an opponent if can help it. He prefers a supportive role in a team and as such practices a taijutsu style that mainly serves to dodge and out tire his opponent or until an ally can come and even the odds. While he possesses the fundamental skills to be an excellent one on one fighter he carries a large amount of self doubt when it comes to his abilities and soft hearted nature.

The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.

The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Acrobatics:
The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Medicine:
The fundamental skill of [Medicine] describes the user’s mental and physical ability to perform traditional and mainstream medicinal practices. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.

Weapons Crafting:
With large amounts of experience in the forge and with creation, this individual is able to craft and create most types of weapons and armor. While this typically doesn’t grant the individual himself any additional powers, it allows him to make more powerful gear for himself and shinobi than what can typically be found. However, those with such familiarity with weapons and armor are often skilled at noticing the strengths and weaknesses of weapons they face, and allow them to more easily exploit them.

*[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

*[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
A simple yet vital medical technique, the *[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attatched to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. While not as effective at stopping bleeding as the [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] technique, they hold on much better in the case that strenuous movement is necessary.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

After drawing a seal formula on a surface, ensuring it is large enough for the object that is about to be stored. The user will then begin placing the object into the seal. The user can only seal objects up to their ([Control]*2)m^3 in size.

After performing the necessary hand seals, the Henrin will proceed to create a small chakra shell around their arms and legs. These chakra shells mimic the movements of the Henrin's arms and legs, creating a sort of tracer effect that moves with a strength and speed equal to the Henrin's [Control] The Tracers are only usable in melee combat, adding an additional impact to any attack delivered for as long as the duration persists. These arm Tracers will last for a total of 2 posts before dissipating and they seem to passively exist within the Henrin's arms and legs when not following their movements.

*Charge Fuuinjutsu • Barrier Trap
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
After placing four barrier tags in a square, the user draws a line connecting each of the tags. When kai'd, all the tags are set off simultaneously throwing up a barrier at a strength and speed of the user’s [Control]. This barrier lasts for 4 posts.

*Charge Fuuinjutsu • Air Seal
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
A truly unique move in that it can be used alongside other Fuuinjutsu, by channeling into their finger as they draw in the air directly in front of them, the user releases raw chakra the lingers for a small amount of time, allowing it to be used as a seal formula. Alternatively the user can also do hand seals and place their hands forward, causing a seal to burst to life in the air in front of them. This technique consumes chakra equal to the cost of the technique.

*Force Fuuinjutsu • Explosive Tag
D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
After drawing a ([Control]/5)x([Control]/5) meter seal formula on a surface of an object. The user will then arm it with their chakra up to [Control] strength with a concussive force explosion outwards from itself.

By performing the necessary hand seals, the user will then touch their target’s ear and on the lips, this creates an audio link between themselves and any targets they personally place this seal combination on. While hearing is always active, channeling chakra into the seal allows affected targets to speak, their words being stored and transmitted to the other seals. The act of speaking charges negligent chakra.

While the user has access to writing materials, they will enter a trance like state while recalling a memory in full detail. The Henrin will proceed to transcribe anything they might have seen onto paper. This can be anything from a book they might have read to drawing a portrait of a person they might have seen. The process itself can take anywhere from a post to 5 posts depending on the complexity of the transcription they're performing

By quickly using their Doujutsu, the family member can recall a small portion of any memory in a fraction of a second, in order to recall specific details such as clones, Genjutsu triggers, and the like. This takes almost no focus or effort, allowing The family member to recall the detail with pinpoint accuracy and speed

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
By seeing and recording any specific event, the family member recalls the event, and then replays the event in their head, but in a more specific manner. In doing so, they are able to memorize the minutest detail, from number of buttons on a shirt to the number of pebbles on the ground. However, doing so takes a big strain on the user, making this unable to be used in battle, unless they have two full posts to concentrate on recalling the memorizes and pick out the details.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Using their photographic memory, a Henrin can effectively memorize the way an opponent utilized a specific Taijutsu technique. Thereafter, should that opponent attempt to use the same technique while the Henrin has their eye open, they can almost instinctively react to it as they have memorized and figured out the technique the first time. Essentially, the same Taijutsu technique does not normally work on a Henrin twice.

This is more of a base technique, rather than a specific one, but, while using kicks and punches, the user waits for exactly the right moment, then, in a flash of movement, strikes with all of their power. This is heavily reliant on the Henrin's speed; the higher their speed stat, the harder it will be for an opponent to read their attacks and react.

Since the family member has the ability to remember exactly where they hit, they are able to utilize their Taijutsu skills to their maximum ability. Rather than putting their full power into each hit, they purposefully tone down their own hits, making their moves also just ‘barely’ miss, while in fact they are hitting with an incredible accuracy along with using the maximum power possible for the style. In doing so, each actual hit barely feels like anything at all, until the ‘final’ hit. This will make it seem like a whole lot more power was in the actual hit, due to the previous damage, while also causing a massive pain throughout the target’s body.

Having spent several hours dedicated to the study of various materials used in craftsmanship the user is able to select the highest grade and most appropriate one for the job. This means the user can reinforce his crafts more efficiently. Instead of the First Stat value being priced at 2x it is instead priced at 1x.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Soft Paws is a bare-handed deflection technique and is used against bladed weapons. At this level, the practitioner is able to read the angles of the attacks to place the flat of their hand against the flat of the blade and push it away without getting cut by the weapon. However, prolonged use of this technique will cause the practitioner to suffer bruises on their hands.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Requirement: *Kūgāpou • Soft Paws
After using Soft Paws to slap a blade away, the practitioner will continue moving forwards while jutting out their elbow. The momentum from the target's original attack that was slapped away, coupled with the sudden defenselessness of the target after having their attack deflected, makes for a powerful counter-attack. The elbow can be aimed anywhere on the torso and above, but is usually aimed at the target's face.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Whenever in a situation where they can't avoid being struck, the practitioner will slightly shift their body. This slight movement allows them to cause the incoming attack to miss any vital organs and cause as little damage as possible.

History

Akihiro was born just before Suna declared war once more on Iwagakure. Their continued use of slave practices did not sit well with a country that was so invested in individual rights and cultural identity. His Father was a member of the Suna army and mainly handled information gathering as a sensory type ninja. His Mother worked diligently in the hospital's clerical archives and assisted with research and development of new medications.

At a young age they started Akihiro’s cultural and historical education of Sunagakure as they thought it to be important for him to have a firm understanding of where he lived, how they fit there, and hopefully would help develop a sense of national pride. He could recall the entirety of the village's history easily by the age of ten. Apathetically he would recant the details of the foundation of Suna and its eleven Kazekage to include their individual histories and notable contributions to the place he called home. However, that wasn’t what truly captivated him as a child.

He became obsessed with “The tale of The Emperor's Armory” and the witch who forged master works of great power. There had to be some merit to the story as the treasures actually existed. When not being forced to memorize history or learn the theories of fuuinjutsu he would visit the Suzumari compound observing the basics of craftsmanship.

Metal working, armor smithing, tapestry weaving, leather works, if it could be made or fashioned into a tool, weapon or worn accessory he was watching how to make it. He would watch every movement and burn it into his memory only to go home and write it down scroll after scroll. He started to practice his craft learning the basics of a variety of ninja tools and even some more exotic forms. While he never liked using them himself he became attracted to their unique beauty and developed a skill in the basic things that he started to make.

During his pre-academy evaluation he was given a battery of tests. Most academy students come through with a few high scores on certain areas and a few low in others but, Akihiro was different. He purposely sabotaged his scores to make it appear more in line with his interests. He received high marks in history, national politics, fuuinjutus, and craftsmanship and so that is where he was placed. That isn’t to say he also didn’t have to take other courses but his primary focus and study were in these areas and in which Suna would invest in him.

During his time in the academy he would struggle to understand the nuisance of genjutsu and ultimately give up on ever trying to use that to fight. He never really liked fighting in the first place and often found doging until the other person gave up a more effective use of his energy. Mid way into his training at the academy is when he was introduced to kugpou a taijutsu fighting style dedicated to avoidance.

It was by this time that Akihiro was spending most of his time within the smiths of Sunagakure intently observing the practices and learning of the intricacies of working with a variety of materials. His Henrin memory aided him every day making each swing of a hammer or assessment of a material that much more perfect than the last. By the time graduation from the academy had come the young ninja was making the basic ninja tools, armors, and weapons with ease and with careful attention even better quality than average. However, it was not enough for him as he longed to create a masterpiece that would aid Suna long after he was gone. Now Akihiro has graduated from his schooling and looks forward to making the perfect tool.
