"I should be a history teacher, but where's the fun in that?"

General Information Age: 16
Gender: Male
Height: 183 cm
Weight: 75 kg
Physical Features: Young and handsome man, Mahalow has no recognizable scars, his tanned muscular body fit for an adventurer. Lean, mean and ready fight any foe, Mahalow keeps his body in tip top shape. His sand blonde hair matches perfectly with his deep green eyes that shine like jewels. The young man's smile can melt any hearts it comes across and his pristine hair cut makes him appear too suave to be a swashbuckling adventurer. Other than his forced prison tattoo on his right arm, there's no real way to know that this handsome young fellow is a criminal.

Clothing/Accessories: Mahalow wears an olive brown hooded coat, which he throws over his white tank top. Around his neck hangs a special necklace handed to him by his late father, a family heirloom which he knows near nothing about other than that it's supposedly belongs to an ancient adventurer that helped find Sunagakure no Sato. He wears black cargo pants and a weapon pouch strapped to his right leg, he finishes off his look with tight fitted black combat boots.

Personality: Mahalow has a cocky aura of confidence and intelligence, a know it all that knows more about history than he does human interactions. That's not to say that he doesn't know how to smooth talk his way out of situations, it's just that he is better at getting into trouble then he is at getting out of it. He tends to refer this as his shit luck, yet on the flip side he tends to make it out of extraordinary situations in one piece. He is obsessed about ancient world histories and finding treasures that are buried beneath people's noses, he cares little for the ninja world and does nearly anything he can to escape his duties.

Great intelligence met with arrogance is a dangerous mix as his ego tends to be caught up in his treasure hunt, something Vern has warned him about on multiple occasions. Even going so far as getting caught and sent to prison, this of coarse has done little to change his obsessive thoughts, some say that Mahalow is a lost cause but others can see the brightness that comes out of such a brilliant mind if they play their cards right. Fox will go so far as to almost sacrifice himself for his loved ones, even momentarily let go of the treasure if his friends are in danger, much to his displeasure.

When in a fight, Mahalow tries to do everything he can to knock his opponent out and keep himself on the move, he has no qualms killing anyone who attempts to take his life and will even laugh about it to ease the tension of having to be in a life and death situation on the regular basis, this makes him somewhat of an adrenaline junkie and a sociopath.

History
Historical AccountsShow
Mahalow was born and raised by his single mother, who spent most of her days hiking and tracking down artefacts, his first ten years he learned how to pic up on old languages, learn how to translate hieroglyphics, read maps and all the goodness that a good scribe spent years learning. Mahalow was studying under his mother, who seemed less interested in the ninja world and more on the ancient one, the one buried underneath all the sands.

Mahalow didn't know it at the time but his mother used to be a scribe and a ninja herself, she had seen the actions dealt by those under the banner and wanted to search for the beginning of it all. She knew that leaving with a child would not be ideal but she knew that she had no other choice. If Mahalow knew that his mother was targeted by a hunter ninja for her discrepancies he'd would turn his back on the village that seemed to let the boy wander around. He found her corpse next to an underpass, he knew that even though he cried, she would never come back.

That was his first heartbreak.

3 years later.

Mahalow started working as hired their, doing odd jobs for different gangsters who wanted to get a hold of certain artefacts, the scrawny punk was quite skilled at his job, but was still rather sloppy, at least to a professional, like his future to be mentor, Verndari,Takara. Mahalow was out on a mission to steal a key from some strange looking man, who had been rumoured to be carrying a chest full of gold. He had been spotted with a couple of royal guards protecting an important chest. He followed them into their palace and managed to dress himself as a busboy, he served them drinks and waited until the right moment to attempt to steal the key from Takara.

When it appeared that he had succeeded the young lad would leave the palace and head down the streets, he continued down a set of dark allies and removed the service clothes, he threw them in the dumpster and was caught by Takara, who praised his handiwork and begged for the key back in exchange for Mahalows life. Mahalow sighed and asked what was inside the important with the treasure box as curiosity had captured the cats attention. Takara explained that it was just some old map that some rich old prince thought was valuable to him, this caught Mahalows attention, who began to scheme with Takara, saying that if they got their hands on the map then maybe he could tell if it was some treasure map, then maybe they could split the rewards.

Once they figured that 50/50 was the best deal, they set out to steal the map. Together they put their brains and brawn together in order to overcome the circumstances, through sneaking and fighting they managed to get the map and struck gold, the map was a treasure map, although unfortunately they severely lacked the funds to go on this hefty adventure of a life time.

3 years later.

Mahalow and Takara work as "Antique Aquisitioners", men who find ancient artefacts for a % of the cut, secretly they are funding their big adventure and creating connections within the underground in order to stay afloat and away from any ninjas prying eyes.
