Physical Features:
  • Face/head: With a kind and pretty-looking face, she often misdirects her enemies to thinking that she isn't as dangerous of a foe as she really is, this coupled with a pair of emerald, mischevious eyes with skinny eyebrows and a slick nose makes her more attractive than she cares to admit, something that she hides using a broken gas mask (purely flavour) more often than not. The only thing that usually gets out of that mask daily is her brown hair that goes down to her shoulderblades, often tied up in a knot or to be a pony tail slinging down towards their usual length.
  • Body: Following the trend that her face had set up, her body quickly follows the rest of the tradition left behind. Her body consists of a small compact package of all of the best assets in a womans appearance as mentioned by guys out on the town, decently packed breasts and filled in butt, slick stomache as well as a fit back, shoulders that more often than not isn't even noticed as well as a... huge tattoo on her back? Alright, maybe not everyones dream girl but hey we all gotta start somewhere. The tattoo in question is a large, scaley dragon that goes around in a circle before facing outwards. This piece of art is something that she holds very close, being the only connecting dot to one of her dead friends that she still possesses.
  • Notable Features: A large scaley dragon tattoo encrusting a large portion of her back, other than that she sports a scar over her stomache that has a very light skinned look on it.
Clothing/Accessories: Her usual clothing consists of having big, white leather gloves on both of her hands, this coupled with a tightly fitted black jacket with golden buttons as well as a pair of pants to match makes this outfit one of the more serious ones on her list. To accompany all of this she usually goes around with her signature broken gas mask (purely flavour) as well as having her hair in a pony tail. This often goes with dressing shoes of different kinds but can be applied with other sorts of get ups as well, such as the simple "not having any shoes" technique that she often likes to ride with.

When she is feeling happier than usual she often decides to wear something a lot more skimpy though, and a lot more revealing. It can be everything from small bikinis to just wearing her usual setup with a few buttons open and by having smaller pants to allow for more skin to be revealed.

Personality:
  • General: The best way to explain Junko to another person would probably be by saying that she's excited, crazy and wandering the line between insane in the membrane and being actually insane. A lot of people has said it before though that she can holster quite the mentoring tone and ability, but often fall off as someone does something either so "incredibly stupid" or "idiotic as hell" to her that she just flips the switch and all of a sudden everything becomes the worst possible scenario in her head as she quickly gives in on her mentally straining disorder of insanity all along and begin to wreck things left right and also center. She is often friendly and talking (as well as behaving) as a normal human being, though a few things might seem off, like the way she interacts with people as it can be quite blunt and ignoring of their feelings as she doesn't see emotion and needing to go around things all the time as things she would like to spend her time on, often ignoring it and being blunt and forward instead. Something else that makes her appear out of the box is the fact that she has (as mentioned previously) a kind off quick switch on her moods, swinging from everything from being happy and excited to needing to murder entire villages filled with people in just a couple of minutes with the right phrases thrown towards her.

    She often tries to be calm though, something that she usually fails at.. like really fails at.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Her grandest dream is probably to change the world, something that wont happen according to many of her previous and current friends. This is supposed to be in a way that isn't actually considered "lawful" according to many, as if to wreck down any and all opposing factions and create a new world in her image, something that is way too hard to achieve for it to probably ever happen in her lifetime, a long term goal if you will.
  • Fears: To never reach out and acquire true friends as well as not find a true goal to persue, these coupled with her getting caught and preserved until her death is the only things that she cares about not falling into. Having her allies die has already happened more than a few times and thus she has grown accustomed to how it feels, having mastered that fear of hers.
  • Combat Mentality: Often trying to think out the best way to deal with the situation, Junko is one of misdirecting words or hurtful words depending on her mood whilst she tries to crack the best solution to the problem at hands. If she fails using all of her smarts she can happen to fall into quite the sort of insane state were she tries to use everything at her disposal to win, something that has turned the tide of battle many times in the past whilst also destroying more villages and killing more lives than she cares to admit.

Having devoted their lives to mastering the Elemental affinities, this shinobi is classified as an Elemental Ninjutsu Specialist. Elemental specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to elemental concentrations, unlike most people who are capped at 8. The user is not able to access any specializations that are marked for Ninjutsu Specialist, but instead, can now pick up concentrations marked for Elemental Specialists. Additionally, their two additional concentrations MUST be used for elements. They cannot use them for ninpou styles. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.

As a Ninjutsu Specialist, Junko is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats can only be Ninjutsu, Speed, Control and Stamina.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect.
Passive (Shocking)Show
Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area.

Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement.

Suiton's effect is enveloping, meaning that suiton passively surrounds anything that it makes contact with. Suiton techniques that do not last over periods of times (i.e, exploding techniques) drench their opponents, but long term techniques will envelop anything they come in contact with and maintain a hold on it with the 3/4th strength of the technique, rounded down. This means that if a suiton wave is shot forward with 17 strength, it will envelope and move anything with it that does not have more than 12 strength to resist it. This allows Suiton to fill a very powerful role in eliminating tools from opponent's access and capturing targets.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

Doton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.

Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.

Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.

Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Sankaton, and advanced form of Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Sankaton affinity. Sankaton has an eroding effect. Those without the Elemental Specialization cannot make custom Sankaton jutsu.
Passive (Erosion)Show
Sankaton is an incorporeal element that comes in the form of a fine red haze, that exudes warmth, and has the ability to erode. Anything physical that comes in contact with Sankaton is eaten by the energy, which consumes the Sankaton. This gives Sankaton incredibly powerful offensive and defensive capabilities. Sankaton jutsu are notoriously draining, and are known to push the user to the absolute limit. Sankaton jutsu are limited in size by their control prerequisite, which can make them difficult to use effectively. Sankaton is unaffected by energy based elements, and the two simply pass through them. This makes Sankaton's strength, and it's weakness non-matter based elements.

This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any ninjutsu that is designed to be channel, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. To get this concentration the user must be an Elemental Ninjutsu Specialist, and have picked Control as one of their specialized stats.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat a weapon they are holding in Raiton electricity for 5 posts. This causes the shock effect to be produced on any contact with a target, while also granting blunt weapons the ability to cut through skin to produce shallow wounds. This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will channel Raiton chakra to two of their fingers. They will then be able to fire up to three total bullet sized balls of concentrated lightning from their fingertips. These bullets will travel at 5 speed, but will not have any physical force. Instead, they will apply light electrical burns similar to a sun burn and will apply Raiton's shocking effect.

The user's Raiton techniques will travel 5 points faster when they travel through this zone for 3 posts. This technique ends the moment the user leaves this area. They also return to normal speed upon leaving the area. This technique does not apply the shocking effect.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will create a two meter long rod of lightning in their hand. They are then able to launch it at 15 speed in a single direction. Upon contact the spear will explode with the force of a single explosive tag and apply the Raiton shocking effect. If it has not been launched by the end of the second post it will dissipate.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to five meters away. The defense is shot at a speed of 5 and has a strength of 5 and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a shuriken of water that can be thrown approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hand. When kai'd, this shuriken explodes with a force equal to a D-Rank explosion and covers the immediate area in water. If not consumed, this technique lasts for three posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a dense ball of water approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hands. Upon lurching forward, they will release the ball towards an opponent up to 10 meters away at a speed of 6 and with a strength of 4.

After channeling chakra into their hands the user will fire two jets of water from their hand, essentially hurling and propelling themselves in the opposite direction of their jets as if thrown by a strength of 5. Can be used once to throw themselves with 5 strength.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will expel a 3 meter diameter sphere of water from their mouth at speed of 5 up to 10 meters away. Upon impact it will burst spilling all over the immediate area making it extremely slippery. After doing the needed hand seals, the user creates a small vortex of Fuuton chakra around a projectile in their hand that spins with a strength of 5. This causes the projectile to corkscrew through the air, allowing it to travel an extra 10m and applying the Fuuton passive when thrown. This doesn't make the projectile any faster, only increases its range and ability to cut.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user gathers wind around their feet. Then, the user will use the wind to blast them from the ground, enabling them to leap into the air an extra 10 meters at 3 extra speed. The user also has 3 less Taijutsu until they once again touch the ground. Those with less than 5 Taijutsu (after deduction) will stumble and fall when trying to land. The Fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their accuracy and agility (-3 Taijutsu). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user covers a projectile they are holding in fuuton empowered wind. Then, when the weapon has been thrown as normal, the user is able to change it's direction by up to 90 degrees once with no drop in momentum on the projectiles part. This technique only lasts one post.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja covers a small projectile in Sankaton chakra. Whenever the projectile hits a target, the sankaton will strike first, eroding the material it strikes, essentially increasing the power of the kunai by 5 strength.

The user will do a series of hand seals, causing Sankaton to form around one of their hands. The next time their hand comes in contact with something, the Sankaton to flush forward to it, causing burns on contact, and reducing it's strength by 5. This jutsu can be risky as it's possible for the user to accidentally touch themselves with the Sankaton.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja gathers Sankaton chakra in their mouth, creating a blob of rust. After spitting it out, it grows to a .5x.5.x5 meter diameter ball that travels at a speed of 5, up to 20 yards away, reducing anything it strikes with 5 strength.

Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a .5x.5x.5m diameter film of pure Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The film can then be moved around and controlled within a 5m area of the user, weakening the strength of anything that passes through it by 5 strength, and causing anything smaller than the film to completely disappear.

By stretching out one arm away from her body and preparing to strike, a ball forms with the size of .5x.5x.5m in the palm of the user through channeling Sankaton chakra that will reduce the strength of the object or person that will suffer the fate of getting hit by this technique with 5 strength.

Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a 1x1x1m diameter block of Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The block can be controlled and moved freely within 5m of the user. Whenever this ball comes in contact with any physical substance, it eats and corrodes the substance, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only equal to the volume of the ball, where it hit, otherwise reducing it's strength by 10.

By doing a string of hand seals, the ninja creates a 15 inch diameter ball of Sankaton chakra too shoot up to 20m away from their body at 10 speed. If this ball comes in contact with matter, it activates, corroding the object, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only at an equal volume of the ball, taking up the same volume of the ball as well. Otherwise it causes loss of 10 strength on contact.

After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja sends Sankaton chakra into a metallic object, rusting it. When the metallic object pierces the flesh of a living person, the chakra spreads throughout the wound, infecting the area. This causes muscles in the injured area to constantly contract, preventing some movement (with an exception of the heart, lungs, and esophagus). This lasts for 5 posts.

Rather than use a normal method of volume eating, this jutsu uses another method of Annihilation Sankaton chakra. Doing the needed hand seals, the user coats a small projectile in Sankaton chakra. Whenever this projectile hits something, it immediately eats up the material in front of it, boring hole up to 1ft in depth in front of the projectile, and weakening structures by 10 strength.

By doing a string of hand seals, the ninja creates a 2x2x2m diameter block of Sankaton chakra up to 7m foot away from their body that lasts for up to 3 posts. If this block comes in contact with matter, it activates, corroding the object, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only at an equal volume of the ball, taking up the same volume of the ball as well. Anything else is weakened by 20strength.

B-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
Rather than using hand seals, the ninja is required to put their hands in a specific formation, as if gripping a basketball with each hand. As they do this, a 2x2x2m diameter ball of pure Sankaton chakra is created in the space between their hands. The ball can then be shot off at a speed of 20. Whenever this ball comes in contact with any physical substance, it eats and corrodes the substance, instantly destroying whatever it hits, but only equal to the volume of the ball, where it hit. Otherwise weakening it by 20 strength.

*Corroding Mist
B-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
While not a true mist jutsu, this jutsu has a lot of similarities. After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja shoots out a ball of Sankaton chakra (3 meters in diameter). If this ball hits anything, it bursts out, creating a slight 'mist' of the Sankaton chakra. While this doesn't truly hinder vision, except for distances over 30 yards inside of it, which appear to be a fuzzy red color, it does cause great damage to any metal objects in the mist, which will immediately start rusting over. This covers a total area of 25meters, and lasts for 3 posts. It can also cause light burns to those in it momentarily, and second degree burns in those who spend extended periods of time in the mist.

A-Ranked Sankaton Ninjutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the ninja coats his or her hands in Sankaton chakra. If something other than the ninja's body touches their hands, the rust red chakra starts to corrode whatever is touched, eating up and destroying that material, up to 5 inches of matter for each post. This jutsu can last for up to 1/4th the Users stamina in posts.

Junko had a pretty decent childhood, something that the child wouldn't seem to mind even if she could have had it a lot better but also a lot worse. This was something that she realized when she, at 4 years of age, played with one of her friends in a neighbouring house. After seeing all of the grandure that they had used just seemingly moments before to walk into an underdeveloped home with a child that had probably been beaten (seeing how there were marks on her friend that she would remember years later) made her feel uneasy, it made her feel like the world itself wasn't equal in terms of how things are split up, how things are meant to be and how destinies work.

After realizing this at the age of 8, Junko quickly enrolled in the academy of their village of the hidden leaf. Whilst struggling in her written exams all throughout her academy life, her physical performance was met with quite the amount of talk around it, making up for what she had failed to do in the written parts of her academy life she quickly did right by being extraordinary on things like her ninjutsu.

Having graduated, she was thought to be able to quickly rise through the ranks seeing how she could almost learn any element (because of her shown proficiency with the five basic elements). Only staying for awhile as a genin before getting bumped up to a Chuunin through the exams where she showed off to the most of her abilities which would later justify her skills in the missions she went on with her team.

In the middle of all the work that her team endured, getting sent on missions left right and center, her team leader taught her the ways of Sankaton chakra, a special element that only pertained itself inside of the Konoha village (being a closely knit secret to many on how the ways of Sankaton worked). She got taught the basics and was then given a scroll, giving her information on all the Sankaton techniques that Konoha had figured out thus far, allowing her to catch up to the rest of the village in terms of progress.

After a year or so spent as a chuunin, the girl was included in the running a B-ranked mission thanks to her shown proficiencies beforehand and to get more experience out on the field, this was the moment she had been waiting for, this was the moment for her to redeem herself. This mission didn't go anyhow she wanted it to though, having the escort dead at the end of it as well as the rest of her team. The exchange of lives in exchange for her own made her feel uneasy about herself, all of this later came to become the first downstep into the maddening descent that her psyche would take.

Thanks to the failed mission laying on her shoulders, she decided to use her hobby of reading and ease of learning to better educate herself, which was in turn a way for her to justify reading a lot to in the end make the world an equal place, or at least try to make the world such a paradise that she had thought of for way too long.

It had always been a sort of running joke in their team after all that she would one day change the world with the power of books, the power of knowledge so to speak. This of course never happened, but she was urged to become something important for society with her both exceptional reading and writing skills, this coupled with her having access to things like the five basic elements provided a great point in the start of tutoring.

Thinking about this, she quickly picked up a few books, and then a few more, training all that she could muster to become an idol to as many people as she could, to become what a lot of youngsters in the new generations to come would see as the perfect symbol. She trained harder than she had at any time in her life before as her mission taking declined rapidly.

Eventually, she dropped out of the ninja life by escaping in the middle of the night without trying to have people track her travel, planning on resorting to the forests around Konoha and even going as far out as mountains reaching into other countries whilst she was at it. This plan didn't work out as good as it could though with Konoha sporting guards around the clock with sensory oversight.

This made it an especially difficult feat of escaping with signs of leaving the village for good as the guards proved to be one hell of a fight in her case. She decided to partner up with a space-time user that teleported the both of them out whilst setting them on a quest to make sure that Konoha would remember their names for good. After this subtle escape and a few notes scattered around town saying that she will be leaving Konoha permanently, she was issued with a rank of B because of her previous feats.

After having escaped the village of Konoha, she started to think about the different scenarios in which she could actually raise that rank of hers, as it became quite the ego thing for her after having a couple people recognize her for her petty crimes after leaving the village (being things like burglary and mostly damaging people but also murder) which made her want to raise the rank that she had been given. Deciding on this, she parted ways with her partner and destroyed a lot of smaller, fire country villages with her mastery in Sankaton which eventually lead her to succumb to an A-ranking.

Shortly after, she carried out her life laying in tree, relaxing in the bushes and caves, mastering her arts of the elements as well as improving ever so slightly on her Sankaton. Now, after her psychological situation has worsened and as she tries to tie together her consciousness into a readable folder again, all she can dream about is to rebuild the world to become the pinnacle of humanity, an equal paradise.
