A ghost in the night, skin the color of the mist around her, this assassin flies through the night at five feet and four inches in height, with only one hundred and fifteen pounds hitting the ground with each foot fall. Dreadful and dark, Kane's hair is unlike most girls in her clan. She keeps her long, black tresses pulled up into a high pony tail like her brothers'. With seventeen winters past this hunter has placed upon her skin markings of each victory past, leaving her body covered in markings only she can read, and much like the rest of her body, this hunter's eyes are covered in her strange, white warpaint, replacing the need for any make-up.

When it comes to the garbs of war this hunter wears, it is not as simple as it may appear. Her top consists of seven layers, beginning with the cloth wrappings to keep her breasts from moving, or rubbing raw on her armor. On top of this comes a wool padding that has been soaked in a brine to harden it to the point of being able to stop most projectiles, and on top of this is two layers of tanned wolf hide, to give her even more protection. And on top of this she wears three layers of a thick, mountain wolf fur that goes up her torso in an Asymmetrical fashion, meaning her left arm has no fur on it, however it does have a steel reenforced Caribou skull acting as a spaulder, while the sleeve on her right arm extends six inches past her fingers. For more protection the hunter wears leather vambraces on both forearms, however the on on her left arm has six inch steel spikes on it to further guard against on coming weapons. On her right hand is a leather glove that has no covering for the index or pinky finger, leaving the middle and ring finger covered. For her lower body this hunter of the night wears tanned, mountain wolf hide pants, while on her feet she bares white wool socks and black Tabi boots. Kaori's eyes are a bright, ice colored, blue.

Personality:

Kaori is, in a manner of speaking, lifeless. She has no emotions, she does not feel fear, and she doesn't "want" any thing. Most of the time Kaori will just sit in one spot staring out into nothing, waiting for an order from her sensei or for a new mission. When she is around people she acts happy when she thinks she should, and sad when she thinks it is needed, other wise she seems to be a doll. When in battle Kaori no longer rushes into things head first, as she did as a genin, but rather calculates what the best course of action will be in order to finish the fight. When she is fighting with a team, or her squad she will mainly do as the team leader, or her sensei says, and will use information she has on her teammates to calculate the best course of action to make sure no one gets hurt.

A very cold, and calculating person, Kaori barely ever smiles. Being the second eldest child of her adopted family's leader Kaori is a very "proper" ninja, in other words she doesn't do any thing that would bring a bad name to her branch of the family. This need to represent her clan, and give them a good name has given Kaori an unshakable training and work ethic, in other words if she is not on a mission she can normally be found at the training grounds, or some where else training her skills in some fashion. Kaori does not worry about boys, mainly because she feels that she does not have the time for them at the current point in her life, but also because she knows that she can not control how, or when she will fall in love.

First AbilityHyouton Chakra Element
Through a genetic mutation, members of the Aisu clan are able to simultaneously use the elements of Suiton and Fuuton to create Hyouton, or Ice Release. Capable of rapidly reducing the temperature of objects, and even the air around them to freeze defenses and create weaponry from moisture in the air.
Second AbilityAssassin's Blades
The Assassin's blades body mod is unique in that it allows for a eight inch steel blade to be housed between the Radius, and Ulna, bones of the forearm. The blades are an inch and a half wide, dual edged, and the thickness of a standard stiletto blade. The blades are extended, and retracted, by channeling a small amount of chakra into them, and exit the palm through an opening barely wide enough for the blades. There is only a single blade in each arm.

The user will do a series of hand seals, then thrust his hand forward. The air in front of the users hand will rapidly drop in temperature, freezing any air in that area into 5 senbon that fly forward at 5 speed and strike with 5 strength.

~Frost Burst
D-rank Ninjutsu
The clan member will do a series of hand seals to activate this technique. Then they must throw a kunai or shuriken within the next 3 posts. Doing so will cause the projectile to rapidly drop in temperature until finally it explodes with the force of a single exploding tag, launching icy shrapnel in the process.

~Morning Chill
D-rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, take a deep breath in, then slowly exhale. As this happens, the area within a 15 meter radius of their body will rapidly drop in temperature in the area to about -15 degrees celsius. While this isn't enough to freeze large bodies of water, this technique will freeze a great quantity of moisture in the air, creating a veil of ice that distorts vision.

~Frozen Barrier
D-rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, then form a square in the air with arm movement. This will cause all the air within the area between their hands to rapidly freeze, forming an ice wall. The wall is approximately 3 inches thick and is the size the user makes it based on their arms movement, but cannot exceed 3 feet in width or height. The wall has 5 strength and it will remain in the air until broken.

~Frozen Breath
D-rank Ninjutsu
The user will channel chakra into their throat, then slowly exhale icy breath. Any material they breath upon will be rapidly chilled, weakening it by 5 strength, allowing it to be broken more easily.

~Chilly Day
D-rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals to activate this technique. Within the next 2 posts they must touch a target on one of their limbs. The blood in that limb will lower slightly in temperature, slowing its flow. This will cause a numbing and tingling sensation throughout that limb that can be distracting in a fight that will last for three posts.

~Breath Away
C-rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, collecting hyouton chakra in their fist. By landing a strike on the targets chest, they will rapidly cool the air in the targets lungs. This sudden shift in temperature will shock the body, results in a -3 strength for 3 posts.

Naginata
C-Rank NInjutsu
By performing the required one handed seals, and having Dragonsteel in hand, Kaori will channel her chakra into her staff. By freezing the air around the ends of her staff she is able to create Naginata blades on each end. Each blade is two feet in length, two inches thick at it's widest, and are razor sharp.

~Silence
C-rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals, causing a shell of hyouton chakra to form around them, bringing the temperature of an isolated pocket air around them to near absolute zero. So long as the user doesn't move any faster than 10 speed, they won’t be heard when moving, allowing them to move silently. It’s worth noting that moving close to people with this technique will disrupt it.

~Tundra
C-rank Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals then forcus on a 5 foot area within 30 feet of their body. The ground in that area will drop in temperature, becoming extreme dense and hard. Striking the ground in this area will become more damaging than normal.
Skitter Step TaijutsuShow
Skitter Step:
The Skitter Step is a style that relies heavily on the user's senses. The style itself is a mesh of quick, fast, and wild punches, kicks, and jumps. Due to the user altering their senses, every bit of movement is heard and, since they can start to respond to things instinctively, they can respond to things that normally wouldn't have been able to be heard/seen/done. In addition to the heightened senses, users are normally in a "paranoid" state, where they start to suspect things that aren't always there.

If overused, the style can lead to paranoia in individuals, along with constant fidgeting, making experts in the style quite well known for these activities.

E-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Prerequisite: Any form of Senses Open used.
The user will make a fist with their right hand, and place it against their palm with their left hand, against their chest. This calms the users senses and returns them to a centered state.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
After using any form of "Senses Open" when the user hears motions behind them, they'll instinctively kick a foot back behind them to strike whatever the source of the sound was.

*[Skitter Step • Inside Dodge]
D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
The counter Discipline to Outside Dodge. Having mastered this Discipline, when the user is actively using Skitter Step, should they be in close quarters combat, their body instinctively dodges to the inside of an attack which keeps them centered on their opponent's torso. These dodges are only successful if their average [Tai+Instinct+Speed/3] is greater than the speed of the attack.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
The counter Discipline to Inside Dodge. Having mastered this Discipline, when the user is actively using Skitter Step, should they be in close quarters combat, their body instinctively dodges to the outside of an attack which forces them to be constantly moving around their opponent. These dodges are only successful if their average [Tai+Instinct+Speed /3] is greater than the speed of the attack.

Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
The counter discipline to Accept. When faced with an extended limb, may it be an arm or leg, a master of this discipline will always bat at the extended limb with full force, typically aiming for the joint of the limb in order to cause it to collapse.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
The counter discipline to Reject. When faced with an extended limb, may it be an arm or leg, a master of this discipline will always reach to capture the extended limb with one hand, typically aiming for the most distal portion of the limb. This gives them an opportunity of controlling their opponent.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
The main jutsu of the Skitter Step, Senses Open does exactly what the name states. The user takes a moment to focus their bodies, then releases it. While in this stance, the users sensory input is increased, allowing them to receive more information quickly. This causes a +2 in Taijutsu, and a +4 in speed, but a -3 in Ninjutsu and -3 in Control. This stance will remain in effect until deactivated by [Stop]. Practioners of this technique will find themselves fidgetting and constantly moving, which can make it difficult for them to use this style while on stealth missions.

Prerequisite: A form of Senses Open used.
Should a user learn this Discipline, any time a projectile is launched at them is picked up by their senses, the user will instictively draw their a weapon of their own and bat at the weapon to knock it away. If their average [Tai+Instinct+Speed /3] is greater than the speed of the projectile, they'll succeed.
Hidden Mist NinjutsuShow

*Hidden Mist Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Kiri-nin
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Ninja. After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 20x20x20m area. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 4 meters in any direction. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to 1/2 the user's stamina.

*Moving Mist Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user will cause the mist to shift and move in whatever direction they please. This mist moves at 5 speed, and while casting this technique the user cannot move or cast other techniques.

*Mist Anchor
D-ranked Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user slowly moves their hand down, stabilizing the mist in the area. D-rank fuuton jutsu will still work in the mist, but will no longer displace it, allowing the mist jutsu to be maintained easier. Additionally, the duration of the mist will be extended by 2 posts.

*Fading Mist Technique
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user can control the transparency of the mist to become much more lucid or clear in a 2x2x2m area. If this is used on a blanket of mist with another's chakra within it, it requires a higher control stat than the caster. This increased visibility lasts for up to 3 posts.

*Mist Bath
D-rank Ninjutsu
While inside the mist, the user will form a series of hand seals, then hold a hand forward. From their hand 5 marble sized bullets of mist will form and shoot forward through the mist at 5 speed, with 5 strength.

*Thick Mist
C-rank Ninjutsu
While inside the mist, the user will perform the correct seals and clasp their hands to initiate the jutsu. The water will increase and substantially grow in thickness. This will make anything that enters or is within the mist experience -3 speed so long as they are inside it. This technique lasts 4 posts.

*Mist Constriction
C-rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct handseals, the user will focus on a 3x3x3m area of mist. This mist will then become extremely dense, weighing down with 10 strength. Anyone caught within this area with less than 10 strength will be unable to move, and anything with more than 10 strength passing through the area will have its speed reduced by 6.

*Shrouding Mist Technique
C-rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Hidden Mist Technique
After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 30x30x30m area. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 3 meters in any direction, and dampens scents, weakening any advanced scent techniques, or controlled scent techniques by 2m. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to the user's 1/2 stamina.

Life is never easy when everyone around you knows more about your past than you do. This happened to be the case for a shinobi known simply as "Kane," or Bell. She was born into a clan of warriors known for manipulating ice in ways no one would ever think possible, but when she was three things took a turn for the worse. Her mother, her unconditionally loving mother, had literally went insane, and murdered Kane's father. Her father had been hiding the fact that her mother had slowly been losing her mind, hoping he would be able to take care of her himself, in order to prevent dishonor on their family. So, when she began to have one of her fits, he did what he normally did, wrapped his arms around her, and held her until he believed her fit had passed. When her father had believed that the fit was over he had released his wife, and turned his back on her to pick Kane up out of her play pen. While he had been facing away from his wife Kane's father had heard a knife being pulled from it's holder on the kitchen counter, and ran. However, because he still had Kane in his arms, who had been squirming to get down, he tripped, over one of her toys, and pinned Kane under him. When their fellow clan member's finally came to inspect the strange noises they had heard they found Kane in her mother's lap, covered in her father's blood, playing with her toys.

Because she had been so young, it was not hard for Kaori to "forget" about what happened to her father. After being adopted by her aunt, and uncle, it was as if nothing had ever happened, mainly because she grew up believing them to be her parents. Kazuya, and Yukina were wonderful parents to Kaori, and had even been her Godparents before the incident with her mother and father. They raised her as if she were their own, and helped her learn to utilize her Kekkei Genkai as she entered the academy. Though she seemingly held no memory of what had happened when she was three, Kaori was never quite the same as the other kids. She never laughed like everyone else, didn't show emotion like everyone else, and did not feel fear like everyone else. Kazuya and Yukina had learned to tell what their daughter was feeling by different visual indicators, and had even taught her how to fake emotions, so that she did not make others uncomfortable.

While some people saw her lack of emotion, and empathy, as a weakness, her teachers in the academy praised her for it, claiming it made her a "natural" for the art of killing. She excelled at everything she learned, even the mental art of Genjutsu, though she later gave up practicing it. While she did excel at everything, she was not a genius. Kaori worked tirelessly for hours and hours, not only training, but studying as well. In order to help herself remember what she was being taught in school Kaori began writing down entire chapters of her school books. Yukina often told her that she had a better work ethic than most Jounin that she knew, which always pleased Kaori to hear.

After she became a Genin Kaori was teamed up with a rival girl who would taunt Kaori about her lack of emotions. During her years as a Genin Kaori's arms had been seriously injured, and during the surgery to repair them, she had asked for blades to be implanted in them. And though she trained with them like she did everything else, Kaori was never confident enough in her ability to use them until her Chuunin exam. She had been pitted against her rival in an open air arena with many people watching, including many of her clan members. The fight had gone pretty well, but was stopped when Kaori's hidden blade glanced off her rival's collar bone, and cut a major blood vessel in her neck. Kaori had intended to break her rival's collar bone with the attack, but when the girl attempted to counter the strike, it had caused the fatal injury. Because the death of her rival had been ruled an accident, and not an intended action, Kaori was allowed to rank up to Chuunin. Now she trains every chance she gets, trying to master the blades hidden within her arms.
