General Information Age: 25

Physical Features: On the shorter and skinnier, Hachiman stands at 158cm and has a small, lithe frame. Lacking any bulk or real muscular definition, this gives Hachiman the exact opposite of an imposing figure, rightful of a scum bag who sneaks around in the shadows of Kirigakure's slums. Known for his mouse-like appearance and mannerisms, his skin is quite pale, almost like that of a corpse, and it is contrasted by his ruby red eyes . They are further emphasized by his thin orange eyebrows. His his face as a whole is framed by a ratty mop-top of orange hair.
Clothing/Accessories: When on missions, Hachiman can be spotted in his Kirigakure standard-issues gear. This includes a navy-blue flak jacket, black jogger pants, and black shinobi slippers. In terms of accessories, he often wears pastel scarfs and gloves alongside this outfit. When not on missions, Hachiman tends to wear the same accessories but with a various designer sports coats and tan or navy slacks, again usually in pastel colors. This clothing style, much like his physical appearance, makes him one of the most forgettable people ever, Hachiman almost invisible when in crowds to an eye that's not specifically looking for him.
Personality:
  • General: If you knew who Hachiman was really, what he went through, and his life... you wouldn't be surprised to learn that he is a messed up man. Having grown up so poor he had experienced eating dirt as a child and growing up in an existence rife with the sexual exploitation of the slums, Hachiman's mind is truly warped. He has no morals or no objections to doing whatever he needs to to feed his impulses. In short, if you knew all this you wouldn't be surprised to find out he's a serial killer who preys on women in the slums of Kirigakure. But, you never would know this because to everyone and even himself, Hachiman is convincingly a quiet, mousey man who just wants a normal life... the epitome of average.
  • Hopes/Dreams: After his father committed suicide to escape his debts to a gang, things changed for Hachiman. Left along with his sister to survive on their own in the slums of Kirigakure, he became a scavenger, something commonly seen in his "rat/mouse-like" tendencies... One night while scavenging, he got greedy... and it caused him to not get back to his sister soon enough. He found her, raped and dead by the same gang that drove his father to suicide. Crippled by guilt and anger, Hachiman swore that he would see his revenge, 10 fold. Already fractured from years of hunger and abuse from his step-father, as Hachiman found his sexuality as a youth, it wasn't long before he became transfixed on repeating the crime against his sister on his sworn enemies.
  • Fears: Being caught, having his "normal life" upset.
  • Combat Mentality: Hachiman is physically weak and frail but ironically is overwhelmingly sadistic. Causing pain to others is a release unparalleled by even the likes of sex. As such, he goes to great lengths to injure, maim, and cause great pain in his opponents.
HistoryShow
Hachiman didn't remember much about his mother because she died when he was two and his sister Kumiko was one. Shortly after his dad became an alcoholic and obsessed with gambling, wasting away what little money his family did have to make up for the whole in his heart. Luckily, in gambling there were many ups and downs, and while it was an unstable income, Hachiman's father was able to have enough to care for him and his sister, even if it was barely. Things however became progressively worse and by the time Hachiman was 8, his father had begun to rack up quite a bit of debt in most of the slum casinos. Debt sharks visited daily and before long, Hachiman's father took him and his sister and tried to run away to escape his debts. This however did not work out, and eventually, under great pressure from the gangsters Hachiman's father killed himself hoping to free his children from his debt at the price of his life.

Things didn't work like that however. Instead, that debt was passed to Hachiman. With no way of paying the debt off, the gangsters made a deal. They'd put Hachiman into the shinobi academy and then he could earn a nice wage and give it all to them. With no other choice, Hachiman did so and entered the academy. With all of his income going to the gangsters, this left him and his sister scavenging just to get by. In fact, it was shortly after he became a genin that he had discovered his ability to create "ghosts". In a fit of tears he had expelled one from his mouth which instantly went to work looking for food scraps. Realizing this ability, he began to use his ghosts to steal... And as the money piled up, he began to change, becoming greedier. Things however took a tragic turn when he missed a payment because he had been too greedy, staying out the whole night to find more gold. When he returned home, he found his sister raped and murdered- not because he missed the payment, but because the gang had learned he had been making a lot more money and that he had withheld it from them. Before he could grieve he was then beaten to a pulp as the men then took all the money he had been hording in his alley-way hut.

Stricken with guilt and rage, that same night Hachiman vowed that night he would make the gangsters of Kirigakure suffer as he had. Utilizing his ghosts, which would leave no trace, he framed an enemy gang then torched the estate of the gang leader who ruined his family, killing the leader and his sons, raping his wife and daughters and then killing them too. Before long a small gang war broke out and both gangs wounded up eliminating each other. Hachiman would of continued this until some investigators had begun to suspect that someone had instigated the gang war... quitting while he was ahead, he vowed that he would take a quiet and longer path to achieving his goal.

Hachiman would continue to steal however, amassing a huge fortune over the course of his genin years. When it came time to take his chuunin exam, though he could have potentially passed despite being physically frail, he decided it was best to keep his abilities secret and used his tremendous wealth to pay off the proctors and was allowed to pass. This scheme would continue for many years, most people in Kirigakure knowing nothing about Hachiman beyond his "greed", tendency to use his wealth to his advantage, and his otherwise normalcy. From Special Jounin to even Jounin, he had people of all walks in his pockets, paid off to let him live a quiet life on the down low- or at least to keep people thinking he was nothing but a loud mouth, flamboyant wealthy man.

Recently, Hachiman has begun to kill again, having killed at least 4 women in the past year alone in the slums- all tied to gangs in Kirigakure, be it as daughters or sex workers.

Golden Experience
The Legendary Sword passed down by leaders of the Goldfinger gang for generations, Golden Experience is a large golden nodachi, which is simple terms for a giant fucking katana that possess the size alone to send shivers up the spines of most men enough to cause performance related issues for quite some time. Standing at 5 and 1/2 feet tall, Golden Experience has a 1.5 foot stainless steel and tungsten handle, wrapped in black dragon hide. The rest of the 4 feet of the sword being it's golden blade. Sharp as all hell, the blade is about a 4 inches wide, the peculiar thing about the blade is however that upon being hit by it, it hits as if it had 200 lbs of weight behind it, but for the wielder it feels as if it weighs barely more than a kunai, allowing it's user to wield it without trouble. In addition to it's featherweight wielding, the blade seems to never dulls and is capable of slicing through any material with ease, given the wielder has the correct strength in their swing. Since a traditional sheath would be impossible to use due to Golden Experience's size, a sheath that clasps over the sword is worn on Hachiman's back. Simply releasing the clasps allow the sword to be pulled back and outward, rather than the upward draw of a typical sheath. Hachiman stole this when he killed the leader of the GE gang and massacred his estate.

Abilities and Concentrations Clairvoyance

Hachiman's sensory is not like empathy or mind's eye,and rather than giving him a view through some separate medium it instead works by disembodying his senses and physically allowing him to place them somewhere else. A toggled ability (mode), when active Hachiman becomes enveloped in golden chakra that wavers out to an invisible chakra field in a [Control/10] mile radius around himself. His disembodied senses can then move around freely at a speed of [(Control + Ninjutsu)/2] within this field, and take on a ghostly apparition of himself. If this apparition is damaged in any way, his technique is interrupted and he is forced out of it. In doing so, this allows him to utilize his senses in different areas as if he was physically there. As such, his disembodied senses are still limited to the normal ranges possible for those senses, meaning he can only smell to a range he'd physically be able to smell to, or see what at a range his eyes could naturally see. While he can "move his senses around" in the field, they have no actual physical embodiment, meaning it cannot physically effect the environment. Unfortunately such a mode is not without drawbacks. Upon entering this mode his body becomes paralyzed (and loses it's auditory/visual senses), and upon exiting it his body remains paralyzed for 1 post due to the immense strain this ability puts on his body. Worse yet, the chakra field has a dead-zone of 35 meters around his body, meaning his disembodied senses cannot be used in that zone and his paralyzed body is left a wide-open target. Additionally while in this mode, Hachiman can only utilize Clairvoyance and Ghost techniques.

Ghost Recon
1 Ability Slot - 1 Companion Slot
Believed to be a mutation related to the "Geist abilities" of the long extinct clan known as the Youkai, Hachiman is capable of ejecting what appears to be a ghastly orange spirits from his mouth. (This means all ghosts must originate from his body.) Each ghost is able to relay thoughts to Hachiman and each ghost at base acts as an intangible clone meaning they cannot interact with their environment, similar to a basic clone. Additionally, ghosts cannot do anything a normal human cannot. This means they cannot fly or go through walls or anything like that. Ghosts are produced via jutsu, do not have their own pyramid, and have one stat: speed. Ghosts can have additional effects tagged onto them and techniques can even produce more than one ghost at a time, however every alteration causes the jutsu's stat amount to go down one rank, similar to the rules on clones or multiple projectile jutsu. If ghosts move further than [Control x 1/10] miles away they disappear, canceling any special effects they might have in the process.

A unique doujutsu, when dormant the user has ruby red colored irises with pin-sized pupils that never change in size. The reason for the pupil mutation is that rather than processing light, the pupil processes chakra information. This means that the user is capable of seeing the raw energies behind jutsu, the end result being that the user can not only inspect jutsu, but see the remainders of jutsu that were used in the past, as if they were still in the air. Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.

Advanced Channeling
This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any ninjutsu that is designed to be channel, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. To get this concentration the user must be a Ninjutsu Specialist, and have picked Control as one of their specialized stats.

Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu
This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy.

Charge Fuuinjutsu
This user is able to utilize Charge Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Charge Classification. Charge Fuuinjutsu are used to create jutsu like effects out of seals.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will coat one of their hairs in chakra. Once this has been done, they will place it on their target. The user can track the exact location of the strand of hair for up to 7 meters. For up to twenty meters out, the user can track a rough location. From then out to 100 meters, the user just gets a general idea of where the opponent is. The chakra in the hair will dissipate at the end of 6 posts.

After coiling around the target, the chakra will cause the object to harden to a strength of 10. After 4 posts the chakra will run out and the bind will break.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will imbue an item with their chakra that is no larger than a basketball. For those with less than 20 strength they will find themselves immobile for the next 5 posts. If the target that touches the object has 20 or higher strength, they will find themselves unaffected.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will cause their hair to rapidly grow and cocoon their body for protection. The hair does this at a speed of 20, and when done, will have formed thick layers of rigid hair to protect the user from attacks of 20 and less strength. Upon completely cocooning the user, the hair disconnects from the user's hair, leaving it at it's original length. The hair of the cocoon is chakra infused, providing immunity to electricity and for up to four posts.

After performing the needed hand seals, Hachiman forms a tomoe made of three little flames. On contact, the tomoe explodes with D-Rank explosive strength, scattering flames capable of delivering first degree burns and igniting things all over the immediate radius. If not consumed, the tomoe will orbit at a two-foot distance around Hachiman for three posts. The tomoe's parameters are length= 5", width= 3", and depth= 1".

By channeling into his lungs and throat, Hachiman will puff his chest before releasing a cloud of fifteen tennis ball sized spheres composed entirely of fire. The fireballs are shot for up to 15 meters away at a speed of 9 and a strength of 1. Upon impact, the fireballs expand to 1 meter in size instantly.

After performing the needed hand seals, Hachiman will thrust his hand forward unleashing a torrent of flames either from his hand. The torrent will move in a rapid spiral outward with a maximum diameter of 3 meters for up to 17.5 meters at a speed of 20. The flames themselves are capable of easily igniting flammable materials but it's the after effect of the technique that makes it powerful. By having a space in the middle, the target is baited into the center believing they can avoid the fire, however at the end of the 17.5 meters the spiral will reverse, closing back in on the center with a strength of 20.

A-Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling katon chakra into any item, Hachiman will turn it into a ticking time bomb. Unlike his earlier Bomb Transmutations, #2 Transmutation is made to kill without a trace. After having made contact with an opponent or an object, either when 5 posts are up or when activated through the use of Chakra Kai, the katon chakra pulsing inside of the object or person will cause them to implode (explode from inside out) at the rank of an A-Rank explosion. The flames are particularly hot, and the end effect is that this technique is a deadly implosion that incinerates people/flammable things from inside out. For objects that are metal or non-flammable objects, this turns them into dangerous, fiery shrapnel bombs.

After channeling into his body, Hachiman will convulse, a flaming ghost escaping out his mouth. This ghost has the ability to use Katon • #2 Bomb Transmutation once. This ghost moves at a speed of 35 and lasts for 6 posts before disappearing, unless released by Hachiman. Beyond it's ability, the ghost is still intangible and unable to effect it's environment.

This technique is channeled while in Clairvoyance mode. Upon using this technique, Hachiman can get a count of how many separate chakra signatures exist in the range of his clairvoyance field, however each mile takes a full post to calculate. Hachiman cannot use other Clairvoyance jutsu while utilizing this technique.

This technique is channeled while in Clairvoyance mode. Upon using this technique, Hachiman can scan a 250 meter radius around himself giving him information on the strength of each unique signature in that zone has. The “strength” of the individual is determined by the average of each person’s Stamina, Control and Strength stats. This technique is not very reliable as a determining factor, however as it is relative to everyone in the zone.

After drawing a seal formula on a surface, appropriate in size to the weapon being sealed but no larger than 3x9 inches, the user forms the needed hand seals then may place as many of that singular object into the scroll as desired. When done, the user performs another set of hand seals and touches the seal closing it off as the seal condenses to the shape of the object stored. This seal is the only known sealing applications that allows depth storage and unfortunately this cannot be done at larger sizes. Tools can only be released at a maximum of 10 at a time, and are released with zero force.

By having an empty scroll with a seal formula placed on it, the user is able to use the seal as a defensive measure. Holding a single, one-handed hand seal, the user attempts to block the incoming small sized weapon (kunai or smaller) with the scroll. Right before contact is actually made, the weapon will be sealed into the seal. This seal cannot be used multiple times, and if the incoming projectile has more than 5 strength, it will overpower it, making the technique useless.

Used in conjunction with storage seals, the user forms the needed hand seals then touches the storage seal causing it to release up to three of the objects stored in it simultaneously, as if they were thrown at a strength of 10. The three objects will be released in a small spread, only a few inches apart from each other.

By having an empty scroll with a seal formula placed on it, approximately 3 meters in diameter, the user is able to use the seal as a defensive measure. Holding the seal and it's surface in one-hand, and signing a set of hand seals with the other. Right before contact, the user then performs another seal with their free hand causing the seal to pull in any incoming objects in a 4 meter long cone with a 6 meter diameter from the seal at a strength of 20. When the objects are pulled into the seal, it will close, finishing the technique. This seal cannot be used multiple times, and if the incoming projectile has more than 20 strength, it will overpower it, making the technique useless.
Charge:

A truly unique move in that it can be used alongside other Fuuinjutsu, by channeling into their finger as they draw in the air directly in front of them, the user releases raw chakra the lingers for a small amount of time, allowing it to be used as a seal formula. This technique consumes chakra equal to the cost of the technique.

[i]B-Rank Charge Fuuinjutsu[/i]
After drawing four seals in the shape of a box, up to 35x35 meters, the users then performs a set of hand seals arming the seals and creating a perimeter. If anything enters the box, it will trigger this seal formula to collapse inwards at a speed of 20. If the seals happen to catch anything, the seals will sprawl onto it locking it down and still at a strength of 20. Unfortunately, after three posts the seal runs out of energy and fades allowing the target to move once more.

After drawing a 8x11 inch seal formula on a surface, the user forms the needed hand seals for the shadow clone technique then touches the seal. Next, they will place the seal on any desired surface then perform an additional set of seals locking it in place and arming the technique. If the seal is removed physically, the fuuinjutsu activates releasing a shadow clone of the person who removed the seal which proceeds to combat them, attempting to kill their original. This trap is best used in situations where the seal needs to be removed in order to achieve a separate objective. This usage of the Shadow Clone will not halve the user's stamina, and the doppelganger will poof after a two to three solid hits. The main strength though is the doppelganger knows the same moves at it's user, making it hard to land blows on.
Augment:

After drawing an approximately 1x2 inch seal formula on a targets tongue, the user will chant off a list of words then after forming the needed hand seals touches the seal to activate it. As long as the seal remains on the targets tongue, their ability to speak those words is removed.

[color=black][b]Fuuinjutsu • Reinforce[/b][/color]
[i]C-Rank Augment Fuuinjutsu[/i]
After inscribing the seal for this fuuinjutsu onto a surface (non-organic), Hachiman will then perform a set of hand seals causing the seal to release chakra into the structure it is bound to. This reinforces the structure adding +5 durability to it. This effect persists as long as the seal does, or the item is intact.
Removal Fuuinjutsu:

[i]Prerequisite:[/i] 5 D-Rank Fuuinjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals, the user traces the outline of a D-Rank fuuinjutsu. After doing so, the user places their hand over the seal, removing the seal. This does not protect against any traps that may occur as a result of removing a seal.
