- Face/head: Kei has soft, childish facial features with chubby cheeks and an overall rounded face, features slightly offeset by typically stoic expressions, the girl rarely smiling or even frowning as well as her large ovular, deep brown eyes seeming to be slightly narrowed at nearly all times, all of this complimented by long white hair tied into a large ponytail with uneven bangs.
- Body: Kei appears delicate, being thin and fairly short in stature while also having deceptively little muscle tone, though with fairly long limbs and slightly pale umblemished skin. Additionally she's not yet very well developed, having a flat chest with only a bit of a curve in her waist, very slightly rounded hips, and a fairly small backside, as well as having no peircings or tattoos.

- General: Kei is a friendly, though not highly emotional or even expressive young girl, often seeming to be disinterested or indifferent when interacting with others. She doesn't say much and is typically blunt and honest, saying exactly what's on her mind which leads to her often being thought of as snarky or rude, which itself may have some degree of truth, though she herself doesn't really think of it that way. Despite all of this, she has a very caring nature, doing her utmost to fix up those those who enter her care, and even keeping a watchful eye out for her companions. In addition is a sort of childlike curiosity and some degree of naivety, brought on by a lack of experience with the world outside her home

Kei was born as the only child to a couple within a small village in the land of grass, her mother being a seamstress and her father a travelling merchant. Given his profession, her father wasn't often home and so she spent most of her time with her mother or helping out at her village's local clinic, learning the arts of medicine from the woman in charge, as well as on the side learning how to sew from her mother. Over the years due to her work in the clinic she met a large number of foreigners and enjoyed learning about the different parts of the world, some part of her even having a small amount of curiosity about how much was true, but despite as much, she was perfectly satisfied with listening to stories rather than heading out to see the world herself as so many others did.
Years continued to pass and even still she had no desire to head out into the world, happily spending every day with her parents or friends when not helping out at the clinic, progressively getting better and better with her medical abilities. Were things ever going to change? She wasn't sure, but for now she was simply satisfied to just live her simple life and take every day as it came.
