Despite being male, Li has a very feminine build, and is often described as being pixie like.He is very slender, with little to know muscle definition anywhere on his body. Because he has lived a life away from battle he does not have any major scars, although he is missing half of his little finger on each hand.

Clothing/Accessories:

Li wears baggy, black Hakama pants, tied to his waist with a red cord that also holds two black butt pouches to his waste. On his feet are two two toed, black Tabi boots, and on his torso is a tight, almost spandex like, long sleeve, black shirt that also covers his neck. A mask of the same material as his shirt covers his entire head, except for the area around his eyes. In most cases Li will wear a straw Sugegasa with foot long pieces of white cloth hanging from it on each side of his face, to help keep the sun from reaching his eyes.

Personality:

Li has always been the subject of torment from his male peers, because of this he has become a reclusive person. He does not enjoy company, nor does he like being around more than two people at any given time. Because of his reclusive nature, Li often only ventures out into the village during the night when it is less noticeable to be alone.

When it comes to women, he is inexperienced. He has never pursued a woman, nor does he even know which kind of woman he prefers. Li has always been numb to matters of the heart, having never even felt the love of a family.

In times of battle Li is not someone who would be found on the front lines. If possible he will lure his enemy into an area that he can completely control, usually having already laid traps. He hates losing, and never willingly gives up. Li would rather kill himself than surrender to an enemy of the village.

Ninjutsu	Raiton Affinity A character with this concentration is able to utilize Raiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Raiton affinity. Raiton has a shocking effect. Passive (Shocking)Show Raiton has the effect of shocking, which means causes it's effect to be diffuse upon impact. In organic material, this causes nervous stimulation which results in numbness, tingling, loss of sensation, and sometimes paralysis. In inorganic material, this means that the strength of the jutsu diffuses across an area 2x the size of the attack. In a jutsu that creates a lightning ball 2m in diameter, if it struck a wall the size of the attack would cover a 4m area. Additionally, the strength of the nervous effect on organic material from raiton jutsu is determined by the ninjutsu stat requirement. 1-10 Ninjutsu Requirement : Tingling, acute numbness 11-20 Ninjutsu Requirement: Loss of Sensation 21-35 Ninjutsu Requirement: Localized Paralysis 36+ Ninjutsu Requirement: Diffuse Paralysis
Taijutsu	The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways. The fundamental skill of [Sword Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with swords and sword-like weapons such as knives, daggers, sword-breakers and the like. After performing a set of hand seals, the user focuses chakra towards their hand. A chain made of Maroon chakra will shoot from their palm towards the target at 10 speed, up to 20 meters away. If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such being, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. These chains cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself, and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 10, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target for a full 5 posts, they will drain away, causing the target to drop in available forms by 1 for up to 5 posts.

After performing the needed hand seals and focusing chakra into their hand, the user places their hand on the head of a Spirit host, or on the object containing a spirit. This allows them to speak directly to the spirit in a telepathic link.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user will create a 10 meter cubed barrier within 15 meters of their location at a speed of 10. This barrier is created of pure Maroon chakra and will only stop things that are related to spirits, normally jinchuuriki. As a result, those that are stopped by the barrier are unable to make their way through unless they can break it with a strength of 10 or higher. Those untainted by spirits are able to pass through the barrier at their leisure. This barrier lasts for 4 posts.

*Spirit Binding • [Seishin Kanri]
C-rank Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After preforming the necessary hand seals, the user shoots out a chain of Maroon Chakra at 10 speed that wraps around the spirit. If the spirit stays sealed within this chain for 4 posts. The spirit is subjected to the control of the user of the technique, regardless of contracts up to 4 posts. If the spirit has more than 10 strength it can break the chain. This jutsu can only be used on E-Rank spirits.

Mooncatcher
C-rank Tenkujutsu (Nin)
After forming the correct hand seals Li will merge with his spirit companion Mooncatcher. This merging gives Li access to Mooncatcher’s natural abilities, such as increased visibility in the dark, for four (4) posts. It also allows him to utilize Mooncatcher’s concentrations, however, it does not allow him to use Mooncatcher’s techniques. Any techniques utilizing Mooncatcher’s concentrations can only be used during the four (4) post merge.

After performing the correct hand seals the user causes a thin 3x3 meter flat barrier to form directly in front of them at a speed of 5. This barrier can take a hit of up to 5 strength before shattering, otherwise it lasts for 3 posts.

After channeling chakra into one of their fists, the user will then attempt to strike their target and if successful, they will release additional concussive force in the form of an outward explosion at D-Rank force from their fist. If the user does not strike a target within 3 posts the jutsu dissipates.

C-Ranked Ninjutsu
The base technique for summoning, the Spiritualism Technique allows users to bring forth their summons to fight on their behalf. Once an agreement has been made between the user and their summon, they will be able to use this technique to call upon it at any time unless stated otherwise. The chakra used for this technique varies, as it is dependent on the size and rank of what is being summoned. Once it has been summoned, the user will experience a constant drain on their chakra for as long as the summon is in place. This drain is also dependent on the size and rank of the summon.

Xiao Li’s life story is not particularly long, though it has it’s ups and downs. His father disowned him before he ever entered into the academy, because he did not want a “sissy for a son,” and even left Xiao Li’s mother because of it. Due to his feminine build, and looks, Li was bullied relentlessly by the other boys his age, and older, though all the girls seemed to like him more because of it. One such girl was Chuunin by the name of Xiao Ning, Li’s elder cousin. She looked out for him while he grew up, and was his inspiration for joining the academy. Ning even paid his way into the academy.

Li was always the weakest kid in class, although he excelled in using others’ momentum against them. He was also very talented with Ninjutsu. The same could not be said for Genjutsu however, because he absolutely bombed. However, the one thing that made him stand out above everyone else in his class was his control over his chakra. While his body was frail, he was a master, at least for his age, at control, which allowed him to reinforce his body.

His time in the academy flew by, though his training, and social interactions with his cousin Ning stood out prominently in his mind. Due to his skill in chakra control, and at Ning’s suggestion to the academy, Li had been put on the path of Tenkujutsu. His graduation exam consisted of him showing his ability to merge with a spirit he had tamed, and take on it’s characteristics. He is now a Genin, and is working on refining his control even further, as well as looking to tame new spirits.

Appearance: Mooncatcher’s eyes are adapted to attract insects by mimicking the glow of moonlight. He also has fourteen luminescent spots down his back, seven on each side of his spine. He also has one large spot between his eyes. Mooncatcher’s tail is three feet long, and the last half a foot is split into two ends. He stands three feet tall on his hind legs, and has grey and black fur.

Personality: Mooncatcher is a small Lemur like creature who is immensely curious, and playful. However, he is also a chicken, and is terrified of combat. He loves exploring, although only at night, as he is nocturnal. Mooncatcher is empathic towards those mourning the death of a loved one, and always does his best to comfort them.

History Mooncatcher lived in a vast forest for the entirety of his life before he was bound and forced into creating a summoning contract for himself. However, when he met Xiao Li, the boy who had signed his contract, he became immensely happy. Li has always treated Mooncatcher as a dear friend, and constantly plays with him.
