Physical Features:
  • Face/head: Ayame has fairly soft facial features, having a small button nose and a not so prominent jawline as well as her cheeks being a tad chubby for her age. Along with is long black hair that hangs down to her lower back and is tied into a low ponytail, her bangs hiding the Amethyst grafted into her forehead from view, serving as a compliment to her turquoise colored eyes. In addition her lips are colored purple, the same as her gem.
  • Body: Ayame stands at a fairly average height with peachy skin, long limbs, and a very small amount of well toned muscle in addition to being fairly curvaceous, her hips wide and her waist having a slight curve, this being accompanied by a firm rear and breasts that while not exceptionally large are fairly sizable.
  • Notable Features:Embedded into the back of each palm is a small purple jewel, an Amethyst stone
Clothing/Accessories: Ayame's outfits typically consist of a long sleeveless dress that tightly hugs her curves and falls to just above her ankles with a slit that goes up to her thigh, allowing for greater ease of movement. As well as this, for shoes, when she chooses to wear them at least as she would much rather go without, is a pair of thigh high sandals.

  • General: Ayame is often described as confident and brash, always saying or doing exactly what's on her mind. Despite this, she makes honest attempts to be kind and friendly, instantly apologizing upon realization that she had hurt someone, and is normally fairly level headed and calm, quick witted and to a point even easy going, preferring to move at her own pace, though she will put her all into a task that has been placed on her, whether by herself or by others.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Right now she doesn't have much of a dream, the closest to such being a desire to find that one thing to live for, to dedicate herself towards

Shouton:
Born to the Kouseki clan, this user is able to utilize Crystal Release, a fusion composed of Doton and Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Shouton. Shouton has a absorbing effect.
Passive (Absorbing)Show
Shouton release alone is durable, hard, makes good defenses and produces weapons with ease, but is unique for its absorbing quality. Shouton jutsu have the ability to absorb chakra, and can be manipulated based on the chakra they absorb. This means that any jutsu that does not immediately destroy shouton techniques can actually make them stronger. If a shouton technique is struck by a D-rank jutsu, it is damaged as normal, and if it is not destroyed, the chakra used to damage it is absorbed, and can be used to activate a D-rank Shouton jutsu in response. This energy can be accumulated, where 2 D-ranks equal 1 C-rank, and 2 C-rank equal 1 B-rank and so forth. The absorbing effect does not negate damage to a shouton technique. This absorbing quality has no time limit to its use.
Activation:
Shouton Jutsu have an absorbing quality, which causes them to be created in an inactive state. When a shouton jutsu absorbs chakra it will glow, which signals that it can be activated. Additional jutsu must be used to activate a shouton technique, which can cause a wide variety of effects. Once activated, if the crystal is not destroyed, it defaults to normal Doton, losing the [Absorbing] effect and gaining Doton's [Enduring] effect, but only having 1/4 it's original strength, rounded down.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.
Passive (Enduring)Show
Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.
Fuuton Affinity:
Fuuton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has an cutting effect.
Passive (Cutting)Show
Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

Sand Style
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Sand, an extension composed of Fuuton and Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Sand. Sand style has a grinding effect. You must be a current or former Sunagakure shinobi, and have both Fuuton and Doton to utilize this concentration.
Passive (Grinding)Show
Sand, however, is rough, and grinds in it's movement, eroding and tearing at anything it comes in contact with. This makes Sand an aggressive element that adds to it's strengthwhen coming in contact with solid matter by breaking it down and adding it to it's mass. When Sand breaks through anything it is strong against, it adds 1/5th of the strength of that thing to it's own strength. A 30 strength Sand Wave breaking through a 10 strength Doton wall would add 2 strength to itself, having 32 strength. Against organic matter, Sand grinds against skin and wounds, catching microtears that can become irritating and worsen existing wounds. Below is a list for how Sand interacts with solid matter

Sensory:
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Performing a series of hand seals the user will focus chakra into their fore arm, creating a small circle shield of crystal 2m in diameter attached to their arm. The shield forms at 5 speed and has 5 strength.

D – Ranked Ninjutsu
If a crystal has been activated by any rank technique, the user can use this technique to activate the crystal and cause it to release the energy and become inactive again.

~Crystal Kunai
D – Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals to produce 3 kunai in one of their hand made of crystal. The kunai can resist up to 5 strength before shattering.

~Crystal Trap
D – Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals and then place their hands on two points. From their hands crystal will grow towards eachother at 1 speed, wrapping around anything they touch. So long as contact is maintained the crystal will continue to grow. Upon release, the crystal will hold the two points in place with each other with 9 strength.

If a crystal has been activated, the user can do hand seals and focus on it, causing it to explode with the force of a single exploding tag, causing crystal to be thrown about.

C – Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals then thrust one of their hands forward, large crystal spikes 2ft in length will burst from the ground in varying directions at 10 speed, striking with 10 strength, for up to 5m away from their bodies.

~Crystal Wall
C – Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals then throw their hands upwards. A crystal wall will break through the ground immediately in front of them, 5m in width and 3m in height, at 5 speed. The crystal wall has 15 strength.

~Activation: Heated Crystal
C – Ranked Ninjutsu
If a crystal has been activated by a C-rank jutsu that involves katon element (includes fusions [such as steam or youton], and extensions [such as ash or sankaton]), the user can do a series of hand seals to activate the crystal. For the next 3 posts anyone who touches that crystal will get 1st degree burns on contact and 2nd degree burns if they maintain contact over a single post.

~Crystal Spear
C – Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of one handed hand seals while holding their other hand out, causing a crystal spear 3m in length to form in their hand. The spear can then be thrown, or used in close combat, but has 10 strength.

If a crystal has been activated by a C-rank jutsu that involves fuuton (includes fusions [such as Kaenton or Hyouton] or an extension [such as Mist or Smoke]) the user can do a series of hand seals to activate the crystal. From the crystal a burst of fuuton will burst from the crystal as 10 speed, pushing anything away from it with 10 strength.

~Crystal Worm
B – Ranked Ninjutsu
Doing a series of hand seals, the user will throw a hand over their head. From behind them, a large circular crystal pillar, approximately 3m in diameter will grow out of the ground and shoot through the air at 20 speed like a giant worm. The arc the worm flies at, and the direction its aimed it is based on how the user throws their hand, allowing the technique to used both as a long range attack, and a way to bat targets out of the air. The worm strikes with 20 strength. When it touches the ground it will bury into the ground, remaining a giant arc until destroyed.

~Crystal Armor
B – Ranked Ninjutsu
The user will do a series of hand seals then slam their fists together, causing crystals to form at their palms and grow around their body from their hands at 2 speed over the course of the next two posts. The crystal casing leaves openings in the mouth and eyes to let the user breath and see, but completely blocks off their nose, and ears, deafening them. The armor has 38 strength, and lasts for up to 10 posts before shedding off the user.

B – Ranked Ninjutsu
If a crystal has be activated by a B-rank jutsu, the user can do a series of hand seals to target the crystal, spikes to shoot out of the crystal in the direction the attack come from up to 20m. The spikes move at 20 speed and strike with 20 strength.

The user will do a series of hand seals, causing the gems on the back of their hands to start glowing as if activated. For the next 5 posts, crystal will spread from the users hand anytime they touch anything, wrapping it in crystal at 20 speed, spreading until contact is withdrawn. The crystal forms with 30 strength and completely restricts movement in anything its wrapped around

With the proper handseals performed, the user will gather a large amount of sand in their hands before throwing it outward as though it was a throwing weapon. The sand will launch forward with 5 speed, and with 5 strength, forming into a projectile as it flies.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After forming the necessary handseals, the user will take a deep breath before expelling a strong breath full of sand. The sand will then move over an area 5 meters around the user, creating a cloud of sand that floats for 3 posts before settling. Standing within the cloud causes skin irritation and can make it hard to see.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
After forming the correct handseals, the user will gather sand around their hand. Anything they touch for the next 3 posts will have Sand's grinding effect applied to it, causing skin irritation and rashes to anyone they strike or grab.

After forming the necessary seals, the user will channel their chakra into a 1 meter diameter area of sand underneath a target's feet, within 10 meters of the user. From this area, a 5 meter tall, 1 meter diameter pillar of sand will suddenly burst from the ground, launching the target into the air with a strength of 5 at 5 speed. Regardless of whether the target is launched or not, they will suffer minor cuts and scrapes with sand in them, causing further irritation and pain, along with bruising from the impact of the pillar.

*[Sneak Attack]
D Rank Ninjutsu
The user will channel for a brief moment, then throw their hand forward. From their hand a small burst of sand will form, swarming around anything in front of their hand. This is often used to blind and surprise opponents to make a quick escape.

C-Ranked

*[Desert Giant Spear]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
With the correct seals done, the user will hold their hand , forming sand into a sort of spear shaped projectile that is 3 meters long from their palm. This spear hovers beside the user before they form an extra handseal to launch it at their enemy, flying at a speed of 5 and impacting with a strength of 15. Its ability to cut things is enhanced by the user's fuuton chakra, and it can cause deep slashes and pierce deep into an enemy, leaving sand in the wounds to cause further irritation and pain. This can travel up to 20 meters and lasts for three posts, or until it is used.

*[Sand Clone]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
After forming handseals, the user creates a clone made of sand up to five feet away from their current position. When a ninja goes to attack the Sand Clone, they'll find that the malleability of the sand allows the blow to sink into the sand, which can then wrap itself around the limb to constrain the attacker, requiring a strength higher than the clone to break free from the clone. While it is holding an opponent with it's trapping ability, the clone ceases to function as a clone and instead becomes a trapping jutsu. This means it cannot do anything a clone could do (move, attack, etc) and the hold itself only lasts for 3 posts before the clone is destroyed. This clone is unable to use jutsu. When the clone is destroyed it collapses into a pile of sand. The clone can travel up to half a mile from the user. The stats for the clone are as follows:

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After forming the necessary handseals, the user will channel chakra into the sand in a 2 meter area beneath an opponent’s feet within 20 meters of them. After a moment, the sand in this area will violently burst from the ground and form an 8 meter tall spike of sand at a speed of 10. This spike is capable of piercing an opponent’s body with it’s fuuton enhanced power, and leave sand in the wounds it creates, causing irritation and pain of the wound. After the spire is formed it remain for 3 posts before turning back into sand.

*[Sand Wave]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
With the correct hand seals formed, the user will thrust their hands up, causing a wave of sand to form in front of them. The wave shoots up and travels forward at 15 speed, enveloping anything in its path with 5 strength, and traveling up to 15m before collapsing. The wave is only 2x2m in size, working mostly as an impromptu defense to capture projectile attacks.

Prerequisite: *[Desert’s Spire]
After performing this technique’s prerequisite, the user can perform an additional set of hand seals and channel more chakra into the large spike of sand. In doing so, a plethora of smaller spikes will extend up to 10 meters in all directions at 15 speed with 5 strength. These spikes are just as sharp as the Desert’s Spire, capable of piercing an opponent and causing great irritation and pain to the wound by leaving sand in the wound. These spikes will last as long as the Desert Spire does, falling to normal sand along with the spire.

Prerequisites: Ninjutsu/Control/Instinct stats of 10
This sensor jutsu is used by shinobi to feel chakra sources within a radius of 25 meters. While this jutsu is fairly helpful in sensing chakra, it is unable to actually pinpoint specific chakras outside of 10 feet. This only gives the Shinobi an idea of how many entities with chakra are present in their general area.

Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Beyond Senses]
The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then do an additional set of hand seals. By doing so, the user will be able to compare the “strength” of each source of chakra they are able to sense to each other. The “strength” of the individual is determined by the average of each person’s Stamina, Control and Strength stats. The user can determine who has more chakra strength than others, allowing them to pick out possible risks. This technique is not very reliable as a determining factor, however.

Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Beyond Senses]
The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and focus on one source of chakra they can sense. By doing an additional hand seal, and holding said hand seal, the user will be able to continue to sense that source of chakra, even if they are moving around, so long as they are holding the hand seal. If they, or the chakra source, moves out of range, the user will lose track of them.

*[Sensory Style • Gauge: Speed]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • [Target Lock]
After activating Target Lock, the user will do a second series of hand seals, releasing the single seal for target lock, and then recreate it once finishing the series of seals for the technique. Doing so, the user will know their targets speed with a deviation of 3 points. Meaning if their speed is 17, the user will know its within the range of 14 to 20.

*[Sensory Style • Flare]
C-Rank Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: *[Sensory Style • Beyond Senses]
The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then do a second set of hand seals. For the next 5 posts, any time anyone within the range of their sensory activates a jutsu, the user will see their chakra “flare” momentarily. While they won’t know anything about the jutsu, it will give them a better idea of the battle field.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a 1 meter diameter ball of loose dirt in front of them, launching it off up to 10 meters away at a strength of 4 and speed of 6. After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a solid stone wall up to 5 meters away from them at a speed of 6. The wall has a strength of 4 and is 3x3x1 meters large.

Ayame was born into Sunagakure's Kouseki clan on a warm, sunny day as the youngest of three girls. With both of their parents being shinobi the siblings spent a lot of time with each other as well as their aunt on their mother's side, though that's not to say that they never got to see their mom or dad as the pair made attempts to spend time with their children whenever possible, their mother being present when it finally came time for Ayame to enter the academy and undergo her rite of passage... though the girl was lacking confidence that she would really be able to get it done.

Despite her lack of confidence she was determined to overcome herself and so, when the time had come she set out alone on a search for the perfect gem, one to match the amethysts on the back of her hands. It was a lengthy and tiresome process but eventually she found and retrieved what she had been looking for, a very rough looking purple gem. With the gem having been located and dug out, rough as it was, the next step was to craft it into a usable state by hand. All in all between the search and subsequent crafting, it took a long while but little by little the fruits of her labor came to be and finally it came time for the final step. Her time and effort had finally seemed to have paid off as her mother set to work, the flawless purple gem soon resting proudly in the center of the young girl's forehead.

With that done, she could put all of her focus on her studies, performing admirably in the academy. She wasn't anywhere near the top of her class but still she did her best, making plenty of friends and achieving fairly decent marks, primarily due to book work as that was the area where she seemed to excel, having just a little bit of difficulty when it came to putting what she had learned into practice, in part due to her own confidence issues. Regardless, she pushed past the difficulties that she had and soon graduated, finally becoming a Genin as she had been dreaming of for so long.

As a Genin she began learning Sunagakure's Sand Style and began delving deeper into the secrets of her own clan, learning to make good use of her Shouton techniques. It seemed that she had decided at some point to take on more of a support role as most of the techniques that she studied were more defensive in nature, though could still be applied offensively if ever needed. This led to her becoming more of a back line fighter during the missions that she was sent on, though she did her best to provide whatever support she could, even proving to be a capable combatant when by herself, and in the process even overcame the few performance issues that she had had during the academy, becoming much more confident and even learning to speak her mind in part thanks to the friends that she had made.

The years went on and soon enough it came time for the chuunin exam, her opponent being adept at both taijutsu and ninjutsu though specializing in neither. It was a rough fight, each of the pair alternating between throwing out attacks and defending, neither letting up an inch. It was an exhausting battle that nonetheless ended in a tie, the both of them collapsing upon having reached their limits. Despite there not being a clear victor in the bout, it seemed that they had managed to impress their superiors and were both subsequently granted the rank of Chuunin.

With a new rank came a load of new responsibilities and in part thanks to her newfound confidence, she was ready to take it on, though at the time she had no idea just how tough things would get. It soon became clear however that her current skills wouldn't be enough to handle her increased responsibilities and the tasks that she would be inevitably sent forth to accomplish. As such she doubled down on her training, increasing her already excellent skill in ninjutsu by a great degree and in addition to increasing her skill with her current skillset she even began learning to make use of Sensory ninjutsu, hoping to increase her own usefulness.

And it seemed that her efforts would soon pay off as a riot seemed to ensue in The Pit, a number of dangerous criminals making an escape. Of course she stood no chance against the ringleaders so she instead stuck to what she could, handling lower level threats and protecting civilians. This was the sort of thing that she had trained for and despite taking a large amount of damage herself she did manage to push back several opponents and was even able to achieve her main goal of protecting as many citizens as possible, not to say that there weren't some slip ups here and there. Still though she did her best to make sure that nobody died under her watch even despite injuries taken and for the most part succeeded.

Once the chaos had died down she spent some time recovering and upon recovery was called to discuss a promotion due to the bravery and skill that she had shown during the prison break, soon being named a Special Jounin as a result.
