[i]D-Rank Taijutsu Maneuver[/i]
If Shio's wrist is ever caught in a grasp. Shio can flip his hand palm upwards before reaching under with his other hand prying his opponents hand off by digging his hand in the meat of their thumb loosening their grasp. From there Shio will use his now newly freed hand to come down squeezing his opponents fingers in a locking position while twisting their arm opposite to the body.

By taking a step to his opponent's back when his opponent takes a strike, Shio will reach out with his hands grabbing his opponent's wrist choking up on the hand to prevent movement, and grabbing his opponent's armpit locking the arm in place. Shio will then use the momentum of the strike to flip his opponent up and over slamming their back into the ground.

If a strike comes at Shio, Shio will take a step back dodging while reaching out and tucking the opponent's hand down while supporting the wrist up with their free hand to lock the hand in place. Afterwards Shio will keep the hand locked before jerking the opponent's hand downwards taking them off balance, and around their back locking it in place firmly behind their body.

Shio has learned to keep an eye out for openings in his opponents combat style. This allows him to effectively enact his jiu-jitsu techniques when an opponent attacks him, making him proficient in detecting weaknesses in an opponent's stance, maneuvers, to take advantage and throw them off balance.

[i]D-Rank Taijutsu Stance[/i]
Shio squares his feet with his right foot planted slightly farther back, and his front foot slightly in-front bent. He keeps his hands palm open in-front to be able to receive and counter any attacks coming towards him. This gives him an easy way to enact his jiu-jitsu techniques since his feet are firmly planted and his hands are already open ready to receive.[/spoiler]

Jiu-jitsu • Wrist Break <-- might be better to take out "like holding a teacup" and just say he holds his hand palm up. the teacup bit makes it a bit confusing to imagine and isn't really necessary. Also it's "freed" not "free'd"

No its not, the wrist breaking is Shio breaking his wrist out of a grasp. Not actually breaking anyones wrist.
