- Face/head: He has a very youthful face, well-cleaned after his time outside of the Village. His eyes are big with a soft-brown color and his dark brown hair is styled into dreadlocks that are pulled back into a ponytail.
- Body: Taking a look at this boy leads to one conclusion quite quickly; he is clearly not very strong. While not so bad as to leave him with bones showing through his skin, he is still very slight in build. His time away from the Village has seemed to change him holding himself in reserved stances. His skin bears a tan, gained from his life growing up in Kumogakure.
- Notable Features: If one were to investigate the bottom of his feet, they would find that his feet are rough and calloused from the long travels he's experienced.

- General: If Taro could see himself from the outside, he would see that he had changed a lot. Still shaking off the feeling of truly losing his sister, he has become somewhat more reserved. He still tries his best to help the Villlage in anyway he can; though he'll appear to be distracted at times when he starts to think about his sister.
- Hopes/Dreams: Still being young, the most important goal he has in mind is finding his sister to bring her home safely.
- Fears: A part of him worries about not being fully accepted in the Village. The other part worries that he will never see his sister again.
- Combat Mentality: Knowing he doesn't stand much of a chance in close combat, Taro prefers to stay back from the fight, sending projectiles into the fray as needed. In terms of teamwork, though, he'll focus more on the use of his Jutsu to support his allies so that he won't have to fight that much himself.

As the user walks, they must constantly scrape their feet on the ground. This allows them to store static electricity in the user's body. The static electricity can be stored for use in further jutsu or, if the user is touched, to shock anyone who’s body comes in contact with the user's hand. The shock, if the electricity is created and stored over the course of two posts or more, can have an intensity equivalent to fully grasping a joy buzzer. The shock isn’t very powerful, but it causes the target's body to jerk for a brief moment and causes very minor pain.

After forming the needed hand seals the user will slowly lower themselves into a crouch while holding the last hand seal. Seeing this will cast a genjutsu upon any viewers. They will see the user continue to sink into the ground, they have this time span to assume a hiding spot, after they are “fully submerged in the ground”, the users true location will be visible to the victims again. Meanwhile, the user of this jutsu can attack; he or she will look like a simple black shape, gliding in and out of the ground or boulders, so he or she is relatively well hidden. This lasts for a total of one post.

This jutsu doesn’t really hinder a person, but it makes everything they do feel off. For those who are attuned to the way their body feels during battle, it can be extremely distracting. Taro is one of the many that had lost something when the village was attacked viciously by a spirit known as Raijin; his parents were among those that had died in the destruction that accompanied the spirit's rampage. Since then, it was his older sister, Maiko - Chuunin of the Village - that took care of him. The boy had already looked up to his sister, and with her now being a stand-in parent he had started to fully idolize her. After doing well in his primary schooling, Taro was given the option to train in the Shinobi arts. Given how he already thought so highly of sister, being one of the greatest ninja of the Village in his eyes, he was more than happy to enter the Academy.
Once his training began, Taro quickly began to show great promise in Genjutsu. This was primarily due to his desire to emulate his older sister; to be a ninja just as good as her. In addition, he showed to also have talent in the use of Ninjutsu, which seemed to be what he was naturally gifted in. With his attention split as it was between these two disciplines, his ability in martial arts showed very little progress, leaving him to be the thin, little boy he would be for most of his childhood. Aside from how he focused in his training, Taro was also quite friendly with his fellow students and made friends quite easily; by the time of his graduation he had amassed a large number of friends within his class and was truly happy to see them all graduate alongside him.
His time as a Genin was probably the best time Taro ever had. He was able to keep up with all of his Academy friends as they improved their skills and went on a number of missions with them. On his own time, he had started to study a little further into Ninjutsu and found that Fuuton techniques really captured his interest. In another sign that this was his personal talent, he saw that he easily grasped the concepts behind the Wind Style and added what he learned to his bag of tricks. The boy was rather proud of how far he had come, and also that he was able to defend the same Village that his older sister fought for. Deep inside, he felt that one day, he would be just as great as her and would help to defend his home against any future threat.
It was late one night while out of the Village - escorted by his sister to his Chuunin Exam - that Taro woke to find Maiko leaving their campsite. The boy, being curious of what his sister was doing, decided that he would follow her as she weaved her way through the nearby forest. Believing that Maiko wouldn't do anything without good reason, he continued to trail her. Though the distance between them was steadily increasing, the boy was doing well enough to keep up with her at first. But, as would be expected from a boy that possessed sub-par physical conditioning, he did lose sight of her. The last thing he ever found of her was her headband minutes after she had disappeared to him. He was momentarily confused by this, but an idea came to mind; perhaps his sister had been tasked with leaving and his exam was to find her. He figured, being the great ninja she was, she had to have known he was following her. So, determined to find his sister and proof that he was a capable Shinobi, he stepped out into the harsh world in search of the ninja he most admired.
But the search was not meant to last. While he did get to see wondrous things in the world - including teaming up with a man in the distant Frost Country to defeat a rogue Spirit - his search never brought him any closer to finding his sister. Instead, he found a fellow Shinobi of the Cloud in a boy name Senji. It was in their first meeting that Taro was faced with the worst news he could hear: His sister, Maiko, had truly abandoned their home for reasons still unknown. Saddened that his sister was revealed to be a traitor, the boy saw no other course than to accept Senji's offer to return home. But, Taro still refused to give up his search for his sister. Now, he needed to know why she had done this. He couldn't give up. He had to find her.
