The CoreShow
The Core is Zenchou’s home base in the real realm. It’s a massive structure invisible to all but those who know exactly where it is. Hidden deep below the ruins of a once great nation, Juu no Kuni. Where there once were a network of mine shafts and then an underground city, there was now an operational hub dedicated to Zenchou’s goals. Taking an ultimately circular shape beneath the ground, the complex has a diameter and a height of 200 meters exactly. It is a massive structure.
The underground building is ultimately well designed and symmetrical, but still has hundreds of sections that are still organized like mining tunnels. The Core is still very much a work in progress, but it takes an extraordinary and down-right historic amount of chakra to create everything from scratch. Instead, the majority of the tunnels were filled with metal and molded around the tunnels using chakra. Many bits, though still a minority of the complex was altered directly and made to be the exact shape desired
There could be nearly 1,000 offices in the complex if desired, but instead, a majority of it is yet unused space or special rooms. Every bit of it made of dense metal. The entire complex is powered by electricity derived from a complex system of fuuinjutsu that convert the geothermal energy naturally around the complex into electricity that can be manipulated.
Other rooms are armories, training rooms, gymnasiums, stages, housing, meeting rooms, storage rooms, etc. The Core is one massive storage of everything Zenchou could ever need and owns. And it’s all linked together and organized through Fuuinjutsu and Spacetime. Each room has several anchors that individuals can use to teleport either to Zai’s realm (where they’re deposited in a room full of portals to other rooms within the Core) or to specific other rooms. It’s all very well organized and even one with no ninjutsu or chakra control can navigate it.

Having come across Juu no Kuni, an ancient and uninhabited country, the organization now works to clear it of its plethora of criminals and bring it back to working order. Already diplomacy has begun, however, and the organization is reaching around the world, situating itself to be the next world leader.

Energy Conversion - [Kept on the outer walls of the compound which is in direct contact with the geothermal energy]
S-ranked Augment Fuuinjutsu
A seal system that is able to harness natural energy and convert it into chakra. The seal sucks in any non-chakra energy that touches it, such as geothermal, solar, wind, and even impacts from strikes. This energy is then converted to an equivalent of a third is amount in chakra. The process is extremely complex, but it's unlikely a jutsu could perform a more efficient conversion. The energy that's converted need to be immediately released, either into the surrounding environment or another jutsu.
Battery [Kept in six rooms littered throughout the complex dedicated for the seals, as well as directly below any instance of an Energy Conversion seal.]
A-ranked Storage Fuuinjutsu
A seal system that stores up to an a-ranked jutsu worth of chakra, the amount varying based on the size of the seal. This chakra can be of any nature so long as it has been put into the seal. This stored energy can't be used for anything other than the other zenchou defense fuuinjutsu.

A-ranked Augment Fuuinjutsu
A seal system that essentially evaluates the area around it. The seal is able to register the temperature, humidity, particulate density, noise level, number and location of objects, amount of light and how much chakra is touching whatever the seal is on. The range of this jutsu is 50 meters, so if the surfaces its on extends past that, it won’t register the whole thing.

B-ranked Jikukan Jutsu
By performing the proper handseals and touching an item with another item, the user is able to link the items to each other. Anybody that touches one item and wishes to be teleported will be sent to the other item, regardless of how far away it is.

B-ranked Augment Fuuinjutsu
A unique seal that serves to translate the product of other seals into something that can be seen. Any seal linked to this will have its status, inputs, outputs and location displayed in a visual manner. The seal releases different shades of blue chakra to create visuals with words, diagrams and graphics that allow the user to see everything about the seals it’s linked to.

B-ranked Storage Fuuinjutsu
A unique seal in its function and size. This seal is tiny, thin and actually added around other seal designs. Any seal that this one wraps around is linked to others that have the same exact design and construction wrapped around them. This linkage allows anything that’s stored in or created from the seal to be sent to the seal they’re linked to.
Shock Converter [Found in the same rooms as the Battery Seal, and also in the monitoring rooms and control room]
C-ranked Augment Fuuinjutsu
Prerequisite: Raiton
A relatively simple fuuinjutsu, this seal is able to convert any chakra put into it into electricity. This electricity is immediately active and is released through the seal, shocking anything that touches it while the seal and chakra source last.
