After some practice Gene has become adept in quelling the noise of his footsteps when walking. On uneven surfaces or places with very little footing he can slip through making almost no sound so long as he remains walking thus, he is harder to detect when sneaking up on his targets.

Your jutsu is spaced weird. Fix that, and you got my 1/2.

Also, just a note cause I noticed in your training you had the minimum to reach below the mandatory 400. Just keep a mental reminder if your discount extends under 400, you get hard-lined at a 400 minimum regardless.
