Change: Adding the following jutsu below...

S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Implanted Chakra Tubules, 40 Control
Shiv begins by charging his implanted air tubules. Once completed he vents out the gathered Fuuton chakra which will then proceed to coat the entirety of his body. The effect of this process makes Shiv practically invisible to the human eye by bending electromagnetic radiation around the coat of wind. To those that see this, his body will simply fade into the surrounding environment. At this level while invisible, Shiv's isn't limited by a minimum and can move at any speed. The downside of this invisibility is that it only hides Shiv from sight alone, meaning that there are multiple other ways of tracking him while invisible. This technique lasts for a total of 5 posts or until cancelled.

Prerequisite: Implanted Chakra Tubules
After charging his implanted air tubules, Shiv will raise his hands before rapidly thrusting downward, creating a heavy blast of wind anywhere within a 30 meter distance at a speed of 35. The blast of wind is 20x20 meters and exerts force downwards at a strength of 35 for 4 posts or until cancelled. While relatively simple itself, targets caught trapped beneath the wind without a way of defending themselves will find themselves decimated by the cutting wind.
Kitsui Zankuha [Intense Decapitating Air Wave]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Implanted Chakra Tubules
Charging fuuton chakra into the air tubules, Shiv unleashes an intense blast of air. The blast of air moves outward conically from the palm, causing a very devastating slicing “wave.” This blast moves at a speed of 35 for 50 meters before dispersing into the air. Starting out, the wave is 2 meters in diameter and spreads to 100 meters at maximum range. The closer the target(s) are to the wave the greater the damage done, as it is more focused then at maximum range. The push back portion of the technique can be resisted if the opponent(s) have a strength stat of 35 or more.
Payment: 30 points, 24 VP, the rest using CP.
