A side effect of this enhancement is Shio’s voice at a default is a thunderous roar, that his followers claim shakes mountains. Shio is able to control this, however, and can bring it down to a speaking level if he so desires, even at speaking level Shio can force his voice to be heard over a range of (Control x 10) meters. Anyone within this range would hear him at a speaking level as if he was right in front of them. Shio can also use this to initiate genjutsu, though the maximum range he can initiate genjutsu is (Control x 3) meters. Shio cannot target with his voice, meaning if he elects to speak to someone 200m away, everyone in a 200m radius would hear him. This power of Shio's voice has an additional side effect where he ends up using [The Narrator] ability passively. At the cost of 5 stamina from his pool, Shio is always in a state of turning people into characters. Any time anyone hears Shio's voice, they are immediately put under the effect of the D-rank [Character] technique, unless they are currently already a character. Allowing them to be placed under the effects of fables. Shio is able to deactivate this temporarily in the event he would like to use a higher ranked [Character] technique at normal range. Every time someone is turned into a character by this jutsu it costs stamina as if Shio had used a D-rank technique.

Payment: As far as I can tell neither of these should require payment.

C-rank Sage Genjutsu
Shio will do a series of hand seals, then release a pulse of nature energy into the surrounding area, placing this genjutsu on reality. Within the same post, should Shio throw a projectile, the universe will be under the illusion two were thrown, causing a secondary projectile to form in the shadow of the first following its trajectory with all appropriate stats. This genjutsu ends after 2 posts, removing the second projectile.

S-rank Sage Genjutsu
Shio will do a series of hand seals, then release a pulse of nature energy into the surrounding area, placing a genjutsu on reality. This genjutsu causes the universe to believe Shio is an improper copy, and will 'eject' him, spontaneously removing him from this reality and placing him in a personal realm. Unlike Jikukan, this realm is created as the whim of the universe, meaning that Shio cannot control it, nor can he return to it. Like Jikukan realms, this realm requires Shio's chakra to maintain, since he will be the only being in it, and his chakra is what stipulated it's creation. After 5 posts, the genjutsu ends, forcibly returning Shio to the original reality the exact position he was originally ejected from.

A-rank Sage Genjutsu
Shio will channel briefly, then release a pulse of natural energy. After doing so, for the next 5 posts, Shio places the universe under the illusion that he is able to perfectly control his relationship with gravity. This allows Shio to effectively fly. He is able to fly at [Control] speed to a max of his [Speed]. A strike to Shio at a strength greater than his strength will stun the technique until Shio is stable (if knocked out of the air for example, he cannot use flight to stop himself from striking the ground, but can resume flight after h hit the ground).

I'm using the basis of sage mode (nature energy is chakra of the world) to use genjutsu to trick the universe into doing space/time style events under the guise of tricking it into self correcting.

The ability has no coding so that is the nocode. Just goes right where it would on a standard app. Not sure what you want me to provide.

Fair enough, it's just standard. Although I don't understand what's confusing about asking for the ability section. I was worried about dealing with all the out of order tags from older table codes but it was easy enough.
