It's extremely easy to tell if someone is part of the Mitsume clan. All of them are born with a third eye on their forehead. This will take chakra to eventually open but however after it does it is a completely functional eye with no further benefits. Opening the eye or irritating it will obviously cause a great degree of pain for the user. They are usually the same color of iris too that of the other eyes but it has been known that some rare mutagens of three different colors or their pupils containing no color except for the white.
Can't be cut:
Mitsume clan member when cut, the blade completely travels through their skin like paper or butter without any resistance, afterwards without proper chakra control they have to reattach their limbs manually, Sometimes they can do this and it can look somewhat off so some of them can look a little jumbled up.
Traditions:
Triclops really do not tend to gather together in large numbers, They are usually in among the common people of Rain just working general labor work. Their clan once was quite famous however the amount of them that become ninja are very few due to the lack of teachers. It will be noted that most that end up gaining power over their Kenkai Genkai and their eye tend to end up staying alone or distancing themselves from others. Some have been known to enter circuses to earn cash due to their disfigurement.
Influence:
Their Kenkai Genkai has been adopted to develop multiple fuuinjutsu and time space jutsu after studying on how their chakra flows and it's properties however only the most studied ninja would know of this and how it's developed since then it's almost impossible to trace it back too them.
History:
An offshoot of the Senju , Hyuuga and Kaguya clan, The Mitsume have Okatsuki origins. The alien dna carried over from their ancestors caused them to develop eyes on their forehead. After some time they would realize their Kenkai Genkai. Many were captured by aspiring ninja and experimented on due to their strange properties. Once such practices were seen as obscene they were released into the world and all accumulated around Rain due too it's relatively young life span and began mixing with the local populace. Some pop up here and there but they really are as unremarkable as their talent which is difficult to capitalize on.

A Mitsume clan member realizes very early on that there is something more wrong with them than just their eye, Whenever a blade tries to cut through their skin it will instantly split open them too the other side. After separation, the part can be reattached by simply placing it together. Once they start gaining control of their chakra they will be able to levitate these parts through telekinetic control for use in taijutsu attacks seamlessly. This is preformed using chakra generated from their heels and their feet cannot in fact levitate and act as an anchor, The connections are not visible by any means but can be detected from it's source by sensory types. They cannot get motion sickness from their own movement. When a limb separates it generates a small amount of speed and at high levels it can also transmit their Genkai abilities on a touched area. Once a piece is separated a great deal from it's heels it no longer has it's telekinetic ability. Preforming normal things like Surgery on them is difficult without Iijutsu.
