  • Face/head: While he has reached the middle aged years of his life, Saigo's face barely registers this as the smooth skin and clean shaven appearance look to belong to someone half his age. Whether from being genetically blessed or through Iijutsu meddling, Saigo has never said but it is well known that he seems to defy aging(at least in terms of looks). Atop the youthful looking man's head rests a pale blonde, almost white, hair that is pulled back in a low ponytail with his face being framed by centre-parted bangs that extended to his chin. Peering into his bright, piercing green eyes is like staring into a polished jade stone full of vibrance and life however his eyes almost turn a steely dull green when angered, showing a more sinister nature to the man still lurks beneath the surface like a shark waiting to strike from the deep.
  • Body: Through meticulous diet and years of work, Saigo's body is a blend of lean and muscular. Not carrying himself too much on the scrawny side, he also refrains from becoming some overly muscled person as well. While Saigo enjoys maintaining a seamless look to his body's silhouette, the look of it is a little worse for wear. Covered in a variety of smaller scars, faded from time and healing, Saigo has one truly nasty scar across his chest he refuses to rid himself off for personal reasons. While lacking a hard body, Saigo has a softer touch to his form. Steady hands give way to nimble fingers as he doesn't allow his hands to come to much harm when possible and avoids any kind of callous build up as he prefers to give patients care without his hands feeling like sandpaper when performing medical services.
Clothing/Accessories: Over the years Saigo has worn rather plain attire to avoid drawing attention to himself, however in recent years this has changed. Doing away with his loose long sleeve shirt, Saigo now wears a dark grey uniform jacket with an jade green zipper going down the front. The slightly flared cuffs and waist of the jacket are marked by jade green stripes, the waist and sleeves having buttons to allow for it to be folded up at times. Doffing his almost ever present white coat, Saigo now dons a sleeveless vest trench coat that is black in color and goes down to his knees, the coast can also be closed to show that it has a wide high collar as well that rises up to his chin.

The only thing that hasn't truly changed about Saigo's attire is his dark colored pants and dark blue sandals. The addition of an jade green infinity scarf double looped around his neck is almost eye catching as it's brighter colors draw the eye from other parts of appearance. One thing to note is that both of his hands, and arms up to the bicep, have been wrapped completely in bandages, however should his fingers be visible, one would note the jade green paint on his nails. Shuriken holsters rest upon both of his legs and his equipment belt is fastened over the white sash wrapped around his waist, the belt having three pouches along the back and several smaller ones lining the sides and front. He'll often carry a mask with him in a pouch that he tends to be dark colored with a spiral pattern focused around his right eye.
Personality:
  • General: A vastly different man since coming to Konoha, Saigo has grown kind and accommodating of others as he sees himself as a caretaker for people more in his older years. A more righteous man than he once was, he tries to help others in need, no matter what their problems may be. An almost selfless nature has started to emerge as he has begun placing the safety of others over his own and will both literally and metaphorically jump into the line of fire if it meant saving someone that needed help. While he can still fall into introverted states from time to time, he mostly winds up being a deep thinking individual than shutting himself off from others.

    However despite the kinder side of him showing itself, he is not without his share of skeletons in the closet. A man who knows he was once a monster, Saigo makes no attempts to presume himself innocent of his past crimes and faces them readily with a cold, hard determination that got him into trouble in the first place. While he is usually quiet calm under pressure, he can have outbursts and the one thing that is guaranteed to provoke him is mention of his former associates from his Henkou days.
  • Hopes/Dreams: Having grown complacent during his stay in Konoha, Saigo hopes he can truly belong and build a semblance of a normal life with his wife and child. He also wishes to spread his knowledge of Iijutsu and the medical arts across the land, perhaps even building a teaching hospital in order to encourage the next generation of future medical experts so they wouldn't have to walk the same path he had in search of knowledge. His biggest hope however, is that his children will grow up to be better men/women than he ever could be.
  • Fears: Failing to protect the woman he loves. Isane has come to mean more than anything to Saigo and if she ever died or left him, he doesn't know what would happen. He fears that her dying at the hands of an enemy will bring out a more darker side to him, it's more the fact that she is the first person who ever made him want to change, not just for her but for himself. If there is one person in the world that stands as a muse of inspiration to Saigo, it's his lady love and her loss would shatter much of his world and probably result in the man going berserk or insane.
  • Combat Mentality: If Saigo hasn't fought someone before and he knows them to be weaker then he gives them two choices: Walk away or go down. Despite having softened in his recent years, Saigo's ruthlessness shows itself when entered into battle. Should an enemy try to fight him then he will not hesitate to put them down. Should he fight alone he will decimate the battlefield, willing to clear cut an entire forest to put stronger opponents down. Weaker opponents barely warrant such tactics and he will often stick with using ninja tools or more pinpoint techniques, possibly going hand to hand with them.

    When fighting with comrades however, he will more conservative with his chakra while still staying in the fight. Working to keep allies alive, Saigo will heal them or tend to their wounds as needed, sometimes even protecting them by taking the brunt of an attack if need be since he is far more capable at mending his own wounds given his more powerful iijutsu techniques. With people, he will often attempt find a weakness that someone among them can exploit.

Ninjutsu Specialist:
Having devoted their lives to mastering the arts of Ninjutsu, this shinobi is classified as a Ninjutsu Specialist. Ninjutsu specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to Ninjutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.

As a Ninjutsu Specialist, Saigo is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats can only be Ninjutsu, Speed, Control, and Stamina.

Manifestation Body Mod:
A body modification developed by Saigo since the days of his time as an Iwagakure ninja, he cultivated and modified himself before fleeing the village but refrained from utilizing for most of his time as a Missing-Ninja to refine it. Modifiying his tenketsu, Saigo allows chakra to leak out of his body but keeps it tethered around him through chakra anchors, having modified his own eyes to act as these anchors which culminates in it becoming a sort of doujutsu. This allows Saigo to materialize his chakra into a rigid construct that he imposes his will upon, making it move at his discretion like it was an extension of his being. While active, his eyes will visibly change as the pupils split down the middle in three and has an appearance similar to a three-petal flower as it makes his eyes prominently glow. Because this modification is constantly leaking from his person, he suffers a constant -5 to his stamina for this constantly active state.

Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.

This user has superb chakra control, and has learned to perform jutsu by channeling, without the use of hand seals. The user can channel any ninjutsu that is designed to be channel, and there are no specified parameters in which a jutsu must fall to be channeled by this method. To get this concentration the user must be a Ninjutsu Specialist, and have picked Control as one of their specialized stats.

Sensor
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.

Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/2 the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 20 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 10 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.

History

Born into a family in Iwagakure, Saigo was a friendly child. Played with others his age, went swimming in the summers, all the wonderful delights a boy would have outside a shinobi life. His father was a simple man only wanting a wife and son, of course he also wanted to fish the day away. He often had to go to great lengths to get approval for simple fishing trips they took every once in a while. His mother was a seamstress in the village, her nimble fingers often making clothing for others in the community. It was peaceful, pleasant, and utterly doomed to oblivion the day they set out for a fishing trip in the early summer after Saigo's dad got approval for him, his wife, and son. Asuka, Saigo's big sister, stayed behind because she had missions to attend.

A small unknown force of shinobi, possibly Missing-nins or shinobi from a lesser village trying to become larger, appeared from the east they descended and slaughtered villagers as a declaration of war upon Iwagakure. Of course the Iwagakure shinobi had Intel on the rebel forces and arrived shortly after they did and a battle ensued. Stone, fire, wind, water, and lightning blasted apart the village as the shinobi's doing battle wiped the small fishing village off the face of the earth, Saigo's father also partaking in the battle. Few were left alive, most of them being children. Saigo crawled from the wreckage of a house he and his mother were hidden in and looked for his father to see about getting his mother some help. Saigo found his father pinned to a tree by six large kunai, his body seeming to have been there for a decent amount of time judging by how much blood was covering the ground and how lifeless he was. Saigo fell to his knees and cried over his parents death till he fell asleep beside the tree with his fathers corpse pinned to it.

The next day was spent digging. He dug two deep holes and dragged his parents dead bodies into them before covering them with soil and bidding them farewell. Grabbing whatever he had brought with them as well as his parents belongings, like his fathers head band, Saigo packed a bag and set out to get back to his village, not knowing what to even tell Asuka. He often stopped at houses in other villages asking for food but they would often shut the door in his face and tell him to be on his way. Eventually he started passing bodies on the road, some of them from the fishing village while others he didn't recognize thanks to the wild animals.

Finally after what seemed like weeks to young Saigo he arrived at the gates to Iwagakure, nestled among mountains with large buildings. He ventured forth to try and see if anyone would help him but before he could even set foot in the village, a voice told them to stop. Approaching from outside of the village much like Saigo there came a Asuka. Grabbing her brother and looking him over she demanded to know what happened. All Saigo could do was hold up their fathers headband as Asuka held her brother for the longest time, crying into his shoulder as she knelt in front of him.

Picking the tired and hungry Saigo up, Asuka carried him into the village and took him to their home. There he was treated to a warm meal, clean clothes, and of course a bath. Asuka informed the village of what had happened and their fathers name was placed in a list of KIA shinobi. Asuka had apparently come back from giving aid to the villages around the area of the battle. Saigo told her where he had buried them and she nodded, telling him how she'd have to have the bodies removed and returned to the village to prevent possible village secrets from being stolen.

Saigo sent several days locked in his room after returning to the village as he pulled himself together, eventually Asuka wanted to get him out and have him be active again. She went through the channels and she enrolled him into Iwagakure's academy, hoping he would find a way to make good use of the time there. Saigo took well to academy life after a few weeks of adjusting, even making plenty of friends among his class mates. He wasn't an innocent boy, but neither was he motivated by revenge. Saigo was just..... himself.

During classes he was open with those around him, often telling them fishing stories from his time with his father. He would often spend his days joking around with them, often teasing them. Essentially acting much like himself in is older years, minus the wanton crimes against humanity. All in all he was a good kid, the kind people could rely on and put their trust in. Asuka was even delighted that Saigo was making friends so quickly, even after the loss of his parents no more than a month ago. His graduation was no surprise as he proved to be a bright, if not highly intelligent youth. His team going about the days as usual, none of them having much of a care as they would not be endangering themselves till the Chuunin exams.

Saigo often spent his days with his friends and his nights hanging out with Asuka, eventually his curiosity got the better of him and he asked about the bookshelves in her room. Asuka showed him all he books and scrolls, these being mostly about anatomy and the human body. Saigo was hooked in no time. He eventually stumbled across a scroll or two holding knowledge of medical procedure for body modifications, which fascinated him to no end.

When the Iwagakure Genin were ready and prepared for the Chuunin Exam, they had their game faces on to say the least. All of them including Saigo determined to intimidate the opposition, despite being considered weaker to their Chuunin opponents. After the sizing up was finished the first exam came.

Three teams of three passed, Saigo and his two friends being among them. The second part of the exam consisted of Saigo sitting before the three judges of the fighting portion. They assessed his mental state to see if he was truly prepared for the rigors of becoming a Chuunin and after what seemed like a long assessment, Saigo was deemed worthy of obtaining the rank of Chuunin. But after his Exam was finished, one question prayed on his mind from his fight with the two Chuunin as they had assaulted them-

"How can such a complex biological machine be ended so simply?"

His fascination with the human body being sparked even more into the first morbid fascination that will drive his exile later in life. Hearing tales from the others about their exams caught his attention, no longer seeing Genin fighting Chuunin, but rather he saw possibilities in the differences of each person. He was most fascinated by the Chuunin opponent who had managed to invade the mind of the opponent using Genjutsu and made them surrender. Finding the drive to fight gone, Saigo decided he'd rather return to his studies on medical jutsu and attempt to get the answer to the question his mind couldn't stop obsessing over.

Heading straight to the library after telling Asuka the news. The newly appointed Chuunin began self study and began receiving training from Asuka one Iijutsu, quickly becoming an astute mind in forensic medicine. He worked at the morgue in Iwagakure and often helped identify the cause of death in assassinations or how someone was killed from less noticeable means.

One day while studying the library he came across a directory of scrolls not present within the public section of the library. He decided to attempt and track them down, eventually he was able to find them in a locked room on the top floor of the library. Getting in was easy, Saigo quickly browsed the library and found a few scrolls of interest, glancing through them before putting them back. When the sound of people moving outside the door could be heard, Saigo made his escape, using a bookshelves and cover to hide his escape as he took some scrolls with him for further study.

While studying through them at home he came across several techniques for Organ Transplantation and experimentation. Saigo devoured the knowledge within them despite the fact these particular techniques would be useless to him at that current point in time. However what interested him where the explanations for the processes involved in their creation. Some being elemental jutsu, others being medical jutsu that would do harm to both parties, there were even a few types of modifications contained within. The development of such jutsu would obviously require illegal study, but Saigo didn't care about the consequences. He had stumbled upon something that would be of use to him despite the fact they were incomplete in their research and development.

The research had the basic layout plans to go into research but they were obviously scrapped judging from what the notes entailed. It would require years of research and several bodies stacking up to complete. A task that Saigo would perform gladly if it meant completing his new goal. His breaking into the sealed room in the library was never discovered but security outside the room was increased.

Needless to say Saigo kept his trips to the library limited but he also went less as he began searching for a suitable place to set up a lab. It wasn't long before Saigo had set up a secret lab in one of the mountains surrounding Iwagakure while on patrol. With his lab set up and secure, Saigo began to search for bodies. He stole a body or two that was to be cremated but he ultimately found experimenting on dead bodies bore no fruit for his research and stored the bodies away to be used for other medical studies.

Saigo eventually got enough skill that he began kidnapping people from the surrounding farming villages as well as stray travelers over the next couple of years, even using some shinobi for his more dangerous experiments. All the while he progressed to the rank of Special Jounin after taking the necessary exams, showing a profound knowledge of Iijutsu. Of course he knew why he had been so profound, but he wasn't about to expose his lab or his work out of foolish pride. Returning to his lab, Saigo continued to work for several years.

He is eventually caught while trying to kidnap more test subjects and was taken back to the village to be interrogated about the rash of disappearances going on. He quickly made an escape by using his offensive Iijutsu techniques on his captors, causing them be crippled as he got away. Since he had been inside the village at that point, he returned to his lab and gathered what samples, experiments, notes, and materials he couldn't bare to part with and fled the village. On his way out of the village he was confronted by Asuka and another Jounin. When she questioned him about his reasons for doing what he's done, Saigo smiled and said "I see what I'm doing quite clearly Asuka. And frankly, I'm surprised it took Iwagakure this long to catch on to me."

Saigo engaged in a battle with his only remaining family and her partner, almost being cleaved in two if it weren't for the unrefined body modification he had created at the time he had dubbed Gashadokuro that he had developing through his research. Using a chakra weapon of his own design, Saigo cut down his sisters partner before disabling her. He had her kneel before him as he looked her dead in the eyes with a smile. His parting words being a simple "Good bye." as he removed her head.

He continued his exodus from Iwagakure, for his crimes he was branded an A rank Missing-nin and often referred to as the Iwagakure no Shinigami, or 'Grim Reaper of the Hidden Stone' for the lives had had taken in mass quantity. Rumors of him appearing in multiple countries have made it clear he stays on the move to avoid capture, but he often disappears for months at a time, once vanishing off the grid for an entire year. During these years Saigo spent some time building an underground network of contacts as well as taking various black market jobs to fund his research. He is said to have established another lab somewhere north of the Land of Fire along the peninsula, but this is mere speculation as there are rumors of him having one in the Land of Waves as well as River Country. Most of the information revealed about him from black markets sources is often inaccurate as he comes to them in disguises a majority of the time or takes jobs via Proxy.

After running around on his own for so long, Saigo eventually came to find himself in the company of a man named Fushinkou Yaku. His new cohort would soon go on to create the group known as Henkou and build up a group of shinobi that he aided in gaining strength. It was in this time with Henkou that Yaku and Saigo went on to battle and defeat Toki Fikadu, an S rank missing ninja, however Saigo often laments that his role wasn't as great in the battle as it could have been. Deciding to focus more on his own skills in iijutsu, Saigo entered a period of isolation within Henkou's hide out and took to performing various experiments and training regiments, emerging in time from his lab in time to learn that Yaku had vanished and Henkou was disbanding.

As he vacated the hideout and it was subsequently detonated by the disbanding members, the former Iwa ninja went on to continue his path of training with Iijutsu until he ran into another person, this one was named Yuuta. Joining a group called [The Pack], Saigo became the member of another group of missing ninja that in time disbanded as well. As Saigo went on his way once more, he eventually went to take on a new set of henchmen only to find himself softening to a woman he had sought to ensnare.

It was after meeting Genkouyoushi Isane that the man began calling himself The Doctor and sought to turn his life around. His heart thawed in her presence and his only goal became atonement for all the suffering he'd caused in his life time. Upon saving a man named Danzou from a wild bear, he learned he was a former Konoha ninja and trained him to become Isane's Bodyguard, having developed a fear for losing the woman he loved.

In their journeys across the land, Saigo eventually met another man. This one was named Kotentou and was a missing ninja from Kumogakure. He proposed yet another group for the Doctor to join, only this one sought to create a new place to call home, to function under the name of good it seemed. Saigo seemed to be attracted to these small groups of vagrant Missing Ninja as he agreed to join Engo Mandala. Using his insurmountable knowledge and skill in Iijutsu and he begins to form the desire to open a teaching hospital to help aide medical ninja and small time doctors alike while providing quality health care to those in need.

However like the groups that came before, Engo Mandala fell apart and Saigo returned to drifting, only this time he didn't hide who he was where ever he went. Instead he became more proud of his own name as he went from village to village across the minor countries and offered his skills as a Doctor and helped instruct the local doctors on how to pursue their professions more skillfully. During these travels, Saigo and Isane were wed and she became pregnant with his child and now he stays on the move, searching for a new place to call home while still aiding those he meets.

Having heard of Yaku and Enma's assault on Konoha, Saigo made haste to Konoha, stumbling lost through the forest around it for some time until he was captured and brought in for questioning. After clearing the air about his intentions, he was placed under observation and allowed to assist in the relief efforts of Konoha. It was during this time that Isane gave birth to their first child, yet while Saigo has been assisting Konoha for some time, how long it will last is still to be seen...

A technique used for a variety of purposes, each unique to the user's needs, the user channels chakra over their eyes. This chakra will act as though it were solid, rendering the user blind until it is dispelled. An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, after performing the correct hand seals and holding the final one temporarily, the user will coat and mold chakra around their body into the shape and form of something or someone which is no more than twice their size at a speed of 4. This technique's true advantage is that the disguise is given physical substance. This means, for example, if they transform into something with claws, they will have claws that can physically be used. For the disguises 5 post duration, if it is damaged by a hit of 16 or more strength, the disguise "poofs" from existence. This includes collateral damage caused by striking an opponent that may occur to the disguise.

[Ninjutsu • Scalpel Missile]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra, Saigo will coat a scalpel or kunai in chakra. He'll then proceed to throw it at his target, making it travel up to speed equal to his strength. The chakra coating on the blade extends it's length by 1 foot, but does nothing to increase it's natural cutting power. Instead this coating will act in similar fashion to a chakra scalpel and sever soft tissue and blood vessel past the point of impact. The projectile can hold the coating for 2 posts before it will begin to fade away.

[Ninjutsu • Mini Rasengan]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 15 Ninjutsu
A miniaturized version of the Rasengan, it follows the same premise as Rasengan only on a smaller scale. After concentrating chakra into a contained, fast spinning sphere into the palm of his hand, the orb is capable of striking into opponents with a strength of 15. Like before they are capable of sending weaker opponents spiraling away. Saigo must keep this Rasengan in his hands otherwise they will dissipate.

A variation of the Rasengan developed by Saigo, it serves a more defensive purpose. Instead of contracting into the palm of his hand, Saigo extends his arms and channels his chakra in order to create a spiraling sphere around his person that rapidly spins into being with a Speed of 10 to act as a sort of shield. This shield will throw projectiles off course and throw people back if they have a strength of less than 20. Saigo can maintain this shield wall for up to 4 posts or until something manages to pierce through the barrier.

The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for stamina, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect.

[Ninjutsu • Odama Rasen Heki]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
A more potent verse of Rasen Heki, this variation was designed with the safety of others in mind as well as the user. Saigo will release chakra around him like before but the sphere size will be increased greatly with a hollow cavity at the center that is 5 meters in diameter and capable of letting people stand inside the sphere with him. With his arms extended, and after releasing the needed chakra around him, Saigo will have it rapidly spins into being with a Speed of 10 to act as a sort of shield. This shield will throw projectiles off course and throw people back if they have a strength of less than 30. Saigo can maintain this shield wall for up to 4 posts or until something manages to pierce through the barrier.


[Ninjutsu • Gashadokuro]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 35 Control
With the use of his body modification, Saigo will focus on the chakra around him by activating his doujutsu. Willing his chakra to manifest around him in a form he calls Gashadokuro(Starving Skeleton), Saigo can manipulate it to materialize into a variety of shapes of it's final form with the manifestation being as small as Saigo's body and up to 15x15x15 meters in size. These Shapes range from a skeletal ribcage that surrounds him like a shield to a disembodied arm, from an incomplete upper half of the complete form to the head and cowl by themselves. The manifestation itself is entirely up to Saigo's will at the time of creation. To change it's shape, Saigo would need to release this technique and will it back into being. The Gashadokuro forms at a speed of 10 and has a Durability/Strength of 30, Saigo's Control acting as the construct's Taijutsu. This construct remains on the field for a total of 10 posts or until Saigo wills it out of existence.

[Ninjutsu • Nichirin Shou]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Tennin/Gashadokuro
While utilizing Nichirin Shou(Sun Ring Palm), Saigo must be utilizing either Tennin or Gashadokuro. Channeling chakra through his construct, Saigo will manipulate it into creating an additional construct that acts in a similar manner to that of a Shuriken when thrown. When created the Nichirin Shou will resemble three magatama bound together by a single circular thread, rapidly spinning when thrown at the intended target by Saigo's construct. The Speed, Strength, and distance traveled are all relative to the construct as this technique merely arms it with something to throw when nothing is presently at hand.

[Ninjutsu • Thousand Hands]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
After performing a series of hand seals, Saigo will gather chakra within one of his hands. A series of skeletal bones comprised of chakra will shoot out from his palm and towards a target of his choosing at 20 Speed, traveling up to 30 meters away. Upon hitting them, the bones will start wrapping around them as skeletal hands cap the bones and grasp onto them. These chakra limbs cling to the targeted person and will continue to hold them unless they have a Strength of 20 or higher. These skeletal arms will hold a target for up to a full 5 posts or until broken.

Channeling chakra into the palm of his hand, Saigo will manipulate it's shape to create a rapidly spinning orb that condenses into his grasp. Once created, Saigo can hold on to this orb for up to 4 posts without it dissipating, and upon making physical contact with another person, the power of the orb will be released. This power will charge forward in a corkscrew, digging into the opponent with a strength of 30, making it easily capable of rending and tearing into their flesh as the chakra digs into their body. Finally, after ripping into the target, the orb will then blast the last of it's power into the target, pushing them away from Saigo with 30 strength to create distance.

*[Ninjutsu • Advanced Shadow Clone Technique]

After forming a series of hand seals, Saigo will cause several Sotoba style gravestones made of chakra to erupt from the ground to fill a 15 meter area up to 30 meters away from Saigo's current position. These gravestones are 10 meters tall, 5 meters wide, and 2 meters thick; rising from the ground in the target area with a speed of 15 and knocking into things with a strength of 35. Jutting up in random angles, these tightly packed Sotoba gravestones will attempt to crush things in between them as they rise at odd angles. After creation, these chakra gravestones will persist for 4 posts before dissipating into nothing.

[Ninjutsu • Tengen Myō'ō]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After forming a series of hand seals, Saigo will touch the insides of his wrists together before thrusting them forward as chakra flares up around him. This chakra will blast forth in the direction Saigo has indicated, rapidly taking the form of a large serpentine dragon's head that grows to be roughly 15(length)x10(width)x10(height) meters as it travels with a Speed of 10 across the battlefield. Upon reaching it's final traveling distance of 50 meters or upon impacting into something, it will seemingly pop and disperse however the chakra lingers in the air, filling a space twice it's size in the post of impact. Between the time the technique 'pops' and the next 3 posts, if anything disturbs the chakra lingering in the air more than just a slight breeze(examples: someone walking, throwing something, displaces the chakra too much with a summon, commits to rapid movement), the chakra will grab everything within it and attempt to collapse in on itself, dragging things to it's point of original impact with 40 Strength in an attempt to crush anything caught within it.

Activating his tethering doujutsu body modification, Saigo will force the chakra he has perpetually leaking from his body to manifest into a construct he has dubbed Tennin(Heavenly Messenger) around him. Pulling together, Saigo's chakra will form a humanoid figure that stands approximately 30 meters tall, resembling a Yamabushi warrior monk donned in robes and armor, a long hooded cowl cascading off the top of the figure's head and down to their ankles. The figure's face bears some semblance to a Shinigami mask with horns protruding from the head and a ghastly visage. Suspended within the head of this massive figure, Saigo rests within his construct and controls it completely. Capable of forming and Maneuvering with a Speed of 40, this construct has a Durability/Strength of 50 with Saigo's Control function as it's Taijutsu stat. This construct remains for a total of 14 posts or until Saigo wills it out of existence.

[Ninjutsu • Vajra]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 45 Control, Tennin/Gashadokuro
While utilizing his Tennin or a Gashadokuro that has arms, Saigo will channel chakra into his construct. Upon finishing his channel, his construct will manifest a bow upon the wrist of the left arm that is half of the constructs maximum size(7 meters for Gashadokuro, 15 meters for Tennin). Once drawn by the right arm, a massive arrow will manifest from the right hand, said arrow being varied by the prerequisite technique as they will be roughly 1/3rd the bow size. Upon loosing the arrow, it will travel with a Speed of 40 and impact into things with 50 Strength, impacting like a meteorite as it smashes into the target area and decimates the landscape with it's impact.

[Ninjutsu • Futen Taisatsuryou]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 45 Control
After forming the necessary hand seals, Saigo will clap his hands before designating a target area within 100 meters of his person. At that indicated area, a massive 40x40x40 meter sized mausoleum with a fence in front on top of shattered gravestones will be made out of chakra that Saigo calls Futen Taisatsuryuo, or Slaughterous Mausoleum of Halted Reincarnation. This technique forms at a Speed of 40 and anyone encased within the mausoleum will suffer the rending effects of the technique as the interior of the mausoleum attempts to rip and tear anything trapped within it to barely even dust. The mausoleum's Strength for rending things inside of it is 50 and will slaughter anything indiscriminately for the next 3 posts until nothing is left behind.

This allows the user to change the trajectory of weapons, or even people.

The user will do a series of hand seals, then reach out into the air in front of them and physically grab “space” pulling apart their two hands to tear apart Space right in front of them up to 3x3 meters. This tear is new, and will cause the universe to self correct and make a personal realm for the user. This technique is required for the user to have any techniques that involve the use of a personal realm. This technique can only be used once to create a personal realm, but can be used repeatedly in order to enter that realm. An Architect using this technique within their realm will merit no reaction, while using it within someone else’s realm will allow the user to enter their own. Specifics on the Realm can be found within the Jikukan spoiler.

Saigo's personal realm is not what many expect as it resembles a vast field 200 meters wide, 200 meters long, and 200 meters tall. The field itself is littered with gnarled trees void of leaves with limbs that curl into the darkened sky, the pale light of ten moons shining down as their brilliance is the only source of light until one comes across the sole structure within this pocket dimension. Resting at the center of the field of gnarled trees is a large walled off structure, the walls topped with multiple brazers, giving the walls the appearance of being on fire at a glance. Once within the walls, there is a single structure surrounded by head stones, creating a graveyard like atmosphere to the singular mausoleum like structure that stands in the center of the courtyard created by the walls.

The sensor will activate their sensory jutsu, and then do a second set of hand seals. For the next 5 posts, any time anyone within the range of their sensory activates a jutsu, the user will see their chakra “flare” momentarily. While they won’t know anything about the jutsu, it will give them a better idea of the battle field.

It should be noted that this jutsu requires intense concentration, often making the user shut their eyes so they can focus on the jutsu solely. Even with high levels of Chakra Control and Instinct, this jutsu can be mentally taxing as it requires the user to sort through the individual chakra sources in the sensor’s range.

This jutsu is an even further extension of [Broad Sense]. With this jutsu, a sensor sacrifices quality for quantity. They can view to much greater distances compared to a normal sensor, but their ability to differentiate between people starts to become muddled, meaning multiple people in close proximity will appear simply as a large chakra mass, without the users being able to distinguish how many people are there. By sitting down and meditating, they are able to start to sense further and further away. For each post of meditating, they are able to see one third of a mile out, up to a max of posts equal to 1/2 their control (rounded up).

If the patient's temperature is above normal body temperature, the chakra within the object will clump together near the top of it, while if the body temperature is below average, the chakra will form much lower down on the object. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

When real latex gloves are not on hand, the *[Iijutsu • Chakra Gloves] technique comes in quite handy. After forming a single handseal, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands to form a thin layer of chakra around them. This chakra will help to protect other objects against the bacteria on the user's hands if sterilization is not an option before beginning a procedure. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

This chakra will help to keep the user from breathing bacteria onto a patient during procedures. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

*[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

*[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Typically used to make the autopsy process smoother, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique separates the skin of the corpse from the underlying muscle. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will slowly move them over the desired area, usually holding them about an inch away from the body itself. As the chakra is channeled through the flesh, it will slowly sink to the final layer of the skin and begin to form a new layer between the skin and the muscle beneath. After this layer has fully formed, the chakra will stay there for four (4) posts, allowing the user to easily separate the flesh and muscle. This non-combat technique cannot be used on living beings as the postmortem physiology is different from that of a living creature.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. A simple yet vital medical technique, the *[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attatched to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Capable of healing wounds, it is a lesser version of *Mystical Palm designed to maintain chakra efficiency against lesser wounds while still lending medical aide to allies or himself. Placing his hand over a wound, Saigo will begin to channel chakra through his extremity and have it interact with the cells and tissue of the intended person he wishes to heal. The wound itself will begin to regenerate until there is little to nothing left of the wound save for a scar. Of course this takes time, and given that it is a weaker version of it's stronger cousin, this technique has a timely rate to heal. Small-to-moderate wounds will heal over the course of 2 posts while more extensive wounds take a length of 4 posts to heal. This technique can be channel for a maximum of posts equal to Saigo's control but can only focus on one wound at a time.

[Iijutsu • Isolation]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This forensics-native technique allows its Saigo to probe wounds for foreign tissues and objects by utilizing their chakra. After forming a short set of handseals, he will begin to focus chakra into a wound on the deceased. As this chakra enters the wound, it will form around any tissues or objects not native to the body in question and begin to isolate them into a small ball before forcing it to the outer layer of the wound. Once out of the wound, the ball can be transferred and broken apart by releasing the chakra holding it together. This can be done in a relatively short time (less than one [1] post) as long as the body is not horribly mangled.

This simple ninjutsu is comprised of the user's knowledge of the human body and the ability to mask all vital signs. By focusing chakra throughout the body to preserve its function while in this state, the user can appear to be dead as long as they have chakra to spare. This act can seem very realistic to the untrained opponent, but is foiled by sensor techniques, certain doujutsu and jutsu, and the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] technique.

*[Iijutsu • Numbing]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the *[Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Generation]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Often utilized by medical-nin to heal small, superficial wounds or for producing excess skin to use in skin grafts, the *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique has its number of uses. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel it into a small area of skin cells on the patient's body. This chakra will force the skin cells to multiply at an ample rate by confusing this area of the body into its reconstruction stage that is achieved during slumber. As this is a type of regeneration, users must keep in mind that each cell draws from nutrients in the patient's body, and as such, too much can cause serious harm. In order to regenerate medium-sized areas of superficial wounds, it takes one (1) post of concentration. Areas smaller than this take considerably less time. In the case that the skin sample is separate from the body, the cells can be multiplied more quickly than they could be otherwise. These types of samples are generally use for skin grafts. The *[Iijutsu • Skin Generation] technique can be held for four (4) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: User's averaged Instinct and Control stats must be 10 or above
A useful, but particularly taxing technique, the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique] is performed on poisoned patients. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will make a small incision (with a knife, scalpel, etc.) on the patient and then place his/her hands over the new wound. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works only on C-Rank or lower poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

Formulated to work in conjunction with the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], *[Iijutsu • Imperfect Cure] extends upon the antidote created in the aforementioned technique. Once the antidote has been concocted following the description of the *[Iijutsu • Basic Antidote Technique], the user will begin to channel additional chakra throughout the antidote to make it especially potent. This increased potency not only rids the body of the C-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

*[Iijutsu • Removal Technique]

In the event that a foreign object gets lodged into a patient's body, such as the point of shuriken or a senbon, the *[Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be utilized to retrieve it. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them on either side of the wound in question. From here, the medical-nin will carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues by channeling chakra into them, coaxing the foreign object to the surface of the wound in order to extract it. Users of this technique are advised to analyze the severity of the wound beforehand, as more complex wounds will take longer than the one (1) post of concentration needed to extract most objects from superficial to moderate wounds. This technique should be used in conjunction with a tissue regeneration technique or the *[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]. The *[Iijutsu • Removal Technique] can be held for a maximum of four (4) posts.

In the event that creating an antidote is not possible, users of this technique can still help their patient fight off toxins, infections and other foreign bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. As this chakra flows into the body, the leukocytes will react to its presence and begin to multiply rapidly. This influx of white blood cells takes one (1) post of concentration to create. Over the course of five (5) posts, the new and old leukocytes are able to fight off poisons that are C-Rank and below that have entered the body. During these final five posts, the medical-nin does not need to continuously focus chakra into the patient. It will take care of itself at this point.

*[Iijutsu • Skin Mask]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation]
This particularly disturbing technique is typically utilized by medical-nin operating covertly. After obtaining a dead body, the user will use the *[Iijutsu • Skin Separation] technique to carefully remove the facial skin from the underlying tissue. Once this has been done, the user will begin to focus channel chakra into the separated skin before applying it to his/her face. As this chakra makes contact with the user's skin, the skin cells will bond, creating a seamless mask. This new face remains stable for up to thirty (30) total posts before it will begin to rot. This technique does not remove facial wounds or rot from the face in question, it only allows the user to bind it to his/her own face.

*[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment]

Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
A step up in the ability to treat burns, *[Iijutsu • Burn Treatment] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to medium-sized areas of first degree and second degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small-sized areas of third degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than third degree.

*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
A simple technique that requires its users to sacrifice a little to save a life, the*[Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique] does exactly what its name suggests. To prepare for this procedure, the user must make a small incision into the patient's body and follow by opening a vein. Once the vein has been open, the user will begin to channel chakra into it. Over the course of one (1) post, the patient's blood will gain density and stabilize itself. Users of this technique must be aware that their own blood will dilute over the duration of this technique, as it is essentially transferring blood from their bodies to the patient's. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without severe repercussions for the user.

[Iijutsu • Body Mod Disruptor]

Channeling chakra into his hands, Saigo will make contact with a target that possess a body modification. Upon making contact with the target, the body mod inserted into their person will be isolated by Saigo's chakra and effectively be 'turned off' while being rejected by the targets body like an organ transplant that wasn't a proper match. This effect lasts for 5 posts or until the target is healed with iijutsu.

[Iijutsu • Synesthesia]

Channeling chakra into his hands, Saigo will make physical contact with an opponent and his chakra will disperse into them and move toward the brain. Upon entering their brain it will begin inducing a severe form of synesthesia that forces sounds to manifest as visuals in the opponents eyes, effectively seeing sounds as large obscuring objects rippling and bubbling within their eyes. This collision of the senses lasts for 5 posts or until healed with iijutsu.

After forming a series of hand seals then holding the final seal, Saigo will release a burst of Fuuton around his body that will be imbued with healing chakra. Using this technique, it will go out to range of 20 meters and heal any target chosen by Saigo. This technique moves with a Speed of 20 and will heal small to moderate wounds over the course of 2 posts. Saigo must maintain his concentration on the technique, if he does then he can continue to heal people as they are wounded while this technique is being focused on.

[Iijutsu • Poison Analysis]

After examining a patient with *Medical Diagnosis Technique, Saigo can analysis a poison that is within their system to better understand it and treat it. This also lets him examine the rank of the poison and ascertain what level of the Antidote Technique to employ in it's treatment.

If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate internal wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.

This handy technique is used in cases where patients have suffered temporary paralysis somewhere throughout their bodies. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will apply them to the affected area and begin to channel chakra through the muscle tissue. As this chakra interacts with the temporarily lame muscle tissue, it will restore natural mobility to the area. Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

*[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Although simple to explain, the *[Iijutsu • Bone Regeneration Technique] requires both skill and patience in order to mend the fractured or broken bones of patients. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until canceled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.

After forming the necessary hand seals, Saigo will focus an ample amount of chakra into his hands. Once charged, the chakra will form a three foot long blade of energy that extends off the his hands like a sword. Should the chakra pass through a persons body, it will go through them slicing tissue, organs and veins to cause serious internal damage, but it does not damage bone. While the damage won't kill someone right away(depending on where the technique touches), if untreated it can be fatal in time and will be quite noticeable by the victim. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of 4 posts or until contact with the opponent is made. However, since both hands are charged, the user has two chances with this technique per use (one per hand.)

[Iijutsu • Air Bag]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Fuuton affinity
After forming the necessary hand seals, Saigo will place his hands over the intended patient's mouth and it will create a bubble of fuuton in their mouth that assists in their breathing. While normally *Oxygen Flow would be used in such a scenario, this technique allows Saigo to create an autonomous breathing aide while freeing up his hands to continue giving medical treatment to the patient. This technique will produce an air flow in and out of their lungs while also keeping their airway clear of obstructions(even acting as an intubation tube). This technique will last for a total of 10 posts before it will dissipate.

*[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm]

One of the almighty and most highly coveted abilities of medical-nin, the *[Iijutsu • Mystical Palm] technique allows its users to heal wounds quickly and efficiently. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them over the wound in question and begin to channel chakra through it. As the chakra interacts with the cells and tissues in the area, the wound will begin to regenerate and heal over until there's no remnant of it ever being there. Of course, this is not done in the blink of an eye. To heal small-to-moderate wounds, it takes very little time, while large wounds take one (1) post of concentration to mend, and mortal wounds take a total of two (2) posts to fully mend. This technique lasts for four (4) posts, but due to its chakra-extensive nature, users are not advised to treat multiple large wounds in a single use.

An advanced technique that requires both quick reflexes and prediction, the *[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction] technique is highly formidable due to its effects. In the event that the user is aware that they will be hit in a specific place, s/he may attempt to focus chakra into that area before the strike connects. If successful, any damage to the damaged area will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, small fracture, or a small-to-moderate cut. These wounds can take up to one (1) post to heal fully depending on their size and severity, where fractures and moderate wounds would take the entire post. However, during this regeneration process, users are not rendered immobile and can continue to fight while their wounds regenerate. This technique can only be used a maximum of three (3) times per thread.

[Iijutsu • Haunting Shinigami]

After channeling chakra into has hand, Saigo will make contact with his intended target. Upon touching them, chakra will enter their body and go right for their brain in an attempt to alter it's chemistry. Once the brain has been altered, the target will experience a heightened sense of euphoria, visual and other sensory distortions(Auditory, Tactile, Olfactory, and Gustatory hallucinations), changes in thought processes, intense emotions, and finally a dream-like sensation of everything around them. For those with a high Instinct(35+), they'd be able to compose themselves enough to remain cognizant enough to maintain control over themselves.

[Iijutsu • Shinigami's Touch]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra into his hand, Saigo will attempt to touch some part of his opponent's anatomy. Upon making contact, chakra will enter into the target's body and start attacking the muscles in order to make them into a rapid state of Rhabdomyolsis, aka muscle death. The fibers of the targets muscles in the touched area will effectively die over the course of 3 posts before rendering them unusable. If not healed by an iijutsu specialist, the muscle death will remain indefinitely.

A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Channeling chakra into his hand, Saigo will attempt to make contact with a target and inject his chakra into them. Upon entering their body, the chakra will travel directly to their brain and start to attack the pain center of the opponent's brain. This will cause them to feel immense pain throughout their whole body as if every nerve cluster was being stabbed with searing hot iron needles and every cell in their body was being electricuted. Pain will blossom through their whole body and impair their ability to focus, for those with less than 20 Instinct it can cause them to black out from the sensations as their body goes into an extreme state of shock.

Prerequisite: Fuuton affinity, 40 Control
After performing a string of hand seals and then holding the last seal, Saigo can release a powerful burst of healing fuuton that will move up to 20 meters from his person. This technique will move with a speed equal to Saigo's Control Stat and heal anyone designated by the Doctor. This technique will heal small to moderate wounds within a single posts and mortal wounds over the next 2 posts. Saigo must maintain his concentration on the technique, if he does then he can continue to heal people as they are wounded while this technique is being focused on.

[Iijutsu • Woundless Tyrant]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 40 Ninjutsu, 40 Control, 50 Iijutsu Techniques
An advanced version of *[Iijutsu • Secret Healing Injury Destruction], this technique functions in the same manner for the most part. Should Saigo be aware of impending attack that will hit or should he find himself in a position where he'll be overrun by said attack, he can focus chakra through his body and any damage to a damaged area will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, bone fractures or breaks, small to moderate wounds, or even Fatal Wounds. All but the most fatal of wounds will heal almost immediately while Fatal Wounds can take up to an entire post to heal fully depending on their size and severity. However, during this regeneration process, Saigo is not rendered immobile and can continue to fight while his wounds regenerate.

*[Iijutsu • One's Life Resurrection]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 30 Iijutsu
Revered for its outcome but cherished for its effects, the *[Iijutsu • One's Life Resurrection] technique is performed by highly skilled medical-nin in times of emergency. To begin, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands and follow by placing them on the chest of the freshly deceased body. By transferring his/her essence into the dead body over the course of one (1) post, the user is able to resurrect it at the expense of his/her own life. However, if the patient in question is only fatally injured but not quite dead, the user of this technique will not transfer all of his/her life essence and can live through the use of this technique. If this occurs, the user will be rendered unconscious for five (5) posts following. This technique cannot be used more than once per thread.

[Iijutsu • Shinigami's Will]

Prerequisite: 45 Ninjutsu, 45 Control
Touching an opponent after channeling chakra into his hand, Saigo can release a burst into them that travels to their brain and heart. This burst of chakra acts like thousands of tiny chakra scalpels and eviserates both organs and kill them in an instant and painless fashion. For those in possession of an Elemental Body, this chakra burst spreads through their body until it reaches their core and similarly shreds through it.

S-Ranked Ninjutsu
Raising his hand above his head, Saigo will channel chakra into his hand and craft a massive chakra scalpel that towers over the Doctor. This towering chakra scalpel has a length of 40 meters and a width of 10 meters as it flares out from Saigo's hand. Instead of vanishing after it's use, this technique will linger so long as Saigo is feeding chakra into it, allowing him to make wide swings and decimate large numbers of individuals with ease.

After forming the needed hand seals and flooding his hand with chakra, the user will begin picking at the patient's scalp, making a thoroughly bloody mess. Once it has been thoroughly exposed, he will take at least a handful of hair from another source, drawing out the pigment from the hair and making it useless. He will then stick two fingers into the bloodied scalp of the patient, inserting the DNA for the pigment. Through this technique all of the patient's hair will basically fall out due to the massive root disruption, but when the scalp heals and the hair regrows, they will grow hair the same color as what was taken from. This cannot be used to override the traits of a clan, due to the strength of the DNA.

Skin Modification Technique
C-Ranked Iijutsu
After forming the needed hand seals and flooding his hand with chakra, the user will begin picking at the patient's skin, pealing back large sections from all over the body, and making a thoroughly bloody mess. Once the bottom of the skin layer has been thoroughly exposed, he will begin modifying it and augmenting it, altering the makeup of the flesh, while allowing it to maintain connection to the chakra network. The Alteration usually incurs allowing the skin to perform abilities such as chakra conductivity to becoming elastic and so on. The patient will need to be bandaged all over their body for a long time following the treatment, but when they have healed, they will be able to utilize the body modification through the use of chakra.

After forming the needed hand seals and flooding his hand with chakra, the user will begin picking at the patient's skin on an arm, pealing back large sections from all over the limb, and making a thoroughly bloody mess. Once the bottom of the skin layer has been thoroughly exposed, he will move on to the muscle and deeper tissue, pealing it all back so that he can work. He will then take various tools or implants that he desires to use, and will insert them into the limb, linking them all to the patient's chakra network, which miraculously stays intact through the whole procedure. When the changes have been made, the user will close the arm back up, bandaging it and allowing it to heal for several weeks. He will then take various tools or implants that he desires to use, and will insert them into the muscle, or simply modify the muscle for augmentation purposes, then relinking them all to the patient's chakra network, which miraculously stays in tact through the whole procedure. When the implants and/or augmentations have been made, the user will close the skin back up, bandaging it and allowing it to heal for several weeks. When the area has healed, however, the patient will be able to utilize it as if it was natural, along with the implants and/or augmentations.

After forming the needed hand seals and coating his hands in chakra, the user will peal back the skin from an area of a patient's body. Once it is exposed, the user will insert augmentations and implants, and connecting them to the patient's chakra network. When the area has healed, however, the patient will be able to utilize it as if it was natural, along with the implants and/or augmentations.

Eye Modification Technique

After forming the needed hand seals and flooding his hand with chakra, the user will hold open the patient's eye lid before popping the eye out of the socket carefully severing the optic nerve. Once the entire eye is thoroughly exposed, he will begin modifying it careful and precisely, augmenting it as he desires. This cannot be used to alter existing doujutsu, but can be used to create new doujutsu. When he is done, he will reattach the ocular nerves, linking the eye back to the patient's chakra network and brain. When the augmentations have been made, they'll bandage the eye socket, allowing it to heal for several weeks. When the eye has healed, however, the patient will be able to utilize it as if it was natural, along with the augmentations.

Prerequisite: *Sane Sedation Technique
This technique allows Saigo to modify his body without needing to rely on another person to perform the operation. Capable of utilizing his skills as a surgeon and armed with his knowledge of body modifications, Saigo is capable of taking the time to perform any kind of modification upon his person that he could perform on another.

Saigo will close the gap between an opponent and himself with a quick charge forward. During the charge, Saigo will bring his elbow up and ram it towards his opponents upper torso whereupon he will perform a follow up with his other arm and attempt an open palm strike towards their head.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Prerequisite: Stretching Body Modification
Extending both of his arms, Saigo will take a defensive stance against an opponent utilizing Taijutsu. With his arms extended like tendrils, he'll whip them around his body and create a defensive zone around him to slap away incoming attacks, projectiles, and even attempt to repel or ensnare his opponent as he will attempt to wrap his elongated appendages around them if they get too close.

Prerequisite: Stretching Body Modification
Extending his arm outward to an airborne opponent, Saigo will attempt to grab some part of their anatomy with his hand and pull them down and smash them violently into the ground.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
If Saigo gets close enough to his opponent, he'll hurl an upward swinging punch and catch his opponent in the gut. This punch is aim to hook up under their chest and ribcage in order to give him the leverage to launch them straight upward off of the ground. For equal strength or higher opponents, they'll only get launch 3 meters off the ground, but for every point Saigo has over his opponent, it adds an additional 1 meter to their upward movement.

D-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
With his index finger, middle finger and thumb in a claw-like configuration, Saigo will attempt to latch onto the side of an opponent's face, aiming for their temporomandibular joints that hold their mandible bone attached to the skull. Upon taking hold, Saigo will attempt to forcibly dislocate their jaw.

Utilizing his knowledge of human anatomy, Saigo will use the index and middle fingers of his hand and jab at a pressure point upon the opponent's body. While one poke won't do much as it merely lowers their Taijutsu by -3, but the more times Saigo pokes their pressure points the more he'll continue lowering their Taijutsu

C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Saigo will launch a flurry of open-handed thrust towards an opponent while aiming these blows toward vital spots across the body to inflict maximum damage. Should these blows successfully make contact against a target who is of equal Strength to Saigo, they will have bones fracture that are caught in his attack, if the target is weaker than Saigo by 5 Strength then the target bones will break and require medical treatment to mend.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Discipline
Focusing his hearing and listening to his surroundings, Saigo is capable of detecting people using silent movement techniques, distant noises, and quiet noises. Silent techniques of a higher rank will not be picked up by [Situational Awareness].

[Strangling Tongue]
C-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: Stretching Body Modification
Using his elongating limbs, Saigo will attempt to entangle his opponent in them. He'll do this by wrapping his limbs around their arms and legs while attempting to limit their ability to use their joints. Saigo will also attempt to wrap either a part of his arm around their neck or grab their neck with both of his hands in order to assert control over them.

C-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Utilizing both offense and defense at the same time, Saigo is capable of repelling an opponent's attacks while at the same time delivering one of his own. Primarily used as a reactionary method of fighting in close quarters, if Saigo has a solid bead on what his opponent can do then he'll attempt to utilize this stance in offensive methods of fighting as well.

Upon being attacked by an opponent, Saigo will shift himself and counter attack as he starts by delivering a devastating jump kick to the back of their leg. He then proceeds on to deliver a series of powerful punches while standing side ways. Switching sides, Saigo places his fist on the opponent's chest and finishes them off with the famed one-inch punch knocking them back a number of meters equal to his Strength.

B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Saigo delivers a combination of five rapid punches, the first couple of the punches landing clean before he turns the third punch into a deadly blow to his opponent's midsection. He then follows with a flurry of body strikes to the opponent striking them vital parts of their body, followed by a powerful uppercut which causes them to go airborne by 3 meters. After that, he finishes them off by leaping up and delivering a ferocious flying-dragon-kick to their sternum.

[Enduring Hunger]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Through years of training, Saigo has trained his mind to push pain back, allowing him to ignore a good majority of pain that he's currently feeling. While his body will still be harmed, only the most intense and severe of pain will register with him. While he is capable of pushing through this pain, he feels it over other pains which he will not be phased by.

[Cruel Fang]
B-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Saigo draws his body back in preparation for the attack before suddenly moving forward his opponent in an instant with his index finger, middle finger and thumb in a claw-like configuration. Dashing past the opponent as he attacks, the opponent will suddenly suffer 6 hits consecutively delivered with lightning fast speed that appear almost as a blur as they are knocked away from their original position.

Saigo's power of observation has been honed and refined to aid him in the heat of battle as he becomes aware of even the most subtle details of his surroundings. Picking up on tension changes in peoples body language, noting when people are about to attack, taking in details of the battlefield, even observing repeated patterns of hand seals to track an opponents jutsu after repeated uses. These observations allow him to, in essence, make predictions in regards to their physical attacks against himself or others. Homing in on movements, he's capable of tracking a number of movements equal to his Instinct/3.

A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 35 Strength
Raising his hand up, Saigo will cock one of his fingers as if he was preparing to perform a flick while aiming it at a person or in a direction of his choosing. Tensing his fingers, he'll release pent up energy concentrated into his finger, producing a blasting shock wave as a result. This shock wave is equivalent to 3/4 of his Strength in explosive force, blasting outward from his person in an expanding cone pattern up to a range equal to 3/4 of his Strength.

[Severing Shadow Fang]
A-Ranked Taijutsu Maneuver
Prerequisite: 35 Speed
Saigo draws his body back in preparation, tensing all of his muscles before blasting toward an opponent at full Speed. Performing passing strikes, Saigo will continue to dash in a blur, back and forth past his opponent; when he stops, the opponent will suddenly suffer a from up to 13 strikes across their body aimed at pressure points. The result of this attack is that it shuts off their pain receptors, meaning they won't feel the increase in damage they'll be doing to themselves as they continue to fight by fighting without pain telling them where their limits are. This effect requires Iijutsu to be undone.

Through the use of acupuncture and their knowledge of pressure points, the user is able to quickly apply a series of pricks, leaving the needles in, that dulls pain in localized areas of the body, or even the entire body. The pain dulling effects will last for up to 5 posts, at which points the needles will have to be removed then replaced.

This technique will inevitably fail if not initiated within the 2 posts.

While Chakra scalpel is in use, the user is able to precisely control his/her chakra in order to make cuts in patients exactly where they need to be made. This allows the user to separate soft tissues with a brief touch, and, in the case of surgery, allows the user to cut only what needs to be cut, in exactly the way it needs to be cut, ensuring that the user may remove, heal, or focus on only the tissue in question.

After forming the needed hand seals, the user is able to place a large amount of chakra into a given organ, removed from a fallen shinobi. With this chakra, the cells of the organ will be kept alive for an extended period of time. The user will load it with chakra every day, until the organ in question is implanted. Because of this, until the implantation is complete, the user dedicates one point of stamina to this technique, loading the organ with chakra at the start of every day until the implantation procedure. This may also be used to prevent necrosis in live patients.

Using his skill with Ninjutsu, Saigo is capable of utilizing multiple iijutsu at once. This can can let Saigo use two different techniques to increase his capabilities either on the operating table or in the field. However, he may only combine the effects of up to B-Rank techniques at this level.

[Temporary Pump]
A-Ranked Iijutsu
This is a technique designed to help Saigo perform heart transplants. After forming the necessary hand seals, he will create a pulsing sphere of chakra that he places into the open chest cavity of a patient. This sphere will phase through the patient's heart and continue the heart's function without degrading the patient's health while Saigo swaps out their heart for the intended replacement. Once the new heart is placed within the sphere, the technique will continue to pump blood through the patient while also attempting to make the heart start pumping as Saigo connects it. This technique will last for 7 posts before fading away but Saigo can touch the sphere and focus on it in order to recharge it, taking the same amount of chakra out of his body to extend the length by another 7 posts.

*Tissue Patch Technique
D-Ranked Iijutsu
As most low-rank medics are incapable of regenerating tissue or cells, some learn to do a makeshift, shoddy version. By performing a variant of the clone jutsu on a patient's wounds, they are able to make a small amount of their tissue over a wounded area to perform a makeshift sort of healing for them. This is capable of "healing" any visible wound which effects only a singular layer of tissue (A burn, for instance, could have skin placed copied over it instead of regenerated, reducing the risk of infection and giving the body a chance to heal naturally with less scarring.) This tissue, without proper supplement, will die in three posts. However, being living tissue, if the skin is properly supplied with chakra or a blood supply (and other things the tissue in question may need to be kept alive), it may be kept going indefinitely. Note that this can only clone singular layers of tissues, and not more complex things such as organs or bodies.

*Tissue removal technique
D-Ranked Iijutsu
After forming the necessary pair of hand seals, the user is able to dispel their "tissue patch" technique, removing substances created by this jutsu which are foreign to a patient's body, and thereby stopping the immune system's fight against it. Note that it will take three posts for the immune system to stop it's activity, and that in those posts, it falls to the medical ninja to keep their patient alive.

*Vital Monitor
C-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: Diagnosis Technique
During various medical procedures, a Medical ninja is able to use this technique to keep a constant watch on a patients vitals, including but not limited to their o2 levels, temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing. This allows the medical ninja a chance to stop procedures or respond to patient's needs faster than they otherwise would be able.

*Extraction technique
A-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: Tissue Patch Technique
Focusing chakra into cells of tissue, the user may extract DNA from the tissue in question. This technique does nothing medically of combatively in itself, but is used in the process which begins the process of organ implantation. Using the Tissue Patch Technique, once could continue copying living tissue and get an indefinite supply of DNA.

*Inhibiting the Inhibitor
A-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: Extraction Technique; Vital Monitor; Tissue Removal
When a foreign substance or object invades the human body, the immune system responds and attempts to remove the threat. In order to prevent this, doctors (and highly advanced medical ninja) have developed a system to acclimate the body to specific foreign organic substances. After forming the needed hand seals, the user of this technique is able to introduce a set amount of a given organic substance to a patient and to allow their immune system to respond naturally. Through a 3000 word topic, the user will slowly introduce tissue to their chosen target, allowing them to receive it without risk of rejection. This technique is also used to acclimate the patient to bloodline limits, and prevent them from going out of control while the patient attempts to gain skill with them. By using the tissue patch and removal techniques to stop a Bloodline if it shows signs of going out of control in a patient.

*Clamp Technique
D-Ranked Iijutsu
while performing surgery or other types of healing jutsu, the user is able to use his chakra as a makeshift clamp to close off blood vessels which have been cut and prevent further blood loss. Lasts three posts.

*Soften Tissue
C-Ranked Iijutsu
While performing surgery on a patient, the user is able to put chakra within the tissues surrounding the area on which the medical ninja shall be operating. Doing this makes the tissues slightly sturdier and more malleable as well, providing them with a small amount of give before they break and also increasing the amount of pressure they can take before breaking. This technique merely helps minimize the risk of injury to the patient during surgery.

*Putting under Technique
B-Ranked Iijutsu
After forming the necessary hand seals and focusing chakra on a willing patient, the user is able to heavily sedate them. This sedation technique is used to perform deeply invasive surgeries on patients, preventing them from moving while under and also keeping them deeply asleep. This technique lasts for up to ten posts, and must be reinforced on the eighth post after performing this technique, or else the patient will wake up at the end of the tenth post. If a patient wakes up during the procedure, they will find themselves, depending on their personality, mentally scarred from the intense amount of pain the surgery causes, and their vitals will go insane while they are awake, markedly hard to control. Depending on the surgery and the patient's reaction, the stress could cause death. Note that this jutsu requires steady focus and proper supplementation of chakra to perform. If a patient were unwilling to receive the chakra, they could merely disrupt their own chakra flow in any way, and the technique would be interrupted and canceled.

*Tissue Connection
A-Ranked Iijutsu
After placing an organ or a tissue into it's proper place in a patient's body, be it a replacement or an implantation, the user is able to hold their hands over the tissue or organ in question, and connect the various other tissues in the patients body where it needs to be connected. Blood vessels, connective tissues, muscles, etc. will all be correctly hooked up to the organ in question, ensuring that once implanted, it will stay nourished and protected as if it were the body's own. (Note that this does not provide protection against the body's own natural defenses, I.E. the immune system)

*Cellular Regeneration Technique
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Pre-requisite: Mystical Healing Palm Technique; 11 control
Using this technique, the user is able to speed along the healing process by precisely focusing on small clusters of cells, triggering mitosis and allowing tissues to heal more quickly as a result. This lessens the chances of infection, scarring, and opening of the wound, while also repairing damaged tissue in a transplanted organ or the surrounding area. This technique requires three posts to finish, but if this is used post-op, the patient may wake up from the sedation jutsu after the first post of this technique without the severity of trauma they would otherwise have felt (though pain will still occur.)

#*Eye Implantation
A-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: All jutsu from this Ability's list that are neither part of the self-implantation branch, or other implantation techniques
The simplest implantation procedure of all, the user culminates all their knowledge of medical ninjutsu into one technique, becoming able to perform an Eye Transplant, potentially transferring a Doujutsu into a willing patient. Because the eye is easily accessible, removed, and replaced, this is the simplest of the Transplantation techniques. After all the necessary precautions are taken, the user will begin by removing an eye from the patient in question to create a spot for the eye to be implanted. They will then soften the orbital of the eye to make it more pliable, allowing them to place the eye within the socket. Following that, they will perform the actual placement, and then finally connect the tissues to the proper places, making sure that the ocular nerve is in the correct spot. The whole process, if things go smoothly, should take around twelve posts or so.

#*Organ Implantation
S-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: All jutsu from this Ability's list that are neither part of the self-implantation branch, or other implantation techniques
After all of the preparations have been made on a given patient, The user of this technique is able to actually perform the operation, culminating all of their learned jutsu into one final event through which the patient in question will gain a chance to become much stronger than they were before. By combining all of the techniques they have thus far learned with their own medical skill, the user is actually able to implant organs inside of willing patients, giving them organ-based Kekke Genkai such as that of the Kaguya, or the Chikai.

#*Cell Implantation
S-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: All jutsu from this Ability's list that are not part of the self-implantation branch
The most precise form of implantation, the user is able to implant cells with a particular chakra element into a patient, giving that patient the elemental chakra in question. Implanting the cells of a Yugeton user, for instance, would grant a patient use of the Steam Element. Naturally, the patient would have to practice with this skill in order to use it's respective techniques, and their elements need to correspond to the element implanted. A patient who receives Steam Element, for instance, would require Water and Fire element, or one of the elements in question without a second element at all, before the Combination element may be implanted. If the latter is the case, if the patient attempts to acquire a third element, it must be the other part of the combination (Beginning with Suiton, having Yugeton implanted, and then obtaining Katon as their third element, for instance.)

#*Sane Sedation Technique
B-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisites: Putting Under Technique
Rather an alteration on an already existing jutsu than a whole new technique in itself, a medical ninja is able to use this technique to keep himself conscious and clear while sedated. S/He will be able to perform the procedures on himself, but it will be with a -2 to his/her wit, because the user is not able to completely avoid feeling groggy while under anesthetic. If the user's wit is above 9 when this technique is used, it will only drop by one point, as the user's ability to maintain clarity is improved to that extent. The user's taijutsu, however, will drop by 3 while this technique is used, as control of the limbs and more precise extremities (such as the fingers) becomes more challenging. Some pain from the procedure will still go through and be felt, but it will be only a painful annoyance, not detracting from their medical capabilities. The user is able to move while under the influence of this technique, but is unable to travel. Even walking is not achievable without losing concentration and interrupting the jutsu.

#*Self-Implantation
S-Ranked Iijutsu
Pre-requisite: All jutsu of this Ability's list, including the transplantation techniques
Culminating all of their knowledge of the human body and medical expertise into one point, the user will be able to perform transplants on themselves, potentially giving themselves a Kekke Genkai. The user of this technique performs everything themselves or else with limited help, including pre-operational work such as reducing the body's inhibitor levels, maintaining the sedation on themselves during the procedure, monitoring their vitals, and of course, the act of implantation itself, connecting tissue to tissue and organ to body. The time this procedure takes is dependent entirely on what is being implanted, but because the doctor is impeded by being the patient, it generally takes longer than the procedure normally would when the doctor was not also the patient.

Fixed everything you listed as well as placed time limits on Gashadokuro and Tennin as you suggested in order to utilize Nichirin and Vajra accordingly. I will try to rush build a replacement technique for the Jutsu Expertise technique.

[Ravenous Maw] <-B-rank at least, requires a 1:1 Str:Spd ratio to instantly hit top Speed

[Hundred Chained Fangs] <-Requires the user's strength to be 5 or higher to break bones

[Cruel Fang] <-Is the speed he's reaching comparable to Body Flicker/Instant speeds? If so, it needs to state it takes up one of his teleports. If not, it's fine. You gave it a 35 Spd prereq for pseudo-heavenly I believe but I do not see a pseudo effect. A pseudo-heavenly effect would be like the wind he produces after moving creates a pressure blast with a Str of 3/4 his Speed.

[Crying Fang] <-Range?

[Severing Shadow Fang] <Is the speed he's reaching comparable to Body Flicker/Instant speeds? If so, it needs to state it takes up one of his teleports. If not, it's fine.

Okay, changed Ravenoys Maw to a Maneuver, added the "5 less Strength" for broken bones in Hundred Chained Fangs, Cruel Fang is just him going fast so I removed the prereq for Speed since it's not pseudo-heavenly, added a range to Crying Fang, Severing Fang is just him going fast as well... Do I need a prereq on that one still or no?

These should all require a fuuton concentration. Having the affinity doesn't actually allow for manipulation of Fuuton. Granted, it seems to be mostly flavor, but you do have the open Conc spot.
