The Byakugan is a powerful doujutsu but fairly draining for the inexperienced. To help cut back on the combined strain in her eyes, Himiko has learned to activate her Byakugan in just a single eye. This effectively doubles her allotted usage by limiting the strain to an individual eye at a time. However, this halves its effective range.

By peering at the flow of another’s chakra with their Byakugan, the Hyuuga is able to determine the basic elemental affinities in which they possess. This may only be used to determine the 5 basic chakra affinities.

Similar to how colors of the same shade still have different hues and variants, no individual's chakra possesses the same flow or pattern. Everyone's is unique and belongs solely to them. With training, Himiko is able to memorize the unique chakra flow of others. This effectively allows her to spot the familiar when actively searching for them.

Rather than utilizing telescopic vision, this technique instead focuses the Hyuuga's ocular prowess to examining something at incredibly close ranges as if they are peering in with microscope. This allows them to perform incredibly precise movements that they otherwise would not be able to do without proper equipment.

Mastering their ability to read chakra affinities, the Hyuuga is now able to determine all Elemental chakra affinities - including advanced, super, and other variations of the basic five.

By studying the flow of chakra that passes through a target’s body, the Hyuuga is able to determine a vague, yet overall, power level of said individual. This is done by combining the target’s Stamina, Strength, and Control stats together.

Further improving upon analyzing chakra signatures, Himiko has gained the ability to read chakra almost as if she was reading a book. This enables her to notice the minute flucuations within the chakra system allowing her to gather information upon target's emotional status, whether they are lying, and most importantly whether they are preparing to attack. To do the latter, Himiko must possess an Instinct stat equal to or higher than the target's respective jutsu stat. Note: This does not give her the speed to properly react.

Prerequisite: Byakugan :: Familiarity
Whether already familiar with a chakra signature or possessing a sample of a foreign, Himiko may use her Byakugan to actively search within her allotted range in an attempt to find them. This does not directly give the Hyuuga their specific location (unless they reside within her range). It does, however, allow her to find the residual chakra they leave behind to point her in their general direction. This is similar in design to hunters being able to follow their prey's tracks.

Byakugan :: Altered Flow
C-Rank Status Genjutsu
A technique originally designed to counter her fellow Hyuuga, this genjutsu since has evolved into aiding her again many a foe. This allows Himiko to alter the way targets see, feel, and/or sense the chakra of herself and/or others. This can make them see targets as weaker, stronger, match chakra signatures to other individuals, etc. It is best when used against those with the Byakugan due the fact it allows Himiko to seemingly reposition the target’s tenketsu, greatly reducing the effectiveness of their Jyuuken techniques. This effect lasts for 5 posts.

This seems to be trying to do a lot without saying specifically what it is doing or how it is doing it. So I guess 1) It needs to have a defined trigger. It seems vaguely implied that this is done through either sensor or byakugan specific sight but neither is explicitly stated how the genjutsu is triggered. 2) It seems to be trying to do two different genjutsu in one. On one hand you seem to be trying to trick sensors by making it seem like chakra signatures that they are sensing are weaker than they are. On the other, you seem to be trying to make it so that tenketsu don't appear where they are supposed to be to those who are able to see them. Those are two separate jutsu.

Prerequisite: Byakugan :: Altered Flow
By further expanding upon the assets of her Altered Flow technique and how it may be used to counter the Byakugan and sensors alike, this Genjutsu enables Himiko to generate false chakra signatures. This may be used to generate illusionary clones that appear on the target’s radar. This makes it difficult for the target to locate their proper target. Additionally, these “clones” may even possess tenketsu, fooling even masters of the Byakugan. The number of “false” targets Himiko is allowed to generate is equal to her Genjutsu stat.

Similar issues to the one above. You need to explicitly state how the genjutsu is triggered. Since this is a warp gen I assume it is 'creating' illusory clones that "generate a chakra signature" for those affected. Just know that this isn't a may or may not thing. The gen either does it or it doesn't. Some other questions: 1) Are clones created of only the user or of literally everyone that the victim is sensing? Since they can actually see the clones, if they happen to find on would the clone run? Stand still? What would happen if they actually struck the clone?

This seems mostly fine but just as a very very minor thing, ninjutsu and genjutsu aren't separated into discipline, maneuver, and all that. That distinction belongs solely to taijutsu.
