Trained through the art of stealth, the user is aware of of any visible tracks that they have left behind and covers their trace. This is technique is the first of a long chain of Black Ops techniques created to make the user appear as a ghost and vanish without a trace.

Rise of the Dragon
S-Rank Maneuver Taijutsu
Pre-Requirements: Dragon Rush, Sword, Nun-chucks, Grappling hook.
An upgraded version of Dragon Rush is a special combo attack utilizing a flurry of attacks and weaponry to fatally wound the target(s) (Up to Tai stat/10 (max 5)] if users [Tai+Speed]/2 is higher than targets [Tai+Speed+Instinct]/3 though the outcome is that the user has to split the ten strike combo between the targets. The user throws a grappling hook to connect themselves with the first target, yanks them in to delivers 3 punches, a knife stab to the knee, then uses the sword to cut their stomach, followed by a 3 kick combo to their uninjured leg before using the nun-chuck to hit them across the chest and head before ending the combo with a thrust kick to send the target flying back. This technique is used with Know How series to create maximum damage with minimum exertion.

The user plants their feet and begins to empty their weapon stash, they will keep their eye on a target and begin to swarm them with senbons/kunai/shuriken in order to weaken the foe. The overwhelming projectile weapons twists and turns as they bounce off walls and each other and the longer the target stays pinned within the area and get targeted then they lose 8 stats (-2 Tai, Stam, Str, Spe) for 5 posts that lasts until they recover from the damage. This technique can only be used once per thread as it empties the users weapon stash, leaving them with only the essentials.

To perform this taijutsu the user must spend at least half a post preparing for the role of her life and as long as she continues to play the role the more convinced she becomes that she is that character. With enough practice the woman could copy anyone's mannerism, characteristics, tone of voice and style of which she has gathered enough information of. At this level she is able perform great improvisations. [Taijutsu+Instinct]/2 vs their [Instinct] and they need equal or above to see through her lies.

Remove the "add 15 points" and the stats. Those get added in the anniversary thread. The only thing you need to put in mods are the jutsu so only claim the jutsu point days here.

No signs <--- Reading over this one again, I guess I have the question of "how are they doing this?" at Taijutsu meters? Like if I have 50 Tai and I realize that there's a few footprints of mine 50 meters away, how am I clearing those up at a range with this technique? This honestly sounds like it would be better as a discipline in which the user, trained in the art of stealth, is highly aware of the visible traces that they create while moving and actively works to remove or conceal them as they go so as to erase any trace that they were there.

Although this is fine within the scope of an S-rank tai, the wording is... missing something, I think. How are you wielding so many weapons at once? The tech also clearly describes a combo-hit against a single target -- how does it become multi-target? Are you splitting the damage between up to 5 targets (grapple one, punch a second, stab a third, slash fourth, etc.) or are you attempting to perform the whole combo against each target in turn?

No need to mention 35 tai requirement -- it's an S-rank technique so that is already implied. This is also a ranged debuff, meaning the debuff effect should be deranked - a maximum of -5 per post.

If this has a requirement of 35 tai, then it is an S-rank jutsu, not A. Please either reduce the jutsu effectiveness to make it A-rank, or call it S-rank and up the jutsu cost (assuming your pyramid can support it)

This is actually kind of unclear on what its doing. You said first they lose 8 stats, but then say it totals it -24. Does that mean on that second post they have a -4? then a -6 on Post 3? If that is the case then its a continuous debuff. If its just they have -2 tai, stam, str, spd for 3 posts, then its -8, and this is overranked because A-ranks can do -9.

That being said, I'm not sure how they does -stamina?

Quickly hitting and taking out a bunch of people is based on speed while Reaction Time (which the opponent would have to factor to defend) is the above formula.

Monsun - I like this jutsu and you're really underpowering it by having so few posts it runs for. It's a ranged continuous debuff. A continuous debuff at S40 would get -10 per post for 5 posts without factoring in that it is ranged so add the +1 in rank. That's still -8 per post for 5 posts. You're only doing it for 3 atm so up the post count to 5.

I Am Not <-Should be your [Taijutsu+Instinct]/2 vs their [Instinct]. You have to act as them mentally (Instinct) and physical (Taijutsu).
