After channeling into his prosthetics, Sega will cause a ceramic, concave shield to form on the sides of each of his arms. It can be dislodged mechanically. The shield has a length of 1 meter, and a width of 1/2 meter at the widest point. All sides of the shield are sharp. The two shields are created a speed of 4 and have a strength of 6.

After channeling into his prosthetics, Sega will touch a ceramic item of his with one hand, while opening the other to create a small plate of ceramic roughly 10cm in diameter. The plate of ceramic is filled with chakra , but quite fragile. When pressure is applied the disk is broken and the chakra in it released towards the object it is bound too, kai'ing it. This is created at a speed of 5 and must be within 50m of the object it is kai'ing.

By channeling into his arm, Yuusuke will create a foot diameter circular saw perpendicular above, parallel to his hand. The circular saw will spin at a speed and strength of 10 for the next three posts, or until cancelled out by Yuusuke.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
By channeling into his arm, Yuusuke will load the projectile launcher with a single ceramic round. The projectile is shaped like a field-arrow head and is roughly six inches long and 3cm in diameter, a little larger than it's former edition. On impact the projectile explodes with the force of a C-Rank explosion (3 Tags), however it's the razor sharp shrapnel scattered over the immediate area that is the real cause for concern.


I'll use those 15 weapon points to buy a new Puppet. (day 16)

14 Points buys an E-Rank Puppet, Ranks it to C.

General Information

Description: While his earlier mobile armors had been destroyed, now that Yuusuke has gained full control of his body and his hands are working at full power, Yuusuke has begun to imagine the next generator on mobile armors. The first feat however is was to create a secondary weapons system, propulsion system, and central control system. As such, Yuusuke began building the the next generation of Skydrivers, with the prototype being dubbed SUSANOO.

Made out of ultra-light high-strength ceramic and hard hard rubber compound, it is very durable yet still light and the frame itself kept moving parts down to minimum to allow more room for components. Additionally, the frame is made in segments and can fold/collapse down to a quarter of it's size, resting like a backpack or back worn shield on his back when not in use.

Susanoo is a 2 meter diameter ring, 6 inches thick, with the edge of the ring being 8 inches wide. It tappers from fatter at the inner edges to thinner at it's outer edge. It has a harness that allows it to be worn from the back.

To use the ring must be unfolded/uncollapsed and fully open. While running, it pushes propels the wearer at Mobility speed for [strength] meters in distance with each rotation.

The inner edge of the ring is dotted with small openings, 28 in total spaced evenly throughout the surface. The system is special in that it can split a single puppet string and let the mechanism control it- making up for the limited fingers a human has. It can maintain control of the string rated up to [Deftness] speed and [Strength] strength. Additionally, each space has a sharp kunai made of ceramic with [Durability] strength filling the hole.

• Please link to your posts in anniversary where you claimed the 10 points jutsu and the weapon points.

Trip Mine <-- this seems like it would require advanced channeling, but I don't see that you have it on your app. also 50m is a lot for a D rank, so this should have less range. also what do you mean by "the object it is bound to"? do you mean the original item he touched?

C-2 Explosive Round <-- this needs a maximum range instead of saying "immediate area" since that's vague

I really don't see how doing the +5 in here too, with the paper trail, is a problem. Not at all. I get you don't want people making singular mods to claim points cause it overflows the registry, but you have to go in and edit my app anyways for this, there is no reason why it can't be done in a single, tracked transaction no?

His puppet limbs have ability channeling, think its mentioned in the ability somewhere. I disagree. It's a D-rank with no mass, or force, or explosion, or anything. It literally is just an on switch. It's tossing a paperclip or less of chakra a distance- and since there's no offensive force or action to it itself I don't see any problem at all. 50m on a 2 meter fireball with a strength and effect would make sense, and I'd agree there, but not all just are the same and it should be judged case by case,

^C-Rank Explosions have a set size. If you want I can say "Scattering shrapnel over the range of the explosion" to clean wording up.

• The reason I am asking you do it separately is so that extra points aren't accidentally added by someone else. Also we clearly stated that you only need to do jutsu claims or training claims in the Modification forum. All the other awards are given in the anniv. topic only and several other people have had to follow this as well. I went ahead and added the points in the anniv thread so remove that from this mod please.

• Even without force etc that is still a huge range for a D rank and should really be less, unless the other GMs+ disagree.

• Yes, please update the wording for the shrapnel for clarity.

With all do respect, I am going to disagree still. Jutsu are extremely relative and case by case- the lack of force or speed or size, etc is very, very fundamental how I would weigh this. Because there's none of that- theres a lot of energy to use and it should be perfectly feasible to move it elsewhere.

For the record, E-Rank chakra kai has a range of potentially 45 meters at just E-rank.

E-Ranked Ninjutsu
A jutsu used with the purpose of activating seals and a range of devices and weapons, this technique begins with a single handseal. Once this has been performed, the user will focus a dollop of their chakra into what they are looking to activate in order to complete the task. Seals activated with this technique must be within 20 + (Control/2) meters of the user's position.

Plenty of D-ranks, including some basic D-rank ninpou offer ranges of 20m radius (which, is actually 40 meter btw).

I can dig up more stuff, but honestly the range is not at all over the top, especially given the function and the jutsu itself. I could drop it to 40 if it made you feel more comfortable, for what its worth.

With the recent changes to Puppet Bodies and Partial Puppet Bodies such as Sega, you can either remove your ability and simply use your limbs as they are or chose to use the new ability, in which case the stats of the limbs will need to be changed to reflect the new rules, which can be found here.

If you do decide to remove the ability and keep the limbs as simple puppets, 1/2.

Trip Mine <- I'm a little bit confused on what exactly this is doing. Does it allow for you to just blow up your own creations at will or? I'm just not entirely understanding.

No, it's basically chakra kai. I can't explode whatever I want at will. It's a trigger, which needs to be triggered, when the mine is broked' it kais whatever was connected to it.
