Shio has learned how to use genjutsu to plant genjutsu in those who are not awake. In doing so, Shio is able to create genjutsu that bypass consciousness allowing him to afflict sleeping/unconscious targets with a special class of genjutsu. This genjutsu style has two forms [Sleep] and [Woke], and each justify specifies the dream it creates, and the status effect if they wake up during its duration. These genjutsu are initiated much like any other genjutsu, and are always classified as [Warp], meaning they follow the kai requirements for Warp, if they are a Fable they follow the Kai requirement for Warp Fables. These genjutsu operate much like standard Warp techniques, however they have one distinct difference. While a sleeping (unconscious) person is under the effect of this genjutsu, the Warp populates itself as a dream. Because the genjutsu is acting as a link between their chakra circulatory system and their dream, while in this ‘dream’ they are able to manipulate their chakra. While this means they are able to perform Kai, it also means they can activate virtually any jutsu they have, granting them the ability to defend themselves should they become aware of the real world while they are sleeping.

Mk so your Dreamer's Voice has been given the okay. As to your Sage Mode, should specify no Living Creatures 'cause animals and shit are part of nature. Your flight is in direct conflict with needed to remain still in order to use sage techs.

Also, could we get some example Sage Jutsu? Just so we can get some clarity on exactly what you are trying to achieve with it. As it stands it we're looking at it like you can't just look at something and control it wily nilly, it'd be you cast Control Rock no Jutsu, and you can extend your senses and manipulate that one particular rock. If you want to control something else, you would need to drop control of said rock and cast Control Plant no Jutsu so it isn't basically just Kinesis of the World.

I actually ended up removing it. Typing out the jutsu made me realize I don't think I really want what I originally typed out.

Reading Voice Programming again, it's essentially storing jutsu via Fuuinjutsu but better. You can take any technique you know and set it to be cast when you desire but without the need to take up physical space via the seal or the additional time to create said seal. Triggering via a specific event is also something Fuuinjutsu does. There is also the fact that there is no mention of specificity or generalization in regards to the conc, would each technique require its own Voice Programming or would the Voice Programming be 'this series of triggers works with X-Rank Jutsu'.

Honestly I'm kind of against it as a whole. Each tech 'prepped' would be constantly active chakra waiting to be released, essentially allowing you to cast multiple techniques at once which is something we've always avoided.
