Application: Aimi Kaguya
Change: Adding 10 points worth of jutsu, as per the day 15 reward, and nabbing the Connections Perk while I'm at it!

Katon • Pin-point
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
The user channels their katon chakra into their finger tips. Then, with a snap of their fingers, the user ignites a small area up to a 1x1x1 meter area in size in flames, causing minor first degree burns. An instant before the ignition, there is a small 'ember' of flame that indicates where the bloom of flame will erupt. This flame lasts for only an instant and quickly dissipates after burning. The user is able to perform this jutsu at a range of 10 meters.

Restraint
D-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
There is a time and a place to show off one's full potential, and a time for Restraint. Using this Stance, every strike that the user makes will only hit with half of the user's Strength. This applies to all Taijutsu Maneuvers that the user uses while maintaining this Stance. This Stance can be maintained indefinitely, or broken after as much as a single post.

[Ninjutsu • Pressure]
C-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: [Ninjutsu • Pressure] (D-Ranked)
The user channels their chakra and exudes it from their being, pushing it out from themselves to exert their presence within a 10 meter radius. Those within this area of effect will suffer a 2 Strength Debuff for 1 post.

Unworthy
B-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Some foes are worth going all out again, others are Unworthy. To assume this Stance, the user simple folds their arms behind their back, grabbing a hold of their dominant wrist with their less dominant hand. Using this Stance, the user is able to use any Taijutsu Maneuver that requires the use of the user's arms with their legs instead, within reason of course. Certain grapples and techniques are simply impossible to perform with the legs, as feet do not have the capabilities of grabbing things in such a way that hands do. But, with enough skill, most techniques can be performed with the legs as a substitute as a testament to the user's superior taijutsu prowess.

• [Ninjutsu • Pressure] <-- since this is a ranged debuff, it can only do -2

Katon • Pin-point <--- The area that it is affecting should have some sort of indicator (easiest would be visual) that the jutsu is happening so as to have at least some form of counterplay.

[Ninjutsu • Pressure] isn't a ranged debuff technique, it's an AOE technique. Think of it as a bubble, a pulse or a shockwave of chakra that the user pushes out from themselves to effect anyone within the 10 meter area. The user is the epicenter of this technique, they can't projected out like throwing an explosive tag or anything like that. The technique is static and instantaneous in it's effect.

Edited in that Pin-point has a small 'ember' an instant before it actually blooms into flame.

Just weighing in but a debuff over an area, or an AoE attack that causes a debuff, would be a ranged debuff. Because its a debuff over an area.

"Unworthy
C-Ranked Taijutsu Stance
Prerequisite: 20 Taijutsu"
Requiring 20 Taijutsu would just make it a B-rank technique

Changed the debuff to -2 in Pressure. Made Unworthy a B ranked Stance.

Katon • Pin-point <-Meters not feet

Wht exactly can't I use feet? I understand that meters are the standard measurement, but this technique is supposed to be small in scale. A meter is actually pretty large, 3 times larger than as it's written. I wouldn't exactly call this technique "pinpoint" if it covers a fairly larger area, which it would if o made it a single meter in size.

Would it help if I converted the measurement from a foot to whatever the equivalent would be for a fractured meter?

Pressure needs to be either hand seals or channeling specifically, can't be optional/both.
Pin-Point you can say either Up to 1x1x1 meter, so it's a controllable size, or you can put like 0.5 meters but in general we prefer to keep sizes standardized.

Changed Pin-point so that it can't be bigger than a single meter. The wording should read that the size is changeable.

Also changed Pressure to be just channeled. Honestly forgot that the wording in my document with all of my customs was different from what I changed it to on here when I C/P'd it.
