After channeling raiton chakra into one of their hands, electrical charges will visibly flow along the user's forearm. Upon making contact with an opponent, an explosion of lightning that is directed forward from the tip of the fist will be detonated with the strength and size of a C-Rank explosive, 10 and 2x2x2m, respectively. If not used, the jutsu will dissipate after 4 posts.

After performing the necessary hand seals, the user will charge two projectiles with raiton chakra. When thrown, the projectiles will be tethered by a solid cable of lightning, stretching a maximum of 3 meters, which will cut with a strength of 10. If not thrown, the jutsu will dissipate after 3 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will coat one of their hairs in chakra. Once this has been done, they will place it on their target. The user can track the exact location of the strand of hair for up to 7 meters. For up to twenty meters out, the user can track a rough location. From then out to 100 meters, the user just gets a general idea of where the opponent is. The chakra in the hair will dissipate at the end of 6 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals the user forms a 10m3 barrier around a target up to 10m away from their position. The barrier forms at a speed of 12, has a strength of 8, and lasts 4 posts before fading away.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will focus chakra into a rope, wire, or a similar object in their possession. The object will then lash out at a target at a speed of 10 for up to 15 meters attempting to then coil around them and bind them. After coiling around the target, the chakra will cause the object to harden to a strength of 10. After 4 posts the chakra will run out and the bind will break.

Possessing a lean body, his arm and leg muscle groups are strong and well trained. [*][i]General:[/i] Vale can be said to be a very mature person for his age, understanding situations and circumstances better than most other young people. He is respectful towards his elders and superiors, making an effort to always use the correct titles and positions when speaking to them. He notably does not consider himself an extrovert, finding it easy to make small talk with others and making a habit of putting on a friendly demeanor. This, however, can be said to be just one side of the coin, as Vale has seemingly multiple layers to who he is. To fellow clan members, he often maintains a distant relationship, not wanting to grow to close to them for more than one reason.

When it comes to his clan, he is a reserved and wary individual, often times coming off as distant and even cold. He isn't oblivious to the nature of his family, nor is he adverse to it; he simply is cautious of them for understandable reasons.

Dibaida is a two handed battle axe that was passed down to Vale by his father, a tradition among the sons and fathers of his family upon completion of their first mission. It is 60 inches long with a one sided blade measuring 36 inches in length . On the opposite side of the pole is a small loophole. When not in use it is stored in a clasped sheathe on Vale's back, resting in a leaning position. The axe is hefty, requiring at least 10 strength to wield properly and easily.

Vale has had the great axe modified in order to complement his style of fighting and to extend it's reach. The handle of his blade now can separate into 4 chained segments, each with a length of 9 inches between them, bringing the weapon's fully extended length to 90 inches, with the blade acting as a weight, similar to a mace. By channeling chakra into the handle, Vale is able to extend and retract the weapon at will.[/td]

The shiin, while manifesting itself, is a constant within them. Unlike other similar clans, the shiin is the only thing that alters itself, leaving the Akari's body largely in tact. However, because of this, the shiin is just another part of the body, just as someone's arm or leg.[/spoiler][spoiler]Vale's Phasmashiin manifests at the base of his elbow, and grows into a scaled, manica like form, covering his entire right arm. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.[/spoiler][/quote]

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will coat a weapon they are holding in Raiton electricity for 5 posts. This causes the shock effect to be produced on any contact with a target, while also granting blunt weapons the ability to cut through skin to produce shallow wounds. This also works for thrown weapons, however if the projectile remains out of contact with the user for more than 2 posts the technique will dissipate early.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will channel Raiton chakra to two of their fingers. They will then be able to fire up to three total bullet sized balls of concentrated lightning from their fingertips. These bullets will travel at 5 speed, but will not have any physical force. Instead, they will apply light electrical burns similar to a sun burn and will apply Raiton's shocking effect.

The lightning will form a chain connecting the user to the target, which can be used to restrain with a strength of 10. The technique last a maximum of 4 posts.

After performing the correct hand seals, Vale will channel Raiton onto the claws of his Phasmashiin, coating it in visible electricity. He will then begin a series of quick burst of slashes and cuts, aimed to both damage and stun his opponent.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user will seep Raiton chakra in an area around them with a 20m diameter. This will produce an electric current on the ground in this area visible as crackling lightning on the surface. Any other than the user who step into this zone will have the shocking effect applied and their legs will sustain first degree electrical burns. This current lasts 3 posts, while it ends immediately if the user leaves the area.

After performing the correct hand seals, the user emits a wave of electricity from their palm in a single direction. This is produced as a 10m wide line which extends 2m into the air and travels up to 25m from the user at 10 speed. The wave will apply the shocking effect and reduce the speed of any living thing it strikes by 5 points for 3 posts by electrically interfering with the brain's nervous signals.[/spoiler][/td]

Each shiin can be used differently. The majority of the shiins are melee-combat based and rely on using the extra reach granted by the Mela/Temershiin to gain an advantage and overwhelm the opponent with added appendages or the added defensive capabilities of the Phasma/Lacrishiin to shrug off damage and place decisive blows while the enemies guard is down. Those fortunate enough to be born with the Dergoshiin are outliers within the clan due to their ability to engage at longer ranges than their counterparts and as such are more likely to stick to hit and run tactics.

Due to training with their shiin, Akari members are much more at balance than those without a shiin. This holds especially true for those with temershiin, as the tail-like protrusion provides a counterbalance. This also allows for clan members to use their shiin as legs for balance, if able.

[spoiler]Vale was born to a mid-caste family within Iwagakure's famous, or infamous, Akari Clan. His parents both were well regarded within the clan, with his father possessing a Lacrishiin, and his mother possessing a Eroshiin. Both were known for their talents as shinobi, and both had consumed the Shiin of other Akari, coming to possess Phasmashiin.

As a result, or perhaps by fate, when Vale's Shiin manifested at the age of 2, it was a Phasmashiin. Though somewhat disappointed in the commonality of their child's type, both were no less happy, as it also meant that he'd be well suited to become a shinobi. Around the age of 5, Vale would gain a younger sister, named Memi.

As the siblings grew up, his parents would be somewhat strict but caring, carefully taking measures to nurture Vale towards his enventual enrollment in the Academy, which came when he was 8, and to try and provoke the emergence of Memi's Shiin. Though he proved to be an average academic, Vale was possessed a strong physicality for his age, and proved talented in taijutsu, having a reign as undefeated in spars for his class.

When he was 10, during training lessons with his parents and sister, Memi's shiin emerged. Taking the form of an exotic crown-like helmet, his parents would drop to their knees in awe, for it was the most sacred shiin within the clan, the Astrashiin. By then he'd already been taught about the traditions of his clan, and about their kekkai genkai. Memi would come to be viewed as a treasure among the Akari, improving the standing of their family. They would be moved into a bigger home, and be assigned a guard detail, lest some power hungry clansmen attempt to claim Memi's shiin for themselves.

Vale would begin to notice not all the attention she was receiving was benevolent. When they would walk through the clan compound, he'd notice gazes that lasted too long, a tense atmosphere to their surroundings. They were bidding their time, waiting for a chance to devour Memi. He grew disdainful towards his clan for their behavior, even though he could see the reason for it.

In his last couple of years in the Academy, Vale would make a promise to himself; in order to protect his sister, he'd grow strong enough to eat whoever desired her. He recognized the irony in his oath, yet realized it was the most he could do. The clan wouldn't change it's traditions even if he became the strongest one in it, and he couldn't, no he wouldn't just leave Memi to an uncertain fate.

He graduated from the Academy at the age of 12, and a few months later, turned 13. In current times, he'd been training in Taijutsu, as well as the basics of his nature affinity, Raiton.[/spoiler]

• So, the rule on removing concs is you can only do it one time, and the conc has to be unused. so unfortunately you can't remove the katon.

• You need sensory conc for that sensory doton

After channeling raiton chakra into one of their hands, electrical charges will visibly flow along the user's forearm. Upon making contact with an opponent, it will explode outwards with a strength of 10. If not used, the jutsu will dissipate after 4 posts.

Actual explosion or just hits whatever it makes contact with? If it's an actual explosion should have a range of 2x2x2m, otherwise should specify that it only affects what is hit.
