Description: Gene will channel chakra into a projectile then weave a short sequence of hand seals as he throws it which then will replicate producing a cloud of that item in a 5m^3 area moving at the same speed and strength. These projectiles cut just as sharp as the weapon thrown, and disappear after they've hit a target.

What's the name of the tech?

Needs to be either or channeling or hand seals, can not be optional.

Edited the name. So, I checked the rules for channeling and then the rules for Jutsu types and there isn't a rule that states that a technique can't be performed with hand seals while having the option to be channeled. However, there is a stipulation that if a jutsu is channeled then it will take more time to complete as opposed to if it were performed using hand seals as a means to direct the flow of chakra. With that being said, it should be fine as is.

The rule is and has always been that a technique can only be performed through channeling or hand seals. Not both. You need to choose.
