Added Ignorance to character sheet.
Fixed Spoilers
So I Storytold 7 of the weapon retrieval threads (not including my own), which, if each receives a 1, means I should get 14 points for them. For proof, it honestly may be easier to just go to my topics started.
Also, I finished the PB for Ignorance, worth 1 stat point. I'd like that in Speed please (11->12).

Payment: Ignorance PB: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=8339363

No code (with the 14 points added and speed stat increased) is attached in the second post. If there's an issue with that, my current point total is 304/304.

Anything non-living (humans, spirits, pets) within direct alignment of their hand, up to 10m away from it, will lose all momentum, reducing it’s speed to 0.

Takumi has engraved the inside of the ring with the Hirohito symbol, and either wears it on his thumb, or keeps it hidden in a secret compartment inside his Hitai-ate around his neck.

Combat Style: Takumi specializes in support, and often will act as a strategist in battle and missions. He also serves as a combat medic. Takumi generally avoids direct conflict, and chooses long-ranged combat over close quarters. Generally, Taku will use defensive techniques to stay at a distance and avoid attempts to close the gap between fighters. He will use offensive jutsu to keep an opponent at bay. Takumi is best in group situations, and tries to avoid one on one conflict. Often, Takumi prefers stealth and trickery or diplomatic means as opposed to open combat.

Abilities and Concentrations
Dendougan – Electric Eye
The Dendougan is a Kekkei Genkai that developed in Takumi. Although it is not well known, it has powerful abilities. By activating his Dendougan, Takumi can detect electronic signals. The eyes gain electromagnetic sensors, granting Taku access to view electric fields (much like a shark under water), and replaces his normal vision. While the Dendougan is activated, Takumi’s vision changes to one based off of these electrical fields. Takumi sees the electrical fields as waves of light, and can see the sources of the electricity such as muscle movement and the nerve center clearly. The Dendougan works better underwater. In particulates, Takumi can detect these electrical signals normally without interference. These signals can be seen through thin clothing, but other solids block the signals. Through various jutsu (channeled and otherwise), Takumi can also use this to detect electrical signals through walls and perform other feats. The Dendougan is capable of ability channeling, allowing Takumi to activate some techniques related to his Doujutsu without hand seals.

Because the Dendougan can be taxing on the eyes, the amount of posts Takumi can utilize his Doujutsu is based on his stamina stat. Takumi can keep his Dendougan active for a time equal to his stamina stat divided by 4 rounded down, to a minimum of one post. Upon reaching the max duration, the stress of using the doujutsu to it’s limit causes a cooldown period of 1/2 of the duration time, to a minumum of one post. During this cooldown period, the Dendougan cannot be activated and attempting to do so will cause physical pain. Duration is based off total posts where the Dendougan is activated, meaning Takumi can turn it on and off to have a shorter cooldown.
Ninjutsu Concentrations: [4/5]
Suiton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the suiton affinity. Suiton has an enveloping effect.
Fuuton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Fuuton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Fuuton affinity. Fuuton has a cutting effect.

A character with this concentration is able to utilize Mist, an extension composed of Fuuton and Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Mist. Mist has an encroaching effect. You must be a former or present Kiri shinobi and have both Suiton and Fuuton to utilize this concentration.
This concentration allows for the user to user chakra to affect the biological processes of a living creature. This includes modifying, speeding up, or slowing down the biological processes. Iijutsu is known for it's advanced nature and requires precise chakra control to work effectively. It can be differentiate from normal techniques by the faint light green colour of the chakra used in Iijutsu techniques.

The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Genjutsu Concentrations: [0/2]

*Suiton • Defensive Barrier
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user will spray water created from the inside of their chest through their mouth. Once the water is expelled, it will form an umbrella shape that is concave to the user and about two meters in diameter. This defense is somewhat solid and can be formed in any direction the user can spit, up to five meters away. The defense is shot at a speed of 5 and has a strength of 5 and unless completely destroyed it lasts for three posts before falling lifelessly to the ground.

*Suiton • Propel Leap
D-Rank Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra into their hands the user will fire two jets of water from their hand, essentially hurling and propelling themselves in the opposite direction of their jets as if thrown by a strength of 5.
*Suiton • Clone
C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user creates a clone of themselves comprised completely of suiton chakra. This clone is incapable of jutsu, however it's liquid nature makes it a very capable taijutsu combatant.
  • Taijutsu: 6
  • Stamina: 8
  • Strength: 8
  • Speed: 6
*Fuuton • Wind Bullet
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the required hand seals, the user expels a basket ball sized ball of wind from their mouth. This ball of wind travels up to 20m at 5 speed, and explodes with the strength of a single explosive tag on contact with solid matter or at the end of its range.
*Hidden Mist Technique
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: Kiri-nin
Kirigakure no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Hidden Mist Ninja. After forming the required hand seals, the ninja creates a blanket of mist which covers the area around them. The mist covers 20x20x20m area. The mist limits the visibility of those inside to 4 meters in any direction. This technique lasts a number of posts equal to 1/2 the user's stamina.

*Mist Bath
D-rank Ninjutsu
While inside the mist, the user will form a series of hand seals, then hold a hand forward. From their hand 5 marble sized bullets of mist will form and shoot forward through the mist at 5 speed, with 5 strength.
*Mist Clone
C-rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct seals, the user materializes and creates a clone of themselves. When destroyed, they explode in a poof of *Hidden Mist Technique. The hidden mist will release and burst outward from the clone. This acts as a good container and transportation for the mist jutsu. These clones can only use taijutsu. These clones have a taijutsu of 3, stamina of 3, strength of 1, and 5 in Speed. The clone exists for a maximum of 4 posts before detonating early.
*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

*[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

*[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
When traditional stitching supplies aren't available, *[Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] truly shines. After performing a short set of handseals, the user will gently place his/her index finger at the base of the patient's wound. Once this is done, the user will lift his/her finger and touch it to the other side of the wound, causing a visible 'stitch' of chakra to appear. This is repeated until the wound has been pulled together. Although precision is key, this technique can still be performed relatively quickly. Small to moderate wounds take very little time to stitch, while large wounds will take one (1) post of work to mend. This technique drains a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attached to in order to keep the stitches going, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. Any intensive or strenuous movements will cause the stitches to break.

*[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: *[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
A simple yet vital medical technique, the *[/i]/color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Bandage Technique][/i][/color] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attatched to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. While not as effective at stopping bleeding as the [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] technique, they hold on much better in the case that strenuous movement is necessary.

The Arashi FamilyShow
Takumi belongs to a decent sized family known as the Arashi. The so-called Arashi Compound is a small block in the outskirts of the Military District. It includes most of Takumi’s extended family, as well as some families that had strong and historical ties to the Arashi family, especially the Dokuyaku household, who are suppliers of poisons in Kirigakure no Sato. Even though the Arashi house was neither a Great Family nor a large Clan, its shared, communal focus based on social and religious values tied the families together and allowed them to develop a decently sized compound, not to mention their unique skill sets as shinobi. The compound includes housing for many families, a large temple, courtyard, multiple dojos, greenhouses, a small clinic and a large library. The family businesses, including the selling of medical supplies and poisons, as well as other knickknacks, are located on the outskirts of the compound, on the main roads. Aside from the compound, the clan or their business partners own land in each ring of the village and some property throughout Mizu no Kuni, including a few secret bunkers and greenhouses used to develop poisons and antidotes. Because the Arashi house had never officially joined any one of the Five Families, the household allowed its members to sign on to any family they wished. This gave the Arashi house the rare chance to work with multiple families and develop enough wealth to have a stable base of operations.

Through the centuries, the Arashi had developed their own religion, which Takumi practices. The basic tenets of the religion focused on three deities, Banrai, Makaze and Nanmei. Each god represented one of the three elements sacred to every Arashi member: Lightning, Wind and Water. And to complete the trio of sacred trios, the Arashi family members also worshipped three animals, the Thunderbird, a mythical being that is said to carry Banrai and bring storms, the turtle, the protective being and personal companion of Nanmei, and the shark, a being that, like some Arashi members who have developed their sacred and secret doujutsu, can detect electromagnetic waves. Taku himself always felt that the shark was a little heavy-handed, but some of his fellow family members embraced the violent nature of the oceanic predator. For some sects, the title “Samebito” – “Shark-man” was a great honor given only to the most vicious members of the faith. Those vicious sects never appealed to Takumi, who always favored the other aspects of the Arashi faith.

Takumi’s mother is Arashi Kasumi. She was born into the Dokuyaku family, and met her future husband when they were young. She is a medic-nin, and along with her relatives, runs a small clinic in the slums in order to help those less fortunate. Like many of the Dokuyaku (who own a number of farms and greenhouses in the village), she is bled to the Kawazaiwa family.

Takumi’s father, Arashi Masaru, is a powerful Jounin and a renowned assassin for the Karagata family and a member of HHD. A kind and loving father and husband, Masaru encourages free thinking and challenging of indoctrination. In stark contrast to his family life, Masaru is a vicious killer who does not hesitate to fight for Kirigakure and the Karagata family. Masaru proudly wears his shark tooth necklace that signifies him as a “Samebito” in his faith.

Takumi’s paternal grandfather is known in the Arashi faith as “Seiryu” and is a religious leader. He runs a small bookstore on the edge of the Arashi Compound, where he sells books, scrolls, and various knickknacks.
Takumi was born into a small family; an only child, born to two shinobi. His mother was a medical-nin, and his father was a Jounin in the Head Hunter Regiment. Both were experts in their fields, and would often go out on missions as a team. Whenever his parents were on missions, young Taku would be cared for by his grandfather, as well as the partners of his mother in the hospital, the Dokuyaku family. They were merchants, with middling abilities in ninjutsu, who specialized in medical supplies and poisons. The Dokuyaku family was a main supplier poisons in Kirigakure, growing rare plants in their various greenhouses scattered throughout Kirigakure and Mizu no Kuni. Takumi would travel with his mother and the Dokuyaku family throughout Kirigakure, learning about the village and its people. Every weekend, Takumi’s mother sponsored a free clinic in the Slums, even against the hesitation of other shinobi. Takumi learned more about the Untouchables than most full-fledged shinobi. While some individuals were indeed criminals, there were many families that his mother helped that were oppressed by the system. Here, Takumi learned how to hustle and talk his way out of situations. He often got in trouble, and could get out of most problems on his own. On rare occasions, individuals who knew his mother would step in before he got hurt. Takumi loved his family, and enjoyed spending time with his mother’s co-workers, who taught him much about medicine as a young child.

As a member of the Arashi family, Taku was raised in their unique customs. He, like all Arashi family members, worshipped their three deities, and he practiced meditation every day. The Arashi religion was a combination of Buddhism, Taoism and Shinto. The Arashi family worshiped three main deities. According to their faith, the first, named Banrai, commanded both thunder and lightning. The next, the God of Wind was named Makaze. The final god, and most important to the Arashi family, was the goddess of storms and seas, Nanmei. According to the faith, Nanmei was born from a white lotus (hence the family symbol), and travelled on a turtle to the Water Country, where she and her fellow deities gave a rare gift of the Dendougan, a doujutsu that allowed a shinobi to see electrical signals.

From the time he could stand, he was trained in the art of the shinobi. Although Taku did show promise, his true ability had not yet revealed itself. Latent in Takumi’s body was the ability to activate the Dendougan, a doujutsu that gave his eyes electromagnetic sensors. At a young age, Takumi found his passion in medicine, and seemed destined to follow in his mother’s footsteps. He was also excellent at Ninjutsu in general, which made his father proud.

Takumi’s passion for medicine came from his deep desire to learn. Any chance he could get, Taku would pick up a book or a scroll and learn as much as possible. By the time he was enrolled in the Second Military Academy, he knew most of the information taught in the first six months. Unfortunately for Takumi, he had a very inquisitive mind, which did not respond well to the constant drilling of the Ninja Code of Conduct. While he accepted most tenants of the code, and truly wished to help his village, he questioned the social order, and felt a more egalitarian society could prove beneficial. Takumi was excellent at Ninjutsu, and recognized that his Taijutsu and Genjutsu needed work, and was able to correct for his weaknesses. Because of his understanding of his strengths and weaknesses, Taku was quite successful in the Academy, but his failure to accept the indoctrination caused him to fail. Takumi was forced to retake the Academy in the third level. There, Takumi realized his mistake from before, and remained the quiet, dutiful member of society his superiors expected. Again, Taku was successful in all the tests, and finally passed. As a freshly appointed Genin, Arashi Takumi was finally ready to serve Kirigakure no Sato.
