[td][size=85]Xiao Li's body has changed greatly recently. He no longer has his natural born arms or legs. Because his limbs were ripped off of his body Xiao Li has gained prosthetics that have been fitted to his body, and even connected to his chakra circulatory system. Because of his kekkei genkai Xiao Li's hair is now a deep bioluminescent purple color. He keeps his hair in a messy, spiky style that often makes him look as though he has just woken up. The iris of Xiao Li's remaining eye is a dark bioluminescent purple color.
Li wears baggy, black Hakama pants, tied to his waist with a red cord that also holds two black butt pouches to his waste. On his feet are two two-toed, black Tabi boots, and on his torso is a tight, almost spandex-like, long sleeve, black shirt that also covers his neck. A mask of the same material as his shirt covers his neck and can be pulled up over the tip of his nose. In most cases Li will wear a straw Sugegasa with foot long pieces of white cloth hanging from it on each side of his face, to help keep the sun from reaching his eyes. He wears a sand-colored sash that is used to carry his puppet scroll and wears his headband on his forehead. Xiao Li wears a thick black eyeliner on his eyes that makes him appear infinitely tired.[/size][/td][td][size=85]Xiao Li has always been a reclusive person, to the point where he is often described as severely anti-social, however, it is as though he has a switch in his brain that he is able to flip when needed. Despite being shy, and hating the company of others, Xiao Li is quick to take control of large groups of people when there is a need and is able to speak with firm confidence that leaves no room for rebuttal. Whenever it comes to his job as a shinobi, Xiao Li is flawless in his personality. In times of battle, Li is not someone who would be found on the front lines. If possible he will lure his enemy into an area that he can completely control, usually having already laid traps. He hates losing, and never willingly gives up. Li would rather kill himself than surrender to an enemy of the village. He hates having company, and absolutely loathes being around more than two people at any given time, but is able to socialize with the best of them.
When it comes to women, he is inexperienced. He has never pursued a woman, nor does he even know which kind of woman he prefers. Li has always been numb to matters of the heart. However, he has always been fond of the girl who he was placed into an arranged marriage with, though he does not believe that he has ever loved her. Xiao Li views Qianyu with affection and refuses to allow anyone to hurt her. Because he has always known that he would marry the girl, Xiao Li has taken extra time to make sure she is well cared for, and that her training is looked after.[/size][/td]

Emp Cone
By surging an A rank amount of chakra into the Fuuinjutsu, Li is able to create a frontal cone emp blast from between the eyes of the kabuki mask. This cone extends 10 meters, with a 5-meter radius at its widest point. This cone cancels out all chakra equal in rank, or weaker than a standard A rank Ninjutsu. However, it does not cancel out momentum. This means that the chakra of a doton jutsu would be canceled, but the rock would still continue forward.
Thunder Blast
By surging an A rank amount of chakra into the Fuuinjutsu, Li is able to activate the kabuki mask's secondary ability. A massive amount of electricity, that holds the power of an A-rank Raiton Ninjutsu, will burst forth from the mask, surging around Xiao Li, and will cause damage based on the Raiton shocking passive. The blast travels five meters in every direction.

Sandstorm is a katana that has a simple sand color cord wrapped around the hilt, a gold plated pommel and guard, and a sheath made of stained redwood. The blade of Sandstorm is twenty-six inches in length while the hilt of Sandstorm is eight-inches in length. The two abilities of this Sandstorm cannot be used in conjunction.
When Xiao Li channels an A-rank amount of chakra into Sandstorm, he is able to generate an A-rank strength sandstorm and is able to move within the sandstorm unaffected. The circumference of the sandstorm is forty meters and takes the shape of a sphere. While he moves within the sandstorm, Xiao Li is able to feel the location of every chakra source within the sandstorm, though he is not able to tell the difference between a friend, or foe. The sandstorm spins at a speed of 25 with a strength of 25.
When Xiao Li channels a B-rank amount of chakra into Sandstorm, he is able to expel a large amount of sand from the blade. This will then expand towards a target area in the form of a wave, covering and crushing them in an ocean of sand. This travels with 20 speed, traveling a grand total of 30 meters. This wave is 15 meters tall, 20 meters wide, and 10 meters thick, and impacts with a strength of 20, washing over its enemies and crushing them beneath the sand.
[spoiler=Sand Passive]Sand, however, is rough, and [b]grinds[/b] in its movement, eroding and tearing at anything it comes in contact with. This makes Sand an aggressive element that adds to it's strength when coming in contact with solid matter by breaking it down and adding it to it's mass. When Sand breaks through anything it is strong against, it adds 1/5th of the strength of that thing to it's own strength. A 30 strength Sand Wave breaking through a 10 strength Doton wall would add 2 strength to itself, having 32 strength. Against organic matter, Sand grinds against skin and wounds, catching microtears that can become irritating and worsen existing wounds. Below is a list for how Sand interacts with solid matter.

Once modeled after an Ankylosaurus, since being nearly completely destroyed, Spike has been rebuilt to resemble that of a Triceratops, though he more resembles a combination of the two dinosaurs. Spike now stands eighteen-feet tall at his shoulder, he is nine-feet wide, twelve-feet long, and has a nine-foot-long Ankylosaurus hammer tail. While he once was made solely of wooden parts, Spike is now made fully of steel parts, with everything made to work together like a well-oiled machine.[/size][/td]
[td][size=85]Tyrant, like Spike, is a puppet that Xiao Li designed to resemble one of his favorite dinosaurs, which, in Tyrant's case, was the Velociraptor. [b]Gatling Gun:[/b] Housed in Tyrant's mouth is a Gatlinggatling gun that holds two hundred senbon. The senbon fire with a speed, and strength equal to Tyrant's Deftness.
[b]Retractable Arms:[/b] Tyrant’s arms are able to be fired off in an attempt to grab hold of a target. The arms are then retracted by a wench with a strength equal to Tyrant's.
[b]Weaponized Tail:[/b] Tyrant’s seven-foot-long tail is capable of moving in any direction and has a three-foot-long spearhead at the tip. This spear head is attached to a forty-foot chain that is stored inside of Tyrant's body. The spearhead fires at a strength equal to Tyrant's, and the chain retracts at a speed equal to Tyrant's.
[b]Sickle Claws:[/b] Modeled after the velociraptor's infamous claws, Tyrant has two crescent moon sickle blade "claws" on his feet. These sickles not only move up, and down, as Li wishes, they can also be fired off at a strength equal to Tyrant's.
[b]Feather Blades:[/b] Tyrant's body was once covered in feather-like blades, however, upon being rebuilt, the blades are hidden in slits on Tyrant's body that allow for the blades to be fired off. These feather-like blades are flat, two inches wide, and four inches long. Each blade can be fired off individually, or at the same time. These blades fire off at a strength equal to Tyrant's.
[b]Wind Turbines:[/b] In Tyrant's feet, just behind his claws, are tiny wind turbines. When Xiao Li channels a C-rank amount of chakra into the turbines, Tyrant's Mobility stat will increase by six, while his deftness stat drops by six. This boost lasts for eight posts unless canceled.
[b]Nostril Flamethrowers:[/b] Inside of Tyrant's snout are two tiny flamethrowers. When Xiao Li channels a B-rank amount of chakra into the flamethrowers they will activate. A B-rank jet of flame is created that extends five meters. This jet of flame can be maintained for three posts unless canceled. The jet of flame travels at a speed of twenty and has a strength of twenty.[/size][/td][/tr][/table]

This gives the user of this ability four[4] companions, each companion is separate from the other and can be any type of companion. Due to this mixed bloodline, the Xiao clan have been granted a unique Kekkei Genkai. This Kekkei Genkai allows them to create, and manipulate an ivory-like substance that is a bioluminescent, bright, purple color. This ivory-like substance has the Overtaking passive. The ivory created by the Xiao clan overtakes everything that it is able to. While the ivory burrows into soft, organic, material, such as flesh, and plant life, it clings, and bonds to, solid material such as stone, or metal. The ivory grows at a static rate, based on the amount of control required for the technique, as listed below. Those of the Xiao clan are then able to mentally control the ivory from a distance equal to their (Control+Stamina)/2. This control over the ivory allows the Xiao clan to control, and manipulate, the things that their ivory has Overtaken. However, this control can be resisted so long as the affected’s strength is greater than the Xiao clan member’s (Ninjutsu+Control)/2. The control provided by this ability is so minute that it even allows the Xiao clansmen to stop the blood flow in affect areas.

One of Xiao Li's most noticeable mechanisms is the Gatling gun that, when not hidden within his shoulder cuff, is mounted on his shoulder. This Gatling gun swivels a full one hundred and eighty degrees, and fires it's projectiles at a speed of 35 and with a strength of 35. However, the Gatling gun does not fire senbon but fires Katon and Fuuton projectiles. These projectiles are the size and shape of a senbon and contain the passive of their respective element.
Protective Barrier - 4 Mechanisms
Designed out of need rather than want, this mechanism creates a dome-like Ninpou barrier that extends outwards from Xiao Li’s body ten feet in every direction. This barrier is bright blue in color, forms at a speed of 35, and has a strength of 35. Because the barrier mechanism is housed within his left forearm this barrier moves with Xiao Li and does not hinder his speed.[/spoiler][/td]

Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

[align=center]Having devoted his life to mastering the arts of Ninjutsu, Xiao Li is classified as a Ninjutsu Specialist. Xiao Li is able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to Ninjutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, he is only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to Taijutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to Genjutsu.
As a Ninjutsu Specialist,
Xiao Li is able to utilize Ninjutsu concentrations reserved for specialists and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God Tier. These stats can only be [Ninjutsu], [Speed], [Control], and [Stamina].[/align]

The entire whip is covered in thorn like spines, that are able to break off, and burrow into Xiao Li’s target upon contact. Each post after a thorn burrows into the target's skin, the thorn will grow by six inches. Xiao Li is able to control the areas affected by this ivory, so long at his (Ninjutsu+Control)/2 is higher than the affected's Strength stat. The thorn may be removed with five strength if removed before it begins to grow. The whip will shrivel, and become useless, after three posts. The base of the thorns measure two cubic inches, and they stands an inch tall.

As a result, those that are stopped by the barrier are unable to make their way through unless they can break it with a strength of 10 or higher. Those untainted by spirits are able to pass through the barrier at their leisure. This barrier lasts for 4 posts.

If the spirit stays sealed within this chain for 4 posts. The spirit is subjected to the control of the user of the technique, regardless of contracts up to 4 posts. If the spirit has more than 10 strength it can break the chain. This jutsu can only be used on E-Rank spirits.

After forming the required hand seals, Li will cover his hands, and forearms, in Maroon chakra. This chakra will then solidify into demonic claw gauntlets. These gauntlets last for six posts, and only harms spirits, and those who house spirits within their bodies. Claws of the devil force Jinchuriki out of their forms, lowering them by one should Li manage to hit his target at least six times. These claws form at a speed of ten, and have a strength of ten. If the target's mastery stat is greater than Li's (control+ninjutsu)/2 their form will not drop.

After forming the required hand seals, Li will gather Maroon colored chakra into his hand, and create up to eight shuriken. These projectiles are created at a speed of 10, and have a strength of 10. However their speed is based off of Li’s strength stat. It should be noted that these shuriken are able to bypass all non-Tenkujutsu defenses.

After forming the required hand seals, Li will cup his hands, and pull them apart. As he does so he will create a maroon chain with a sickle on the end of it. The chain is able to extend and retract at Li’s will, and does so at a speed of twenty. The chain, and sickle, has a strength of 20. Every time the sickle strikes a spirit, or host, it drains their power. Should the target be hit five times within five posts the target’s form will drop by 2.

After forming the required hand seals, Li will put his hand out in front of him, and project his maroon chakra out in front of him. A cube barrier will form at speed of twenty up to thirty meters away from himself. The barrier has a strength of twenty and lasts for eight posts. The barrier is 8x8x8 meters in size. If the spirit's strength stat, or the Jinchuuriki's mastery stat, is equal to, or greater than, twenty, they are able to break the barrier.

After forming the required hand seals, Li will create twenty senbon in the air around himself. The senbon travel at a speed of twenty, and, should they strike their target, will paralyze them in place with a strength of twenty. This technique lasts for three posts. These senbon are able to bypass all non-Tenkujutsu defenses, and only affect spirits, and Jinchuuriki. If the spirit's strength stat, or the Jinchuuriki's mastery stat, is equal to, or greater than, twenty, they are able to resist the stasis.

After forming the required hand seals and channeling his chakra into his hands Xiao Li will cup his hands, and pull them apart. As he does so he will create a Jian that is thirty-one inches in length from blade tip to pommel tip out of maroon flames. The Jian has a strength of 20. Every time the sword strikes a spirit, or host, it drains their power. Should the target be hit five times within five posts the target’s form will drop by 2. This sword is capable of causing second degree burns upon contact.

After cresting the require fuuinjutsu, either through Air Seals or writing it out, Xiao Li channels his chakra and summons an area up to 20^3 meters that lasts for 5 posts. This barrier creates a dark cavern overlay transferred from the spirit realm, that is filled with a forest of stalagmites, and stalactites. The temperature in the cavern is thirty below zero, there is no light source, and a constant sound of dripping water can be heard throughout the entire cavern. Due to the subzero temperatures, those within the realm will suffer a -3 to their speed stat for each post that they remain within the realm. This debuff caps at a -9 after three posts. In order to occupy this realm with spirits the user must utilize additional fuuinjutsu, or other summoning methods.

Bound Into Service is a Fuuinjutsu placed upon a spirit that permanently binds it to the scribe. Spirits marked with this seal are unable to ignore, or disobey, any order given to them by the scribe, and feel an undying sense of loyalty towards the scribe. Bound Into Service allows the scribe to freely call the spirit forth from the spirit realm. The spirit will remain in the physical world for eight posts. This is extended to fourteen posts if called into a summoned realm.

Spirits and their hosts are unable to pass through the barrier unless their mastery stat is higher than thirty.

If it hits a spirit, a jinchuuriki, tsukimogami, or other such beings, the chain will wrap around them, placing their arms, if they have any, to their side, stopping them from performing hand seals. This chain will cling to the chakra of the Spirit itself and are unable to be broken through physical means. If the target has a related Mastery stat or a Spirit has a strength stat higher than 35, they are able to break the binding. If the chains are able to stay on their target for a full 5 posts, this will cause a drop in available forms by 3 for up to 6 posts. This chain causes 3rd-degree burns.

As long as this jutsu is used the post after the spirit was ejected/defeated, the fuuinjutsu consumes the spirit, trapping them inside until the seal is broken or it is purposefully released.

Xiao Li will first channel a large amount of chakra into his forearm and fist causing his fist and forearm to turn maroon in color. He will then punch out and release the built up chakra. This creates a conical beam that travels 50 meters at a speed of 30 and hits with a strength of 40. The conical beam is twenty meters wide at its largest point. This beam of Tenkujutsu chakra will cause a drop in available forms for spirits, jinchuriki, and Tsukimogami by 2 for 6 posts.

By releasing less chakra into his chakra strings, Li is effectively able to 'turn off' some of his chakra strings, giving them no ability to pull or retract anything. The strings can be reactivated by putting a bit of chakra into them, letting the user use them again. This can also be used to attach wires to someone, and then deactivate the wires so they aren't able to feel the wires at all until they are needed. The strings can still be removed as if they were on, though.

As this technique is quite strenuous to uphold, experienced shinobi may see more clearly through this delusive disguise. Puppets can't be sealed this way in combat.

This jutsu allows the puppeteer to attach their chakra strings to humans or animals arms and legs at a speed of 5, using every part of the puppet to its max potential. In order to break out from this technique, the target must be willing to break out and at least 20 strength to resist the strings. While being controlled, the target is unable to move on their own and the puppeteer can move their arms and legs in any natural way.

This barrier is created at a speed of 20 and has a strength of 20. The barrier will last for six posts, or until destroyed, and moves with the user. While surrounded by this barrier the user moves at half speed.

After Xiao Li channels chakra into his lungs, and mouth, he will exhale a cone of flame that is two meters wide, and three meters long. The flame extends outward at a speed of 5, and has an impact strength of 5. The flames created by this technique cause 1st degree burns.

Ochiba is a weapon style originating from the fire country, one of the few weapon styles developed by Shinobi and not Samurai. Ochiba translate as “Dead Leaf” As it is a weapon style that focuses on the use of a Kunai which are similar in appearance to a leaf. The kunai is held in a reversed manner, the handle comes up by the thumb and the blade comes down by the bottom of the hand. This allows for short, yet quick strikes and parries. Though this style is developed to use a kunai it can be transposed to other short weapons such as ninjato & tanto, though not all techniques will be available.

Utilizing this Maneuver, the user is able to quickly draw a kunai from its holster. This is done by placing their finger through the lip of the holder and into the ring of the pommel, flicking it up and out quickly, having the kunai in the user’s hand within an instant.

Prerequisite: 10 Speed
A technique that specializes in fighting Samurai and equalizing the battle field. The user will wait for their target to attack, and will quickly counter this by gliding the blade of their kunai onto the opponent's blade. The user will quickly move in towards their opponent while also sliding their kunai closer and closer to the opponent's hilt. This will force the angle of their blade to be raised and leaves the opponent wide open for attack.

A technique that relies highly on speed, much like a floating leaf being swept away by the wind, the user will attempt to slap away any incoming melee strikes or projectiles with their kunai. The average of the user's speed and strength needs to be higher than the strength the projectile was thrown at, using the momentum of their own speed to deflect the strike.

Using extremely quick thinking, if the user attempts to land a hit but their kunai is just short of hitting their target, they can very quickly spin the kunai on their finger, effectively extending its reach by a few inches.

With the most widely recognized attack of Iaido style, the user draws their katana at a very quick speed, making a powerful slash in tangent with the draw. This technique is dependent on the user's overall reaction speed as it is usually only used when an opening presents itself or when the user needs to draw their sword quickly.

A technique developed out of need to protect himself from other weapon users, Block is simple in its use, but highly effective when used right. By partially drawing their sword, the user of this technique is able to use the back of their blade to block incoming weapon attacks should they time it correctly. The user must be careful when using this technique, should the attacker have a high enough strength, this technique could very well shatter the user's weapon.

A simple technique, Hilt Strike is designed for moments when the target is to close for the user to fully draw their sword. Gripping their hilt in a downward dagger position, the user will quickly draw their blade out as far as they can, and use the butt of the hilt to strike their target in an attempt to push them back and set them up for their other attacks.

A simple, yet very effective technique, Cutting The Eyes is a Line Draw aimed at the target's eyes. The user attempts to horizontally slash the target's eyes in order to remove their eyesight.

The technique is recognized by its signature stance of one hand just below the opening of the katana sheath and the other firmly on the sword. The user draws their katana with one hand and slams their palm into the back of their blade to increase the force behind the swing made in any direction. This works with blunted side of a sword, but it can also draw out their strength and the blade's cutting power in full to quickly slash apart obstacles. Re-sheathing after this technique may take a bit longer; the placement of the hands following this technqiue make it difficult to resheath properly.

In this technique, the user assumes a firm stance and then draws their weapon in an upward arc. This sort of draw makes it easy to bat away projectiles moving at a Speed equal to or lower than the user's Speed and Instinct stats. This also enables the user to cut through advancing techniques or to clash with an opponent's weapon. This movement, however, may leave the user without the ability to sheath his weapon for some time, limiting the effectiveness of their techniques until they can

A modified version of the original Line Draw, Reverse Line Draw is designed for use when one only has the use of one hand. Rather than drawing the blade in the typical fashion, the user will grip the hilt as they would when holding a sword so that the blade is pointing down. While the technique is the same as the original, the modified drawing requires an increase in skill to use. The user still draws their blade in one swift motion, creating a vertical, or, horizontal slash in front of themselves. The user often waits to sheath their sword until they regain the use of their other hand.

The technique realizes the concept of a draw's momentum increasing attack speed rather than the technique of drawing itself. With this concept, the user draws their weapon and then makes an upwards slash followed by a second downward slash, and then an immediate re-sheath. This causes two deep diagonal cuts in the direction of the draw and re-sheath that happen near instantaneously.

With a honed body capable of producing torque within the user's muscles, the user is capable of achieving a 'Blurred Sword' effect in an attack. The user draws their sword with such speed and power that the strike itself is incredibly difficult to notice without a high amount of instinct.

With a Variation of the Beheading Draw technique, the user forces a very quick snap of tension and torque through their arm as they draw their sword sending it vertically or across with great speed. With its speed, the strike takes on a blur, many times not even appearing to be drawn from its sheath. This slash is also incredibly powerful with its speed, able to slice through stone in most cases with enough power.

Through incredible amounts of practice the user of this technique has gained such a vast knowledge of Iaido and their sheath in particular that they have perfected the art of sheathing their sword. As such, they can sheath their weapon single handed if need be, and can do so with the same blinding speed that they would deliver a slash with, allowing them to chain together attacks with even more speed than before.

By building tension in two places in their body, the user unleashes a spin and then draws their katana in a swift motion without pause until returning to face their original direction, sword sheathing in the process. The attack has incredible destructive power, though lacks the visual blur in speed. The attack is still fast enough, however, to disorient opponents greatly.[/spoiler]

Xiao Li’s life story is not particularly long, though it has it’s ups and downs. His father disowned him before he ever entered into the academy, because he did not want a “sissy for a son,” and even left Xiao Li’s mother because of it. Due to his feminine build, and looks, Li was bullied relentlessly by the other boys his age, and older, though all the girls seemed to like him more because of it. One such girl was Chuunin by the name of Xiao Ning, Li’s elder cousin. She looked out for him while he grew up, and was his inspiration for joining the academy. Ning even paid his way into the academy.
Li was always the weakest kid in class, although he excelled in using others’ momentum against them. He was also very talented with Ninjutsu. The same could not be said for Genjutsu however because he absolutely bombed. However, the one thing that made him stand out above everyone else in his class was his control over his chakra. While his body was frail, he was a master, at least for his age, at control, which allowed him to reinforce his body.
His time in the academy flew by, though his training, and social interactions with his cousin Ning stood out prominently in his mind. Due to his skill in chakra control, and at Ning’s suggestion to the academy, Li had been put on the path of Tenkujutsu. His graduation exam consisted of showing off his ability to restrain spirits with his Tenkujutsu. Li was able to pass his exam with flying colours, and became a Genin with minimum effort. Because of his proficiency with Tenkujutsu at such a young, the council of Sunagakure took notice of him, and placed him with one of the village’s best Tenkujutsu users.
From then on Li’s life was completely different. All of his time was spent researching different spirits, and new ways to use Tenkujutsu. It was, to many, as though Li had died, because he was so rarely seen that many thought he fled the village. He was taken out of the village to explore areas that were rich with spirits, and to fight them as well. Li was subjected to training that the village, more often than not, would not approve of had they known, though he was unaware of their position on the matter. The harshest training that he was subjected to was being forcefully possessed by a spirit that his mentor had summoned.
However, it was apprehending his mentor, and dragging him back to the village, that really brought Li to the forefront of people's minds. His mentor had illegally bound a spirit to his own soul, and had tried to get Li to do the same. When Li found out what his mentor had done, he bound him in his Tenkujutsu chains, and sealed away his chakra, taking advantage of his weakened state.
Because of his actions Li was promoted to Chuunin. After his promotion Li hid himself away in the village’s library, and spent every day there. He was doing his best to broaden his knowledge on the uses of Chakra. Li studied everything from the different uses of his Tenkujutsu, to the inner workings of Spatial Ninjutsu. He spent many months patrolling the desert around the village with a Jounin escort, protecting Sunagakure from rogue spirits. During this time Li trained even harder than ever, taking the time to not only learn Kugutsu, but to perfect his uses of it.
It was also during this time that Li was inducted into the Eidolons. He was placed on an assault squad, and tasked with hunting down rogue shinobi for the village. He was fairly successful, and was able to earn a promotion during the winter of his seventeenth year.
During Li’s tenor as a Special Jounin, he was asked to take on a comrade’s child as his student. He found that he really enjoyed teaching, and was pretty decent at it. Although, he often consulted his cousin Ning whenever he was unsure of how to proceed with his teachings. Li spent the next six years of his life training various Genin, and was actually able to help them all to reach the rank of Chuunin. Because of his record with teach the younger generation, and his previous record of service, Li has now been promoted to Jounin.[/spoiler]
