This ability allows Hotaru to passively leak out chakra that reaches as far as her controlx3=meters, the leaking chakra targets others subconscious and cause her to blend in better with her surrounding, making her almost disappear among the crowd, giving her varying levels of change of appearance depending on the environment around her. The effect works off of the warp cancellation chart. If the target's [Tai+Inst]/2 is lower than Hotaru's control by -5; she will start to fade among the environment, whether is a crowd or between the trees. If the target's stat is lower than -10; she will be able to change the appearance of the environment. If the targets stat is lower than -15; she'll be able to start to "teleport" and appear around target. This Ability is always active, which ends up drawing -5 Stamina from the user and allows the user utilize A-Rank Warp Genjutsu techniques and above.

Prerequisite: 15 Taijutsu, 15 Instinct, Location of the item.
This is one of the most basic techniques the spy has in her archive, first it requires that the user knows where the item (1 post) is located on the person, then bumps into them and attempt to pick the targets pocket, if the target has lower Instinct than the users taijutsu then they won't notice. If the target has a (Ins+Tai)/2 equal to or greater than Hotaru's Taijutsu average, this technique is ineffective. This works on object smaller than a pouch and she cant plant items on the target at this level as well.

Through the art of being able to read their subtle movements, readings of emotions and manipulating the outcome of the situation, the user is able almost work how the target is thinking, in order for this connection to be linked, the user must study the target for 4 posts and only works if Hotaru has higher/equal Instinct to/than the target.

Prerequisite: 40 Instinct.
By studying the target/area for more than 5 posts, the user gets a hub of possibilities that can be created, within this zone it almost appears as a playground for the user as they can chose to set up traps, find a way in through fortress, lead enemies into danger, etc. The user keeps a strong grip of the information flow, giving them data on almost anything within a max 1 mile, though it can change to smaller sizes.

The way you have this worded altering the minds of others is very genjutsu, you could instead make it a body mod that your skin allows you to blend in the the surroundings to the point of being invisible

This shinobi rarely talks and she only does so when she needs to. Sometimes people think that Hotaru can’t speak. When enraged the girl will see that the enemy should be punished for enraging her and she will not stop until she sees it through. But that only happens on rare occasions because the girl is very calm and collected. As a "perfect spy" should be, or at least that's what she considers herself. During battles Hotaru tends to analyze her enemies, she usually doesn't waste her chakra on unnecessary attacks and will most likely just try to escape unless she has no choice. When fighting with a partner she tends to act a bit more protective and tries to get everyone out of the situation, although she keeps her back covered since she doesn't really trust anyone. Hotaru will try to avoid any confrontation if its possible, unless she is bugged enough to be provoked, off duty to test the waters and if the mission demands it. She is a firm believer that the mission goes first and will do anything to succeed. Her life goals are to become the greatest and help hidden cloud succeeded in its plans. No matter what! HistoryShow Somewhere in the Lightning Country a baby was born. This young girl was given a name Nonki, Hotaru. Her mother fell ill when she gave birth to her and died a couple of hours later. The girl grew up without a mother and instead was raised by her father. When she grew up she had to spend a lot of time at her neighbor because her father had to work hard all the time. They did not even have enough to let kid roll in to the academy so her father started robbing people as their main source of payment but it did not take long time before he was arrested. The only course of action the young child could take was to run away and hide. During her time alone she figured it would be safer to start pretending that she was a boy. She had heard by her father what people could do to young girls. So as a "boy" she started picking up where her father left off, she started pick pocketing random strangers, using her size to her advantage. It was here the young girl learned to be stealthy, using the shadow as her friend. In fact at the time it was her only friend, it was during this time that the young girl started crafting her alter ego "Mumei", she would start using it instead of her original name, and not use her last name "Nonki" since it didn't really mean anything to her anymore. It didn't take long before she had mastered the art of staying hidden although this confidence lead to her biggest mistake/fortune. One of the targets the young girl had picked was a well known ninja that was passing by, to her surprise she managed to pick pocket the famed ninja but as she was making her way back to her hideout the theif was stopped by the ninja she had mugged. He introduced himself as Hayate and he told her that he could see the potential in the young girl. He would protect her under his wing and train her to become the best in her craft.. So for the last couple of years the girl's life took a turn for the better. She would soon start her training among the shinobi she had dreamed of becoming part of. Although because she spent most of her time outside of the academy as a child she never really mastered the art of ninjutsu, although she did get the hang of genjutsu. However, she focused more on training her hand to hand combat skills and mostly her "ninja" skills. Ergo, she has trained to perfect her stealth abilities and believes to be one of the greater ninjas out there. Hopefully soon she could also become the best spy out there as well. She felt that she never really fit in within the village walls and living alone wasn't really making this transition any better. Since she was already invisible once she took a step inside the village the young girl used her skills to become invisible. Within the academy, Hotaru would spy on most of her class mates. Hiding by the shadows, watching the kids play with others, picking up information for later use and from time to time "Yoho" would bump in to them, apologize and continue on her path. Stealing minor objects from them, then plant them on other student's lockers, wanting to see how they would react. It didn't take long before Hayate enrolled "Yoho" into the chuunin exam with a random team, although being a loner in the heart the girl performed her best and did what was necessary to rank up. It was during this time that the girl used her partners to lure out her target and do what was necessary, it didn't take long for the girl to win and become a chuunin. Most only know little about this young ninja, which was perfect. As an observer the girl grew up wanting to be the ultimate spy, but that would mean that only a few people would know Hotaru's real personality, although what she feared most that in the end she wouldn't be able to keep her alter egos apart, which prompted her to start writing in a diary.

[spoiler=Personality]Hotaru’s personality is mostly being quiet. This shinobi rarely talks and she only does so when she needs to. Sometimes people think that Hotaru can’t speak. When enraged the girl will see that the enemy should be punished for enraging her and she will not stop until she sees it through. But that only happens on rare occasions because the girl is very calm and collected. As a "perfect spy" should be, or at least that's what she considers herself.

During battles Hotaru tends to analyze her enemies, she usually doesn't waste her chakra on unnecessary attacks and will most likely just try to escape unless she has no choice. When fighting with a partner she tends to act a bit more protective and tries to get everyone out of the situation, although she keeps her back covered since she doesn't really trust anyone.

Hotaru will try to avoid any confrontation if its possible, unless she is bugged enough to be provoked, off duty to test the waters and if the mission demands it. She is a firm believer that the mission goes first and will do anything to succeed. Her life goals are to become the greatest and help hidden cloud succeeded in its plans. No matter what![/spoiler]
[spoiler=History]Somewhere in the Lightning Country a baby was born. This young girl was given a name Nonki, Hotaru. Her mother fell ill when she gave birth to her and died a couple of hours later. The girl grew up without a mother and instead was raised by her father. When she grew up she had to spend a lot of time at her neighbor because her father had to work hard all the time. They did not even have enough to let kid roll in to the academy so her father started robbing people as their main source of payment but it did not take long time before he was arrested.

The only course of action the young child could take was to run away and hide. During her time alone she figured it would be safer to start pretending that she was a boy. She had heard by her father what people could do to young girls. So as a "boy" she started picking up where her father left off, she started pick pocketing random strangers, using her size to her advantage. It was here the young girl learned to be stealthy, using the shadow as her friend. In fact at the time it was her only friend, it was during this time that the young girl started crafting her alter ego "Mumei", she would start using it instead of her original name, and not use her last name "Nonki" since it didn't really mean anything to her anymore. It didn't take long before she had mastered the art of staying hidden although this confidence lead to her biggest mistake/fortune. One of the targets the young girl had picked was a well known ninja that was passing by, to her surprise she managed to pick pocket the famed ninja but as she was making her way back to her hideout the theif was stopped by the ninja she had mugged.

He introduced himself as Hayate and he told her that he could see the potential in the young girl. He would protect her under his wing and train her to become the best in her craft.. So for the last couple of years the girl's life took a turn for the better. She would soon start her training among the shinobi she had dreamed of becoming part of. Although because she spent most of her time outside of the academy as a child she never really mastered the art of ninjutsu, although she did get the hang of genjutsu. However, she focused more on training her hand to hand combat skills and mostly her "ninja" skills. Ergo, she has trained to perfect her stealth abilities and believes to be one of the greater ninjas out there. Hopefully soon she could also become the best spy out there as well. She felt that she never really fit in within the village walls and living alone wasn't really making this transition any better. Since she was already invisible once she took a step inside the village the young girl used her skills to become invisible. Within the academy, Hotaru would spy on most of her class mates. Hiding by the shadows, watching the kids play with others, picking up information for later use and from time to time "Yoho" would bump in to them, apologize and continue on her path. Stealing minor objects from them, then plant them on other student's lockers, wanting to see how they would react.

It didn't take long before Hayate enrolled "Yoho" into the chuunin exam with a random team, although being a loner in the heart the girl performed her best and did what was necessary to rank up. It was during this time that the girl used her partners to lure out her target and do what was necessary, it didn't take long for the girl to win and become a chuunin. Most only know little about this young ninja, which was perfect. As an observer the girl grew up wanting to be the ultimate spy, but that would mean that only a few people would know Hotaru's real personality, although what she feared most that in the end she wouldn't be able to keep her alter egos apart, which prompted her to start writing in a diary.[/spoiler][/table]

If the target's instinct is lower than Hotaru's control by -5, she will start to fade among the environment, whether is a crowd or between the trees. If the target's instinct is lower than Hotaru's control by -10, she will be able to change the appearance of the environment, and if the targets instinct is lower than -15, she'll be able to attack her targets and vanish within the environment easier. <-Should be their [Tai+Int]/2 vs your [Con]. Big No on allowing her to attack targets without breaking and resetting.

This Ability is always active, which ends up drawing -5 Stamina from the user and allows the user to control Warp Genjutsu past the barrier. <-Past the barrier? What barrier?

Ok I get what you are trying to do now, by barrier you are referring to the chakra aura this ability emits you basically want to add on the ability to do A and S warp genjutsu inside and outside this aura without being a Gen Specialist as part of a paid ability.

Like Niro has said you can't use this to attack while invisible you would have to break the stealth, attack and then attempt to go invisible again so that there is counterplay.

Niro mentioned a few other things you should scroll up to see also. We still need a better description on the method that you are doing this by.

That range is too massive being able to induce people up to 150m away at max control. Regardless if your stat ever reaches 50, this is too much of a range. Reduce it to purely [Control] in range.
Also not sure what you mean by giving her varying levels of change of appearance. She should look the same, but the person's senses are dulled to sensing her in a crowd. I'm not sure also what you mean by changing the environment, and what senses are you dulling specifically as that pends what sort of rank Warp you're pulling here as you're actively numbing the senses, changing the visual appearance, but does this hide you from sensory, smell, hearing, and touch? The mission you're using for this ability is really old and irrelevant to the ability in any way. It won't invalidate it because it meets requirements of a C-rank PB, but I advise trying to use more recent pbs and stuff that's easier to translate in the new system. Also define in your ability what 'teleport' means, you also never added the check about the genjutsu breaking when you go to attack.

Innocent
D-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: Act like it
If the user has chosen to act like a cute character then Innocent can be used to attempt to trick the target into believing that they are innocent. Her Ins vs their [Ins+Tai]/2 to see through her lies.

Not sure why your instinct plays a roll, it should be your Taijutsu vs their Instinct.

Pick Pocket; Intermediate Object

Easier to write it out as "If the target has higher (Inst+Tai)/2 than the user's [Taijutsu] then the technique fails and the person will notice the pick pocketing."

Prerequisite: Subtle Movements, 30 Taijutsu
Through the art of being able to read their subtle movements, readings of emotions and manipulating the outcome of the situation, the user is able almost work how the target is thinking, in order for this connection to be linked, the user must study the target for 4 posts and only works if Hotaru has higher/equal Instinct to/than the target.

No you won't be able to work out how the target is thinking. Specify you can only read emotions, foresight into potential taijutsu moves, and able to read lips before the words are spoken. I'm sure we could add more, but it needs to be specified.

S-Rank Discipline Taijutsu
Prerequisite: 40 Instinct.
By studying the target/area for more than 5 posts, the user gets a hub of possibilities that can be created, within this zone it almost appears as a playground for the user as they can chose to set up traps, find a way in through fortress, lead enemies into danger, etc. The user keeps a strong grip of the information flow, giving them data on almost anything within a max 1 mile, though it can change to smaller sizes.

How does being in an area for more than 5 posts without actively traversing it give you foresight on the entire area in a mile diameter? Unless you mean to make this so you can memorize, visualize, and reimage places you have actively traversed to the specificity of dust layers and minor out of place moves are detectable.
