Appearance: Tetu is characterized predominantly by his bright green eyes. A small button nose sits on his face just above thin lips. His head is coated in long shaggy blackish-blue hair. His large eyes constantly shifting betray his cautious yet curious nature. Still young, Tetu has long skinny limbs and a body lacking any defined musculature. Tetu wears a blue and grey jacket with a grey hood, and baggy blue pants. Not traditionally raised as a shinobi by any length, Tetu doesn’t carry any weapons or typical shinobi gear.
Personality: Quiet, soft spoken, and extremely cautious. Tetu grew up in a small farming region in the Fountain Country, with little exposure to the outside world. He was going to grow to be a farmer, he’d live a quiet life, until things changed. Since beginning his journey with Shio, Tetu has maintained being a voice of quiet reason, worrying about Shio’s well being. Kabbah | The Kabbah grants the user the ability to be able to produce body energy through concentration. While in its simplest form the Kabbah produces pulses of physical energy, or generate walls surrounding them, more advanced Kabbah techniques create complex constructs that can carry the user and protect them.The Kabbah Ability runs off of the [Stamina] stat in place of the x-jutsu stat, and the maximum speed they’re constructed at and can move at. The Control stat determines the maximum strength of the Kabbah techniques. Kabbah techniques can only last for ([Control+Stamina]/5) posts, rounded up. Because Kabbah techniques use body energy, it reduces both physical stamina and chakra reserves at a similar rate. Kabbah techniques are not chakra however, thus are not subject to effects such as chakra negation. |

The focal point of the Pick Pocket Style, moving at any speed, the user is able to soften their contact with their opponent so they do not realize they are being touched unless they have used techniques to enhance their sense of touch.

The user will approach the opponent from behind and reach into their weaponry pouch, taking the first item they come in contact with. So long as the target has a [Taijutsu+Instinct]/2 less than the users [Speed] they will not be able to respond fast enough to notice a weapon has been removed.

Rather than taking an item, the user will deposit an item somewhere on the target’s body. So long as the target has [Taijutsu+Instinct]/2 less than the users [Speed] they will not notice the user’s action.
Dump
D-rank Taijutsu Maneuver
Weilding any sort of sharp weapon, the user when approaching a target, rather than reaching into the weaponry pouch will use the weapon in hand to slice the back of the weaponry pouch, causing it to fall off the target.
