He has stern eyes, a pointed nose in the center of his visage, as well as a masculine jawline, and slender cheeks that result from a minimal amount of body fat. One of his nipples is pierced through with a thin iron rod.
Clothing/Accessories:
He adorns a soiled wife-beater that proudly displays his well-honed chest, shoulder and arms; the shirt sits tightly over a half-dozen of clearly outlined abdominal muscles. His nipple piercing can be seen protruding through the fabric of the undershirt. A pair of ragged, worn, gray sweatpants hangs around his hips by a stretched-out makeshift-belt made from a strand of hemp rope. The slight-sagging nature of the sweats allows his white-with-red polka-dot briefs to be seen just a tad. However, high-quality, high-top sneakers spruce up his feet; they are a sleek white with an inch high heel, and with a trademark check symbol on the side of each shoe. A shield fit for a behemoth is strapped onto his back, and under that is a large, tanned-leather knapsack.

The boy sports a carefree attitude. He still cares passionately about maintaining his physique and sharpening his abilities, but there is little else he could try to care for. He is shown to have a sense of humor, but would resort to hostility if his strength or skills are mocked. He is self-interested, but would often attempt to look altruistic if it would benefit him.

Buckler - A inch-and-a-half thick, round steel shield. In this case, it is roughly three-and-a-half feet in diameter; a bit more than enough to cover its user's height if he were to squat down behind the shield. It is dented and beaten in the middle somewhat, but still extremely durable. There is a handle on the concave side of the shield. Kenta was born a son to a reclused miner from the Toukai clan and to a low-class Toukai mother. He was a bastard, sprung from his father's infidelity. His mother did not care for the child and left after leaving the boy in his father's hands. The poor, middle-aged man had his hands full with his own family; a family that shunned the infant and refused to include him in its household. And so, the boy was put into a distant uncle's hands.
He resided and still resides in an impoverished household through and up until now even. It was there he had met acquaintances whom introduced him to the pursuit of a career as a soldier. When he was younger, the caretakers at his school shared stories of great shinobi heroes, ones who rose above impossible odds and developed their skills in order to defeat the enemies of their village. Propaganda, Kenta's finger thumped the dictionary when he finally found a word to match what he felt from the get-go from the receiving end of those tales. A bunch of fairy-tale bullcrap tailored for kids like me (His own words). He was labeled a bright child, and the caretakers personally took him to enroll in the academy. His natural athleticism gave him an advantage over the students who had nothing to rely on but their short-lived playground beefs, and so he was dazzled and attracted to the path of shinobi; drawn to it because he believed that he had better potential than any other boy or girl. Around his thirteenth birthday, the boy graduated and left the academy with a forehead protector he cared naught for. The words said by his Chunin sensei resonated throughout his head as he stepped out of the classroom, "Take this (the headband), and serve your village well." He said. Although the youth showed his teacher a forced and overdone smile, he still had sour thoughts about solely living to serve the village. However, his mind was set on improving himself further, and he would endure the village to achieve it.
