Clothing/Accessories: Ein usually wears a variety of clothing which consists of kimonos or warrior fashioned gear. Ein traditionally wears wooden geta as his main shoe wear, the rest of his attire retains to that of baggy pants and padded under armor. Ein indulges in changing his forte of style around when traveling. This can result in him either wearing his bangs over his eyes or putting his hair up into a ponytail when the seasons change. Within Ein’s wardrobe are a variety of silky ribbons and a formal stomach that is wrapped around his waist. This is normally layered with an ebony and golden belt. Underneath his white kimono, Ein is bare chested and wears either decorative ribbons or padded armor that is comfortable underneath his jacket. Last, Ein sports decorative feathers in his hair and his ears are pierced.
Appearance: Ein is a man of religion who doesn’t have too many scars to show his rough behavior. Defining his body as athletically masculine, his physique is fit and shaped physically well in good condition. Ein’s skin is a pleasant milky complexion and a trimmed ruffle of hair, lays beneath his chin to show his age. In his age, Ein doesn't seem to look much older than the average adult. What can notably be found are a nicely developed pair of chiseled abs on his body. Ein’s hair is indigo and his eyes are a violet hue that can be depicted as orchid. Ein is a man that is averagely tall for his age, he comes to the height of 6'5"ft and weighs approximately 247"lbs. Overall Ein has a youthful appeal that isn't too rough looking. Personality: Ein always seems to carry a serene demeanor of benevolence everywhere he goes. His superiority complex is such that he becomes filled with euphoria and acknowledges the world around him in an attentive manner. He initially appears to be a very kind and a well-respectable peace maker. Ein has gone through a world of pain through all his life. He has accepted that, the world isn't as colorful as he pictured, but instead, it's left in shades of black and white. Through his travels, Ein self taught himself two styles he named after the idea of the impossible happening and celebration. Ein found there was peace and serenity in meditating at the brink of dawn. He sat upon a mountain and soaked in the fresh essence of twilight. Becoming one with his mind, body and soul. He was grateful to God and cherished the radiant color that bloomed across the sky, praying that It truly was a blessing to be alive, he named the form Breath of Miracles. Breath of Miracles is an external form of inhaling and exhaling. Instead of conserving the intake of oxygen within the lungs to increase Ein’s prowess. Ein intakes as much oxygen within his lung capacity to increase his physical attributes at an exceedingly high rate, exhaling the stored up breaths. This gives more oxygen to his brain and accelerates the blood flow throughout his body. Thus, Ein stances himself as he exhales to utilize each form. This breath distinguish-ably captured the contrast of light when the sky met the edge of the ocean.

Those who wanted power were too greedy for their own good and fell to their own misfortunes. But those who sought a change in the cycle of life and death, thought of a future where they saw the sky rain nothing but human ash. This was just but a thought as Ein stared coldly into the flickering campfire. Watching as the wood crumbled under its smoldering heat, she began to become obsessed with its nature. Idolizing the light, she praised its warming embrace as she pranced around and commenced to worship the fire as a deity. Spurring the idea that it was the flame to burn the world to cinders. The Dance of Pele was cultivated around the aspect of a burning passion. When taking in a breath, Ein concentrates all the tendons and muscles in his throat to strengthen his windpipe to its fullest potential. Increasing the intake of oxygen when he inhales, he is able to further conserve the air within his lungs passed the sensational point of them being on fire. When doing this it would increase the amount of time he could hold his breath before his brain would need air. The Dance of Pele revolves around the art of Fire Performance. It is a unique choreography which consists of fire dancing. Ein starts off by spurring his legs into erotic footwork. Creating enough friction through his body to generate heat. This would cause sparks to erupt from the soles of his feet while he nimbly spins like a ballerina. Ein is collective while he demonstrates the elegant movement. Focusing to keep the rapid momentum, he relies on countering his opponent. Utilizing grapples and redirection tactics to use their attacks against them. The main focus in which the Dance of Pele uses is to counter, disable, discombobulate and disarm the opponent’s attacks and weapons to end the battle quickly & render them unable to continue. This is meant for Ein to hold out for long periods of time and use the enemy’s own strength against them.

Nairusupuritta [ナイルスプリッタ] (Nile Splitter) -The shield in particular was sanctified by Kannushi (Holy men) and created to protect the innocent against the spirits who’d devour their souls. Blessing the metal after it was built, the feudal lord appointed this weapon as a symbol of prosperity. The shield as a whole isn’t a usual one, as it can be used for defensive purposes as well offensive. It was manufactured with a specially made design to resemble the sun. In actuality the shield is two large chakrams which are placed on top of one another. They can be united into a large shield to withstand and absorb massive force or disembark into two chakrams for the cutting edge. The front chakram has six points which make up its blades while the second chakram is a little larger and actually has twelve. Each of the blades are approximately 12inchs.

Fuuton has a natural cutting property to it, that exists in all jutsu unless otherwise stated. This gives fuuton a unique opportunity to strike with additional power, and to act as a offensive defense. Regardless of their purpose fuuton jutsu passively cut with no distinct pattern at 1/3rd the strength of the technique rounded down unless otherwise stated. This means if someone punched a 19 strength fuuton wall, they would get cuts on their hand applied with 6 strength. This also means that fuuton jutsu specifically designated to cut things can create devastating wound by essentially striking twice.
Doton:
Doton Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Doton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the doton affinity. Doton has a passive enduring effect.
Passive (Enduring)Show
Doton has a passive effect of Endurance, which means that it's power is retained throughout the entirety of the jutsu. All of a single doton jutsu retains the strength of the jutsu, even after the jutsu has been destroyed, and unlike other jutsu, doton does not fade when destroyed. This means that if a doton barrier with 25 strength is cut in half and falls to the ground, a part of that barrier could be picked up and carried as a hand held shield which would still have 25 strength, despite being a fractured part of a jutsu. This creates incredibly potent defenses, making doton a popular affinity among defensive fighters.
Sensory:
Sensors are shinobi who are able to activate a sixth sense which can locate and read chakra sources. Sensory is advantageous as it allows shinobi to perceive without using any of their conventional senses, which can easily be deceived. Sensors are able to collect a lot of information through the interpretation of this sixth sense.
Katon:
Katon Affinity
A character with this concentration is able to utilize Katon, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require the Katon affinity. Katon has a passive ignition effect.

Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own.

Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual jutsu.

Acrobatics:
The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Deft Hands:
The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways.
Rigid Structure:
The fundamental skill of [Rigid Structure] describes the user’s ability to adeptly position and lock in their skeletal structure to efficiently absorb blows with minimal damage to their person. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Perception:
The fundamental skill of [Perception] describes the user’s practiced methods of more keenly focussing their senses for a short time. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu.
Genjutsu

Taijutsu Specialist:
Having devoted their lives to mastering the art of taijutsu, this shinobi is classified as a Taijutsu Specialist. Taijutsu specialist are able to devote a total of 10 concentrations to taijutsu, unlike most people who are capped at 8. However, they are only able to devote a max of 5 concentrations to genjutsu, and a max of 5 concentrations to ninjutsu.

As a Taijutsu Specialist, Ein is able to utilize taijutsu concentrations reserved for specialists, and is able to enter the God Tier [45+] on select stats, and meaning as a specialist they can select stats to break into the God tier. These stats can only be Taijutsu, [Control], and 2 of [Speed, Strength].

By performing the needed hand seals and bringing their hands to their mouth, the user can release a wide blast of air. This wave of air moves outward in a cone shape with a 15m width at the end of the cone and moves with a speed of 10. Once it makes contact with a substance, the wind both cuts at it and pushes it away with 10 strength. This blast goes out for a maximum of thirty feet if it doesn't hit anything, where it will dissipate into the surrounding air.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will thrust their hands forward as a vortex of wind blasts through with a speed of 10. The vortex's direction can be controlled with a Control stat of at least 15. The control, however, is limited; it can only be moved in a 45 degree angle, up to three times. A hit from this vortex packs a large push back force, though the person can avoid being pushed back with a strength of 5 or greater. Control of this Jutsu fades after two posts and spans an area 3m wide and up to 20m in length. Direct hits result in long but shallow cuts on the victim's body, covering the whole radius of the techniques point of contact, no deeper than half an inch.

This clone will be able to act entirely independently of the user for 5 posts before dissipating, with physical capabilities equal to the stats listed below. After performing the required hand seals, the user expels a basket ball sized ball of wind from their mouth. This ball of wind travels up to 20m at 5 speed, and explodes with the strength of a single explosive tag on contact with solid matter or at the end of its range.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user creates a small vortex of Fuuton chakra around a projectile in their hand that spins with a strength of 5. This causes the projectile to corkscrew through the air, allowing it to travel an extra 10m and applying the Fuuton passive when thrown. This doesn't make the projectile any faster, only increases its range and ability to cut.

After doing the needed hand seals, the user gathers wind around their feet. Then, the user will use the wind to blast them from the ground, enabling them to leap into the air an extra 10 meters at 3 extra speed. The user also has 3 less Taijutsu until they once again touch the ground. Those with less than 5 Taijutsu (after deduction) will stumble and fall when trying to land. The Fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their accuracy and agility (-3 Taijutsu). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

After performing the needed hand seals, the user covers a projectile they are holding in fuuton empowered wind. Then, when the weapon has been thrown as normal, the user is able to change it's direction by up to 90 degrees once with no drop in momentum on the projectiles part. A user practiced in this discipline is keen on small details. They are able to tell when things have been disturbed, pick up on little patterns, and are able to deduce an opponent's skill set with a bit of observation. This allows the user to pick up on an opponent's style, patterns, and details as long as the user's [Taijutsu+Instinct]/2 is higher than the opponent's [Taijutsu+Speed]/2. The user can also use this jutsu for detecting things wrong in an area, or if things have been moved or disturbed.

As the user forms an X across their chest, they'll immediately swing their arms downward creating a blast of air in the form of an X that reaches out up to [Taijutsu]/2 in meters range. That strike and move at the user's [Strength]/2. This X formation of air grows to be 5m large in size striking that area as it moves forward.

As an opponent comes in for a strike, the user will intercept the attack with their free arm, and tuck it underneath their own arm around their back as they pull their opponent closer. When the user pulls the opponent in they'll usher a chop to the opponent's neck to cause them to gag and stun them. After stunning their opponent the user will then force the opponent down into the ground forcing their arm behind their back in a lock.

As the user comes in for a strike, they'll throw a sweeping hook, and turn with the inertia slinging out their other hand to backhand their opponent as they spin around. As they come to face their opponent once more, they'll throw a straight kick into the opponents chest in an attempt to knock them down or back far.

As an opponent swings in with a weapon, the user will side step the attack as they step in quickly to hold the weapon down on its safe end, and batter at the opponent's hand attempting to twist and rip the weapon away from the opponent. As the user rips the weapon away they'll then transition from battering the opponent's hands into an elbow to the opponent's face.

A user who practices this discipline is skilled in seeing where weapons and projectiles are being thrown from to be able to deduce the general direction they are coming from. The Fukusha will pair their feet in an L stance, and have a casual movement to them despite their mind being on edge. This stance is typically used to lull opponents into thinking the user is relaxed as their feet are paired shoulder width apart, and knees slightly bent for immediate leverage when needed. While moving the user will typically keep their body on edge as if to react out of instinct to dodge, parry, or block any incoming attacks. In this stance the user's keep their torso up straight.

When the user is fighting upclose and personal, they will waive their off hand in the face of their opponent as a distraction while their other hand will perform an underhanded palm strike to the chest. This strike aims to wind them with a blow to the sternum which can create useful openings.

The user will intercept an incoming strike aimed for them, and divert it to the side opposite of the hand they're using to divert. As they attempt to move the opponent around them they will raise their arm on the side they're directing the opponent, and jab a strong elbow to that person's head as an attempt to disorient or land a sturdy face blow. While rudimentary it is still a strong strike as its compatible with most incoming attacks of the physical nature.

When fighting in close quarters with an opponent, the user will jut an open palm strike at their opponent's nose attempting to disorient the target before spinning quickly on their back heel as they raise their opposite leg high in the air. They will aim to strike and cradle their opponent's head down towards the ground. This move can prove fruitful for creating a wide opening on an opponent as its goal is to disorient, and then bring their opponent's down onto the ground with a strong kick.

When moving into an enemies close quarters range, the user will aim to throw their opponent's defensive stance upwards with their free hand as they aim with their opposite elbow jutting it into their opponent's ribcage to knock them down into the ground. This move can be useful when attempting to close the gap and prevent an enemy from fleeing after forcing them into close quarters combat.

Even knowing these facts, Ein was still a ray of light that shone down on everyone he met. Like every memory, this was one thing that Ein would never forget. The persuasive boy always dreamed of bettering the world. Ideally he sought comfort in other's words when they told him of their travels before they retired. Each story only further lit a flame in the young man’s chest. This was a dream of his, a stupid child's dream that couldn't be simply whisked away like a fairy tale, but rather broken to true reality. Ein had been kidnapped and introduced to torture to evolve his Kekkei genkai at a young age. Things in this world could never be properly cherished without suffering, and with that, the perfect image of Ein enjoying life faded away and the splash of drought against a puddle appeared. This was the only thing Ein could focus on besides the stinging pain of bruises on his body and fractured bones. This place was cold and seemed abandoned, echoing nothing but silence. In the distance was small chatter while Ein dangled within this cold dark, a small infant with his arms strung up over his head, and unsanitary sweat drizzling down his face.

"W--why" said the young boy, his eyelids more than darkened and his violet gaze seemingly perished from exhaustion. What could he do when so small, helpless and weak? Ein use to see the world in a better light, maybe there were criminals in the world but there were heroes to stop them. But he asked himself at this very moment, 'why'. He thought of everyone, anyone that could save him from this torturing nightmare of hell. He couldn't find light in this god forsaken place, there were days he had seen it, felt its warmth upon his skin and seen family that could make him smile. Small foot steps clapped against the ground as a shadowed man appeared before Ein with a malicious grin and cackling, "Hehehehehe still awake little boy? I want to play some more." the torturer announced as he grabbed a scalpel. Ein’s mind wasn't present, his consciousness was in another world and clinging on to the least bit of strength that he could muster. The man grabbed him by his chin, gazing into his broken, faded hues. Was this his hell? Did someone so kindhearted that wouldn't hurt a living animal deserve such punishment? He didn't want to give him anymore tears, anymore entertainment for his enjoyment.

Everything was telling him just to give in to the suffering, and accept his dreadful fate of dying. Not answering, the man punched him in the gut to try to rally him up. Breaking some ribs in the process, the young orphan didn't respond to such behavior anymore. By now he was use to the pain, it didn't hurt him as much as it did when it first began. His eyes shadowed while he dangled like a doll caught on a string. A wide grin perking from cheek to cheek. "It tastes sour and yet, feels so welcoming. Kahahahahahahahaha" The dark haired boy exclaimed as he began to brew up a facile. It wasn't as near pleasuring as anyone would hope, the mere ounce of humanity he had for acknowledging life only held him back from further evolving into the young killer he was meant to be. Angered by the delighted Ein, he didn't hold back with exchanging more blows to the infant's abdomen. Yet the boy continued to laugh, him finally given up his concept of fear and losing his sense of morals. That day changed him, the authorities would arrive and incarcerate the man before any more damage could be done but Ein learned truly that day that he could of been killed. Let alone the real meaning of tough love.

This chapter in Ein’s life was a step to whom he'd actually become. Ein grew up to be a benevolent teenager, no matter what he went through he always remembered to smile and greet everyone with a pleasant demeanor fore he did not know what was going on in their own world. This however was a facade, Ein was mentally broken and smiling helped hide the fact that he truly had smoldering rage behind his eyes. This drove Ein to push himself beyond what his body could withstand and everyday he went deep into the mountains to rigorously train. At the age of 19, Ein completed his final trials of enlightenment and his body was more than refined into pristine condition. It was at this point of time that the young shinobi got the idea of world peace, or at least a slither of it. He wanted to build a world where things in which he went through would never happen again. Although in his eyes this would mean to conquer territory and rule, let alone spreading his belief and philosophy among the people he would meet, truly this was no easy task.

During Ein’s journey to making his ideal a reality, he found himself with many obstacles that would put a hold on his dreams coming true. In a world of such chaos and distraught, a shinobi coming up in the world such as Ein wouldn't make a difference in it. Through the years, Ein grew relentless and gathered the gnarly battle scars to prove it. This was his way of coping with his need to be perfect and he even adopted his own Taijutsu to defend himself. After the events of his torture, Ein went through a phase where he seen nothing so innocently trusting. He valued his eyes and what they could perceive for themselves rather what people said to him. He made good relations with the country’s natives and managed to excel in bargaining and acquiring information. This was always a ploy to make himself acquainted within the community while he was out in a deep mission. Ein grew comfortable with this sort of tactic and easily blended himself as a normal foreigner. He used the people he met and the information he gained to form a network of knowledge to circulate and travel throughout the land. This allowed him to become a business and unknowingly a info broker.

During his years as a Chunin, Ein had established a well known reputation for himself by the many missions he took and completed, making connections with the merchants through the rock country. Of course as he advanced cold heartedly through the ranks. Ein had to humble himself once he became a Special Jonin. Here he had more than enough for his voice to be really heard or pack some sort of punch to the people of the rock. His relations and feats gained the ears of other nobles within the rock country’s trade circle. Once this deed had been achieved, the warrior set out with his plan to unite the lords under a formidable cause, power and rule over half of the country.

At that time A revolt of power with its natives seem to had been brewing since the disappearance of the rock’s council. Poverty had stricken the borders and the increase of spirit attacks had decimated the land and left a large amount of crime to flood the sector. This would issue a need for a revolution to happen and a uproar of democracy to transpire. Ein calmed the mass with the resolve to fix this problem, vouching to clean up the mess in which the Tsuchikage didn’t take care of. This started by Ein seemingly making more established deals with crime bosses to run out the bad seeds in exchange for legal smuggling and drugs to mossy into their community. Ein gained massive order in the illegal economy and financed its production to further gain reinforcement and tyranny. By him consuming the largest crime lord’s marketing stock, the latter would have no other choice but to become citizens under his sovereignty. Waging war with funds and drugs, this earned him high respect in the underworld and made him a known boss within its circle.

Thus creating the order in which he was looking for to further thrust him in political standing. Order had to be made or a rebellion would take place, leaving more people to die. That had been the very reason tribes attacked their townspeople and took refuge in the area. Ein caught wind of this through his connections in the trade circle. As the opportunity soon arose to claim territory, it was the young shinobi who took initiative by trading goods with their adversaries and enforce a good deal of influence to cause the wild fire to cease and come under one rule. After this transgression was over amongst the local tribes, this eliminated half the threats his tribe had and Ein soon became the young patron he wanted to be. His deeds and influence managed to put himself on the radar as one of the tribe leader’s in the country and earned him favor throughout the regional outskirts.

Although his notoriety became well known, his ideal sure enough became bigger than what it started out to be. The Fukusha clan were black sheep in Iwagakure and ever since he was a kid, Ein remembered the awful disrespect he was given. Looked upon like some scoundrel, those days were tough and even as an orphan, his story would never fully be heard unless action was made.

Iron shoulder guard + iron shin guard <- Are these meant to serve as protection or are they simply cosmetic? If it's the former they need an amount of strength they can withstand listed

Also for your doujutsu, for any stages that you have currently unlocked, which should be the first two as you have 10 mastery, you need to replace the part that says +X to X-jutsu(s) stat of the user with which stat it is that you're boosting. like for example for stage 1 it could be +3 taijutsu or +1 ninjutsu and +2 taijutsu or something along those lines

Assuming I won’t get an reply until these edits were made. They’re cosmetic, which is why I didn’t put any strength differences for protection and stuff. I fixed that other thing you pointed out. Now i’m currently waiting for a review from Kao the OOC of Iwagakure for my backstory.

If they are purely cosmetic please move them to your physical description instead of having them in your equipment, we reserve that section of the application for items that provide mechanical benefits in some manner. Such as the Nile Splitter you have listed.

Also you have put down 15 wire threads, is that meant to be 15 meters worth of wire thread or 15 individual wire threads? If it is the former then please correct to state the 15 meters if it is in fact individual threads then please specify the length of each thread.

Nobles are going to brush off Shinobi below S rank. Daimyos wouldn't make Shinobi into vassals, that'd be similar to a president of a Nation making a special operations member a governor. The council issues aren't public since its still super new. What borders do you mean? Rock country or the village? Rock country itself is primarily made up of self governing Barbarian tribes with cities and settlements that are loyal to the daimyo dotted around so I'm not sure they'd be affected by the council issues or the spirits miles underneath the village. Not sure how crime would flood anywhere either. Honestly all of this coming to rule should be done in character after creation through plot boards

Niro has already commented on this history but I had told you on the discord that the daimyo would not sanction another government in Rock Country at all, so all of the stuff about him having his own government and everything in the history that came after that needs to be removed and done via rp.

I also told you that nobody knows exactly what happened to the council. The council only affects Iwagakure so there is no reason that news about the council would affect Rock Country, at all. I also told you that you could not have people just infiltrate Rock Country

I agree with half of what you said and I’ve been frankly too busy to rewrite the entire history which y’all are trying to hint at. Y’all tried to make it seem like getting a history here would be a piece of cake but it’s not. Kao is mistaken and from whatever she was doing at the time where a week went by before even getting on the history, is a shame. The boarders of the rock country is what i’m talking about. Feuding barbarian tribes? Ok I can change it up to match that. Crime happens everyday and we’re not so well guarded that you’d say that you don’t know how it’d happen. It is my own version and Ein’s perception, the kage can’t be everywhere at once and prevent stuff. I failed to update my history because Kao was absent and no one would answer any of my questions on my history, so I left it unchanged. So Kao you saying “I told you this” was a very late response because we already did discuss it, but i’m assuming you wanted this as documentation? With that said, this process has taken long. You staff are taking the drive to roleplay the character. If we can’t come to an conclusion on the history and stuff, you can deny this and that’d be the end of it.

How am I mistaken lol? Anyway the line about him being a tribe leader doesn’t work. Tribes won’t let an outsider come in a be their leader. So this is something else that needs to be done in the rp.

You still say he has the attention and ears of the nobles but they are not going to pay attention to a special jounin, especially one that is basically a crime lord
