- Face/head: With puberty not yet seeming to have taken full effect, Hinoka's facial features, while having sharpened a tad are still fairly youthful and child-like, her cheeks in particular still being fairly chubby. Of particular note however are her clan traits; those being a pair of large golden eyes and a mane of silver hair that falls down to her mid-back framing her youthful face.
- Body: Due to puberty taking its sweet time in granting its blessings; Hinoka still appears much like a child, lacking in height and muscle and not possessing much of anything in the way of curves, her hips having widened only slightly and her waist having a barely noticeable curve to it, though to her pleasure she has had some degree of noticeable growth in her chest area, though it's still not as much as she would really like.
- Notable Features:The color of her personal light is a bright white.

- General: Hinoka is a gentle soul, always polite, doing her best to get along with everyone she meets and hating conflict of any kind, usually attempting to resolve disputes in the most peaceful way possible, this in large part arising from an urge to look after and take care of those around her. As well, she often attempts to appear mature for her age, though this is often betrayed by periodic bouts of clumsiness and a love of things she finds cute as well as a killer sweet tooth. All said, she also has a habit of burying her emotions, this going along with having a bit of a strong temper that while normally unseen, she doesn't mind showing if conditions arise.
- Hopes/Dreams: Her primary dream at the moment is twofold; to become chief of Konoha's hospital and to find more efficient ways to get help, medical and otherwise, to those who need it most.
- Fears: She fears letting down those close to her, of letting people die on her watch.
- Combat Mentality:For the time being Hinoka is almost exclusively focused on supporting her allies, providing backup and healing through the use of her skills in Hiton and Iijutsu.

*[Iijutsu • Sterilization Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.
*[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the *[Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.
*[Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.
*[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, *[Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

Hinoka was born into Konoha's Awai clan to a far from ordinary family, her father being a random man her mother had met in a bar and her mother, feeing that a child would be nothing but a pain left her at her elder sister's doorstop, the woman while confused about her sister's actions, being more than pleased to take in the abandoned child.
Of course as she grew up Hinoka had, and to this day still has, no knowledge of any of this, her aunt and uncle being more than happy to keep it that way, raising the child as if she had been their very own. They couldn't bear to burden the young girl with such a painful burden, though they knew the truth may come out someday.
Anyways, Hinoka herself grew up to be cheerful, sociable, and extremely helpful and considerate of others, her dream being one day to become a top medic, having gained a vast appreciation for medicine after witnessing the medics at work healing all those injured during the invasion of Konoha by Yaku and Enma, she herself being 4 years old at the time and while her young mind couldn't quite comprehend the true depths of the disaster, she did know that people had been badly hurt and that it hurt her heart to know that, thus amplifying her desire to want to learn to heal others.
And so it was in pursuit of this goal that she would one day join the shinobi academy, during her time in the academy luckily proving to have a vast amount of skill in Ninjutsu, for her age at least. She also proved to be fairly competent at Taijutsu though absolutely miserable at Genjutsu, though her teachers suspected that maybe a hidden talent would bloom should she practice with the skill.
And it was with this and more in mind that she graduated from the academy, beginning her study of medicine as well as being trained in the techniques of her clan, awaiting the day where she would be placed onto a team and her journey as a shinobi would truly begin.
