NinpouShow
[Ninjutsu • Safe Room]
B Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra through her body Sakaki will create a cube shaped barrier within 25 meters of her person, materializing at a speed of 10. This barrier can be up to 15x15x15 meters, but can be any size smaller than this as well. Regardless of size, this barrier can withstand blows of up to 30 strength before breaking, and lasts for 4 posts before dispersing.

[Ninjutsu • Blasting Orb]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Sakaki channels chakra throughout her body, gathering this chakra in the palms of her hands to form an orb of unstable, black chakra, about the size of a basketball. This orb can be thrown like throwing weapons and after reaching a max distance of 40 meters, and infuses the first object or person touched with the power of a B rank explosive. That object or person can then be Kai'd to release the power of the explosion, with the point of contact being the epicenter of the explosive force. The orb lasts for 4 posts, or until expended, and the charged object remains charged for 4 posts as well.

[Ninjutsu • Endure]
B Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling a large amount of chakra through her body, Sakaki will place her hand on one of her barriers and focus into it, causing it to glow vibrantly. As long as Sakaki maintains this jutsu, the barrier is treated as having 20 strength more than normal. She cannot move or do anything else while maintaining this jutsu.

[Ninjutsu • Reinforce]
B-Ranked Ninjutsu
Sakaki will channel chakra throughout her body before directing this chakra into a barrier within 30 meters of her position at a speed of 20. Once the chakra reaches this barrier, the barrier will begin to glow with the added strength, increasing it's total strength by 10 and adding an additional post of duration to it. The extra strength lasts for 4 posts.

[Ninjutsu • Bunker]
A Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling a large amount of chakra Sakaki will create a cube shaped barrier within 30 meters of her person at a speed of 20. This barrier has a maximum size of 20x20x20 meters, but can be any size smaller than this as well. Regardless of size, this barrier can withstand blows of up to 30 strength before breaking, and lasts for 8 posts before dispersing.

[Ninjutsu • Glue]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 30 Ninjutsu
Sakaki channels her chakra into the ground at her feet, creating a glowing area 25m in radius that spreads at 20 speed. This area lingers for the next 5 posts, during which time anything that touches the affected area apart from Sakaki will find restrained with 40 strength for the next 5 posts. If the target that touched the affected area has 40 strength or more, they will be unaffected.

[Ninjutsu • Singularity]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
Prerequisite: 30 Ninjutsu
Sakaki will channel chakra into an existing barrier of her own creation, causing the barrier to slowly shrink in on itself with a speed of 10, but with an immense strength of 50. This barrier will shrink until everything within it is compressed as tightly as it can, usually causing the death of all within this barrier. After compressing everything within as much as possible, the barrier will dissipate.

[Ninjutsu • Advanced Shadow Clone Technique]
A-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra through their body the user proceeds to create a number of clones of themselves (maximum is equal to 1/3rd the user's stamina). Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies of the user in both appearance and substance. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but they will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original and any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. Given that the clones are an exact replica of the user, they share the same stats except for stamina, which is determined by the number of clones presently in effect. The advantage of this form of the technique is that once dispersed, the chakra distributed to the clones returns to the user, allowing any un-used chakra to be regained, slowing the draining usage of this technique. The chakra returns to the user at a different rate depending on the user's control.

[Ninjutsu • Shadow Assassination Technique]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra through their body, the user will disguise themselves in a process similar to the transformation technique, "flattening" themselves and causing them to appear like a semi-opaque solid black image of their flattened self, giving off the visual illusion they are a shadow. The user may then send themselves flying to a nearby target's shadow, within 25 meters, at a speed of 35. If successful, they will mirror themselves in the users shadow so that they may follow them for up to 5 posts. At any point if the users attempts to attack, the disguise will be released, causing a "poof " of smoke. This jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportations a character can use in a single thread.

[Ninjutsu • Palm-Top Canon]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
After the user has channeled a massive amount of chakra into the palm of their hand, the user releases the massive amount completely raw without any form of manipulation, releasing a blast wave of chakra outward from their hand in an 80 meter long, 50 meter diameter cone at a speed of 30 and strength of 40. Though seemingly simple, this technique can be coupled with loose objects in the air or thrown by the other hand, such as shuriken or a variety of different materials, to launch them at the techniques strength.

[Ninjutsu • Reflect]
S-Ranked Ninjutsu
After channeling chakra through their body, the users creates a 30x30 meter flat barrier that is concave to them. It forms directly in front of them at a speed of 35 and whenever a technique hits the barrier, if the barrier survives, a moment later the barrier will reflect the technique back at it's point of origin. This barrier can be broken by a physical attack of 35 or higher, or if 5 posts pass.
And also adding a weapon to her. The weapon is currently unpriced, but i'll take as much off of it with OPHP as I can and pay the rest with points from her app once I have an official price:
Rei no YumiShow
This bow is made of blackened metal, treated to reduce reflection of light, and measures a total of 3 feet from one limb tip to the other limb tip. Along the edges of the weapon are a dark red trim, and although it is in fact a bow, the weapon appears to have no string at first glance. The front of each of the limbs is sharpened to a bladed edge, enabling the weapon to be swung in a similar manner to a dual sided sword. In addition, the area closest where one would nock arrows protudes into spiky points, able to pierce flesh if the weapon is used to punch with.

The weapon's hidden property is it's perceived lack of a string, as with a small amount of chakra channeled through the weapon, a string of pure chakra will form between the two limbs, serving as the weapons bowstring. Because of this, any arrows fired with the weapon are propelled with a strength and speed equal to the wielder's control stats, and any arrows fired are reinforced in their durability by the wielder's stamina stat, as is the weapon itself. In addition, should the wielder wish it, they can funnel even more chakra into the weapon to create solid arrows of pure chakra. These arrows act just like normal arrows, but take little time to form, and last until they impact a solid surface.

Payment: OPHP for everything:

4 B = 20
4 A = 24
3 S = 21

Total = 65 OPHP + w/e the weapon is worth (160 points, three 50 point coupon and one 10 point coupon = 112 OPHP)
65+112 =177 OPHP from my current total of 393

Does the object it hits explode, or does a explosion originate from them. If its the latter, this is an auto-kill since a person explodes and needs to be rebalanced a little. If its the former, it should specify that the explosion originates from them, so they're unharmed.

The bolded section needs to be rephrased as "be restrained with 40 strength"

Alright, so, the bow I’m a LITTLE bit iffy on for my price, but considering that the strength of the arrows you’re firing from it will passively scale as your control stat increases, I’m gonna price it as if your character were endgame.

Bow:
Complexity - 2
Utility - 3 (passive strength increasing with static stat value + innate chakra arrow production eliminating general need for ammo)
(S)50 Jutsu Strength - 75 (I know this one is debatable; I’m scoring it this way because I’m measuring the potential strength of the projectiles it can fire).

Price for Bow: 80 Points

Arrows:

(S)50: 75
Instant Death (Chest Only + Stat Battle): 35

Price for Arrows: 110 points.

NOTE: The stat battle for the arrows need to say that the person can survive if their Control is EQUAL or higher than Sakaki’s.

Weapon Durability equal to Control (50) is going to be 75 by itself and then 75 for the projectiles it could fire. Total cost for it would be 160.
