[*][i]Body:[/i] Sakaki's skin is quite pale despite the excrutiating desert sun, a testament to her predaliction to indoor settings. Her figure is lithe and thin, with nary a hint of feminine development to speak of, and her body is devoid of scars due to her severe lack of physical training or exertion. The only mark against her flawless skin are the black bands that have formed around her wrists, a testament to the Soul Genma's influence.
[*][i]Notable Features:[/i]Due to Shishire's presence within her, Sakaki bears various signs of the spirit. This includes a large fuuinjutsu seal that spans most of her lower back, black bands wrapping around her wrist, blackened sclerae, and black chakra.[/list]
[b]Clothing/Accessories:[/b] Sakaki wears a simple black Kimono, fastened in place by a thick ribbon, dark yellow in color, that ties behind her back. Underneath this Kimono she wears a simple binding over her chest, and pair of underwear underneath black shorts. She has also taken to wearing a fake rose ornament in her hair, which has a small paper tag dangling from it for aesthetic. The edges of this Kimono garb are trimmed red, and she wears simple sandals for footwear.

[list][*][i]General:[/i] Sakaki is a rather energetic, bright young girl, who's never too shy to say hello. Quite the extrovert, the child has had no trouble making friends out of her classmates, and always seems to look at the best people have to offer instead of their faults. Having grown up quite a bit since her sealing, the girl has developed quite the sense of body as well as mind, and is slowly coming in to her own.

Tenacious is a word that has been used multiple times describing her, as she had to push her little body to the limits to pass the physical tests set forth by the academy. She has also been described as having a certain gleam in her eyes, a strength of spirit that surpasses shinobi twice her skill level. This motivation drives her forward in ways no one would have dreamed possible for such a young shinobi.

The influence of Shishire, the Soul genma, has made some big changes to Sakaki's personal interests and desires. For example, she has become much more nosy and curious, asking questions that were not typical of her in the past and making things that weren't her business into her business. She's also discovered a penchant for manipulations of her own, and thoroughly enjoys playing the role of 'pitiful little girl' to lull others into dropping their guard around her, perhaps letting slip information they shouldn't. While she does tries to curve this behavior, sometimes she simply can't help herself.

The girl is still a devout follower of Yuumagure, always saying prayers to Her Light and calling upon the sun for guidance and courage in the face of adversity. Always seen with a spring in her step and a smile on her face, Sakaki is a shinobi who looks keenly to the future, excited to make her contribution to Sunagakure's future one to be recognized by all who reside there.

[*][i]Combat Mentality:[/i] Sakaki's typical methods of combat include the use of Katon Ninjutsu and Ninpou techniques. She is also a capable sensor ninja and Medic, able to use her own brand of Sensory Shijutsu called 'Soul's Eye' and Iijutsu to support her team. Finally, after the sealing ritual, the young girl has become host to Shishire no Shigenma, and as such can utilize the power of the spirit to control and influece souls. Having made solid advancement in all of her forms of combat, Sakaki is definitely not a shinobi to be underestimated.[/list]

[spoiler=Rei no Yumi]This bow is made of blackened metal, treated to reduce reflection of light, and measures a total of 3 feet from one limb tip to the other limb tip. Along the edges of the weapon are a dark red trim, and although it is in fact a bow, the weapon appears to have no string at first glance. The front of each of the limbs is sharpened to a bladed edge, enabling the weapon to be swung in a similar manner to a dual sided sword. In addition, the area closest where one would nock arrows protudes into spiky points, able to pierce flesh if the weapon is used to punch with.

The weapon's hidden property is it's perceived lack of a string, as with a small amount of chakra channeled through the weapon, a string of pure chakra will form between the two limbs, serving as the weapons bowstring. Because of this, any arrows fired with the weapon are propelled with a strength and speed equal to the wielder's control stats, and any arrows fired are reinforced in their durability by the wielder's stamina stat, as is the weapon itself. In addition, should the wielder wish it, they can funnel even more chakra into the weapon to create solid arrows of pure chakra. These arrows act just like normal arrows, but take little time to form, and last until they impact a solid surface.[/spoiler]

Sakaki will perform a series of hand seals before creating a large orb of fire in her hands. She will then extend her hand to the sky and release this orb of fire, which flies with 5 speed until it reaches 200 meters in the sky. While this jutsu has no combat capabilities whatsoever, it does serve as an effective signal flare for allies nearby who can see it. The flare can be seen for up to 2 miles away, and lasts for 3 posts before fizzling out.

It impacts anything in it's path with 20 strength, causing great burns along with incredible concussive force.

This cloak covers her entire body and forms with 10 speed, resisting blows of up to 30 strength and burning anything that touches her according to the katon passive. This technique lasts for 5 posts.

Sakaki will perform a series of hand seals, funneling this chakra into an area within 40 meters of her position. The chakra then condenses itself into the form of a 5 diameter sphere of flames. The sphere can be directed by Sakaki if she takes the time to focus on it, doing nothing but focusing on the orb in order to direct it. When directed, it moves with 15 speed and impacts anything in it's way with 25 strength, burning the obstacle according to the Katon passive. When not controlled, the orb will simply float in place, burning anything that gets too close. The sphere will lasts for 5 posts before dissipating.

Sakaki will perform a series of hand seals, gathering a large amount of chakra within her lungs. She will then exhale this chakra in the form of a small stream of flame that quickly takes the form of a 40 meter diameter fireball. This fireball flies forward with 25 speed for 60 meters or until it hits something, battering everything it hits with 25 strength of concussive force alongside the burns created by the technique.

Sakaki performs a series of hand seals, coating her hands with powerful flames as she does so. These flames burn with white hot intensity at 50 strength, turning metal to slag, flesh to ash, earth to lava and water to steam in mere moments. The flames themselves continue to burn for 5 posts after contact is established.

This simple technique is utilized by medical-nin in place of traditional thermometers, although it is not as accurate. If the patient's temperature is above normal body temperature, the chakra within the object will clump together near the top of it, while if the body temperature is below average, the chakra will form much lower down on the object. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

This chakra will help to protect other objects against the bacteria on the user's hands if sterilization is not an option before beginning a procedure. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

After forming a single handseal, the user will focus chakra into the area around his/her mouth and nose to form a thin layer of chakra around them. This chakra will help to keep the user from breathing bacteria onto a patient during procedures. This technique can be held as long as the user has chakra.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
As sanitation cannot always be guaranteed in field operations, this technique provides a quick substitute to traditional sterilization methods. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel the chakra throughout his/her upper body (torso, arms, hands, face). This chakra will chew away at harmful bacteria and other foreign bodies on the skin, cleansing it until it is thoroughly sterile, and can be spread to objects, most commonly surgical tools. Of course, this takes both concentration and time, and in order to sterilize the entire upper body, it will take a duration of one (1) post. Users of this technique can also choose to sterilize certain parts of their upper body or the wounds of another person instead for a lesser concentration period. Once they are sanitized, they remain this way until coming in contact with more bacteria.

D-Ranked Ninjutsu
Simple in its form yet highly effective in practice, the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Oxygen Flow][/color][/i] technique allows its users to clear obstructed airways, to perform less extensive CPR, and to give cells the oxygen they crave. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place both over the target's chest (through the back works as well). By allowing the chakra to be channeled throughout the lungs and up through the air ways, any unseen, solid or liquid obstructions will be cleared from these passages and ejected through the mouth, allowing the patient to breathe more easily. Additionally, the hands can be placed over the heart to help oxygenate the body's cells. In this instance, users must be much more careful, as over-oxygenating cells can cause more harm than good. This technique takes the entirety of one post to perform.

This highly useful field technique is applied to bleeding wounds to help encourage the coagulation of the blood. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them over the bleeding wound and begin to channel chakra through it. The chakra will began to thicken the blood, causing it to clot. Wounds must be dealt with one at a time, and the number of wounds that can be tended to within the three (3) posts that this technique lasts depends on their size. Small wounds take very little time to clot, while moderate wounds take one (1) post of concentration to clot, and large wounds take two (2) posts to clot. Although this technique stops the bleeding, the wound remains vulnerable and will require further care after this has been performed.

[b]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique][/color][/b]
D-Ranked Ninjutsu
A relatively simple and handy technique to have at hand, [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Burn Ointment Technique][/color][/i] is used to alleviate pain caused by burn wounds. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to small areas of first degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small areas of second degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than second degree.

A simple yet vital medical technique, the *[Iijutsu • Bandage Technique] provides its users with the ability to create makeshift bandages out of any suitable material they desire. After channeling chakra into an object (such as a leaf, piece of cloth, etc.), the user is able to apply it to the wound of a patient. Once applied, the selected object will adhere to the flesh around the wound, protecting it from bacteria and other harmful foreign bodies. Objects used for the bandage technique are automatically sterilized in the process. These bandages drain a minuscule amount of chakra from the person it is attatched to in order to keep them stuck on, theoretically, ad-infinitum, and can be cancelled at any time by the user with a single handseal. While not as effective at stopping bleeding as the [Iijutsu • Chakra Stitching] technique, they hold on much better in the case that strenuous movement is necessary.

Typically used to make the autopsy process smoother, the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Skin Separation][/color][/i] technique separates the skin of the corpse from the underlying muscle. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will slowly move them over the desired area, usually holding them about an inch away from the body itself. As the chakra is channeled through the flesh, it will slowly sink to the final layer of the skin and begin to form a new layer between the skin and the muscle beneath. After this layer has fully formed, the chakra will stay there for four (4) posts, allowing the user to easily separate the flesh and muscle. This non-combat technique cannot be used on living beings as the postmortem physiology is different from that of a living creature.

Perhaps one of the most important Iijutsu techniques to date, the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique][/color][/i] allows its users to probe another's body in search for medical answers. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will begin to channel it into the patient's body. Using this chakra as an internal extension of his/her hand to feel for abnormalities and other issues, the user is often able to determine the problem after some time and concentration. In order for a thorough examination to provide sufficient answers, the user will focus for up to one (1) post, seeking signs of internal and external damage, organ malfunction and disease among other ailments. Although skilled medical-nin have the possibility to work faster, skill cannot be substituted in for thoroughness.

This field-oriented technique is used in place of typical anesthetics when they're not at hand. After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will place them over a group of muscles. As the chakra is channeled through the chosen area, numbness will begin to creep throughout it, beginning with the flesh before seeping into the muscle below. Small areas of numbness require very little time, while medium-sized areas (equivalent to half a limb) require one (1) post to numb, and anything larger than an entire limb requires two (2) posts of concentration to numb. This numbing begins where the user has placed his/her hands and spreads outward until the hands are removed. The numbness can only cause pain equivalent to being stabbed with a kunai to be nullified. Once numbed, the effects last for four (4) posts before fading.

This act can seem very realistic to the untrained opponent, but is foiled by sensor techniques, certain doujutsu and jutsu, and the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Medical Diagnosis Technique][/color][/i] technique.

Often utilized by medical-nin to heal small, superficial wounds or for producing excess skin to use in skin grafts, the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Skin Generation][/color][/i] technique has its number of uses. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will channel it into a small area of skin cells on the patient's body. This chakra will force the skin cells to multiply at an ample rate by confusing this area of the body into its reconstruction stage that is achieved during slumber. As this is a type of regeneration, users must keep in mind that each cell draws from nutrients in the patient's body, and as such, too much can cause serious harm. In order to regenerate medium-sized areas of superficial wounds, it takes one (1) post of concentration. Areas smaller than this take considerably less time. In the case that the skin sample is separate from the body, the cells can be multiplied more quickly than they could be otherwise. These types of samples are generally use for skin grafts. Once this has been done, the user will begin to focus channel chakra into the separated skin before applying it to his/her face. As this chakra makes contact with the user's skin, the skin cells will bond, creating a seamless mask. This new face remains stable for up to thirty (30) total posts before it will begin to rot. This technique does [b]not[/b] remove facial wounds or rot from the face in question, it only allows the user to bind it to his/her own face.

A simple technique that requires its users to sacrifice a little to save a life, the[i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Blood Transfer Technique][/color][/i] does exactly what its name suggests. To prepare for this procedure, the user must make a small incision into the patient's body and follow by opening a vein. Once the vein has been open, the user will begin to channel chakra into it. Over the course of one (1) post, the patient's blood will gain density and stabilize itself. Users of this technique must be aware that their own blood will dilute over the duration of this technique, as it is essentially transferring blood from their bodies to the patient's. No more than 1 liter (2 pints) of blood can be transferred using this technique without severe repercussions for the user.

When in close range, the user will attempt to jab his/her charged hand at the opponent, seeking to connect with a bone. If successful, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body as a sharp, precise burst to the area of contact, causing the bone to fracture. If this area is struck again in the same spot, the bone will inevitably break. This technique does not harm anything but the bone—not even the skin—and is dispelled after three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made. However, since both hands are charged, the user has two chances with this technique per use (one per hand).

After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will place them on either side of the wound in question. From here, the medical-nin will carefully manipulate the surrounding tissues by channeling chakra into them, coaxing the foreign object to the surface of the wound in order to extract it. Users of this technique are advised to analyze the severity of the wound beforehand, as more complex wounds will take longer than the one (1) post of concentration needed to extract most objects from superficial to moderate wounds. This technique should be used in conjunction with a tissue regeneration technique or the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Blood Clot Technique][/color][/i]. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will hover them above the burn wound. As the chakra is channeled into and around the burn, it cools the area and works to prevent harmful, scar-producing blistering in the affected area. To provide this soothing relief to medium-sized areas of first degree and second degree burns, it's fairly quick to do. For small-sized areas of third degree burns, it takes one (1) post of concentration to achieve the same effects. This technique is ineffective when applied to larger areas or burns worse than third degree.

In the event that creating an antidote is not possible, users of this technique can still help their patient fight off toxins, infections and other foreign bodies. As this chakra flows into the body, the leukocytes will react to its presence and begin to multiply rapidly. This influx of white blood cells takes one (1) post of concentration to create. Over the course of five (5) posts, the new and old leukocytes are able to fight off poisons that are C-Rank and below that have entered the body. As this chakra is channeled into the body, it extracts the poison out of it and into the user's palm. After one (1) post of the extraction process, the user will remove his/her hand, and place it over a container of some sort (anything that can bear liquid). From here, the liquid poison will be ejected from the hand along with the remaining chakra that was used to extract it. As this chakra interacts with the poison over the course of a second post, its molecules will be rearranged to form the antidote for the poison in question. This works only on C-Rank or lower poisons. The antidote takes a total of three (3) posts to fully rid the body of the poison.

This increased potency not only rids the body of the C-Rank or lower liquid poison that was in the body over the (3) posts it takes to work, but also induces an immunity in the patient which lasts for seven (7) posts.

One of the few offensive techniques found within the spectrum of Iijutsu, [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Skin Irritation][/color][/i] is utilized in close quarters by medical-nin. After focusing chakra into his/her hands, the user will wait until the opponent is close enough to make bodily contact. Once this happens, the user will attempt to touch the opponent on an open area of flesh. The moment contact is made, the chakra in the hand(s) that made contact will be forcibly channeled into the opponent's body and begin to irritate the skin. In the first post after making contact, large, itchy, red hives will erupt in the area of contact. During the second post after contact, they will spread throughout that entire limb or body part. In the final post of its spreading duration, it covers the entirety of the opponent's body and the itching lasts an additional three (3) posts after this is completed. Although the itching stops, the hives will remain tender (like a sunburn) until medical attention is received.

After performing the necessary handseals, the user will begin to focus an ample amount of chakra into his/her hands. Once charged with chakra, the user will attempt to place his/her hands on the target. If the user is able to connect the entirety of his/her palm, the chakra will be released into the opponent's body, slicing tissue, organs and veins up to 4 inches from the surface in an area roughly the size of the user's hand. The skin remains unblemished by this technique, as it only causes small to moderate [i]internal[/i] wounds. As this technique is dangerous and mostly uncontrolled, the precision needed to kill instantaneously is lost. The chakra used in this technique is highly visible when first activated and emanates from both hands for a duration of three (3) posts or until contact with the opponent is made.

Areas as large as an entire limb will take one (1) post of concentration to release, while releasing half the body from paralysis will take two (2) posts, and finally, to undo the entire body from paralysis, it takes three (3) posts of concentration. This technique is only effective on paralysis caused by jutsu or certain poisons.

After focusing chakra into the hands, the user will begin to channel it through the area of the break or fracture. As this chakra makes contact with the bone, it will stimulate the calcium production of the body and begin to mend the bone. To mend small-to-medium breaks, it takes one (1) post of concentration, while fractures are usually very quick to mend. Multiple breaks can be mended during the use of this technique as it lasts for a total of five (5) posts or until canceled. Users should beware that, like other regenerations of this kind, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are being depleted during its use, and too many uses of this technique in a short span of time can cause serious damage.

For every post that Sakaki maintains this technique, the target's body will produce one extra liter of blood, and she can maintain the jutsu for up to 5 posts. It should be noted that, like other regeneration techniques, the nutrient stores of the patient's body are depleted during the use of this jutsu, and frequent use can result in complications.

As the chakra interacts with the cells and tissues in the area, the wound will begin to regenerate and heal over until there's no remnant of it ever being there. Of course, this is not done in the blink of an eye. To heal small-to-moderate wounds, it takes very little time, while large wounds take one (1) post of concentration to mend, and mortal wounds take a total of two (2) posts to fully mend. This technique lasts for four (4) posts, but due to its chakra-extensive nature, users are not advised to treat multiple large wounds in a single use.

In the event that the user is aware that they will be hit in a specific place, s/he may attempt to focus chakra into that area before the strike connects. If successful, any damage to the damaged area will immediately begin to regenerate, be it a bruise, small fracture, or a small-to-moderate cut. These wounds can take up to one (1) post to heal fully depending on their size and severity, where fractures and moderate wounds would take the entire post. However, during this regeneration process, users are [b]not[/b] rendered immobile and can continue to fight while their wounds regenerate. This technique can only be used a maximum of three (3) times per thread.

A disturbing, advanced Iijutsu born from the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Skin Mask][/color][/i] technique, [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Skin Bond][/color][/i] works to weld two people together using their flesh. When in close range, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands and attempt to make contact with the two targets. If contact is made and the opponents are within a close enough proximity to one another that their flesh is touching, the user is able to flow chakra through that area to cause the skin to bond. Unless the affected targets cut themselves free or have surgery to separate their bodies, they will remain like this permanently. However, this technique is not entirely combat-oriented. In the event that a skin graft must be performed and the tools to complete one are not on hand, this jutsu may easily take their places. This technique lasts for four (4) posts or until contact is made.

Used to heal even the most maimed patients, the [i]*[color=#008b5e][Iijutsu • Healing Resuscitation Regeneration][/color][/i] technique is performed by a group of medical-nin. After the rites of the procedure have been marked and the patient has been placed at its center, four medical-nin will take their places in each of the four corners, and the lead medical-nin will be positioned at the head. Once this is set up, the user of this technique will use a hair from the patient's body to begin to procedure. This hair will be placed onto the damaged area, and once the chakra begins to flow into it, cell and tissue reconstruction will begin immediately. This technique will be held for the duration of two (2) posts, and in this time, all wounds ranging from small to mortal can be healed no matter how dire they are. However, if they are so dire that the patient is on the verge of death, the time this technique takes to set up and mend such wounds will likely be too long to save the patient before s/he succumbs to his/her wounds.

S-Ranked Ninjutsu

To begin, the user will focus chakra into his/her hands and follow by placing them on the chest of the freshly deceased body. By transferring his/her essence into the dead body over the course of one (1) post, the user is able to resurrect it at the expense of his/her own life. However, if the patient in question is only fatally injured but not quite dead, the user of this technique will not transfer all of his/her life essence and can live through the use of this technique. If this occurs, the user will be rendered unconscious for five (5) posts following. This technique cannot be used more than once per thread.[/spoiler]

This simple two part seal is created with the purpose of letting Sakaki know the physical conditions of anyone bearing it. To start, Sakaki places the seal on a target's chest, which is then linked to the parent seal on the back of her left hand. By placing the seal on the target's chest, Sakaki can turn on the seal and focus on a specific individual bearing the other seal to monitor their health. This seal will tell Sakaki what areas are have been damaged, such as if their arm or leg has been gashed, and will also tell her how close they are to death on a scale of 1 to 10. This is not nearly as accurate as the Medical Diagnosis technique given the different in range, but it gives Sakaki the bare minimum knowledge needed to make proper arrangements to save lives.

Outside of combat however, where time is a plenty, adept fuuinjutsu user can study a seal in depth learning most of its secrets.

A two part Augmenting fuuin Sakaki created to allow her allies and reanimations access to her various seals, this seal is a small, one inch diameter augmenting fuuinjutsu placed on the back of either hand with another slightly larger circular fuuin seal around it. By placing this two part seal on a target, Sakaki gives them the ability to activate any of her fuuinjutsu techniques so long as they are within range to do so. This includes the smaller seal itself, allowing the bearer of the seal to toggle it on and off at their leisure. The larger seal however can only be activated by Sakaki, as it is meant to inhibit the cipher should Sakaki decide she doesn't want the bearer to activate her seals. It should be noted that the bearer of the seal must have the required stats necessary to activate the seal in question, and activating the seal takes the seal bearer's chakra, not Sakaki's. This means that someone wanting to activate one of Sakaki's A rank seals must have at least 25 ninjutsu, and must expend the required chakra to activate the seal themselves.

The bearer will then apply the paper directly to any wound, allowing the healing chakra to flow through their wounds and heal them as if Sakaki herself were performing the Mystical palm technique for them. This comes with the caveat that the person who activated the seal must continue to flow chakra into the seal to keep it active for a maximum of 4 posts, the seal becoming inert after that time or whenever the bearer ceases to funnel chakra into it.

That object or person can then be Kai'd to release the power of the explosion, with the point of contact being the epicenter of the explosive force. If successful, they will mirror themselves in the users shadow so that they may follow them for up to 5 posts. At any point if the users attempts to attack, the disguise will be released, causing a "poof " of smoke. This jutsu uses up one of the 2 teleportations a character can use in a single thread.

This stronger version also allows her to sense the presence of a soul within 30 meters of her even if it is not in her field of view, able to pinpoint the location of anything with a soul within that range. However, she must still look at the soul in order to use follow up jutsu for thing such as evaluation or archival.

Sakaki does a series of hand seals, channeling Shishire's chakra to her hands with the intent of granting her hands the ability to damage a target's soul. This jutsu removes her hands physical properties, leaving a transparent, wispy hand in place of her normal hands. This does not inhibit her ability to form hand seals, but she is incapable of physically interacting with any matter with her hands for the duration. This allows her hands to phase through physical materials such as armor or protective jutsu that would otherwise prevent her from damaging a target's soul. This lasts for 4 posts, or until Sakaki ends the jutsu with a single hand seal.

This causes them to lose all control over any jutsu they are preparing or currently focusing on, unless their control is equal to or greater than Sakaki's (mastery/control)/2. This additional effect lasts as long as the [color=#009E49]Touch of Anubis[/color] does.

For the next 3 posts, every strike she delivers that successfully hits a target will drop their Taijutsu by -3 for 3 posts. Repeated strikes increase the Taijutsu decrease and refresh the duration.

Sakaki will perform a series of hand seals, funneling Shishire's chakra throughout the cloak surrounding Sakaki. The cloak will grow visibly denser and darker with the extra chakra, which works as a sort of defensive armor. The chakra flows through her aura with 10 speed, but repels the presence of another soul with 30 strength, requiring that a target attempting to touch her physically have more than 30 strength to do so. In addition, touching her physically while this jutsu is in effect damages the soul at the point of contact, inflicting paralysis within the area of contact for 3 posts. This cloak enhancement lasts for 5 posts.

In addition, those afflicted will find themselves rendered deaf for the next three posts.

Should the wisp make contact with a target, it will wrap around their face and turn opaque for a moment before vanishing. The afflicted target will see nothing but darkness for the next 3 posts, effectively rendering them blind.

Sakaki begins with a series of hand seals, funneling Shishire's chakra through her hands to grant her the ability to damage the soul. For the next 5 posts, Sakaki's touch carries with it the potential to paralyze the body, rendering any area struck by her hands paralyzed for the next 3 posts on contact. In addition, should Sakaki land a solid blow against the target's solar plexus, the seat of their soul, her touch instead bears such power that the soul itself can be shoved entirely out of their body. This kills the opponent unless the opponent's control is equal to or greater than her (mastery+control)/2, to a maximum of 30. Should the target resist this death effect, they will instead be subjected to paralysis of the afflicted area.

After forming a series of hand seals, Sakaki will release chakra from her body that creates a black, transparent cube of Shishire's chakra around an area up to 50x50x50 meters in size, with her at the center of this area. This cube does not expand from her position, rather it begins to take form at the designated range, which cannot be altered post creation. The cube forms at a speed of 25 until it is fully formed and lasts for 6 posts. This chakra does nothing to prevent the passage of a physical body or object, while anything enhanced by chakra or ninjutsu of some kind can break the barrier with a strength of 35, but it does prevent the passage of a soul. As such, if a target should attempt to pass through the cube, their soul will be left on one side of the cube while they pass through the other. This does not immediately cause death, as the soul remains attached via a silver cord, but it does prevent the use of any chakra techniques until they are reunited with their soul. Should the target stray too far from their soul (A distance equal to their control stat in meters) There soul will come back to them with detrimental Shijutsu chakra attached to it, which will cause them full body paralysis for 3 posts after their soul returns to them. To reunite with one's soul, one must either go back through the veil or wait for the technique to end, either case resulting in their soul reentering their body and the negatives associated with their soul being separated from them vanishing immediately.

Sakaki will perform a series of hand seals and place her hands on a willing target, siphoning off part of that target's soul to store within herself. The target may then choose to take a -stamina penalty, however much they wish, as long as at least 1 stamina is taken. Should the target then be killed, Sakaki can use the stored portion of their soul to restore the body of the slain shinobi to life. The body must be healed before this can be done, as any fatal wounds would prevent the restoration of the target's soul to their body. In addition, the target will come back to life only with however much stamina they offered to Sakaki when she initially performed the technique, having to earn the lost stamina back through traditional means. The resurrected shinobi's sclerae will forever be blackened, but unlike Edo Tensei techniques, the target is in no way subservient to Sakaki's will and will suffer no ill effects apart from the lost stamina.

Sakaki will perform a series of hand seals, sending out a wisp of hazy black chakra towards any target within 50 meters of her, at a speed of 35. She can maintain control of this wisp with unerring accuracy as long as she maintains the final hand seals, and releasing the seal will cause it to fly in a straight line in whatever direction it was headed at the time she released the seal. Should this wisp make contact with a target, this chakra will exert her influence over that target's soul if their control is less than her (mastery/control)/2. A target who fails this stat check will be bound to Sakaki's will for the next 5 posts, forced to follow her orders. Sakaki cannot force the target to kill themselves, though she can force them to fight others to the best of their ability. However, should the target's instinct exceed 35, they will retain enough presence of mind to allow them some small degree of control, enough that they may leave glaring weaknesses or openings in their defense for their allies.

Sakaki performs a series of hand seals, placing her hands on the body of a deceased human being. She then will call forth the soul of one of her soul companions, or use the soul of another recently departed human being, shredding the soul and depleting it of all life force. This effectively destroys the soul and ensures that the soul's corpse can never be resurrected, but the power of the soul can then be used to restore to life another corpse of Sakaki's choosing. This jutsu returns the target to life at the cost of the sacrificed soul being forever destroyed, and the resurrected target's stamina total will be equal to their own stamina total or the stamina of the sacrificed soul, whichever is lowest. This restores the target to life and heals their wounds to the point that they are not in danger of death, though they will still be incredibly drained and unable to do much. As a side effect, the resurrected human will forever have blackened sclerae, but they are in no way under Sakaki's control and suffer no ill effects as a result of the jutsu.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=History]The circumstances of Sakaki's birth are not quite as happy as the young girl herself, as she was born a bastard to a young woman from the poor side of the village. To make matters even more depressing, the woman died due to complications during the birth, leaving Sakaki an orphan with no father to claim her and no living mother. And so, the girl has grown up in an orphanage and the occasional foster home, with no real parents to speak of.

From a very young age, it was clear that Sakaki's life was going to lead her into the Shinobi academy. At the age of 5, just by glancing a scroll she retrieved from the library, she took her first three steps up a wall using the Tree Climbing technique... Only to fall back down of course. However, the fact remained that her chakra control and ability to learn ninjutsu were far too great to pass up, and after some deliberation the woman in charge of the orphanage enrolled her into the academy.

Academy life for Sakaki was rough, mostly because her skills only lay in ninjutsu. Any form of physical conditioning was met with extreme resistance, solely because she sucked at it. But it wasn't long before she discovered her skills lay more in the support role, as she could almost naturally utilize sensory ninjutsu and healing arts were fascinating to her. Despite her lack of taijutsu prowess, her penchant for the more advanced ninjutsu arts were what propelled her forward through the academy, and were solely responsible for her early graduation to Genin at the age of 10.

Shortly after her graduation however, the village had big plans for the young genin Sakaki; She was selected to be the next host for one of their two great Genma spirits. Shishire no Shigenma, the Phantom Beast of Souls, was to be sealed within her by one of the greatest spiritual masters in the village, one Saisuke Zao. The process of placing the genma within her was rigorous, at many points it seemed she would fail the sealing. However, by focusing on her devotion to Yuumagure and Her Light, she found the clarity and power necessary to pull the spirit into the Fuuinjutsu on her back and complete the sealing, becoming a Jinchuuriki.

It was shortly after this sealing that she was introduced to one of her handlers, Meiyo Souta, who has taken a large role in shaping and molding her as she grows up. Deciding to step away from the 'watch and record' methodology of the rest of the handlers, Souta has played the role of Sensei and friend to Sakaki, teaching her everything from self control of her emotions to cooking sushi. It was with Souta that Sakaki unlocked her first form, after calling upon the soul of her dead mother to speak only to find that she resented the child for her death. It was Souta who guided her through that turmoil, much to Shishire's dismay.

Afterwards, she encounted the Suna genin Hizashi, Rika, and quickly became friends with the girl, who then invited her into the illustrious organization of the "Scribes of the Sand". Alongside her new friend, she explored an old ruin in Wind Country and discovered a trove of information and artifacts. On the way out however, Rika fell prey to a trap and lost her arm, and Sakaki could do nothing to help her. This powerlessness triggered her next form to activate, and after she regained her composure, she was able to use this excess chakra from Shishire to heal her friend and get them both to the help of the workers outside the tower. Because of this, Rika was able to survive and get a prosthetic arm, and thus continue her career.

This and more lead to Sakaki's chuunin exam against a young boy named Gekimetsu, Kaen. Observed by two of Suna's council, the two battled ferociously, and it was only by a narrow margin that Sakaki emerged victorious. After this bout, she was brought to discuss her rank up, and upon deliberation it was decided that Sakaki would advance to the rank of Chuunin. With that came the big reveal to the village; Sakaki no longer had to hide her status as a Jinchuuriki, and with that she was given a little bit more leeway and privacy for her life. The future is looking bright for Izanami Sakaki... but for how long?[/spoiler]
