- Face/head: Kasumi has very soft, feminine features, a rounded face and pale skin that seem to perfectly compliment her long, waist length black hair and bright blue eyes, those same eyes being somewhat ovular in appearance and often holding a mischievous twinkle accompanied by a very pleasant smile that very rarely seems to vanish from her features.
- Body: Adding onto her seemingly delicate appearance, Kasumi's skin is soft and smooth, her limbs having well toned though barely visible muscle, her stomach having just a bit of muscle definition as well. However as she's still young she is fairly lacking in some areas, standing at a fairly short height and not really having much of a figure, her breasts being a small B cup, her waist having only slightly begun to curve inwards along with having a fairly small waist, her rear however does have a fair bit of meat to it considering her age.

- General: Perhaps in part due to her strict upbringing Kasumi is friendly and exceedingly polite to most everyone she meets, this same upbringing leading her to being unabashedly obedient and fairly naive, though in several ways some would rather call her ditzy, as well. All this said, she can have a bit of a temper that she keeps pushed deep down, the girl feeling that such unbridled fire goes against the way she had been raised.

Born into Kiri's Aisu clan, from the moment of her birth Kasumi while spoiled by her parents was at the same time subjected to a very strict upbringing filled with expectations, the young girl being eager to please, never once complaining or resisting, slowly growing up to be a wonderfully behaved young girl, obedient, polite to others, and very sociable. It was around the time of her 10th birthday that her parents began to wonder if they had done the right thing. Ya see, she had been able to make a new friend by working to solve what seemed to at first be a dispute, though really it was just bullying, between several neighborhood kids, the girl working tirelessly to protect their victim. When it seemed that diplomacy wouldn't work out however, she went against her raising for the first time, attacking the leader of the group in genuine anger though just as quickly coming to her senses and getting off the boy, he and his gang running off in terror at that point. Frankly she was ashamed of herself for losing it like that, not that she particularly understood what had just happened, though at the same time she was happy that she had managed to drive them off, even gaining a new friend in the process.
And nothing particularly changed when she entered the academy, her friendly polite nature earning her a few friends while her eagerness to please led to her working as hard as she possibly could, earning fairly great marks during her short time in the academy. Not everyone seemed to be happy with her however as she was fairly regularly challenged by a girl whom felt as if she had been sucking up to the teachers and the other students. She never accepted the challenges however, until graduation neared that is. Over the last several months her seemingly never-ending patience had finally run out and she accepted the challenge the pair using all that they had learned thus far to fight to a draw, a friendly rivalry seeming to form between the two as they acknowledged each other's strengths, promising to battle again in the future once they had gotten stronger.
And so it was that she graduated with flying colors, over the next short while learning new techniques and even being granted her mother's old sword as a gift, though she couldn't yet use it until she learned how to unlock the seal that had been put on the sheath.

All this said, she can have a bit of a temper that she keeps pushed deep down, the girl feeling that such unbridled fire goes against the way she had been raised.

[center][b][big]History[/big][/b][/center][spoiler=Historical Accounts]Born into Kiri's Aisu clan, from the moment of her birth Kasumi while spoiled by her parents was at the same time subjected to a very strict upbringing filled with expectations, the young girl being eager to please, never once complaining or resisting, slowly growing up to be a wonderfully behaved young girl, obedient, polite to others, and very sociable. It was around the time of her 10th birthday that her parents began to wonder if they had done the right thing. Ya see, she had been able to make a new friend by working to solve what seemed to at first be a dispute, though really it was just bullying, between several neighborhood kids, the girl working tirelessly to protect their victim. When it seemed that diplomacy wouldn't work out however, she went against her raising for the first time, attacking the leader of the group in genuine anger though just as quickly coming to her senses and getting off the boy, he and his gang running off in terror at that point. Frankly she was ashamed of herself for losing it like that, not that she particularly understood what had just happened, though at the same time she was happy that she had managed to drive them off, even gaining a new friend in the process.
And nothing particularly changed when she entered the academy, her friendly polite nature earning her a few friends while her eagerness to please led to her working as hard as she possibly could, earning fairly great marks during her short time in the academy. Not everyone seemed to be happy with her however as she was fairly regularly challenged by a girl whom felt as if she had been sucking up to the teachers and the other students. She never accepted the challenges however, until graduation neared that is. Over the last several months her seemingly never-ending patience had finally run out and she accepted the challenge the pair using all that they had learned thus far to fight to a draw, a friendly rivalry seeming to form between the two as they acknowledged each other's strengths, promising to battle again in the future once they had gotten stronger.
And so it was that she graduated with flying colors, over the next short while learning new techniques and even being granted her mother's old sword as a gift, though she couldn't yet use it until she learned how to unlock the seal that had been put on the sheath.[/spoiler]
