Due to discord request I'll post this final concern here.

Your Zantou jutsu is doing a gen-like effect with absolute wording. I went and looked at Zantou and the closest they get is disorientation via damage dealt. I looked at your app and didn't see a concentration that would allow such an effect. The same could be said for your peacock jutsu (though we already discussed that one to a degree). I can't see anything in the sage mode that suggests you're getting that concentration so either its not there or I'm blind. You'll likely need a conc like mine or Niro's and to follow those examples as I was told too. As always another mod is free to over-ride me and I'm open for discussion.

Zantou does a variety of 'Kiai' that affect the opponents body in mind in various ways, so all is fine for Zantou and

Peacock, I've edited. Yorus sagemode allows for a variety of bird like tendencies, the peacock jutsu has no forced affect and is mostly used as a distraction, willpower can be affected outside of gen. There a other ninjutu I've seen that do similar effects.

All should be fine now.

As a note, I've eemoved the Zantou technique and all my others.

I believe the peacock jutsu should be fine as it is in it's current form, it doesn't really do much and is down to
responsible roleplay by the opponent.

The user will hold a singular hand seal, this will warp the user to their Personal Realm. The user is also capable of deciding who can and cannot enter the realm via physical contact, leaving enemies behind and bringing allies with them. <-S/T doesn't just warp to move through Space, it uses portals. A portal would form and you could step through it with whoever. To prevent enemies it'd require a Control battle.

Using the perception technique, the user has memorised the world map and the location of each country. Whilst in their personal realm, the user will perform a sequence of hand seals and focus on a specific country, they will then warp to that country instantly. However, this struggles to be very specific and usually takes them to a random location within the country. This does not allow the users to teleport into any of the five villages or anywhere that has security to enter. <-S/T of this range would be S and require the aid of fuuinjutsu.
