Physical Features:
- Face/head: Setsuka has very pale skin. Her face is thin and her chin is rounded. She has round, wide icy blue eyes, framed by short, thin eyelashes. Setsuka's face is framed by light, blonde hair, which is tied into two twintails with lilac ribbons.
- Body: Setsuka is very slightly taller than the average height for her age, though not by much, as it's only an inch. Her body is thin and slender, and her body has slight curves, but they are not very noticeable.
Clothing/Accessories: Casually, Setsuka wears a dark purple jacket over a light blue shirt. She wears dark blue pants and violet shoes.
On missions, Setsuka wears a light purple shirt, cutting off just before midsection. Over her left shoulder, she wears a dark blue sash with a few pockets for storing kunais. Her pants are martial arts pants in an even darker blue, with more pockets for storing weapons. Over her pants is a lilac colored belt with pouches for storing supplies and weapons. She wears the standard shinobi sandals. She wears thin mesh armor that resembles fishnets under her shirt and as fingerless gloves. She wears her forehead protector around her neck.
Setsuka always wears a special Shiimu charm on a necklace.

Personality:- General: Setsuka is a rather quiet person who has a calm exterior. Even though she is calm on the outside, that doesn’t mean she actually is calm. She’s just able to mask the many emotions she feels on a daily basis so she doesn’t bother anyone and doesn’t burden them. In a terrifying situation, if she looks calm, she’s probably freaking out inside of her head. Setsuka is actually rather shy and timid.
She’s very nurturing and kind to others, especially children or those who are elderly, and always likes to help out when she can. She’s very gullible and can be tricked into doing things for the wrong crowd if they are convincing enough to make her help them.
Oh, and she’s always cold. She wants to complain about how cold she is, but she holds her tongue. She does like the cold, but being cold constantly does get annoying. - Hopes/Dreams: She wants to be able to become stronger and protect her village and the people she cares about. She also hopes to one day have a family of her own.
- Fears: Setsuka’s biggest fear is death. Most notably, freezing to death. She’s also afraid of bugs.

Generally, Setsuka is a very fast fighter, excelling in speed. She’s also very stealthy, and finds herself in control of her abilities. She excels at ranged combat and her preferred weapon is a kunai.
She’s also very flexible and can easily change tasks and strategies in battle. Well, IF she’s given orders to do so. She lacks leadership skills and confidence. She never feels like her plans are good enough to be spoken out loud, and as a result she is more of a follower than a leader. She never really acts without orders unless she, someone weaker than her, or someone she cares about is in danger.

After performing the correct hand seals the user will form a dense ball of water approximately 6 centimeters in diameter in their hands. Upon lurching forward, they will release the ball towards an opponent up to 10 meters away at [Control] Speed and Strength.

C-Rank Ninjutsu
After performing the correct hand seals the user expels a massive tidal wave of water 10 meters wide and nearly 5 meters tall. This wave travels forward at a [Control] Speed and Strength for up to 25 meters before losing it's steam and failing.
*Fuuton • Vortex Screw
D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After doing the needed hand seals, the user creates a small vortex of Fuuton chakra around a projectile in their hand that spins with [Control] Strength. This causes the projectile to corkscrew through the air, allowing it to travel an extra 10m and applying the Fuuton passive when thrown. This doesn't make the projectile any faster, only increases its range and ability to cut.

D-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
After performing the needed hand seals, the user is able to glide on air as if they were skating on ice. This allows them to move faster (+3 speed) but lowers their ability to translate force (-3 Strength). This doesn't allow them to fly, but rather to travel over things like land, water, and ice with greater ease. The user is only held several inches off of the ground. This Jutsu does not expire until the user’s chakra supply runs out or the user shuts it off. The fuuton passive is not applied in this technique.

C-Ranked Fuuton Jutsu
By performing the needed hand seals and bringing their hands to their mouth, the user can release a wide blast of air. This wave of air moves outward in a cone shape with a 25m width at the end of the cone and moves with [Control] Speed. Once it makes contact with a substance, the wind both cuts at it and pushes it away with [Control] strength. This blast goes out for a maximum of 25m if it doesn't hit anything, where it will dissipate into the surrounding air.

HistoryHistorical AccountsShowSetsuka has had a rather uneventful history. She was born to Fuyutsuki Hoshiko and Kanrou as the second child out of three, and the eldest girl. Because her family has sworn allegiance to the Shiimu, she and her elder brother, Tsukio, were required to be submitted to the shinobi academy. Setsuka had originally wanted to pursue a life of music, but begrudgingly accepted it. Both Tsukio and Setsuka were admitted to the academy.
Within the academy, Setsuka's calm exterior and intelligence made her an excellent student. Though she lacked leadership skills and rarely acted without orders, Setsuka was able to graduate from the academy with great marks.
Due to her anxiety and lack of confidence, which is hidden by her mask of calmness, she doesn’t think she’d be able to pass the chuunin exams, even if people keep telling her to try. As a result, she still hasn’t attempted the exams.
