I'm going to 2/2 this and reactive your character, but I'll leave this up for a bit so you can see it.

Just be aware of the following:

Your jutsu now switch over to control unless the stated speed and strength is greater than what it would be if it was off of control.
  • If your jutsu has 10 speed and strength and you have 30 Control, that jutsu now has up to 30 Speed and Strength when you use it until you full switch.
  • If your jutsu has 20 Speed and Strength and you have 15 Control, the jutsu keeps its 20 Speed and Strength.
You'll likely be wanting to revamp these sometime soon! Happy rping!

Could a mod give me a quote version of Tenzin's app? I would like to submit an update to the Jutsu's so they match the current system.


Also can you add 1/2 Perk to the Perk Section?
