Somewhat toned but not well sculpted, she's in pretty good shape overall. However, her skin is exceptionally pale as are her lips, true to her Kirigakure heritage. Like the rest of her clan mates, Ou has two red bruises on her forehead, outlined in black with tattoo. Her hair is currently kept long, it's snowy flowing wildness kept up in a bun with bone senbon when working, bangs caressing cheeks. Ou has an anvil and sword tattoo on her abdomen, white in color. She also has white lotus petal tattoos going up the whole length of her left arm. Clothing/AccessoriesShow Ou is known for dressing for the occasion. Rarely seen in attire not appropriate for work, it is even rarer that anyone sees Ou's face when working. In fact, most people don't even know her name. A bone mask, stylized like that of an Octopus Spider adorns her face. It has two red circles outlined in black on the forehead, and the kirigakure symbol just above them. The mask is white with dark blue and black markings, appearing as though two tendrils erupt as small horns upwards as six other tendrils dangle below the face, each of the eight tendrils having a slightly different length and having Kanji along ther sides numbering them one through eight. The forgemaiden is known for wearing dashing regal dark purples, dark navy blues and blacks, and is almost always armed and armored. She typically wears boots, of varying colors dependent on the occasion. When wearing for a more fun outing, the Kaguya is known for wearing dresses of almost any variety, fabric, pattern, or color. Most often, the clan symbol is apparent somewhere in her attire, as well as village symbol. Flower petals are a popular choice for patterns, as well as lotus and blade-like designs. Dark grays, dark blues, and dark greens are the most often worn of this variety. Ivy patterns are also prominent, especially outfits that expose her left arm and midriff but have ivy on the right arm. PersonalityShow The young forgemaiden is new to the more richer aspects in the world but is by no means stupid. She has been described as being both a flower and a spider a party favor and a crasher. Without the mask, beauty. With the mask, ruin. Like Kaguya before her, her indoctrination into the Kirigakure shinobi lifestyle has its ups and downs. Attachment and detachment issues run rampant in the mist. Ou is no different, raised just as the others. Ou is known to be courteous, nearly always lending a hand to those in need when it is within her means to do so. Occasionally a risk taker, the forgemaiden is known to weigh options very carefully before acting, but is known to pull ace in the holes. Ambitious, she aspires to become the best tool and toolsmith the village has ever seen. "Ou? Yeah... she called me a tool..." A prime example of self control, Ou has honed her patience under great tutors into a cold, calculating machine. Ou is cautious and untrusting but a master of never showing it. Ou has a different side when not working. Much more bubbly and cheerful. Some would say flirtatious even. HistoryShow Like others before her, Ou was born into this plagued and damned world not by her choice. She never chose to receive the infant killing virus that had plagued the planet for so long, yet she did. Fortunately, she was born in Kirigakure and that meant there was something to be done about it. Taken by the Kaguya, she was adopted and indoctrinated into the shinobi lifestyle like her new cousins. The first few years were pretty basic for her, all things considered. She grew up around other children, they all looked mostly alike, it felt like a family. At the appropriate age, Kaguya, Ou was approached by her adopted parents and began training to enter the academy and become a shinobi. Her parents, as it turned out, were quite successful shinobi currently in their prime. So Ou's training was strict. Intense. Stressful. Soul killing. Bone chilling. But it was thrilling. She learned to control her bones and by the time she had entered the academy something peculiar had befallen her. When training with her parents one day in a location they didn't normally venture to, their happened to be many others out and about in those training grounds. Among them were several known families and clans of various generations. It was a very social area, and a huge change for Ou compared to the clan compound. Whilst under this more public eye, she studied the techniques of others endlessly and after seeing a Water Prison Jutsu, decided to learn suiton techniques. Try as they might, her parents were unable to teach Ou hoe to use elemental jutsu. There was something wrong with her, they supposed. Who ever heard of a shinobi that couldn't use suiton? In lament, after weeks of failure, Ou went to train alone. Late into the night, she trained. Occasionally, others would pass by but typically Ou paid them no mind. Except for when the witch came. Nearing midnight, Muramasa, Maido and her gang happened to be out and about and paused to watch the young girl train. At first, Ou thought they were Kaguya she had somehow yet to meet but the distinct lack of red dots told her otherwise. After some conversing, Maido took Ou under her wing and began to teach her the old ways. Under her guidance, Ou managed to produce a suiton jutsu, once. As soon as she did, the water turned to acid however and her eyes began to feel as though they'd been set ablaze. Excruciating pain wracked though her skull as by pure fate what have it, she activated a latent doujutsu. "You should consider yourself lucky, young one...I haven't seen that doujutsu in over two hundred years...you have an interesting destiny ahead of you." The Nijigan didn't always hurt as it turned out and it gave reason for her lack of ability to create the usual elements. According to Maido, she was admittedly jealous. She had had to study for years upon years to learn the things she would now be able to teach Ou. Through the Nijigan, Ou began to learn a lot more. She continued her studies and training and enrolled into the academy. Once in the academy, Ou began to wear a mask and be much more quiet. Most days, she didn't even speak at all unless called upon and when it came time for graduation, she had no problem filling her opponent with acid and disposing of their body. Now a genin, Ou has been using the Emperor Flame and her own Bone abilities to experiment with forging crazy weapons. Her classmates have started calling her the Forgemaiden.

Battle Information

Combat StyleShow Currently, Kaguya, Ou is fresh to the world. Straight out of the academy, she relies on the basics and her lower ranked ranged jutsu to get the job done on a day to day basis. She centers her methodology around what she calls "The Toolbox Method" where anything anything and everyone around her is a tool when on a mission. Abilities: 2/3Show A byproduct of the treatment for a congenital disorder, Death Bone Pulse is a Kaguya’s ability to control the ossification of their bodies to rapidly replace, grow, or produce bone from their bodies. This process is able to be consciously controlled as if it was a muscle. This allows the Kaguya to not only turn any part of their bodies into bone, but to grow new bones, or additional bones, or simply fashion things out of bone. This skill is actually a natural process that can be consciously controlled, making it a form of taijutsu, meaning all Kaguya techniques utilize the users Speed and Strength. The Nijigan is a special doujutsu housed in Kaguya, Ou's eyes, causing them to turn vibrantly orange and purple, fading quickly back and forth between the two. The Nijigan gives coloration to all jutsu within the wielder's line of sight, showing the basic elemental components of anything it gazes upon. However, this only works for viewing elemental jutsu, extensions, supers, and fusions, and provides no information for any sort of non-elemental jutsu. Jutsu are colored according to their elemental type and extensions, supers, and fusions will show their basic components as well. The Nijigan removes access to the five basic elemental affinities. In exchange, the user may obtain extensions/supers/fusions of the five basic elements at their leisure, so long as they meet other necessary requirements (such as location and clan restriction). They must still take concentrations for these extensions/supers/fusions however and they get advanced channeling for those elements. ConcentrationsShow Ninjutsu ConcentrationsShow Shujouton, or Emperor Flame Release is an extension of Katon developed by Muramasa, Maido and taught to Kaguya, Ou. Emperor Flames are golden and white in color and do not burn the way normal flames do. They burn chakra, rather than other fuel sources, and are incapable of igniting anything until they have been fed enough chakra to produce additional, regular flames. Emperor Flames all cause a chakra pool debuff to anything they touch in accordance to debuffing rules relative to [control] used to create the jutsu. This debuff occurs to anything that has stats that is touched by an Emperor Flame. 1-14 Control Requirement: -1 chakra pool for the remainder of the thread. 15-24 Control Requirement: -2 chakra pool for the remainder of the thread 25-34 Strength Requirement: -3 chakra pool for the remainder of the thread 35+ Strength Requirement: -5 chakra pool for the remainder of the thread Things that do not have stats still have their chakra burned and include but is not limited to: Plants, Animals, Fish, Insects, Fungus, Naturally occurring water, summons, puppets (with chakra in them), other chakra-infused items. Any time Emperor Flames are fed chakra from any source other than their initial casting, they spread, feeding these new flames with the chakra burned. These flames spread in accordance to regular Katon passive rules. Emperor flames burn at one burn degree lower than that of regular Katon flames. For Reference: Katon Passive (Ignition)Show Katon's effect is ignition, which means that all katon jutsu, regardless of effect, start and spread fire from their source. Once a jutsu has been performed, the fire from the jutsu spreads at 1/3rd the speed of the technique, rounded down. That means a C-rank katon jutsu that moves at 13 speed would create subsequent fires that spread at 4 speed. These secondary fires require flammable material to continuously spread, otherwise they will burn out on their own. Additionally, the strength of burns on organic material from katon jutsu is determined by the strength stat of the individual jutsu. 1-14 Strength Requirement: First Degree Burns 15-24 Strength Requirement: Second Degree Burns 25-34 Strength Requirement: Third Degree Burns 35+ Strength Requirement: Fourth Degree Burns Flint release is an extension of doton and raiton created by Muramasa, Maido and taught to Kaguya, Ou. Flint is similar to regular doton in general appearance, though with unique properties that altar its physical makeup. Flint style stones are a speckled gray in color and when struck will cause sparks to fly out back in that direction. The range of which sparks are generated is equivalent to half the average range per jutsu rank, outwards from the stone. The strength and speed of the sparks created however is equivalent to those of the flint style jutsu, and do not typically carry the raiton passive. However, ones that do are required to be a minimum of C-Rank in difficulty. Suiton and suiton extensions that are not oil or that aid in ignition can dampen Flint style, causing it to become wet, regular doton. However, suiton extensions that would aid in ignition, or other liquids such as napalm, oil, or gas, will increase the range of the electric zap on strikes by an additional amount equal to the rank of the fuels source, as well as igniting a fire along the entire vicinity of the flint style technique and anything blasted by the flints lightning, equivalent to the rank of the strike. Santon, or Acid Release is capable of changing water and other liquids into volatile and corrosive chemicals that eat away at opponents, allies, and inanimate objects alike, users of the style are able to turn their surroundings to their advantage by making it painful and potentially deadly even to remain on a battlefield. Because of the nature of acid techniques, they generally have very little destructive power in the act of attacking, but can break through even powerful barriers over time. The rate at which and the effectiveness of Acid jutsu is determined by the Rank of the jutsu in question. However, continuous reapplications of lower ranked Acid jutsu will cause the effects to go up by a rank. For example, being touched by a D-Rank Acid jutsu twice on the same spot (without having gotten rid of the previous acid) will cause it to function as though it had the intensity of a C-Rank Acid jutsu. Acid jutsu have no innate strength stat and no real "passive" as their effect is persistent and constantly active, being its own effect in lieu of a strength stat. Acid jutsu retain their melting properties indefinitely, but cannot continue to move or hold their shape after their listed post count unless further manipulated via jutsu. Acid is a sickly greenish yellow in color and is said to smell horrific. Santon is an extension of suiton and requires a ninjutsu concentration slot. Second Degree burns on living beings, can cause standard weaponry to dull its edge or grow slightly weaker. Third degree burns on the target's skin, can even burn holes through to the muscle itself. Iron is now brittle enough to break with bare hands. A 36-45 Second Degree burns on living beings, can cause standard weaponry to dull its edge or grow slightly weaker. Third degree burns on the target's skin, can even burn holes through to the muscle itself. Iron is now brittle enough to break with bare hands. Burns entirely through flesh and muscle, leaving bone exposed even on particularly large creatures. Metal becomes brittle enough to shatter with bare hands, and wood or stone is evaporated entirely. S 45+ Third degree burns on the target's skin, can even burn holes through to the muscle itself. Iron is now brittle enough to break with bare hands. Burns entirely through flesh and muscle, leaving bone exposed even on particularly large creatures. Metal becomes brittle enough to shatter with bare hands, and wood or stone is evaporated entirely. Any substance not reinforced by chakra is entirely dissolved, and living creatures will lose the limb almost without question. Only extremely trained medic-nin can stave off death or dismemberment at this point. Mist Release A character with this concentration is able to utilize Mist, an extension composed of Fuuton and Suiton, and can make and use any custom or archived jutsu that require Mist. Mist has an encroaching effect. You must be a former or present Kiri shinobi and have both Suiton and Fuuton to utilize this concentration. Passive (Encroaching)Show Mist naturally encroaches. This causes all mist jutsu to grow over time. Mist jutsu will passively grow at 1/10th their size per post, allowing them to not only become larger, but also refill areas within themselves that has been displaced. While Mist has limited offensive power, it's a supplementary superpower that can completely alter the course of battle by manipulating the battle field, and the people on it. Storage & Force Fuuinjutsu This user is able to utilize Storage Fuuinjutsu and Force Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Storage or Force Classification. Storage Fuuinjutsu can be used to store supplies, weapons, armor, or anything in between. Force Fuuinjutsu are used to release, counteract, and capture energy. Charge& Augment Fuuinjutsu This user is able to utilize Charge & Augment Fuuinjutsu, making it possible for them to utilize any jutsu with the Charge & Augment Classification. Charge Fuuinjutsu are used to create jutsu-like effects using seals. Augment Fuuinjutsu are used to enhance or limit the power of whatever they are placed on. Taijutsu ConcentrationsShow The fundamental skill of [Sword Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with swords and sword-like weapons such as knives, daggers, sword-breakers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu. The fundamental skill of [Projectile Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with weapons designed to attack from afar, such as bows, shuriken, senbon, launchers and the like. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu. The fundamental skill of [Corded Weapons] indicates the user’s proficiency with long rope-like weapons such as chains and wire. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu. The fundamental skill of [Acrobatics] includes the user’s ability to contort their body into unfamiliar positions in order to avoid attacks, as well as the user’s ability to fall safely and perform Ukemi and other feats of gymnastics. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu. With large amounts of experience in the forge and with creation, this individual is able to craft and create most types of weapons and armor. While this typically doesn’t grant the individual himself any additional powers, it allows him to make more powerful gear for himself and shinobi than what can typically be found. However, those with such familiarity with weapons and armor are often skilled at noticing the strengths and weaknesses of weapons they face, and allow them to more easily exploit them. Requires Deft Hands Concentration The fundamental skill of [Deft Hands] indicates the user’s proficiency with using their hands in very specific and complex movements, like sleight of hand and targeting very small and specific points on an opponent’s body. This facilitates their use of related Taijutsu in various ways. A member of the Kaguya clan, this shinobi has mastered the gift of their clan and can consciously control their bone as if they were a muscle, forcing their body to ossify and grow as they see fit. The user will place their finger against a lock, ossifying the tip of their fingers, and then forcing it forward into the lock. The produced bone will fill into the lock, producing a key that can then be used to open the lock, or saved for the future. The bone is brittle, and will break rather easily if under too much pressure.

The user will ossify the bones anywhere on their body but usually from the face and/or skull, forming a mask with or without accompanying detachable helmet out of their bones. If the mask is formed beginning from the red bruises on the Kaguya’s forehead, the tattoo and red marks will be copied to that same location on the mask. If the mask is formed from another part of the head first, these marks will not be copied over. However, it is absolutely unheard of for any Kaguya to don such a mask without the marks and is generally punishable by death or worse. The mask can be stylized otherwise however the user wishes on creation and in the event a mask is being created not from the red bruises, it can simply slide directly off the side of the users head and never cover there face.

After forming the necessary hand seals in one hand while holding onto an item, ally, or enemy in the other, the item, ally, or enemy will become engulfed in Emperor's Flames for up to 3 posts. By forming an additional seal, the gold and silver flames will erupt in a radius of 10 meters around the target, spreading Emperor's Flame outwards in a sphere on that location, spreading additional flames if they consume chakra.

The user will shift their bones and spew outwards from their hands a volley of three projectiles from each of them, whilst doing hand seals. As they complete the final seals, the projectiles will glow golden and silver. Then, by performing kai, the projectiles will erupt, each of them causing a a rupture of emperor flame the size of cannon ball to burst outwards from the projectiles before expanding to a further five meter radius each, the eruptions striking and expanding with a strength and speed of [control]. In addition to their normal chakra debuff, these projectiles will also cause a -3 Endurance debuff if they made physical contact with a target, though the weapons themselves striking with a strength equal to the throwers.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will coat an item on their person with Flint for the next four posts, causing the item to ebb off blasts of lightning in a 5 meter range at [control] strength and speed at anything that strikes it or that it is struck against for the next four posts. The item will appear to have engravings of a bear on it while covered in flint. The process of coating the item is rather quick for small items such as kunai or senbon but whole swords take a quarter of a post.

After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will erupt upwards from the ground a wall of Flint within 10 meters of themself, up to 10 meters tall and wide, up to 1 meter thick. This structure will be erupted with a speed and strength equal to the users [control] and will fire off blasts of lightning at anything that strikes it up to 5 meters away at [control] strength and speed for the next four posts.

I'm not really sure how much more in depth I could go with it but I'll try?

It removes the need for the five basic elements in order to obtain extensions of those elements. In exchange they can never use the five basic elements. All other requirements for having an extension still exist, so she couldn't just get sankaton, sand, ash, kouton, etc. or whatever but she could grab mist and chiton since shes from kiri.


It's literally the same ability Maido already has except a doujutsu instead of not a doujutsu. ;

Emperor flame jutsu spread when they consume chakra the way Katon spreads naturally, as outlined in the concentration write-up.

Since there are no rules written to my knowledge on whether an element with a debuffing passive can have additional debuffs, I'm fine with the ruling being "lolno" for that but if that's not going to be the case then that jutsu should be fine.

Santon: - it's not that it 'doesn't have a passive'. That effect IS its passive. As for the operation of the 'dissolving' passive itself, you're going to need to specify that its 'any metal' or 'other metals' since iron is a metal

Flint Release:- Alter its phsyical makeup, not altar.
"The strength and speed of the sparks created however is equivalent to those of the flint style jutsu. However, the strength and speed of the lightning bolts set off by being struck may be different than the strength and speed of the flint itself." - this line is contradictory. Either the sparts are str and speed of the jutsu or they aren't.

I will rectify wording in jutsu and Flint style however, acid style I believe is a direct copy paste of accepted concentration and is intentionally designed not to have a passive effect as the acid has no strength and so strikes with the table effect.

I disagree with the sentiment because if endurance can be perma debuffed then chakra pool should be able to as well. Really, I don't see why one shouldn't be allowed to hypothetically create an element that does one for each stat.


That said, I suppose I do understand the reasoning behind chakra pool being a no even if the others are a yes I have a questions to fix:

1: Change to normal debuff length but add addendum that additional hits refresh duration?

2: have the passive be debuff table +2 post duration compared to normal per rank duration instead of "end of thread"

3: both?

I'm not sure why you would have +2 duration over the normal rank. Additionally hits don't refresh duration but they can stack.
