The boy who would become known as Nanashi, the nameless Aisu, had far from humble upbringing. Born to the clan through what anyone looking in would call loving parents, deemed to be of good health and bright future. Though before his birth could be fully enjoyed, he and his parents went missing during the night. Scouts were dispatched to find them, but it took some time. In the months of searching, they had also given up on the hunt, before finally catching a trail. The cruel reality was Nanashi's father was deranged and sought to improve the family bloodline through cruel experimentation, and had but one goal in mind: Testing genetic alterations of a newborn, while the body still had time to adapt to augmentations. He used his own son as a test subject, preforming surgeries and body modifications to alter him from a standard human to one with snake-hybrid like features. As much as the mother wanted to fight this, she was still weak from her labor, and ultimately passed away in the poor conditions she was kept in. Her burial was the trail needed, as her grave was found and shortly after so was the hidden facility where the father had ran off to. Dispatched and captured, they too found the young child. Both returned to the village, one to be raised among the other Aisu clan members who would bear the burden, and the other to face imprisonment for his crimes, and to be kept a secret from his own child.


However, a unique issue rose in that the child had not been named yet. While the clan members who came together to help raise him worked in small unisons, what ultimately was never agreed on was what to name him. The boy facing the issue of a few family members calling him different names, before finally they had to tell him a false truth. Nanashi was lead to believe he was merely orphaned at youth, and because of this he was never truly named so he was given many names, with the choice of what name he would accept to ultimately be his own. However some spoke foul of his genetic alteration, casting the belief in his mind that he was orphaned because he was born a freak of nature. Ultimately, he kept the title of being nameless, Nanashi. Despite his concerns of his birth, he was still raised and trained as part of the Aisu clan with the hopes he would find his place in the village. However, as he grew older the genetic modifications of his father grew with him and became more apparent with age. Starting to stand out more and more among his clan members until it was near impossible to accept the reality that while he was Aisu by bloodline, he was seen as a small stain on the family image.

It was during his time in the acadamy where he began to truly find his feet, struggling to get accepted as his own lack of confidence ended up getting him denied behind others of his clan. This was when Nanashi learned of his kinship with serpents, having started to understand them and befriend lose snakes he came across. While a small start, it started to give him a bit of a push as the kinship formed a small support structure as he trained near his 'friends.' Eventually building up enough confidence and bravado he metaphorically shed his old skin, and started to push himself to be outgoing and sure of himself. Repeatedly hyping himself and other acadamy students up as he made his way forward. Though physically he was lacking, he made up for it in how much he enjoyed the practice of Genjutsu and Ninjutsu, learning how to alter the battlefield to his advantage to make up for his shortcomings. The more he did this, and the more he succeeded, the more energetic and excited he appeared to those around him. Some dismissing him as an annoying loudmouth with more bragging rights than anything, others who welcomed the energetic way he hyped up everyone and their accomplishments.

Nanashi would find himself preferring training and missions based upon stealth and capture over anything else, as he started to work hard if spreading himself thin on mastering several elemental styles and Genjutsu all at the same time. Learning to adapt and alter his jutsus together to make the most of them rather than relying on each jutsu individually. It was around the time he was struggling to move past the rank of Genin he realized something was missing in his arsenal. During training one evening, coming across a clutch of eggs that was doomed to perish in the slowly rising cold of the Kirigakure winter. Taking the clutch home and helping keep them alive, and over the coming seasons, he would raise himself a family of serpents that would not only bond with him but become part of his overall battle form, adapting a synchronized style of his own jutsu capability with the raw strength of the swarm. In time passing through his Chuunin exams, and carving out a place for him to truly begin honing his abilities and working harder on his particular fighting style.

To this day he still has no idea the truth behind his birth and what lead to who he is now, nor has he ever came across his father still locked away. The Aisu clan still see him as one of their own, though there are still the odd members who reject him and avoid him due to his altered appearance, others following in line because of what they see the other family members do and unsure why Nanashi feels like the black sheep of the clan. While he has made strives in his growth and advancement the dawning of his adulthood came with the still present concept that he could still be forgotten tomorrow, and perish without a history or a name to be remembered by. Now struggling to find the path to set his name in history, and to find himself a place among the village he can actually call home.
