[i]Widely considered to be the paragons of varying forms of Kenjutsu, the Seven Swordsmen are Kirigakure's elite and were recruited to the small group specially for their extreme service, skill, or ability. Their group has a number of duties with the first being protecting Kiri from outside threats and internal ones, as well. Assigned to the most dangerous and most important missions, the Swordsmen can be called to handle high level threats, ambassadorial missions, and protective detail for the Daimyo when necessary. Even serving as bodyguards for the MIzukage when traveling outside of the country.[/i]

[b]Type of Organization:[/b] Central Org
[b]Location of the Organization's Main Base:[/b] The Primary Headquarters of the SSM is currently located in upper levels of the Main Administration building, where the Overseer can often be found during the day when not on missions, in meetings, or performing other duties, as well as a meeting room, armory, and a 'library'. Upon entering through the front door the Overseer's office is through a door on the left, the meeting room is on the right, and further down the hallway is a door to the 'library'. The library consists of records of all past members as well as missions. The armory acts as a vault for any and all specialized swords of past, present, and future members as well as holding various ninja tools and equipment that the Swordsmen may make use of. Given the location and the Swordsmen present upon the premises, this location is very secure.
Within a 200 meter proximity to the Administration building is a a domed building about 100 meters in circumference at the foundation and 6 stories tall. This building is locked up tight, and contains an 80 meter wide arena, complete with a 20 meter wall to contain whatever techniques are going on within the arena. The floor of the arena is dirt and grass, and it is even complete with a small lake on one side of the arena for suiton users. On the outskirts of the arena walls there is a rather large shack that contains all manner of training paraphernalia, including all manner of simple bladed weapons for those swordsman wishing to diversify their knowledge of swordsmanship. It is important to note that the building has no windows, and is instead filled with ceiling lights to keep the arena well lit, as well as a ventilation system to cycle the air out. All members of the Seven swordsman, as well as their Daggers, have keys to allow them access to this building whenever they wish.
[b]Description of the Organization:[/b] The group is composed of only seven official members, recruited personally by the MIzukage or the current Leader of the Swordsmen. Underneath these members are a subgroup of members known as ‘Daggers’. The members of this Junior Group' are direct students of the current Swordsmen and should their mentor retire, die, or turn traitor, then the Dagger responsibility is to replace them within the Swordsman Group, if they qualify or can prove themselves against a current Swordsmen as an equal. The Daggers will often accompany their Swordsmen on Missions or in times of crisis they will help the Swordsmen in their duties
