Change: Add the following obtainable equipment to any character of at least D-Rank that has completed 1 Thread (including being introduced)

x5 Kaguya Bone Ghost Senbon:
A set of 5 specialized Senbon imbued with special chakra. giving the set two different effects. When thrown it will cause for the thrower to become invisible to the naked eye for the next four posts as long as the thrower does not exceed 1/3 of their [Speed]. The needles themselves are able to alter their course of flight to home in on their intended target for the next two posts but are unable to make radical changes in their course of flight. Able to swerve left and right up to forty five degrees in flight to respond changes from the target and to bypass objects that come between the target and the weapon.

Payment: 55 ryo from coffers

Set of fifteen senbon would be 3 Ryo, at a rate of 1 Ryo per 5 Senbon.

This looks like a C-rank Invisibility technique, just make it 1/3 the user's speed. Then a second effect of a weak Homing technique, I'd say probably C-rank as well since it is only moving by up to four inches.

3 Ryo for Senbon
6x5 For C-Rank Invisibility Effect = 30
6x6 For C-Rank Homing Effect = 36

Total = 69

I'd also probably word it like this. What other fluff you add to it is fine.

Makes sense. I wouldn't think you should 1/2 it personally since you polished the wording, no slight against you specifically I just mean that as a general rule of thumb.

Finally confirmed what I was thinking, we price disposable items as sets of 5. So each set of five would cost 67 points.

Pricing update, we lowered the price of effects to start at 4x now.

So the new price of these will be

1 Ryo for 5 Senbon
6x4 For C-Rank Invisibility Effect = 24
6x5 For C-Rank Homing Effect = 30

New Total = 55

This equipment will be added to the organization, but to access these weapons the member wishing to add it must have contributed 1/4th the value of the weapon to the organization (as per the org rule page). Just wanted you to see this before I add it to the org page.
