Verndari,Takara
Vern
General Information Age:37
Gender:M
Height:6'2 (188 cm)
Weight:80 kg (176 ibs)
Physical Features: Vern is tall and fit with a strong and muscular body. He has slicked black graying brown hair with a spruce mustache that is slightly pointed up. The mustache is constantly mocked by basically everyone he knows. Deep blue eyes and a large beard to fix his rugged appearance.
Clothing/Accessories:He wears a sand yellow shirt that has a large V-neck to let air seep through with tight-fitted brown cargo pants and brown combat boots. He wears patches of leather armor on his arms and shoulders to offer decent protection. He has a weapon pouch on his right hip and a sword sheath on the back of his left shoulder.
Personality:If one would describe Takara it would be silver-tongued confident and intelligent. Vern has always been good with people being able to get out of trouble like it's no problem. He also knows a great deal of history but not nearly as much he knows about smooth-talking. Confident yet weary as he knows from experience that arrogance can lead to swift and untimely death something he warns Mehalow about on multiple occasions. No matter how scary or panic inducing the situation he always maintains a cool head. This makes it easy for him to get him out of even the trickiest of situations.
Over the years he grew in to a sort of mentor to Mehalow teaching him everything he knows and willing to protect him from any danger even going so far to sacrifice if necessary but luckily he has not needed to go that far. He is always astounded over Mehalow's shitty luck but lucky in shitty situations. His primary goal is treasure hunting and business. He treasure hunts not only for the great exploration and adventuring but also for the money that it offers but sometimes he gets locked up in tricky situations and has to let go of the treasure. And business because he is already silver-tonged why not make even more for himself and others. This is mostly why he does not truly care for the ninja world and truly just keeps himself in line just to keep himself from being hunted. But because he does not really care for the village he tries to escape from his duties as much as possible. He finds it best to relax when there is no danger and a lit cigar in his mouth. which seem to be in endless supply. When danger is at hand he tries to stay out of it as much as possible through stealth or diplomacy. When in combat he mostly tries to knock out as many as possible only resorting to killing when necessary or If it would give a clear advantage. And to always keep moving

History Historical AccountsShow Verndari, Takara was quite a trouble maker throughout his youth with an elevated desire for adventure. As a kid, he enjoyed duping and getting away with things as much as he could, exploring different caves and such to spare his time. Eventually, Verndari realized his skills could be expanded by learning from the Shinobi so he joined and started training. He would often get in trouble for his actions often smuggling goods and items but nothing severe enough to expel him eventually he passed going on missions often grabbing things on those missions and bringing them home owned or otherwise. Eventually, he graduated from mere petty thievery and mischief to more shady businesses. Everyone suspected him off yet no one quite had enough evidence to prove he was guilty thus leaving him relatively out of any real trouble of being caught for his crimes. However one particular odd job lead him to find his greatest treasure yet! Too make a long story short, his job was to protect a treasure map with a few royal guards. This is how he meet his apprentice "Fox", Mahalow whom he caught trying to steal this map from him. Scheming with Fox they set out to find this treasure together however without the proper funding they couldn't seek it out. 3 years later. Takara and "Fox" work as "Antique Aquisitioners", men who find ancient artifacts for a % of the cut, secretly they are funding their big adventure and creating connections within the underground in order to stay afloat and away from any ninjas prying eyes. |
